Haryono No. 169 Malang e-mail: Peem7336@student.ub.ac.id Abstrak Pada penelitian ini peneliti mengangkat permasalahan mengenai ketidaksesuaian antara Das Sollen dan Das Sein yang menimbulkan adanya legal gap antara Pasal 4 huruf (h) Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dengan konsumen yang mengalami kerugian akibat perbuatan wanprestasi oleh pelaku usaha layanan jasa titip pembelian tiket konser BTS “Permission To Dance” online live streaming tahun 2022 di Instagram. Skripsi ini mengangkat rumusan masalah: (1) Bagaimana implementasi Pasal 4 huruf (h) Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 terhadap konsumen yang dirugikan akibat perbuatan wanprestasi oleh pelaku usaha layanan jasa titip pembelian tiket konser BTS “Permission To Dance” online live streaming tahun 2022 yang dilakukan melalui transaksi elektronik di Instagram? (2) Apa hambatan pelaku usaha? (3) Bagaimana pertanggungjawaban yang sudah dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha layanan jasa titip pembelian tiket konser BTS “Permission To Dance” online live streaming tahun 2022 di Instagram atas ketidaksesuaian dalam detail pesanan tiket konser maupun server error yang menyebabkan pelaku usaha terlambat atau tidak mendapatkan tiket konser yang telah dipesan oleh konsumen?. Peneliti memperoleh jawaban bahwa implementasi Pasal 4 huruf (h) Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan konsumen tidak terlaksana dengan baik karena perbuatan wanprestasi oleh pelaku usaha layanan jasa titip pembelian tiket konser di Instagram sebagaimana Pasal 7 huruf (g) dan Pasal 19 huruf (a) Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan Konsumen. Kata Kunci: hukum perlindungan konsumen, implementasi, pertanggungjawaban, wanprestasi, tiket konser, BTS Abstract This research studies the irrelevance between Das Sollen and Das Sein, sparking a legal gap between Article 4 letter (h) of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and the aggrieved parties due to a breach of contract committed by the party offering jasa titip or jastip— entrusted shopping service—in the purchase of BTS concert tickets “Permission to Dance” online live streaming 2022 on Instagram. Departing from this issue, this research aims to investigate: (1) the implementation of Article 4 letter (h) of Law Number 8 of 1999 regarding aggrieved consumers due to a breach of contract committed by jastip provider of the ticket purchase concerned; (2) the impeding factors affecting related businesses; (3) the accountability given by the jastip service provider in the concert ticket purchase regarding server error impeding the purchase of the concert tickets reserved by consumers. The research result reveals that Article 4 letter (h) of Law Number 8 of 1999 has not been appropriately implemented due to a breach of contract in the purchase of concert tickets on Instagram as mentioned earlier because it does not meet Article 7 letter (g) and Article 19 letter (a) of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Abstract

Bullying is a form of child abuse that is perpetrated by peers against someone (child) who is "lower" or weaker in order to gain certain benefits or satisfaction. The culture of bullying (violence) in the name of seniority still continues among students in elementary schools, bullying usually occurs repeatedly, some are even carried out in a planned manner. The method used in this research is qualitative. Results of the activity In the implementation of community service The location of community service was carried out at SDN 7 Tanjung Raya, on August 5 2023. The duration of this activity was carried out for 4 hours, namely at 08.00 - 11.00 WIB. what has been explained in this socialization, after carrying out this socialization the author hopes that students can have good insight to be able to respond to association in this millennial era which is in accordance with the view of the Islamic religion. This socialization also describes the negative impact of bullying and helps students to be able to fortify themselves from bullying behavior and from the ease of obtaining negative information. This is of course something that must be done by educational institutions and parents to contribute in looking after students so that they can become children with good character who can later be useful for the community/country.

Abstract

The Balikpapan Class 1 Agricultural Quarantine Laboratory is one of the laboratories in Indonesia that has a behavior-based work safety program, namely the Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program which aims to observe worker behavior. The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the implementation of Behavior-Based Safety programs at the Balikpapan Class 1 Agricultural Quarantine Laboratory. This research is descriptive qualitative research using direct observation methods and in-depth interviews. The research subjects consisted of 2 informants, 1 key informant, 1 main informant. The research results showed that workers at the Balikpapan Class 1 Agricultural Quarantine Laboratory understood unsafe acts. The implementation of the Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program has been running well and appropriately.

Abstract

Masa usia dini merupakan masa emas perkembangan. Fase perkembangan otak anak usia dini merupakan fase terpenting yang meliputi 80% perkembangan otak anak. Tingkat perkembangan otak anak sejak lahir sampai usia 4 tahun mencapai 50%, sehingga 4 tahun pertama sering disebut masa keemasan. Salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan otak anak adalah melalui seni. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Taman Kanak-kanak yang ada di Provinsi Jambi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 6 guru dari tiga TK yang ada di Provinsi Jambi dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuisioner/angket. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument kuisioner terhadap subjek penelitian. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan 100% responden setuju bahwa musik merangsang perkembangan otak pada anak usia dini. Semua guru pernah mempraktikkan gerakan dan lagu untuk belajar, melaksanakan kegiatan seni musik dan lagu-lagu berekspresi yang berbeda di sekolah masing-masing. Anak dapat mengikuti gerakan pada lagu yang diberikan, anak dapat bertepuk tangan mengikuti irama, anak dapat mengikuti pola kata dari lagu yang diberikan. Seluruh responden menyetujui bahwa seni musik mampu meningkatkan perkembangan otak anak usia dini.

Abstract

Background: Nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) incidence has been largely found in Southern China and Southeast Asia and was associated with Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV). Some advanced-stage NPC may still rise to local recurrence or distant metastasis and higher plasma EBV DNA was still found in locally advanced nasopharyngeal cancer (LA-NPC) at 1 month or even 3 years after completing radiotherapy (RT). Even though EBV DNA has not been widely used in clinical practice, it could be an important value for determining treatment outcomes and risk of disease relapse.Methods: This review article gathered studies from the PubMed database from 2021 to 2022. Using various searching terms 434 articles were found and were narrowed down to 7 according to the inclusion criteria. The individual review was made for each article and endpoints such as overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS), disease-free survival (DFS), and local recurrence-free survival (LRFS) were drawn.Results: Overall subjects for these studies ranged up to 2,354 LA-NPC patients (median of 1,073   subjects). All studies observed the pre-treatment and post-treatment EBV DNA and only two studies observed post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy (post-NAc). EBV DNA currently is the most reliable biomarker available for clinical purposes and its versatility can be useful, especially to value prognosis and to determine the course of treatment.Conclusions: Apart from survival outcomes, pre-treatment EBV DNA is considered good for predicting the overall prognosis. Meanwhile, post-induction chemotherapy (post-IC) or post-NAc EBV DNA is suitable for adjuvant therapy indicators, especially in LA-NPC. Even though the cut-off value for the tests was still varied across laboratories (ranging from 1,500 to 4,000), post-NAc and post-treatment might have some benefit to help predict any locoregional recurrence and distant metastasis, considering pre-treatment will not change the therapeutic course completely.

Abstract

One of the themes included in the Kukerta UNRI 2023 activity is the welfare theme particularly in community health and safety programs. Based on the theme and program, the activity performed by Kukerta UNRI in the village of Pulau Terap is devotion to the community through the 4R method of household nonorganic waste utilization. The purpose of this activity is that students are expected to find solutions to health problems, particularly those caused by household garbage, especially in the village of Pulau Terap. The goal is also to educate people on how to manage inorganic household garbage to be more useful products. As for products made in flower pots using fabrics in cloth litter that are widely found in the household. Students do this activity with the two stages of socialization and practice. Socialization involves the poor health impact of garbage, and how the 4R method can provide solutions to the garbage problem. But practice followed by illustrating steps made to create flowerpots from inorganic household garbage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the learning method of small group discussion on the learning outcomes of grade V students on IPAS learning materials. Seeing the many kinds of learning methods that have been used in this learning process, the focus of study in this study is to answer whether the small group discussion learning method can improve student learning outcomes in IPAS lessons. This research is a qualitative method where the author uses a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study are teachers and children in elementary schools. The subject is a teacher who teaches IPAS subjects in grade 5. As for the subject of elementary school children, they are high school students who are grade 5 students. The Small Group Discussion method in IPAS learning at SD 4 Gondangmanis has been positively proven. Students showed high interest, increased understanding of the material and were able to work well together. This method helps students receive and understand complex material, as well as develop critical and analytical thinking skills. Strategies used include fair division of groups and the use of roles within groups. The positive impacts seen were the development of collaborative skills, increased student engagement, improved critical thinking, and better understanding of concepts. Teachers' motivating factors in applying this method were reducing students' selfishness, encouraging their courage in expressing opinions, and improving students' ability to discuss and teach their peers. The challenges faced were students who did not want to make friends with other students and differences of opinion within the group. Teachers overcame these challenges by providing an understanding of the importance of friendship and teaching how to manage differences of opinion.

Abstract

ABSTRACT, Marriage is a strong contract to obey God's commands and carrying it out is a form of worship. Any attempt to trivialize marital relations by making divorce easier is deeply hated by Islam. Article 39 of Law number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage states that it is mandatory to reconcile both parties before starting a divorce trial in court. In fact, divorce cases in Indonesia continue to increase from year to year. In 2021, the city of Bandung was recorded as the region with the most divorce certificate holders. This research aims to determine the causes of the high divorce rate in PA Bandung and to determine the efforts made to minimize the high divorce rate. This research uses a normative juridical approach method with descriptive analysis research specifications, namely focusing on facts in the field related to positive law. The data collection technique used is literature study to process primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials supported by primary data in the field as a complement. The results of this research show that from research data obtained in PA Bandung, it can be seen that there are several factors that cause divorce in the city of Bandung during September, October and November 2023, including drunkenness, gambling, leaving one of the parties, being sentenced to prison. , polygamy, domestic violence, apostasy, economics, and most of all because of the factors that cause continuous disputes and quarrels. Based on the results of data collection and interviews with several respondents conducted by researchers, efforts to overcome the high divorce rate in PA Bandung can be carried out in several phases, namely the pre-wedding phase, the marriage phase, and the filing a lawsuit phase. ABSTRAK, Perkawinan adalah akad yang kuat untuk menaati perintah Allah dan melaksanakannya merupakan salah satu bentuk ibadah. Setiap usaha menyepelekan hubungan perkawinan dengan mempermudah perceraian sangat dibenci oleh Islam. Pasal 39 Undang-Undang nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan menyebutkan bahwa wajib mendamaikan kedua belah pihak sebelum memulai sidang perceraian di pengadilan. Faktanya Kasus perceraian di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun terus mengalami peningkatan. Pada tahun 2021 Kota Bandung tercatat sebagai wilayah dengan pemilik akta cerai terbanyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab tingginya angka perceraian di PA Kota Bandung dan untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisir tingginya angka perceraian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analisis yaitu memusatkan perhatian kepada fakta dilapangan dikaitkan dengan hukum positif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, adalah studi kepustakaan untuk mengola bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier yang didukung data primer di lapangan sebagai pelengkap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari data penelitian yang diperoleh di PA Bandung, dapat diketahui ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya perceraian di Kota Bandung selama Bulan September, Oktober dan November 2023 antara lain yaitu karena faktor mabuk, judi, meninggalkan salah satu pihak, dihukum penjara, poligami, KDRT, murtad, ekonomi, dan yang paling banyak karena faktor terjadinya perselisihan dan pertengkaran terus menerus. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data dan wawancara kepada beberapa responden yang dilakukan peneliti maka upaya untuk mengatasi tingginya angka perceraian di PA Kota Bandung dapat dilakukan dalam beberapa fase, yaitu fase pranikah, fase menikah, dan fase mengajukan gugatan.

Abstract

Because food technology is progressing, there is more and more production, consumption and buying and selling of foodstuffs with more durable packaging. Some foods are sold using food additives. Health can be compromised if food additives are used inappropriately. Data from the cimahi city health office (2011) shows 24% or as many as 41 food samples do not meet health standards (11 samples) contain formalin, (12 samples) contain borax, and (7 samples) contain rhodamine B. This research was conducted to test whether or not there is a presence or absence of rhodamine B in the food. This study was conducted to test the presence or absence of food additives in food in the area around Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (UNJANI) as a form of community service so that people are more careful in choosing food. Chromic acid method was used in formalin test, curcumin test in borax test and KLT method in Rhodamine B test. This research was conducted at the Toxicology Laboratory of the Faculty of Technology and Health Sciences, UNJANI. The activities carried out in the study were sampling from peddlers around UNJANI, testing borax, formalin and rhodamine B. In this study, the test results of 5 borax samples, 5 formalin samples and 5 rhodamine B samples were obtained, all of which were negative from harmful Food Additives (BTM). A positive result was obtained on one of the Rhodamine B test samples.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices in state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Idx) for the period 2013-2022. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample used is the bank's financial statements such as: balance sheets, income statements and stock prices at BUMN banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2022. Based on the partial research results that Return On Asset (ROA) has no significant effect on stock prices with a tcount value < t table (-1.162368 < 1.68595), and a probability of 0.2532> 0.05 H01 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected. Partially Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices with a tcount value of 4.40237> table 1.68595, and a probability value of 0.00001 <0.05, then Ha2 is accepted and H02 is rejected. While simultaneously Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock prices with a fhitung value of 21.72472> ftabel 3.25192 with a significant value of 0.00000 <0.05, then Ha3 is accepted and H03 is rejected. The coefficient of determination shows that ROA and EPS with stock prices are 76.16%, the remaining 23.84% is influenced by other factors outside the regression model.
