Abstract

Instructional media selection includes several criteria that influence each other. The criteria are different according to the curriculum, learner analysis, a condition that occurs when planning and other variables. Environment, situation or condition, time and tolerance impact of the use are also very influential in determining the criteria for the selection of media. Selecting the media for learning should consider criteria: a) The accuracy of the learning objectives, b) Support for the contents of the learning material, c) Ease of obtaining media, d) Teachers’ skills in using, e) Time available for use, and f) In accordance with the level of students’ thinking. Good learning media must meet several requirements. Instructional media should increase the motivation of learners. The use of media has the goal to motivate learners. In addition, the media should stimulate learners remember what they have learned in addition to providing new learning stimuli. Good media enable learners to provide responses, feedback and also encourage students to do the practices correctly. This paper attempts to describe the role and the function of media and modules in the learning process with learners.

Abstract

Kata-kata kunci: pengembagan,pramuwisata olahraga, wisata bahari.

Abstract

Value can be divided into two kinds, namely the divine values and Insaniyah value. The divine value is the value that comes from faith (revelation of God), while the Insaniyah value is the value created by man on the basis of criteria that are created by man as well. The divine value can be divided into two kinds; the first is ubudiyah value, that is the value of how one should apply and worship to God. Ubudiyah value we often refer to as “hablum minallah”. The second is muammalah value that is determined by God for man to be used as guidelines in dealing with the social environment. The Insaniyah value consists of rational values, social values, individual values, biophysical value, and economic value, political value and aesthetic values. This value can also called the “hablum minannnas” Of the two types of value above, the value of the Divine is a value that no longer is subjective but became objective on certain religious circles. This article examines the issue of value-in-charge of Islamic education, particularly in the surah al-Baqarah.

Abstract

Kata Kunci: Industri, Polusi, Kebisingan, Batas Baku, Lingkungan Pemukiman ABSTRACT Industrial activities generate of pollution which may become pressure to the environment. Noise is a form of pollution that can cause environmental stress and will affect the physical and non-physical to human beings as part of the environment. Response to environmental stress often raises environmental conflict. Mining activities is one of industrial users of the activities of mechanical equipment that will certainly produce the sound. The voice of the working tools will be heard up to the surrounding environment and will affect the sound annoying if received in the neighborhood exceeds the standard limits set. Assessment of the level of noise is not only based on physical quantities but it also can be assess by knowing response as well as the perceived perception of society due to environmental noise. From the results of this study that the mining andesit activities in the village of Jeladri, Pasuruan East Java the result show that noise levels to exceed the quality standards established, crusher equipment is considered the most disturbing at night when people would relax or rest. Abstract

We have developed a set of isomorphic test for investigating scientific and representational consistency in the context of Newton?s Third Law. The test consisted of 30 multiple-choice items concerning five central force contexts: gravitation, electrostatics, magnetic, pushing, and crashing (impulse force). The test items were designed using various representations (i.e., verbal, diagram/vectorial and graphical). Before we conducted try out, test draft was reviewed by two physics content and evaluation experts for knowing appropriateness of concepts and isomorphic aspect of the test. We provide some evidence for analyses of the test based on the classical test theory. The limitation of the test is presented in this paper. Abstract

This paper endeavours to see the nature of Indonesian decentralisation and regional autonomy more on the basis of micro level perspective. While most of the previous studies have relied heavily on macro level perspective, such as—assessing how central government has initiated the idea of decentralisation and regional autonomy, investigating the extent to which power has been distributed to the regions, and exploring central government’s controls over the regions—the material presented in this paper has been focussed more on exploring how local state elites themselves have seen decentralisation and regional autonomy. Based on a series of primary data collected in four research locations (the province of West Java, West Sumatra, West Kalimantan, and East Nusa Tenggara/NTT), the author has subsequently ended up with a proposition which says that: the puzzle of contemporary Indonesia’s regional autonomy policy must be understood on the basis of so called local state elites ambivalence orientation towards decentralisation and regional autonomy policies. The research findings suggested that local state elites had officially manipulated that of ambivalence orientation as the stated justification for their misconduct behaviour in implementing decentralisation and regional autonomy policies. Eventually, the author argues, amongst the distinctive contribution of this paper to the academic development is that it share the work of those who have endeavoured to conceptualise the characteristics of decentralisation and regional autonomy in an epoch the so called “transition towards democracy”.
