Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang mengenai pentingnya memahami konteks tuturan dan tindak tutur agar tehindar dari kesalahpahaman dalam memahami suatu tuturan. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Sunda novel Istri-istri nu Dipihormat karya Memen Durachman karena novel Sunda memiliki banyak pesan-pesan kehidupan dan menjadi salah satu upaya melestarikan bahasa Sunda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tindak tutur dalam dialog novel Istri-Istri nu Dipihormat karya Memen Durachman melalui teori Austin. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode deskriptif analitis dengan memakai teknik pengumpulan data berupa telaah pustaka dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari  385 dialog yang terdapat dalam novel, bentuk tindak tutur yang ditemukan dalam novel ini yaitu, lokusi dengan jumlah 202 tuturan, ilokusi sejumlah 193 tuturan, dan perlokusi sejumlah 228 tuturan. Hasil penelitian ini bisa digunakan untuk alternatif dalam pembelajaran paguneman yang sesuai dengan KIKD, sehingga bisa menjadi upaya melestarikan bahasa Sunda. KATA KUNCI: Dialog; novel; tindak tutur >  THE PHENOMENON OF SPEECH ACTS IN THE SUNDANESE NOVEL ISTRI-ISTRI NU DIPIHORMAT BY MEMEN DURACHMAN   ABSTRACT: This research is motivated by the importance of understanding the context of speech and speech acts to avoid misunderstanding in understanding speech. The source of the research data is the Sundanese novel Wife-wife nu Dipihormat by Memen Durachman because Sundanese novels have many messages about life and are one of the efforts to preserve the Sundanese language. The purpose of this research is to find out the speech acts in the dialogue of Memen Durachman's novel Wife-Wife nu Dipihormat through Austin's theory. The method used is the descriptive analytical method using data collection techniques in the form of literature review and data analysis. The results of the study show that of the 385 dialogues in the novel, the forms of speech acts found in this novel are locations with a total of 202 utterances, illocutionary acts with a total of 193 utterances, and perlocutions with a total of 228 utterances. The results of this study can be used as an alternative in paguneman learning that is by KIKD, so that it can be an effort to preserve Sundanese. KEYWORDS: Dialogue; novel; speech art

Abstract

Internal and external factors play a vital role in the learning process of students, especially in physical education. Internal factors include students’ attention, motivation, and curiosity, while external factors encompass available facilities, motivation from family and educators, and environmental conditions. The use of interactive learning media has significant potential to enhance student motivation and engagement, though challenges such as limited technological access and teacher readiness need to be addressed. This study reviews relevant literature to examine the influence of interactive media on elementary students’ learning processes and emphasizes the importance of developing learning models that integrate both internal and external factors to make learning more engaging and effective. The findings indicate that the success of learning heavily depends on these factors, and interactive media can serve as an important innovation in physical education to improve learning outcomes and students’ health.

Abstract

The development of information technology requires companies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of accounting processes in payroll management. However, the fact is that some companies do not fully utilize technology for company operations, including PT Omni Metro Guardia, which often faces various challenges in terms of efficiency and accuracy. The salary calculation process at PT Omni Metro Guardia shows that the system used is still not fully computerized. This results in the payroll process taking a long time, disorganized data storage, and difficulty accessing employee data. This research aims to design a payroll accounting information system to improve efficiency and accuracy in the process of managing employee payroll at PT Omni Metro Guardia which is equipped with tax calculations and automatic cash out reports. In this design, the design thinking method is used to create innovative, effective, accurate system solutions, according to user needs which include empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. The result of this research is the implementation of an automated payroll accounting information system that is able to speed up the salary calculation process, store digital data and increase data accessibility. With this system, it is hoped that it can provide a comprehensive solution to PT. Omni Metro Guardia to overcome existing problems and improve the efficiency of the system.

Abstract

Service quality and user satisfaction are essential elements that must not be overlooked but instead prioritized in modern public governance, particularly within government institutions that oversee wide operational areas such as the Regional Office of the Directorate General of State Assets (Kanwil DJKN) Banten. This study aims to examine the implementation of e-government–based public service innovations in improving service user satisfaction. The method used in this research is a literature study, utilizing secondary data from various references such as scientific journal articles, government regulations, and other relevant documents related to the research topic. The findings indicate that public service innovation plays a crucial role in shaping a positive public perception of bureaucracy while promoting institutional efficiency and accountability. At Kanwil DJKN Banten, the implementation of e-government–based service innovations such as “APT Online,” “Solider Zone,” “SIAP,” and “SIBINA” has significantly contributed to increasing user satisfaction through faster service delivery, improved accessibility, and transparency in service processes. The implications of this research highlight the importance of strengthening information technology capabilities and ensuring continuous technological development to expand service outreach and enhance bureaucratic responsiveness in line with the increasing complexity of public needs and interests.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu media pembelajaran berbasis link dengan menggunakan WordPress dan mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran yang telah dibuat apakah dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian desain dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran sedangkan subjek penelitian ini adalah mediapembelajaran. Media pembelajaran ini dibuat melalui beberapa tahapan, dimulai dari tahapanalisis, tahap desain, tahap pengembangan, tahap implementasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Uji cobaproduk penelitian ini melalui beberapa proses yaitu uji ahli, uji teman sejawat dan uji kelompok terbatas. Informasi pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari pihak ahli media, teman sejawat dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan kusioner sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Perancangan media pembelajaran berbasis link dilakukan dengan mendesain sebuah web untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Teknik pemanfaatannya dilakukan dengan cara mengaplikasikan media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil uji ahli, uji teman sejawat, dan uji kelompok terbatas diketahui bahwa media pembelajaran ini layak untuk diterapkan sebagai alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil wawancara dan uji coba menyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran ini menarik, interaktif dan bersifat user friendly, serta hasil uji kelompok dengan gain 355 yang menyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran ini meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dengan persentasi 9,47 %.

Abstract

This study evaluates China’s compliance to Convention on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) in the response of the rise of case study of Bride Trafficking in China. Past studies about Bride Trafficking have had found that this issue is originated from demographic crisis whereas girls is less than boys in China. Quantitative methods is used to perceive about how China’s managing their policy after ratificate CEDAW to battling Bride Trafficking. There is 3 Indicator that can determine China’s compliance for CEDAW in battling Bride Trafficking; Output, Outcome, and Impact that concluded from Sara McLaughlin Mitchell dan Paul R. Hensel theory. From the Output, China’s already have 2 internal policies, and it allign with the Outcomes that China’s actively seeking for international cooperation mostly in ASEAN. But the Impact revealed that China’s is in the Active category but Non-Compliance. China’s still actively spreading information they know about Bride Trafficking, but ironically this issue is still not over yet. This study aims to contribute to International Relations study, especially about Human Trafficking. Abstract

The problem faced by At The PAUD Mujahidin School In Barru Regency is that the learning process is still dominated by conventional methods so that it is less interesting and less effective in stimulating children's interest in learning. The solution offered is the development of web-based interactive digital media that contains learning materials, interactive quizzes, and learning outcome reports that can be accessed by teachers and principals. The aim of the study was to create learning media that is able to increase children's involvement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The data was obtained through  observation, interviews, library research and the distribution of questionnaires for feasibility tests. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The media is tested using Blackbox Testing to ensure system functionality as well as User Acceptance Test (UAT) to evaluate user satisfaction. The results of the study indicate  that 88% of respondents stated that this medium is very suitable for use, able to increase children's involvement, and provide a more enjoyable learning experience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public relations management in increasing community participation at Wajo State Senior High School 12. The phenomenon of low community involvement in supporting school programs is the starting point for this study. Public relations management in schools is considered to have a strategic role in building harmonious communication, strengthening positive images, and opening up opportunities for collaboration between schools and communities. This study aims to comprehensively describe the implementation of public relations management in increasing community participation at State Senior High School 12 Wajo. The research method used was qualitative and descriptive, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews involving the principal, teachers, public relations staff, school committee, and student parent representatives. Data analysis techniques were carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification to obtain a comprehensive picture of the strategies, obstacles, and impacts of the implementation of public relations management in the school. The results of the study show that the implementation of public relations management in this school takes place through a relatively structured managerial cycle, starting from the planning stage, program implementation, to continuous evaluation involving various internal and external actors of the school. In addition, there are several factors that support the implementation of public relations management at SMA Negeri 12 Wajo. The main factors include participatory leadership from the principal, a clear public relations organizational structure, strong social capital within the community, effective internal communication, as well as support from parents and external partnerships. In addition to supporting factors, there are also findings of inhibiting factors. The main obstacle found is the socio-economic conditions of the community around the school, which are still diverse and mostly in the lower-middle category.

Abstract

Abstract This study confirms the existence of fundamental contradictions in the application of Forensic Science in the Indonesian Criminal Justice System (CJS). Although globally recognized as a vital instrument for uncovering material truth and ensuring accountability, its status within Indonesia's legal framework, including the newly promulgated KUHAP 2025, remains implicit, partial, and subordinate to the judiciary. An analysis of regulations and verdict studies (murder, narcotics, and poisoning cases) shows that the Criminal Code reduces the value of forensic scientific evidence to indicative evidence, not explicit or primary evidence. Institutionally, regulation is still centered on Forensic Medicine, ignoring other Forensic Scientist disciplines (such as DNA and Toxicology). This gap is exacerbated by inconsistencies in expert qualifications in field practice, indicating a human resource crisis and the absence of comprehensive standards. The attachment of forensic institutions exclusively to the police creates a serious challenge to their independence and impartiality. Doctrinally, these findings demand the transformation of Forensic Science's position from a mere tool to an essential component that is mandatory and independent. This demand requires the explicit integration of Forensic Science as a strong type of evidence in the Criminal Code and the establishment of procedural standards and codes of ethics to ensure a scientific, objective, and effective evidentiary process to prevent the risk of human rights violations.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors contributing to students’ speaking anxiety during English dialog practice in the eighth grade of SMPN 3 Masbagik in the academic year 2025-2026. A descriptive qualitative design was employed, using observation, interviews, and questionnaires as the main instruments of data collection. The findings revealed that students experienced two types of anxiety: state anxiety and trait anxiety. State anxiety appeared in specific classroom situations, particularly when students were asked to perform dialog practice, with symptoms such as trembling hands, shaky voices, forgetting lines, and excessive sweating. Meanwhile, trait anxiety was more consistent and related to limited vocabulary, grammatical inaccuracy, and lack of confidence. The main factors that triggered speaking anxiety included limited vocabulary, fear of making mistakes, pronunciation difficulties, and fear of negative evaluation. To cope with these challenges, students applied several strategies such as repeated practice, relaxation techniques, positive self-talk, preparing vocabulary/grammar, and seeking peer support. The study concludes that students’ speaking anxiety is a multidimensional issue influenced by both linguistic and psychological factors, requiring efforts from both teachers and students to foster a more supportive learning environment.
