Abstract

The article that the author conducted regarding the Fiqh Siyasah Perspective on the Rights of Disabilities to Become Election Supervisors in Law Number 8 of 2018 (Kota Padang Panjang) allows people with disabilities to become election supervisors. However, only by providing accessibility, which is an easy way for persons with disabilities to achieve equal opportunities to obtain the same status, rights and obligations, equality of status can be realized. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to provide accessibility for persons with disabilities. It is hoped that with these efforts, persons with disabilities can be totally integrated in realizing national development goals in general and improving their social welfare in particular. This variety of persons with disabilities has different difficulties and problems. Different difficulties and problems need various solutions. In Law number 7 of 2017 concerning general elections it has been explained that persons with disabilities have the same rights as others to be elected or vote. Whereas in Law No. 8 of 2016 it is emphasized again that in Article 13 letter (f) disabilities have their rights in politics to become organizers in elections. This study aims to find out how the practice of Law No. 8 of 2016 regarding the right to disability to become election supervisors and find out from the siyasa fiqh aspect. At this writing, it examines the facts that are in Bawaslu and this really happened in the Bawaslu realm. The author can conclude that disability rights are still not given enough attention when it comes to their political rights to become election supervisors

Abstract

The principle of equality before the law is one of the main pillars in the state of law. However, its implementation is often not fully felt by all parties, especially women in the political realm. This article discusses how legal equality for women is applied in the political world, the challenges faced, and steps that can be taken to address gender-based discrimination. The case study focuses on women's representation in the Indonesian parliament and the systemic barriers affecting their participation. This analysis was carried out using normative and empirical approaches, and supported by secondary data. The results of the study show that cultural, social, and policy constraints are still the main obstacles in achieving gender equality in politics.

Abstract

A national consensus affirms Pancasila as Indonesia’s state foundation and national ideology; the challenge for the next generation particularly santri is to internalize its principles and translate them into sustained practice. This study describes and analyzes how pesantren strengthen santri’s Pancasila ideology. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis, and were examined with thematic analysis. Findings indicate three mutually reinforcing domains of formation: (1) role modeling through the exemplarity of kyai/ustaz, disciplined routines, deliberation (musyawarah), and everyday adab; (2) education via explicit integration of Pancasila values into religious and civics instruction, enrichment of national literacy, and reflective assignments; and (3) pesantren activities [i]including habituation of worship and moral conduct, student organizations, community service, and ceremonial events that cultivate mutual cooperation (gotong royong), tolerance, and rule observance. Taken together, a pesantren ecosystem that combines exemplar, curriculum, and authentic practice effectively strengthens santri’s understanding, attitudes, and enactment of Pancasila values. Practical implications include capacity building for educators in values-based pedagogy, development of reliable affective–behavioral assessment tools, stronger pesantren–government–community partnerships, and adaptation of teaching materials to address digital-era challenges and risks of intolerance. Abstract

Dengan banyaknya persaingan para pengusaha yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan dan minuman seperti rumah makan, sangat memicu para pengusaha dalam memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen agar menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan yang membuat para pengusaha memenangkan persaingan dan mendapatkan keuntungan bagi mereka. Salah satunya adalah Ayam Geprek QQ 78. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang diambil menggunakan data primer, dengan membagikan kuesioner (angket) dengan metode teknik sampling incidental, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 23 orang diambil dari populasi. Dimana hasil penelitian di Ayam Geprek QQ 78 dimana nilai dari pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan nilai signifikan yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Selain itu nilai thitung (15,292) juga memiliki nilai yang lebih besar dari ttabel (2,0796) sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kepuasan konsumen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dimana kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 0,914. Artinya setiap peningkatan kepuasan konsumen sebesar 1 satuan, maka loyalitas pelanggan akan meningkat sebesar 91,4%

Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perubahan berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia saat ini bahkan di seluruh dunia. Seiring dengan hadirnya globalisasi di tengah-tengah masyarakat tersebut diikuti pula dengan perkembangan di bidang teknologi yang semakin pesat. Oleh karena itu dalam menindak lanjuti kerjasama antara Universitas Pamulang (UNPAM) dengan Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), yang dilanjutkan dengan kerjasama Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Prodi PPKn menyelenggarakan English Camp dalam bentuk pertukaran informasi tentang budaya, kebijakan pendidikan dan sistem demokrasi yang berkembang di Indonesia dan Filipina. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam flatporm video converence (webinar). Kegiatan berlangsung 4 (empat) kali webinar antara tanggal 22 Maret 2022 – 1 April 2022. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) internasional pada sesi pendidikan bertujuan untuk: a) Mengenalkan tentang Sistem Pendidikan di Indonesia dan Philipina; b) Meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dan mahasiswa di Indonesia dan Philipina untuk lebih memahami tentang system pendidikan pada kedua negara tersebut; c) Memperkenalkan Universitas Pamulang dalam forum internasional agar tertarik untuk menjalin kerjasama rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendidikan; Kerjasama Internasional; Indonesia dan Philipina

Abstract

Pendidikan secara umum dapat diartikan sebagai usaha sadar dan terancana untuk membina manusia menjadi makhluk yang memiliki intektulitas yang tingi, sebagai negara yang menganut sistem demokrastis sudah sepatutnya pendidikan demokrasi yang kemudian pendidikan tersebut dikenal lebih masif dalam lingkup pendidikan politik. Pentingnya pendidikan politik dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik warga negara harus sejak dini dilakukan misalnya saja dalam dunia pendidikan yaitu termuat dalam beberapa materi mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, namun lebih dari itu pendidikan politik harus lebih masif disosilisasikan terlebih untuk generasi muda sebgai pemilih pemula. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya pendidikan politik untuk meningkatkan partisipasi politik warganegara, metode kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi serta tanya jawab. Kemudian metode penulisan pada jurnal kali ini yakni menggunakan metode penulisan deskriptif teoritik. Hasil yang didapatkan yakni bahwa (1) pendidikan politik dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan formal khusunya di jenjang pendidikan menangah memang harus masif dilaksanakan, (2) rendahnya partisipasi politik warganegara memang dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya edukasi tentang pendidikan politik, maka dari itu sosialisasi tentang pentingnya pendidikan politik bukan hanya tanggung jawab kurikulum pendidikan yang mencantum materi ini dalam mata pelajaran lebih dari itu sosialisasi pendidikan politik adalah tanggung jawab bersama khusunya akademisi.Kata Kunci : Pendidikan, Pendidikan Politik, Partisipasi Politik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mapparola tradition among the Bugis community from the perspective of Islamic Law sociology. The research addresses two questions: what the concept of mapparola in the wedding party of the Bugis tribe in Wajo is, and what are its implications from the perspective of Islamic Law sociology. This qualitative research employs field data collected through observation and interviews with community leaders and participants in the tradition. The data are analyzed using the ‘urf theory and the receptie a contrario theory, which emphasize that customary law can be valid as long as it does not contradict Islamic law. The findings indicate that the mapparola tradition in Bugis weddings is a form of respect towards the parents and families of the bride and groom, particularly the bride. This tradition, rich in social interactions and the exchange of various gifts, embodies strong Islamic legal philosophy. It is an extension of the guidance on dowry in Islamic law, sociologically shaped by the Bugis community's characteristic of sharing. However, mapparola sometimes poses challenges for prospective brides and grooms who may struggle to meet the traditional standards for providing the agreed-upon items. Therefore, this study recommends that the implementation of the mapparola tradition be adjusted to contemporary conditions, rationality, and the welfare of the prospective couples.

Abstract

Non-Timber Forest Products are all biological products harvested from forest, which had lesser impacts to the forest ecosystem but had huge impacts to the closed forest communities in economic and social views than those are of logging timber. This research was designed to identify local and botanical names of non-timber forest products used by the local community, the parts of usage, purposes of utilization, and processed of final products available in the market, and recommendation for green economy commodities in Papua Province. Data were collected from seven Forest Management Unit and four Branch Forest Offices or eleven in total across Papua province. Focus discussion group and field survey at eleven targeted areas were conducted. The results inidicated that 170 non-timber forest products and 225 derivative of final products were identified. Jayapura branch forest office had the higest number, 30 and 52 for non-timber and the final products respectively, followed by Jayapura forest management unit of 23 non-timber and 38 final products. Economic reason (32%) is the highest percentage for the purposes of Non-timber utilization, followed by traditional medicine (13%), handricraft (12%0, sources of protein and fat (10%), and the lowest percentage is for addictive purposes (2%). Non-timber commodities are harvested from the whole plants including bark, fruits, leaves, fibres, coconut shell, tuber, rhizome, and animal of flash, skin, fear, bone,and honey. Downstreaming Sago, Coconut, pandanus leaves, and Masohi bark, as well as culture based handycraft are potentially recommended to be non-timber forest products based green enonomy commodities in Papua Province.Keywords: Downstreaming, Green economy, Non-timber forest products, Papua ProvinceAbstrakHasil Hutan bukan kayu ialah seluruh produk biologi, turunannya dan jasa dari hutan. Pemanfaatan hasil hutan bukan kayu memberikan dampak minimal terhadap ekosistem hutan dibandingkan hasil hutan kayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis hasil hutan bukan kayu, nama lokal dan latin, bagian yang dimanfaatkan, tujuan pemanfaatan, dan hilirisasinya, serta merekomendasikan produk hilirisasi sebagai komoditas ekonomi hijau di Provinsi Papua. Penelitian dilakukan pada sebelah Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Dinas Kehutanan dan Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Papua. Data dikumpulkan melalui survey, focus grup disussion dan wawancara di sebelah UPTD. Pengolahan data menggunakan microsoft excell dan disajikan dalam tabel dan grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis HHBK pada sebelas UPTD Dinas Kehutanan dan Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Papua berjumlah 170 jenis dan 225 produk hilirirasi. UPTD dengan jenis dan produk hilirisasi tertinggi adalah CDKLH Jayapura, 30 jenis dan 51 produk hilirisasi, disusul oleh KPHP Kota Jayapura dengan 23 jenis dan 38 produk hilisasi. Pemanfatan ekonomi (32%) adalah tujuan pemanfaatan HHBK dominan di Provinsi Papua, diikuti obat tradisional (13%), bahan kerajinan (12%), sumber protein/lemak nabati/hewani (10%), dan terkecil untuk bahan adiktif/makan pinang (2%). Komoditas HHBK berasal hampir dari semua bagian tumbuhan (daun, buah, biji, serat, kulit kayu, umbi, rimpang, dan tempurung) dan hewan (daging, kulit, tulang, bulu, dan madu). Hilirisasi sagu, kelapa, daun pandan, dan kulit masohi, serta kerajinan bermotif budaya lokal (noken dan lukisan kulit kayu) diantaranya berpotensi dijadikan komoditas ekonomi hijau berbasis HHBK karena penggunaan teknologi dan peralatan sederhana, rendah emisi, berkontribusi kepada masyarakat lokal, dan tidak merusak ekosistem atau lingkungan di provinsi Papua.Kata kunci: Ekonomi Hijau; Hasil Hutan Bukan kayu; masyarakat lokal, dan ramah lingkungan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the chemical composition of stingless bee bread from Kulisusu District, Buton Utara Regency. Meanwhile, this research aims to obtain information on the composition of stingless bee bread and the source of nectar, and pollen from Kulisusu District, Buton Utara Regency. The research took place from October to November 2021. Bee Bread samples were taken from beehives in the Forest of Kulisusu District, Buton Utara Regency. Determination of the chemical components of Bee Bread using a spectrophotometer in the Biomedical Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine, Halu Oleo University. The results showed that there were two types of stingless bees, namely Tetragomula sapiens and Tetragomula biroi. 14 types of plants have been identified as food sources for stingless bees. The chemical composition of Bee Bread is the average protein content of T, sapiens is 27.00% and T, biroi is 12%. The average carbohydrate content of T, sapiens is 45.57%, and T, biroi is 58.11%. on the average polyphenol content of T, sapiens is 9.88%, and T, biroi is 22.56%.

Abstract

Basically, consumers need law care universally. The care to consumers materially and formally is very important, because the progress of science and technology become rule on productivity and efficiency of producing on goods and service produced in reaching the purposes of effort.The problem in this study are: First, how is the care of consumers to products of food by agents of small and middle effort (UMKM) who unlabelled food based on BPOM in Bukittinggi City? Second, how is the responsibility of UMKM who unlabelled food based on BPOM to consumers in Bukittinggi City?The specification of this research is descriptive analytic. The method uses in this research is the normative and juridical empiric method. The techniques of collecting data uses are field study by interviewing for the primary data and library study for the secondary data. Then, the data analyzed qualitatively in descriptive analysis form.From the research results obtained several conclusions: First, the care of consumers to products of food by agents of small and middle effort (UMKM) who unlabelled food based on BPOM in Bukittinggi City can be done with many instruments, such as civil law instruments, criminal law instruments and also administration instruments. Second, the responsibility of UMKM who unlabelled food based on BPOM to consumers in Bukittinggi City is ready to be given sanction on the contrary done. The contrary by the agents of effort on the determination of label can be given responsibly or sanction civilly, criminal sanction, and administration sanction. The sanction of civil and criminal sometimes ineffectively withoutadministration sanctions.
