Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk kesantunan dan bentuk nilai dalam pembelajaran di SMPN 1 Panca Rijang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi kualitatif untuk mendeskrikan data berupa bentuk kesantunan dan bentuk nilai dalam pembelaran di SMPN 1 Panca Rijang. Populasi pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 kelas pada kelas IX SMPN 1 Panca Rijang dan sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari kelas IX1-IX2. Yang Jumlah keseluruhan Siswanya 51. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, catat dan video, setelah itu di lanjutkan dengan menganalisis data yang ditemukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data mengenai Bentuk kesantunan berbahasa dalam interaksi dari guru ke siswa yang berwujud tuturan deklaratif menaati maksim kearifan, pujian, dan kemufakatan; tuturan interogatif menaati maksim kearifan dan pujian; tuturan imperatif menaati maksim kearifan; tuturan ekslamatif menaati maksim kearifan.sedangkan Bentuk kesantunan berbahasa dalam interaksi dari siswa ke siswa yang berwujud tuturan deklaratif menaati maksim kearifan, kedermawanan, pemufakatan, dan simpati; tuturan interogatif menaati maksim kearifan dan simpati; tuturan imperatif menaati maksim kearifan; tuturan ekslamatif menaati maksim kearifan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh teori pengkajian puisi dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi pada siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren DDI As-Salman Allakuang. Populasi penelitian ini keseluruhan siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren DDI As-Salman Allakuang yang berjumlah 148 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditarik sebesar 30% atau sebanyak 49 orang. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan teknik tes. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kuantitatif meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji homogenitas, dan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguasaan teori pengkajian puisi dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi pada siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren DDI As-Salman Allakuang. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0.05. Hasil lain menunjukkan perbedaan nilai mean postest kelompok eksperimen nilai mean kelompok kontrol yaitu 84,84 > 74,91. Hal ini berarti ada perbedaan nilai mean hasil tes menulis puisi antara siswa yang menguasai teori pengkajian sastra dibandingkan hasil tes menulis puisi siswa yang tidak menguasai teori pengkajian sastra. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi pada siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren DDI As-Salman Allakuang. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0.05. Hasil lain menunjukkan perbedaan nilai mean postest kelompok eksperimen nilai mean kelompok kontrol yaitu 86,73 > 75,73. Hal ini berarti ada perbedaan nilai mean hasil tes menulis puisi antara siswa yang motivasi belajarnya tinggi dibandingkan hasil tes menulis puisi siswa yang motivasi belajarnya rendah.

Abstract

Understanding expressive illocutionary speech increases the ability to feel and understand the feelings of others, helping to increase empathy and interpersonal support. Overall, a good understanding of expressive illocutionary speech is an important aspect in building effective communication skills and maintaining healthy social and emotional relationships. The importance of understanding expressive illocutionary speech lies in the ability to strengthen interpersonal relationships and prevent miscommunication. In this research, the researcher focuses on expressive illocutionary speech acts with the aim of: (1) Analyzing the function of expressive speech acts in the novel "Ayahku Bukan Pembohong" by Tere Liye, (2) Knowing the contribution of expressive speech act analysis to Indonesian language learning in high school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data in the form of all character dialogue containing expressive forms of speech, collected using reading and note-taking techniques. From the results of data analysis, expressive speech forms were found with the function of praising, the function of complaining, the function of criticizing, the function of thanking, and the function of scolding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu jenis alih kode berdasarkan sifatnya dan faktor penyebab terjadinya alih kode. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, rekam, simak, dan introspeksi. Data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis alih kode yang terjadi dalam transaksi jual beli terdiri dari alih kode sementara dan alih kode permanen. Alih kode sementara meliputi alih kode dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Bugis kembali ke bahasa Indonesia dan sebaliknya, sedangkan alih kode permanen juga terjadi meliputi alih kode dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Bugis dan sebaliknya juga. Selanjutnya, faktor penyebab terjadinya alih kode disebabkan oleh empat faktor: (1) faktor penutur, (2) faktor lawan tutur, (3) faktor hadirnya pihak ketiga, dan (4) faktor perubahan topik pembicaraan

Abstract

The Indonesian construction industry continues to face significant challenges related to project delays, especially in warehouse manufacturing projects. These delays often result in increased costs, reduced quality, and weakened stakeholder trust. This research aims to analyze the primary causes of delays in the warehouse construction project of PT. WMA and to design a procurement management framework that improves project performance. By conducting qualitative methods such as group discussions, the study identifies key contributing factors, including poor planning, weak interdepartmental coordination, supplier delays, and insufficient procurement monitoring. Root cause analysis was conducted using the Current Reality Tree (CRT), revealing that the lack of effective procurement management was the central issue. The study proposes a comprehensive procurement management framework based on the PMBOK 6th Edition, emphasizing the importance of planning, executing, and controlling procurement processes. Implementation of this framework is expected to reduce project delays and enhance the overall performance of construction projects. The findings not only contribute to academic knowledge but also provide practical recommendations for improving procurement practices in Indonesia’s construction sector.

Abstract

Selama pandemi COVID-19, jumlah wisatawan ke Jawa Barat menurun sebesar 49,57 persen pada tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen destinasi pariwisata dan dinas pariwisata Bandung, khususnya dengan meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan untuk kembali ke Bandung, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat di sekitar Bandung melalui sektor pariwisata. Populasi yang digunakan adalah semua wisatawan yang pernah mengunjungi Bandung setidaknya sekali dalam satu tahun terakhir dan berdomisili di Jakarta; sampelnya terdiri dari 150 orang yang tersebar di seluruh Jabodetabek. Analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM. Destination image dan memorable tourism experiences memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, dan memorable tourism experiences dapat memediasi dampak destination image terhadap revisit intention. Hasil penelitian ini mungkin memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada bagaimana manajemen destinasi pariwisata Bandung dijalankan. Diharapkan bahwa dinas pariwisata Bandung dapat menggunakan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara citra destinasi dan pengalaman wisata yang berkesan terhadap niat untuk berkunjung kembali untuk membantu meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan promosi destinasi mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to design a project risk management system to mitigate delays in the land-based construction industry, using a case study of the PT Sabar Sejahtera coastal protection project. The project experienced a three-month delay, resulting in financial losses and lost business opportunities due to a lump-sum contract. The methods employed included both qualitative and quantitative approaches, with primary data collected through focus group discussions with project stakeholders and secondary data sourced from internal company documents. Root cause analysis used a Current Reality Tree (CRT) to identify the causes of delays, while solutions were visualized through a Future Reality Tree (FRT). Risk evaluation was conducted using a Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to calculate the Risk Priority Number (RPN), as well as the application of a risk management framework based on the PMBOK 6th Edition. The results showed that the leading causes of delays were systematic errors at the tendering and planning stages, as well as the unavailability of a risk mitigation plan. These two factors caused a domino effect on procurement, equipment, schedules, and the confidence of the main contractor. Proposed solutions included improving the tendering and planning system by involving various departments early and implementing the complete PMBOK risk management cycle. The implications of this study highlight the importance of a structured risk management system in preventing similar project delays in the future. This study also provides strategic guidance for improving the efficiency and control of construction projects in complex work environments.

Abstract

Emergency care or triage is a system of prioritizing patients based on their severity or urgency that requires immediate action. Based on this, service officers in the emergency room must have special abilities. The success of a hospital service program is patient satisfaction because of a factor that is used as a determinant. Realizing patient satisfaction with mental nursing services certainly refers to various factors. There are 5 factors, namely: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Understanding Consumer Needs. This research uses quantitative with data collection methods through questionnaires and regression data analysis techniques. The population of this study were 40 families of patients of the Emergency Intalasi of the West Java Provincial Mental Hospital. After taking and processing data in the form of statistical tests SPSS version 25, the results obtained are the influence between the West Java Provincial Mental Hospital Emergency Room services on patient family satisfaction. Apart from the service variable (X) which is very influential on patient family satisfaction is the tangibles indicator with a very good category. Meanwhile, the variable of patient family satisfaction (Y) which has the greatest influence on the satisfaction of the patient's family itself is the indicator of conformance to specifications.

Abstract

The aims of the research were to investigate the potential medicine from ethyl acetate fraction of Coleus amboinicus L. for improving milk yield, body weight of rats and its effects on growth of the rat pups. Galactagogue activity was evaluated in terms of quantity of milk produced from the rats treated with ethyl acetate fraction of torbangun leaves (FEA), and commercial milk booster contained ‘katuk’ leaves extract (AF). Lactating rats (n=5) of Sprague dawley with six pups were fed with FEA and AF in the amount of 30 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg body weight, respectively. The feed were given orally every two days and starting from day 2 after giving birth until day 14. The performance of milk production was measured along the experimental period by weight-suckle-weight method. The rates of pups’ growth were measured as the weight gain along experimental period. The rats fed with ethyl acetate fraction of torbangun leaves produced higher milk than AF and the control groups, while FEA did not affected the body weight of rats in comparison to the control groups. Ethyl acetate fraction of torbangun leaves was identified to increase milk production by 17%, while AF by 22%. The mean of yields produced by the rats during lactation period for FEA, AF and control were 7.12±1.16, 7.43±1.04 and 6.07±0.85 g/pups/day, respectively. The FEA administration showed gradually increased of rat pups growth and body weight gain significantly in pups 2-14 days old compared to the control group. The present study reveals the ethyl acetate fraction has the potency as a remedy for improving milk yield without influencing the rats.

Abstract

This Article aims to describe whether there is the interplay of self confidance and communicative competence of junior high school where the students of SMP 9 Pinrang is as place to apply research. This research uses cluster sumpling method and oral test. The population in this research is the students of class VII SMPN 9 Pinrang. The total population is 104 students. The sample used is class VIIL.1 amounted to 28 students. The method used in the assessment of speech is an oral test. Result of research by using Pearson Product Moment obtained r value count 0,700 and with value of product r product moment product with N = 28 found 0,478 at significant level 1% and found 0,374 at level signifikan5%. And to know the level of product moment correlation then coefficient 0.61-0.80 = substantial.Thus it can be interpreted to the rxy that between variable X and variable Y. It can be seen on the analysis result that is: 0,700> 0,478 (5%) and 0,700 0,374 (1%) with d.b:28. This means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion in this study is there is a significant relationship between student self-confidence and speaking ability of eight-year students SMPN 9 Pinrang.
