Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Demands dan Organizational Commitment terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Burnout pada karyawan perusahaan Cakap kota Jakarta dan Yogyakarta. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 180 dari total populasi 376 karyawan. Uji Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, dan uji goodnes of fit. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan Metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling dengan software SPSS versi 25 dan Amos versi 25. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan job demands berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, job demands berpengaruh positif terhadap burnout, organizational commitment berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, organizational commitment berpengaruh negatif terhadap burnout, burnout berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, burnout memediasi secara parsial pengaruh job demands terhadap turnover intention, dan burnout memediasi secara penuh pengaruh organizational commitment terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini diharapkan manajer dapat menurunkan job demands dengan membagi pekerjaan secara adil dan efisien, meningkatkan organizational commitment dengan mensosialisasikan nilai-nilai perusahaan dan memberikan persepsi positif tentang masa depan perusahaan, menurunkan burnout dengan memberikan tantangan pekerjaan atau reward spesifik, serta menurunkan turnover intention dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan yang konsisten memenuhi tanggung jawabnya.

Abstract

Many countries have carried out the boycott, divestment, and sanction (BDS) movement. Research on this topic contains an interesting sentimental side and needs to be mapped to help future research. This study aims to determine the problem's evolution and mapping, along with sentiment analysis related to BDS. This study uses a descriptive statistical analysis approach combined with meta-analysis and sentiment analysis of secondary data in the form of metadata from 81 Scopus-indexed articles published over the past 15 years, which were then processed using NVivo 15. The findings of this study reveal that the majority of studies have a somewhat negative perspective on BDS. Negative sentiment shows that many studies use sharp and negative sentences, as well as sentences that cause debate; this is related to the "Hasbara" propaganda built by Israel, while positive sentiment on this topic is small due to the lack of research using positive sentences about BDS. This study can provide knowledge about the sentiment of the boycott movement and be a reference for future research. This research can be helpful for pro-Palestine parties and BDS supporters in increasing publications on the boycott movement from various sectors so that it becomes a means to support Palestine’s independence.

Abstract

Perbankan sy-ariah telah mengalami perkembangan dan kenaikan yang cukup signifikan juga pesat sejak awal masuknya sistem ekonomi syariah ke Indonesia, tetapi perkembangan ini masih cukup jauh perkembangannya dibandingkan dengan perbankan konvensional. Peneliti bertujuan untuk melihat apakah faktor-faktor dari TPB dan TAM seperti perceived usefulness, perceived ease to use, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, Islamic Finacial Literacy dan Religiusitas memiliki pengaruh dalam pengambilan keputusan milenial untuk menjadi nasabah bank syariah di jabodetabek khususnya. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM- PLS atau Partial Least Square. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 148 nasabah bank syariah di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui google form. Data yang diperoleh, di analisa menggunakan analisa konfirmatori (CFA). Hipothesis yang dikembangkan untuk penelitian ini diuji dengan pengujian composite reliability. Studi ini menemukan bahwa 77,2 % niat milenial dijabodetabek dipengaruhi oleh variabel attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, religiusitas, Perceived Ease to Use dan Perceived Usefulness serta Islamic financial literacy. Sisanya sebesar 22,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi literasi keuangan syariah, perilaku keuangan dan ketahanan keuangan terhadap perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan syariah pasangan muda pasca pandemic covid 19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan data primer yang diambil dari penyebaran kuesioner berdasarkan convinience sampling yang berjumlah 250 responden.Literasi keuangan syariah dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendapatan/pekerjaan. Literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh kepada perencanaan keuangan dengan sifat full mediation karena hanya signifikan pada pengaruh tidak langsungnya melalui perilaku keuangan dan ketahanan keuangan. Perilaku keuangan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat toleransi resiko dan literasi keuangan syariah. Ketahanan keuangan dipengaruhi oleh literasi keuangan dan perilaku keuangan. Perencanaan keuangan syariah dipengaruhi oleh perilaku dan ketahanan keuangan. Terakhir, pengelolaan keuangan syariah dipengaruhi oleh literasi keuangan, perilaku keuangan, dan ketahanan keuangan.

Abstract

Simvastatin (SMV), a poorly soluble drug, faces challenges in pharmaceutical formulation due to its limited solubility and poor flow properties. This study aimed to enhance the physicochemical properties of SMV by preparing spherical crystals using a crystallo-co-agglomeration. Spherical crystals of SMV were prepared by dissolving the drug in methanol and adding it to an aqueous solution containing PVP K-30 and PEG 6000 under constant stirring. The resulting agglomerates were filtered, dried, and characterized using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Powder X-Ray Diffraction (PXRD), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and dissolution testing. Micromeritic properties, including bulk density, Hausner ratio, compressibility index, angle of repose, and flowability, were also evaluated. FTIR confirmed the chemical integrity of SMV with minor shifts indicating interactions with stabilizers. PXRD and DSC analyses revealed reduced crystallinity and partial amorphization in the spherical crystals. SEM showed spherical morphology. Dissolution testing demonstrated a significantly enhanced dissolution rate for the spherical crystals compared to pure SMV. Improved micromeritic properties were also observed, indicating better flowability and packing density. Spherical crystallization significantly improved the solubility, dissolution rate, and flowability of SMV. This technique offers a promising strategy for enhancing the bioavailability and pharmaceutical performance of poorly soluble drugs.

Abstract

The processing of coffee cherries yields unused fruit skin waste, which can be transformed into valuable vermicompost. Vermicompost, which is generated through the process of introducing earthworms such as Eisenia foetida, incorporates vital macro- and micronutrients alongside plant growth regulators. A pre-survey revealed several issues faced by partners: (1) Neglected potential of coffee pod waste area, (2) Fertilizer challenges among horticultural, chili, and shallot farmers, (3) Limited knowledge about coffee pod skin composting as organic fertilizer, and (4) Inadequate cultivation management leading to unprofitable outcomes. To address these challenges, the Community Service Team collaboratively agreed with partners to: (1) Provide counseling on utilizing Eisenia foetida-inoculated coffee waste as vermicompost organic fertilizer, (2) Enhance horticultural farmers' understanding to reduce excessive inorganic fertilizer use, (3) Pilot coffee waste vermicompost application in intercropped chili and shallot cultivation, and (4) Establish coffee waste vermicompost packaging as a farmer group business venture. The achieved outcomes include: First, partner farmer groups received counseling on vermicompost production using Eisenia foetida worm inoculation. Second, partners significantly improved their vermicompost production proficiency. Third, demonstration plots successfully showcased chili and shallot cultivation using vermicompost. Fourth, partners effectively produced vermicompost, leading to a 20% reduction in production costs. Finally, partners were inspired to actively produce and apply vermicompost in their intercropped chili and shallot cultivation, reflecting positive motivation and progress.

Abstract

In Indonesia there is still a big opportunity to develop the sharia industry in Indonesia, especially sharia life insurance. This is based on the penetration rate of life insurance in Indonesia in 2018 only reaching 1.3%, which shows a decrease from the previous year which was 1.4%. Therefore a strategy is needed to increase the penetration of sharia insurance through research on the factors that influence a person's interest in participating in sharia life insurance. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, Islamic life insurance knowledge, Islamic financial planning, and financial behavior on interest in participating in Islamic life insurance. This research is a quantitative research. Primary data was obtained through a survey that obtained 140 respondents aged over 17 years and domiciled in the city of Bogor. The analysis uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the variable knowledge of sharia life insurance and sharia financial planning has a significant effect on interest in participating in sharia life insurance. On the other hand, the variables of financial literacy and financial behavior do not significantly influence interest in participating in sharia life insurance.

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the country's economy, but unfortunately the capabilities of the perpetrators are not sufficient. For example, in terms of technology utilisation in the form of applications. Applications that facilitate business services are very important for the progress of MSMEs. One example is the Buku Warung application that can be downloaded through Playstore. In this application, there are features that allow users to record income and expenses for MSMEs such as grocery stores. With the Buku Warung application, MSME players can make digital records of income and expenses. In addition, this application is also able to compile and display financial reports in accordance with accounting standards for businesses conducted digitally. Through training in using the Buku Warung application, it is hoped that the abilities and skills of MSME players can increase for the development of their businesses in the future.

Abstract

Behind a Mask Or A Woman's Power by Louisa May Alcott is a novell that tells the story of Jean Muir, a governess who is both cunning and mysterious. Jean manipulates the members of the wealthy Coventry family to secure her position and achieve her personal goals. Through charm and deceit, she reveals her strength and resilience, challenge the conventional roles of women in society. The novel explores themes of power, identity, and societal expectations, shows the complexities of female agency in the 19th century. the main character reveals her true character through subtle manipulations gradually. She captivates each family member in different ways such as winning over Gerald, the eldest son, with her charm, gaining the admiration of Bella, the youngest daughter, and intriguing Sir John, the family patriarch. Each character sees a different side of Jean, tailored to their vulnerabilities and desires. This is a descriptive qualitative research. The data source are taken from a novel titled Behind A Mask Or A Woman’s Power by Louisa May Alcott. The primary data are dialogues, quotations, conversations and narrations from each character which represent symbols in the novel. The concept of symbol by Pierce is used to analysis symbols in the novel. In Peirce's semiotic theory, symbols are signs that represent objects through a conventional or arbitrary relationship. A symbol is a type of sign that relies on a learned or agreed upon connection between the and the signified. Unlike icons or indexes, symbols do not have a direct resemblance or causal link to their objects. The research problem are what are symbols appeared in the novel ? what do symbols mean in the novel ? the result of the research find out several symbols such as mask, blue, dog, face, chair, dark, sweetheart . The mask serves as a means for the character to conceal her true self, while the dog serves as a distraction from her confusion when interacting with others. The sweetheart represents an intimate and desire, the dark suggests strange things and perilous situations, and the face announces his appearance to convey his reaction.
