Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on a number of previous studies as the main milestones to build and strengthen arguments in the hypotheses that researchers present slowly. The data used in this article are secondary data that researchers obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2021. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool  that the Capital Intensity variable does have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Tax Aggressiveness. This is because the P-Value tends to be positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000.. In addition, in the next hypothesis, it is also true that the Inventory Intensity variable can strengthen the influence of the Capital Intensity variable on Tax Aggressiveness. This is because something similar if the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, is smaller than the direct test of 0.008 Keywords: Inventory Intensity, Capital Intensity, Tax Aggressiveness

Abstract

Fruit waste poses significant environmental and socioeconomic challenges, particularly in agricultural countries such as Indonesia. This study presents the development of an integrated system to convert fruit biomass waste into bio-energy briquettes using a pyrolyzer, disc mill, cylindrical oven, and hydraulic press. Pyrolysis was conducted at 350–500°C under limited oxygen, producing solid carbon, bio-oil, and syngas. The carbonized material was then milled, sieved, dried, and compacted into high-density briquettes. Laboratory characterization using X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (FESEM-EDS), and bomb calorimetry revealed a carbon content of approximately 82.5% and an average calorific value of 5,800 kcal/kg with a moisture content of 9.4%, indicating high energy potential and good mechanical stability. The system achieved a production capacity of 300–500 kg/day, making it suitable for small-scale, community-based renewable energy applications. The results confirm the technical feasibility and economic viability of the integrated system while supporting rural energy independence and local economic development. Future work should focus on system automation and exploring diverse biomass feedstocks for broader implementation.

Abstract

The rapid growth of internet use has transformed shopping behavior in Indonesia, particularly in the fashion e-commerce sector. Increasing competition requires online platforms to enhance user experience and electronic service quality to sustain customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study examines the effects of user experience and electronic service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty in Indonesia’s online fashion industry. Data were collected from 285 respondents who had purchased fashion products through the official websites of five top brands: Adidas, Nike, Converse, H&M, and Uniqlo. Using the disjoint two-stage Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach, the results reveal that user experience significantly affects electronic service quality and satisfaction, while electronic service quality positively influences satisfaction. Customer satisfaction strongly predicts loyalty. Furthermore, both electronic service quality and customer satisfaction play significant mediating roles. User experience indirectly enhances satisfaction through electronic service quality and indirectly promotes loyalty through satisfaction. This study validates an integrated model in Indonesia’s fashion e-commerce context using a two-stage analytical approach. Keywords: Customer loyalty; Customer satisfaction; E-service quality; E-commerce; User Experience

Abstract

Digital transformation has reshaped the fast-food industry, where omnichannel strategies integrate online and offline touchpoints to enhance customer experiences. This study examines the impact of omnichannel implementation on service quality, perceived value, and customer satisfaction within Indonesia’s fast-food sector. Using a quantitative design and data from 305 valid respondents, analysed using PLS-SEM (SmartPLS 4.0), the results showed that omnichannel integration significantly improves service quality and perceived value; consequently, customer satisfaction increases. However, the direct effect of omnichannel on satisfaction is insignificant, indicating that the relationship is entirely mediated by service quality and perceived value. These findings confirm the Service-Dominant Logic framework, suggesting that seamless cross-channel experiences co-create value and strengthen customer trust. This study enriches the digital service marketing literature by clarifying how omnichannel performance influences consumer perceptions and by offering managerial insights to enhance cross-platform service consistency.

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of social media, there has been a significant transformation, particularly among customers who interact with certain brands, exemplified by the phenomenon of live-streaming on TikTok. The interactions within this medium reflect a dynamic relationship between broadcasters and customers, in which mutual trust is essential to sustaining customer engagement. The present research examines the influence of customer trust on customer engagement. Furthermore, it analyzes the role of swift guanxi in strengthening relationships among TikTok live-streaming users in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used, with a population comprising TikTok users who had made purchases and interacted with other community members, and a sample of 205 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Respondent data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the measurement and structural relationships of the proposed model. The results showed that customer trust had a positive and significant effect on customer engagement, and swift guanxi also contributed to enhancing customer engagement. These findings indicate that interpersonal relationships between broadcasters and customers play an essential role in strengthening customer engagement on TikTok live streaming.

Abstract

This study examined the development of a promotional video script for Ketek Wisata @3 Palembang, a traditional boat tour that showcased the cultural heritage of the Musi River. The primary objective was to produce a persuasive, narrative-driven script aimed at attracting both domestic and international tourists. The study adopted the Research and Development (R&D) method proposed by Sukmadinata (2017), which involved three main stages: preliminary study, product development, and final testing. The unit of analysis was a bilingual video script written in both English and Indonesian, structured according to the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach, drawing on insights from expert evaluations. The findings indicated that it is necessary to integrate cultural storytelling, visual support, and persuasive narrative element. Expert feedback validated the script's clarity and linguistic accuracy. The final product served as a replicable framework for promoting local tourism via digital platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. Abstract

This study investigates the effects of website design, reliability, and perceived ease of use on customer e-retention in Indonesian e-commerce marketplaces, incorporating customer e-trust and e-satisfaction as dual mediators. Using a quantitative, causal research design, data were collected through an online survey from 294 users of major e-commerce websites, including Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Bukalapak. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. Results reveal that website design significantly enhances both customer e-trust and e-satisfaction but does not directly influence e-retention. Reliability has a significant direct and indirect effect on e-retention through trust, while perceived ease of use impacts e-retention primarily through satisfaction. Furthermore, customer e-trust significantly mediates the effects of website design and reliability on e-retention, whereas customer e-satisfaction mediates the effects of website design and perceived ease of use. The model explains 69.6% of the variance in customer e-retention, demonstrating substantial explanatory power. This research contributes to the understanding of how interface quality and psychological mechanisms jointly drive long-term customer behavior in e-commerce. Practically, the findings highlight the importance of enhancing visual design, maintaining service reliability, and simplifying usability to strengthen trust, elevate satisfaction, and sustain customer loyalty.
