Abstract

Sektor ekonomi kreatif menjadi alternatif strategis dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan melalui optimalisasi sumber daya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi program pelatihan pembuatan potpourri berbahan baku bunga mawar sebagai upaya pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Desa Karangpring, Kecamatan Sukorambi, Kabupaten Jember. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan observasi lapangan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, monitoring berkelanjutan, dan evaluasi program. Subjek penelitian adalah Kelompok Tani Wanita (KWT) dan petani bunga mawar di dua dusun, yaitu Dusun Karangpring dan Dusun Gendir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum program, masyarakat hanya memanfaatkan bunga mawar untuk dijual kepada tengkulak dan pasar tradisional dengan nilai tambah rendah. Pasca pelatihan, KWT berhasil mengembangkan keterampilan produksi potpourri sebagai diversifikasi produk. Program ini memberikan dampak positif berupa penambahan varian produk olahan bunga mawar dari empat menjadi lima jenis, peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengolahan bahan baku lokal, serta terbukanya peluang pemasaran produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Implementasi program berkontribusi terhadap optimalisasi potensi desa dan penguatan ekonomi kreatif berbasis kearifan lokal.

Abstract

Nyeri merupakan pengalaman pribadi yang diekspresikan secaraberbeda. Tindakan medis yang sering menimbulkan nyeri adalahpembedahan termasuk SC. Pasien post SC memerlukan perawatan yangmaksimal untuk mempercepat pengembalian fungsi tubuh, denganpemberian intervensi mobilisasi dini. Latihan mobilisasi dini dapatmeningkatkan sirkulasi darah yang akan memicu penurunan nyeri.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian Quasi Ekperimen dengan desainpenelitian Non Equivalent Control Group. Populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah pasien operasi SC di RSUD Kudus dan diambil sampel 20 orangdengan teknik Accidental Sampling Uji analisa data dengan ujiIndependent Samples T test. Didapatkan hasil pada hari I secarabermakna skala nyeri kelompok 24 lebih tinggi daripada kelompok 48(p= 0.040), namun pada hari II dan III terjadi kebalikannya, yaitusecara bermakna skala nyeri kelompok 24 lebih rendah daripadakelompok 48. Mobilisasi dini 24 jam pada hari II dan III lebih efektifdibandingkan dengan mobilisasi dini 48 jam. Untuk itu diperlukanprosedur tetap terhadap intervensi mobilisasi dini pada pasien pascaSC dan diperlukan kecakapan perawat dalam pemberian terapi.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are one of the skills that students really need. This analysis is an analysis that aims to determine effective learning models to improve students' critical thinking skills in science learning. The search results obtained were 25 articles that were relevant for analysis. The results of the analysis show that one effective learning model is used to improve critical thinking skills, namely the discovery learning model with a score of 92.56.

Abstract

Reflection on learning is a vital component of the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program, particularly in enhancing the competence of novice teachers. At Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang (UMS Rappang), reflection serves as a mechanism to evaluate and improve teaching practices across pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. This study examines strategies such as daily reflective journals, group discussions, observation and feedback, case studies, and the integration of technology in reflective processes. These strategies aim to develop critical thinking, self-awareness, and innovative teaching approaches among novice teachers. The findings highlight that systematic reflection significantly improves teaching effectiveness, professional development, and student learning outcomes. The structured application of reflective practices empowers novice teachers to become adaptive, professional educators prepared to address the challenges of modern education.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the enhancement of teachers' social competence through a collaborative-based teacher professional education program at UMS Rappang. Social competence plays a crucial role in fostering effective communication, building positive relationships, and creating a conducive learning environment. The collaborative approach in the program involves interaction among educators, experts, and stakeholders to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices. The research adopts a qualitative methodology, analyzing data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the collaborative-based education model significantly improves teachers' interpersonal skills, adaptability, and professional relationships. These improvements ultimately contribute to a better teaching-learning process and professional growth. This study highlights the importance of collaboration in teacher training programs to develop comprehensive social competence.

Abstract

Digital literacy is an essential skill for teachers in the era of educational digitalization. The Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang (UMS Rappang) aims to enhance teachers' competencies by integrating educational technology into the curriculum. This study examines the implementation of educational technology in the PPG program and its impact on improving teachers' digital literacy. The findings indicate that the use of tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), video conferencing platforms, educational software, and AR/VR technologies significantly enhances participants' ability to utilize digital tools in teaching. Furthermore, strategies such as intensive training, digital evaluation, and collaborations with technology industries contribute to achieving program goals. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations, digital competency gaps, and resistance to change require targeted solutions. This study underscores the importance of continuous evaluation and innovation to optimize the integration of educational technology and promote teachers' digital literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) in improving the pedagogical and professional competence of teachers in the digital era. With the rapid advancement of technology, demands for educational quality and teacher competence are increasing. The PPG program, as a means to enhance teacher quality in Indonesia, is expected to contribute significantly to the development of pedagogical competence and teacher professionalism in addressing the challenges of digital education. This research employs a quantitative survey approach involving teachers who have participated in the PPG program across several regions. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants' pedagogical competence, including understanding technology-based learning approaches and managing digital classrooms. However, challenges remain in the application of technology in daily teaching, particularly regarding limited access and adequate training. In conclusion, the PPG program has proven effective in enhancing pedagogical and professional competence, though improvements in modules and intensive training are needed to meet the growing demands of digital learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between professional competence obtained through Teacher Professional Education (PPG) and the teaching readiness of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Pangkajene Sidrap. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method to explore how the professional skills acquired from PPG influence teachers' preparedness in delivering lessons effectively. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, involving teachers who have completed the PPG program as participants. The findings reveal a significant correlation between professional competence and teaching readiness, indicating that the training provided in PPG equips teachers with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their classroom performance. The results of this research provide insights into the importance of professional development programs in improving the quality of education and contribute to strategies for optimizing teacher training initiatives.

Abstract

KKN means practicing knowledge received in college directly in the midst of society (Big Indonesian Dictionary). In the Mataram University KKN-Thematic activities carried out in Loyok Village, Sikur District, East Lombok Regency, the Mataram University KKN-Thematic group and Mataram University Lecturers carried out various activities with the main target of the activity namely developing the tourism potential of Loyok Village. The purpose of implementing the KKN-Thematic University of Mataram is to answer various problems that exist in the social community, including in agriculture, social affairs, education and tourism. Based on the survey results and discussions with village officials regarding the situation in Loyok Village, Mataram University KKN-Thematic Students designed various activities such as clearing signposts and maps of tourist destinations and making promotional videos. The results of the activities carried out during the KKN-Thematic work period at the University of Mataram are signposts and maps of tourist destinations that can help tourists find the location of Loyok Village as well as promotional videos for tourist villages that can introduce tourist destinations in Loyok Village. In addition, Mataram University KKN-T students are also involved in various other activities, namely socialization on prevention of early marriage, teaching at school, teaching the Koran, making compost, planting seeds, and clean Friday. The results of the activities carried out can improve good relations between the community and Mataram University KKN-Thematic Students.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of BAP concentrations on explant response and callus formation in Massoia. The experiment was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three BAP concentrations: 0.5 mg/L, 1.0 mg/L, and 1.5 mg/L, each with 24 replications. The culture medium used was Murashige and Skoog (MS), and observations were carried out for 7 days after planting. Parameters observed included the percentage of viable explants, browning, contamination, average callus formation, callus color, and texture. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at a 5% significance level. The results showed that 0.5 mg/L BAP yielded the highest explant survival rate (54%), the lowest browning rate (13%), and 35% contamination. Meanwhile, 1.5 mg/L BAP produced the highest average callus formation (0.21) with compact texture and brown coloration. Although not statistically significant, BAP concentrations affected explant viability and callus formation. A concentration of 0.5 mg/L tended to be optimal for maintaining explant viability, while 1.5 mg/L was more effective in inducing callus. These findings provide a preliminary basis for optimizing Massoia tissue culture techniques.
