Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of applying the Design, Explain, Develop, and Evaluation-Project Based Learning (DEDEn-PjBL) model on creativity in children. The research method is a quasi-experimental quantitative method with a non-equivalent one-group design by comparing pre-test and post-test values. Sampling used a saturated sample with a total of 15 students. Data was collected with an observation sheet in the form of a checklist. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using the paired sample t-test. The results of the data analysis showed that the mean posttest was higher than the mean pretest. The hypothesis test shows that the calculated t value is greater than the t table value with a significance value of 0.00, so it can be concluded that applying the DEDEn-PjBL model can increase children's creative abilities.

Abstract

Previous researchers, such as (Ahmad, 2017) (Maasiri, 2012), (Yusuf K. , 2019) and (Thayyib, 2017) have found consistent evidence that Malay learners often pronounce certain Arabic words not as native speakers do but in a way they get used to hearing those since their childhood. We offer a method for training the pronunciation of Arabic words using natural sounds. It employs the sounds from oneself and the natural or automatic sounds closest to the sounds to be instructed. This is a new model in Arabic pronunciation training for Malay communities in Southeast Asia through error analysis, contrastive studies, and observations. We argue that it is essential for those teaching or learning Arabic to develop linguistic proficiency and skills in correct pronunciation. It is also helpful for training in Qur'an recitation. We create this method using the literacy development, reflection, design, and development (R2D2) model. Three points are highlighted: (1) common errors in the pronunciation of Arabic sounds among the Malay communities in Southeast Asia concern the following sounds: tha, ha, kha, dha, shen, sad, dhaad, ain, ghain, fa, dan qaf., Ta, dan Dha; (2) the training includes three techniques: al-Muhaakat Aliyah (imitation of human-made sounds), al-Muhaakat Thabiiyyah (imitation of nature sounds), and al-Muhaakat bi an-Naathiq al-Ashly (imitation of Arabic native speakers); (3) video recordings are used to demonstrate the techniques for non-attending trainees.

Abstract

This research examines the possibilities and limitations of using ChatGPT in learning Arabic as a foreign language. Using a descriptive method, this study presents theories regarding using ChatGPT in language learning and how it is practically applied in learning Arabic as a foreign language. It also highlights the limitations learners should consider when using this application correctly and effectively. This research indicates that ChatGPT can assist Arabic language learners as "smart students" and "smart learning partner." With this role, ChatGPT can help them complete tasks and assignments, create a flexible and personalized learning environment, and improve their language skills. However, learners should also be mindful of the limitations of using ChatGPT, especially regarding ethical aspects and the limitations of the technology itself. They should maintain academic ethics and avoid excessive dependence on ChatGPT, which could negatively impact their critical thinking abilities, engagement spirit, and learning motivation.

Abstract

Learning modules designed based on Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) are very important to improve the learning experience of students. This research tries to develop a module-based TPACK for statistics in MTs Keppe, Larompong, and Luwu. This study aims to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of statistical learning modules developed based on TPACK. This research is R&D with the ADDIE models. The statistics module was developed based on the needs of junior high school students in Keppe and tested on grade VIII students. The instruments used are expert validation questionnaires practicality questionnaires to assess product feasibility, and learning outcomes tests to assess product effectiveness. The results showed that the TPACK-based statistics module can be feasible to use with validation of 85% by media experts and 87.5% by material experts, with a practicality level of 91%. This module is also effective in improving student learning outcomes with a percentage of 89.5%.

Abstract

The regulation change to the dispensation of marriage following the difference in the limiting age of marriage in Law Number 16 of 2019 is due to concerns over the increasing cases of underage marriages. This study aims to describe the procedures and considerations of judges regarding the reasons for filing a marriage dispensation case at the Tolitoli Religious Court and explain the relevance of maqasid sharia and sociological jurisprudence to the reasons for filing a marriage dispensation at the Tolitoli Religious Court. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach as an instrument in the research design and data collection through field research. The results of this research explain that legal considerations and considerations of community justice became the reason for the Tolitoli Religious Court judges when explaining the procedure and the reasons for filing a marriage dispensation case at the Tolitoli Religious Court and realizing protection for children both in terms of benefit and instruments of social change and reducing the prevalence of child marriage in Tolitoli Regency as a form of relevance between maqashid sharia and sociological jurisprudence towards marriage dispensation. The judge's consideration in granting the request for a marriage dispensation, either reviewed through maqashid shariah or sociological jurisprudence, needs to be studied more deeply so that the results of the decision from the application can help to realize a household life that is sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah because marriage is not only for oneself but also for other people called family.

Abstract

This study discusses the form and factors of implementing the dispensation of premarital pregnancy at the Parigi Religious Court according to Law Number 16 of 2019 and a review of the maqashid shari'ah. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research (field) with a case study approach. The data used in the study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the form and factors of the implementation of the dispensation of premarital pregnancy at the Parigi Religious Court according to Law Number 16 of 201219 are that every year, the Parigi Religious Court decides and resolves cases of marriage dispensation applications with an average percentage of 93% of prospective brides who are already pregnant outside of marriage have been granted by the judge. The factors for the judge to grant the dispensation of premarital pregnancy at the Parigi Religious Court are formal legal considerations, Supreme Court Regulations Number 5 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Adjudicating Applications for Marriage Dispensation, as well as material legal considerations, marriage law, ushul fiqh principles, maslahah mursalah, and social justice. The review of maqasid sharia on the form and factors of implementing the dispensation of premarital pregnancy according to Law Number 16 of 2019 is that it does not conflict with Islamic law; in fact, the policy is in line with the objectives of Islamic law (maqasid shari'ah). For now, the author agrees with the consideration of granting the dispensation of premarital pregnancy. Still, the role of maqasid shari'ah only contributes a little, namely considerations related to protecting offspring (hifz al nasal).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Flashcards media in learning vocabulary to improve students' Arabic speaking skills of Mujahidin Elementary School students at class 5B in Surabaya, East Java, because their speaking skills are weak, so teachers need learning media that can make students more enthusiastic after that and easy to memorize vocabulary. This study is a research with experimental method in quantitative approach that aims to test a theory or hypothesis which was given two assessments before and after teaching the material with the media. The data collection methods used are observation, interview, test, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is paired sample T-test with null and alternative hypothesis (H0 and H1) from the results of pre-test and post-test. The results showed (1) The use of Flashcards media in learning Arabic vocabulary is effective to improve students' speaking skills; (2) Students' speaking ability can be measured from the results of pretest and posttest scores; (3) The results of data analysis showed the paired sample T-test that a value of “Tcount” is 8,74 more than “Ttable” is 2,09 at the 5% significance level and 2,87 at the 1% significance level. And then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, the meaning is the use of Flashcards in learning vocabulary is very influential and effective for improving Arabic speaking skills of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi repository skripsi berbasis web di Universitas Dipa Makassar dengan menerapkan algoritma K-Means. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mempermudah mahasiswa dalam mencari dan mengakses referensi skripsi berdasarkan program studi, yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dan memakan waktu. Algoritma K-Means digunakan untuk mengelompokkan skripsi berdasarkan kesamaan program studi dengan menghitung jarak antara data menggunakan metode Euclidean, sehingga setiap skripsi dikelompokkan ke dalam prodi yang sesuai. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencarian referensi skripsi dan membantu pustakawan dalam pengelolaan dan pengarsipan data skripsi secara lebih terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan akses informasi akademik dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan di Universitas Dipa Makassar, khususnya dalam pelayanan akses dan pencarian skripsi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Dewasa ini generasi muda sangat rentan dipengaruhi oleh gaya dan pola hidup kebarat-baratan dan cenderung melupakan nilai dan norma dalam bangsa dan negara. maka dari itu sikap patriotisme harus ditanamkan pada generasi muda sebagai upaya untuk merekonstruksikan kembali sikap cintah tanah air dan berani berkorban untuk bangsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan kepustakaan (Library research) dengan bahan utama artikel dan buku-buku ilmiah. Adapun pembahasannya adalah eksistensi generasi muda sebagai pelanjut misi kebangsaan harus di tanamkan sikap patriotisme agar harapan dan cita-cita bangsa dapat tercapai. Untuk memperkuat komitmen generasi muda dalam memperjuangkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan maka sikap patriotisme harus menjadi simbol kekuatan generasi muda dalam mewujudkan bangsa yang berkarakter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Project Based Learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kolaborasi belajar siswa di MIN 1 Kota Jakarta Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang dilakukan dalam tahapan siklus, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas I dan IV. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan kolaborasi siswa MIN 1 Kota Jakarta Barat dengan Project Based Learning ditandainya dengan indikator siswa lebih aktif mendengar, bersikap terbuka, menjaga komunikasi, siswa aktif dalam berkelompok di pemecahan masalah, adanya perubahan sikap siswa yang ditandai dengan iman dan taqwa, berakhlakul karimah, dan siswa lebih terkontrol dengan adanya kerja kelompok.
