Abstract

Career anxiety is one of the psychological issues commonly experienced by final-year students, particularly when facing an uncertain labor market and transitioning from higher education to the workforce. This study aims to analyze the effects of self-efficacy, social support and career adaptability on career anxiety among final-year students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. A quantitative survey approach was used with 155 respondents from Management and Digital Business programs (class of 2022) selected through probability sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS 4. Results indicate that self-efficacy and social support each have a negative and significant effect on career anxiety, while career adaptability shows a negative but non-significant effect. The R-square value indicates that the three variables explain 87.2% of career anxiety variance. This study recommends that universities strengthen self-efficacy development, optimize social support, and provide integrated and applicable career development services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PJBL) dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran SMKN 40 Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode survei dan desain cross-sectional. Populasi sekaligus sampel adalah 72 siswa kelas X dan XI Manajemen Perkantoran yang dipilih dengan teknik sampling total. Data variabel PJBL dan minat belajar dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 4 poin, sedangkan data hasil belajar diperoleh dari nilai rapor semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda berbantuan JASP versi 0.19.1.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) PJBL tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (t = 0,504; p = 0,616 > 0,05); (2) Minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (t = 2,597; p = 0,011 < 0,05); (3) Secara simultan, PJBL dan minat belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (F = 9,094; p = 0,001 < 0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 20,9% (R² = 0,209). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa minat belajar merupakan faktor internal dominan yang memengaruhi hasil belajar, sementara efektivitas PJBL bersifat kontekstual dan memerlukan dukungan faktor internal seperti kemandirian dan kemampuan kerja sama siswa.

Abstract

Tax compliance plays a pivotal role in strengthening regional fiscal capacity. This study aims to map the determinants of tax compliance by analyzing taxpayers’ perceptions of awareness, service quality, public policy evaluation, and monitoring mechanisms, employing a descriptive quantitative approach. A total of 354 valid responses were obtained through accidental sampling in public activity centers. Data were analyzed using Importance–Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) to identify strategic priorities. The findings show taxpayers’ awareness and compliance demonstrate the highest performance, while service quality, policy evaluation, and monitoring remain at a moderate level. This study provides evidence-based insights to support the enhancement of regional tax administration and the formulation of more effective tax policy reforms.

Abstract

Abstract. Recruitment is one of the most important activities in acquiring human resources that meet organizational needs. In its implementation, Human Resources plays a strategic role in ensuring the effectiveness of the recruitment process and selecting candidates whose competencies and characteristics align with the organization's culture. This study aims to analyse the role of Human Resources in the employee recruitment process and identify the challenges encountered during recruitment activities at Company X. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature review as data collection techniques. The primary informant was a Human Resources staff member directly involved in the recruitment process. Supporting data were obtained from 15 respondents who had experience participating in job or internship recruitment processes, as well as follow-up interviews with two selected respondents. Data were analysed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that Human Resources plays a role in every stage of recruitment, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding processes. The study also found that limited employer branding remains one of the main challenges in attracting potential candidates. To address this issue, Human Resources applies a more personalized approach, utilizes digital recruitment platforms, and maintains active communication throughout the recruitment process. Therefore, Human Resources plays a crucial role in supporting recruitment effectiveness and successful employee hiring at Company X.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Digital Public Relations strategies of Logtech Company X in building community engagement on Instagram. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving three participants: one PR staff member and two active Instagram followers. The data were analyzed to identify communication patterns, engagement strategies, and challenges encountered in the implementation of Digital PR activities. The results revealed three main findings: (1) content management strategies were implemented through four consistent yet flexible brand character pillars, supported by storytelling approaches and modern minimalist visuals; (2) interactive communication was executed through humanizing the brand strategies and standardized two-way response procedures that redirect public discussions to private channels; (3) key communication barriers included generational gaps and the complexity of high-level technology content. These findings indicate that the effectiveness of Digital PR in a B2B context depends not only on content quality but also on the consistency of dialogic interactions and the capacity to humanize the brand in digital spaces. Furthermore, the findings highlight the importance of adaptive communication practices in maintaining audience engagement and strengthening relationships with stakeholders. This research contributes to filling the literature gap regarding digital communication strategies in Indonesia's B2B logistics technology industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital recruitment, including its supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the challenges faced in its application at PT Sumber Abadi Karya. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation involving key informants such as the General Manager, HR staff, and administrative personnel. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that digital recruitment implementation remains partial and not yet fully integrated. Digitalization has been applied mainly in administrative aspects such as job vacancy dissemination and applicant data recording, while core selection processes are still conducted manually. Supporting factors include managerial awareness, organizational policies, and ease of data management, whereas inhibiting factors involve system limitations, human resource readiness, and low applicant response through digital platforms. The main challenges lie in system integration, workforce adaptation, and organizational culture transformation. Therefore, a structured and gradual implementation is required to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment processes sustainably.

Abstract

This study presents a dual-mediation model examining how the interactivity and appeal of virtual streamers affect consumers' purchase intentions. The model is anchored in the "Stimulus-Organism-Response" (S-O-R) framework, seeking to clarify and compare the efficacy of two distinct psychological pathways: cognitive, mediated by perceived trust, and affective, mediated by emotional attitude. A survey of 515 Chinese consumers with prior exposure to virtual streamer e-commerce livestreams was conducted, with the model tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings demonstrate that both interactivity and appeal significantly increase perceived trust and cultivate positive emotional attitudes. Notably, the direct effect of perceived trust on purchase intention is more potent than that of emotional attitude. Intermediary analysis further confirms that both paths are important intermediaries, and the trust intermediary path consistently exerts stronger influence. These results show that in the context of AI-driven virtual anchors, the cognitive-based trust path is more influential than the emotional-based path. By comparing these two paths, this study has improved our theoretical understanding of virtual persuasion and provided a new contribution. In fact, this study puts forward a strategy of "trust first, emotional strengthening" for marketers who use virtual anchors. Future research should investigate the cross-cultural applicability of these findings and the moderating effect of product categories.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan public speaking dan penguasaan media sosial terhadap kompetensi kehumasan peserta didik SMKN 40 Jakarta. Pendekatan kuantitatif dipilih dalam kajian ini dengan metode survey kepada 72 responden dari jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran. Penghimpunan data melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisa menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi melalui bantuan program JASP. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan keterampilan public speaking tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi kehumasan (t = 1,750; sig. = 0,085), sedangkan penguasaan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t = 8,965; sig. < 0,001). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi kehumasan (F = 133,1; sig. < 0,001) dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,788, yang berarti 78,8% variasi kompetensi kehumasan dapat dijabarkan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Disimpulkan bahwa penguasaan media sosial merupakan faktor dominan dalam membentuk kompetensi kehumasan, sementara keterampilan public speaking tetap relevan sebagai kemampuan komunikasi lisan. Penguatan keduanya secara terpadu dalam pembelajaran kehumasan di SMK menjadi rekomendasi utama penelitian ini.

Abstract

Kajian ini diperlakukan untuk melihat pengaruh media digital dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran di SMKN 40 Jakarta. Pendekatan yang dipergunakan yakni kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 siswa kelas X dan XI yang didapatkan melalui teknik total sampling. Perolehan didapatkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert empat poin dan dokumentasi nilai akademik yang ditransformasi ke dalam Z-score. Analisis data dijalankan melewati uji asumsi klasik lalu pengujian hipotesis dengan perangkat lunak JASP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) media digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar siswa melalui nilai t hitung sebesar -1,826 dan signifikansi 0,072 > 0,05; (2) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai t hitung senilai 3,362 dan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05; dan (3) media digital dan motivasi belajar secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa melalui nilai F hitung sebesar 6,822 dan signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05, dengan kontribusi sebesar 16,5%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa tidak berpacu pada ketersediaan media digital, tetapi juga membutuhkan penguatan motivasi belajar sebagai elemen internal yang menjadikan siswa untuk memanfaatkan media pembelajaran secara lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of archivists in the implementation of dynamic archives management at the Public Relations and General Affairs Bureau of the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP). The focus of this research includes the role of archivists in managing dynamic archives, the obstacles faced in its implementation, and the strategies used to improve the effectiveness of archives management. This study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and the distribution of pre-research questionnaires. The research informants consisted of archivists and employees involved in archival management activities within the Public Relations and General Affairs Bureau of LKPP. Data analysis techniques were conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that archivists play an important role in the implementation of dynamic archives management, starting from the processes of creation, classification, storage, maintenance, to retrieval of archives. Archivists also contribute to supporting archive digitization and maintaining institutional administrative order. However, the implementation of dynamic archives management at the Public Relations and General Affairs Bureau of LKPP has not been fully optimal due to several obstacles, such as limited facilities and infrastructure, the lack of fully integrated digital systems, inconsistent procedures across work units, and limited human resources with knowledge of digital archival systems. To overcome these challenges, archivists have implemented several strategies, including archival socialization, strengthening coordination among work units, reinforcing archive management procedures, and optimizing the use of technology in archival systems. This study concludes that the successful implementation of dynamic archives management is highly influenced by the competence of archivists, organizational policy support, and the availability of adequate facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance human resource capacity, strengthen integrated digital systems, and provide continuous institutional support to ensure that dynamic archives management can be carried out more effectively, efficiently, and accountably.
