There are various pathfinding algorithms that have advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm. The purpose of this study is to compare the best-first search pathfinding greedy algorithm with A * (Star) in terms of determining the shortest route in a tent search. The method used in this study is an analytical method for analyzing what algorithms can be applied in track search. Then, the method continued with the design method for the best-first search and A * greedy algorithm, the user interface for the algorithm testing application. The next method is the implementation method, which is the best-first greedy algarithm search and A * implemented in the algorithm testing application. The last method is the method of testing algorithms that will be compared. The conclusions will be drawn from the results of comparison algorithms. The result of this study is the acquisition of a distance comparison between thegreedy best-first search algorithm with A *. The conclusion of this study is that the A * algorithm is able to provide the shortest and optimal route results compared to the BFS algorithm.

The problem that occurs in hospitals regarding the processing of drug supplies is about the condition of out of stock medicines because hospitals spend around 33% of the total investment in one year only for the investment costs of drugs. To deal with the above problems the hospital must have good logistics management, one way of managing it is by doing good planning. In this research, the writer will use ABC Analysis and Support Vector Regression (SVR) algorithm. For the use of these methods, the following ABC Analysis will be used for the drug classification process, namely by dividing the torch into three main groups based on interests, namely groups A, B and C. Henceforth, the writer will use the SVR motedo to calculate drug predictions. The results that the authors get from this study are ABC analyys classify drugs. Into three groups namely group A with a total of 276 items with a percentage of 22.96% of the total number of items, group B with a total of 396 items with a percentage of 33.11% and C with a total of 528 with a percentage of 43.94% with a total of 1202 drug items. Prediction testing is done by taking a sample of five drugs derived from group classification. The SVR calculation process is done by comparing linear scaling and z normalization preprocessing methods. The result of this research is that MAPE shows that preprocessing with linear scaling produces a better value than compared to z nomrlization and calculation with ABC analysis.

The quality of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a very important resource to be able to determine the capacity of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD). One of the efforts to improve the quality of OPD performance is the promotion of positions. Promotion of an award given for work performance and dedication of a civil servant, as well as being excited to improve work performance and loyalty. Therefore, it is necessary to determine a promotion. The weighting method in this study uses the Analytical Hirarchy Process. This study also compares this method with the Technique for Ordering Preference based on Similarities with Ideal Solutions. The resulting criteria are formal and informal. Consists of formal sub-criteria consisting of formal education, position experience, class rank, technical competence, managerial competence and socio-cultural competence. Then for the informal sub-criteria consisting of discipline, innovation, creativity, ideas for institutional functions, the ability to collaborate and work in teams, loyalty, responsibility, leadership, ability to communicate well and recommendations at the provincial and / or ministerial level. Furthermore, calculations are carried out using the AHP and TOPSIS methods for data for 2018 which means 1 position, in 2019 means 2 positions, and in 2020 means 4 positions. In one position consists of 3 ASN alternatives. After comparing the accuracy level of the AHP and TOPSIS methods with experts, the results of the AHP method are better in making recommendations for structural promotion of echelon IV ASN by producing a perfect score of 100% and a TOPSIS value of 71.4%.

Optimasi merupakan suatu langkah untuk mengoptimalkan waktu menjadi lebih efisien. Ketika sebuah query diberikan pada sistem database, optimasi penting dilakukan untuk memilih strategi yang efisien untuk mengevaluasi ekspresi relasi yang ditentukan. Query optimization adalah suatu proses untuk menganalisis query, menentukan sumber-sumber apa saja yang digunakan oleh query tersebut dan apakah penggunaan dari sumber tersebut dapat dikurangi tanpa merubah output. Kegiatan Pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik sangat tergantung pada kualitas informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan dibidang sumber daya manusia. Kemampuan organisasi dalam memperoleh, menyimpan, memelihara dan menggunakan informasi sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting yang menunjang keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan. Perusahaan harus menyadari pentingnya pemenuhan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia secara berkualitas dan tepat sehingga perlu untuk dikembangkan sistem informasi sumber daya manusia untuk menunjang pemenuhan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, Sistem ini yang namanya biasa disebut SISDM atau HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian sebelum optimasi dan sesudah dioptimasi menunjukan bahwa query yang sudah di optimasi waktu yang di butuhkan dalam melakukan pencarian data lebih cepat. Hasil percobaan pertama dengan 1000 data waktu yang dibutuhkan sebelum optimasi 0.023 dan sesudah di optimasi waktu yang didapatkan 0.015.

The classification can be performed by using the decision tree approach. Previous researches on the classification using the decision tree have mostly been intended to classify text data. This paper was intended to introduce a classification application to the content-based image retrieval (CBIR) with multi-attributes by using a decision tree. The attributes used were the visual features of the image, i.e. : color moments (order 1, 2 and 3), image entropy, energy and homogeneity. K-means cluster algorithm was used to categorize each attribute. The result of categorized data was then built into a decision tree by using C4.5. To show the concept in application, this research built an application with main features, i.e.: cases data input, cases list, training process and testing process to do classification. The resulting tests of 150 rontgen data showed the training data classification’s truth value of 75.33% and testing data classification of 55.7%.

Customer satisfaction is very important for public service providers, customer satisfaction can be delivered with a survey application or writing criticism that can be used to evaluate and improve service. Unfortunately, there are only a few customers who are willing to give an assessment. The survey application cannot represent the overall feeling of the customer, so it is necessary to analyze the content of the conversation between the customer and the service personnel to determine the level of customer satisfaction. In small amounts, it can be done manually, but in large quantities it is more effective to use the system. A solution is needed in the form of a system that converts voice conversations into text and analyzes customer satisfaction to obtain information for evaluation and improvement of services. This research uses K-nearest neighbors (KNN) and term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm with natural language processing (NLP) approach to classify conversations into 2 classes, "satisfied" and " dissatisfied ". The results of this study received 74.00% accuracy, 76.00% precision and 73.08% recall. In conversations with the label "satisfied" shows customers satisfied with the service and fulfillment of customer desires, while in conversations with the label "not satisfied" customers are less satisfied with the waiting time.

Kassian Céphas is recognized as photographer Kraton Yogyakarta that has the equal rights of Europeans in the nineteenth century. Photographs of his work in addition to documentation of Yogyakarta and the Dutch empire, also sold as souvenirs for the Europeans. Although at that time the profession as a photographer is still scarce, but Céphas work professionally. Photographs by Céphas has recorded social and cultural development as part of the social dialectic. Attributes clothing, custom intergovernmental exchange visits, as well as efforts to obtain equal footing Céphas Europeans, showed a socio-cultural dialogue. Céphas works is a form of social description that has been cultured people of Yogyakarta, about art and knowledge though not necessarily a formal education. Through his photographs, Céphas confirms the existence ofYogyakarta as part of a nation.Keywords: Céphas, photographs, social dialectic, culture, nation.

Perancangan Sistem Estimasi untuk Menentukan Biaya Kelayakan Proyek IT Sahirul Muklis; Kusrini Kusrini; Andi Sunyoto

Proyek IT dianggap gagal karena tidak memberikan manfaat dan tidak sesuai dengan tujuan awal dari proyek. Tingkat kegagalan proyek IT mencapai 19% dan hanya 29% yang dianggap berhasil, selebihnya mengalami kendala. Penilaian ini didasarkan pada biaya, waktu dan kesesuaian dengan permintaan pada awal proyek. Untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya, lamanya waktu pengerjaan dalam proyek IT, perlu diperlukan pengukuran terhadap proses yang akan dijalankan. Dalam proyek IT perlu adanya sebauh Estimasi untuk mengukur biaya, waktu dan besarnya ruang lingkup. Estimasi biaya dapat diketahui dengan memperkirakan besarnya ruang lingkup dari proyek IT dengan menggunakan nilai Effort atau nilai usaha proyek IT. Effort dari proyek IT dapat ditentukan dengan beberapa metode contohnya Metode Use Case Point. Penggunaan Metode Use Case Point yang dikolaborasikan dengan Metode Fuzzy dapat membantu dalam mengklasifikasikan nilai dari Use Case Weight yang ada di Use Case Point sehingga besarnya biaya proyek IT mendekati nilai aslinya. Estimasi biaya ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu indikator pembantu untuk menilai kelayakan proyek IT.Kata Kunci — Fuzzy, UCP, Estimasi, Biaya Proyek ITIT projects are considered to be failed because they do not provide benefits and are not in accordance with the project's initial objectives. The failure rate for IT projects reached 19% and only 29% were considered successful, the rest experienced problems. This assessment is based on cost, time and compliance with the request at the beginning of the project. To find out the amount of the cost, the length of time spent in the IT project, it is necessary to measure the process to be carried out. In IT projects there needs to be an estimate to measure the cost, time and magnitude of the scope. Cost estimates can be known by estimating the size of the IT project by using the Effort value or the value of the IT project business. Efforts from IT projects can be determined by several methods for example, the Use Case Point Method. The use of the Use Case Point method that is collaborated with the Fuzzy Method can help in classifying the value of Use Case Weight at the Use Case Point so that the amount of IT project costs approaches the original value. This cost estimate can be used as one of the supporting indicators to assess the feasibility of an IT project.Keywords— IT Project, UCP, Effort, Fuzzy

Pertambahan jumlah penduduk Indonesia serta meningkatkannya permintaan industri akan bawang merah yang tidak diimbangi dengan jumlah produksi mendorong pemerintah membuka impor bawang merah. Impor dilakukan untuk menjaga keseimbangan harga dan pasokan bawang merah sehingga inflasi yang diakibatkan kenaikan harga bawang merah dapat ditekan, namun impor yang tidak tepat jumlah akan mengakibatkan kerugian bagi pihak petani, perlu adanya sistem pendukung dalam menentukan volume impor guna menjaga keseimbangan harga pasar dan pemenuhan kebutuhan bawang merah. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dirancang menerapkan Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Tsukamoto. Sistem yang dirancang memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan training data dan testing data, proses dalam training data yaitu : 1)Clustering data latih, menggunakan algoritma K-Means 2)Ekstraksi Aturan, 3)Testing data latih, hitung nilai impor dengan fuzzy Tsukamoto, 4)Menganalisa error hasil fuzzy menggunakan MAPE(Means Absolute Percentage Error), 5)Testing Data Uji dan menganalisa hasil error data uji. Hasil Uji Model menunjukan penentuan impor bawang merah dengan parameter input harga petani, harga konsumen, produksi, konsumsi, harga impor dan kurs terhadap 60 data latih menghasilkan error terendah sebesar 0.07 pada 12 cluster, hasil uji mesin inferensi terhadap data uji menghasilkan error sebesar 0.25. Indonesian population growth and increase industrial demand shallot is not matched with number of production prompted the government to opened shallot imports. Import done to maintain the balance price and supply of shallot so inflation caused by rising prices of onion can be suppressed, but not the exact amount of imports would result in losses for the farmers, support system in determining volume imports is need to maintain balance of market price and needs of shallot. Decision support system designed to apply Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Tsukamoto. The system is allows the user to perform the training data and testing data, the training process performs are: 1) Clustering training data, using the K-Means algorithm 2) Extraction Rule, 3) Testing data, calculate imports value by fuzzy Tsukamoto, 4) analyze the results error using MAPE (Means Absolute Percentage error), 5) testing test data and analyze the results error. The results show the determination of imported shallot with input parameters producer prices, consumer prices, production, consumption, import prices and the exchange rate against 60 training data produces the lowest error of 0:07 in 12 clusters, the inference engine test resulted in an error of 0.25.

Karir adalah salah satu hal penting yang perlu disiapkan dalam kehidupan seseorang. Perencanaan karir idealnya dilakukan pada masa remaja. Meskipun demikian, banyak siswa SMA masih belum bisa menentukan dan mengambil keputusan tentang pemilihan studi lanjut di Perguruan Tinggi. Lembaga Psikologi DTC membutuhkan pengembangan sistem agar dapat menggantikan peran dari sesi konseling untuk dapat memberikan rekomendasi jurusan kepada siswa yang berasal dari bimbingan belajar yang bekerja sama dengan mereka. Karena keterbatasan tenaga ahli untuk konseling di beberapa kota, maka dibutuhkan pengembangan sistem untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Pada penelitian ini, prototype psikotes yang akan dikembangkan adalah tes perencanaan karir. Tes perencanaan karir ini adalah tes model CBT (Computer Base Test) yang berisi tes kognitif (bakat) dan tes minat. Bentuk dari tes kognitif adalah multiple choice menggunakan teori Sternberg. Bentuk dari tes minat adalah forced choice menggunakan teori Holland. Hasil dari prototype ini berupa report yang berisi tentang hasil dari tes kognitif, tes minat dan rekomendasi jurusan yang cocok untuk siswa SMA.Kata Kunci — Sistem Pakar, Psikologi, Kognitif, Minat, Sternberg, Holland.Career is one of the important things that need to be prepared in a person's life. Career planning is ideally done in adolescence. Even so, many high school students still cannot determine and make decisions about the selection of advanced studies in college. The DTC Psychology Institute requires the development of a system so that it can replace the role of the counseling session to be able to provide recommendations of college majors to students from tutoring agency who collaborate with the DTC. Because of the limited expert for counseling in several cities, it is necessary to develop a system to improve service quality. In this study, the prototype psychological test that will be developed is a career planning test. This career planning test is a Computer Base Tes) model that contains cognitive tests (aptitude) and interest tests. The form of cognitive test is multiple choice using Sternberg’s theory. The form of interest test is forced choice using Holland’s theory. The results of this prototype is a report containing the results of cognitive tests, interest tests and recommendations of college majors that are suitable for high school students.Keywords— Expert System, Psychology, Cognitive, Interet, Sternberg, Holland.
