Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran sejarah melalui penerapan model cooperative learning berbantuan media prezi. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada rendahnya tingkat partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pelajaran sejarah, yang berdampak pada pemahaman siswa terhadap materi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dan teknik penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dengan masing-masing siklus mencakup dua kali pertemuan. Setiap siklus dijalankan dalam empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, kuesioner, catatan harian guru, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dalam belajar, dari rata-rata sebelum tindakan yang mencapai 51%, menjadi 57% dan 62% pada Siklus I, kemudian meningkat lagi menjadi 71% dan 79% pada Siklus II. Hasil ini melampaui standar keberhasilan yang ditetapkan yakni 75%. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang dibantu dengan media Prezi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa pada pelajaran sejarah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan minat belajar sejarah berbantuan media kuis berbasis aplikasi quiziz siswa kelas Xl di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Metode dan teknik penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Fase F SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi yang berjumlah 32 siswa, yang terdiri dari 13 siswa perempuan dan 19 siswa laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat peningkatan minat belajar siswa kelas XI Fase F SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi menggunakan media pembelajaran Quiziz . Hasil penelitian pada siklus I didapatkan hasil 62% dan 68%,sedangkan siklus II 73% dan 78% dan di siklus III 80% dan 86%. Menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan signifikan antara siklus satu dan siklus berikutnya. Kesimpulan dari penerapan metode kuis berbasis Quiziz mampu meningkatkan minat belajar kelas XI SMA N 1 Kota Jambi pada mata pelajaran sejarah.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the community structure of reef fish in the small island waters of Central Bangka. The research was conducted in March 2022 in the waters of Bebuar Island, Ketugar Island, Ketawai Island, and Gusung Asam Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The coral reef survey method uses purposive sampling and the coral reef fish visual census with data analysis of abundance, diversity index, uniformity, and dominance. In-site water quality measurements included six parameters: temperature, salinity, current, brightness, depth, and pH. The results showed that coral reef cover from 44.60 - 87.00% with the medium to very good category. The abundance of reef fish from 1 to 3 individuals/m2 was dominated by 18 species of the Pomacentridae family. The reef fish diversity index ranged from 2.47 to 2.90, including the medium category. The uniformity index value ranged from 0.79 - 0.94, including the high category, indicating that the species found were evenly distributed across all stations. The dominance index value ranges from 0.07 to 0.15, including low, where no species dominates significantly and the fish are evenly distributed. Temperature, brightness, pH, and salinity are factors that support the growth of coral and reef fish. A water current speed of 0.05 – 0.20 m/s is quite helpful in cleaning coral reefs from mud and can supply oxygen. Water conditions were categorized as good and fulfilled the seawater quality standards.

Abstract

A common issue encountered with main heat exchanger equipment is improper operation, which can lead to the development of cracks in the stainless-steel pipes. The welding process alters the metal microstructure in the heat-affected zone, thereby affecting the mechanical properties of the welded joint. To mitigate this issue, TIG welding with argon shielding gas is employed. This method helps prevent oxidation and ensures the formation of a stable welding arc in 304 stainless steel, which is renowned for its excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of variations in shielding gas flow on the mechanical properties of 304 stainless steel plates during the TIG welding process. The aim is to determine the optimal settings for producing robust and long-lasting welded joints. To assess the hardness of the welded joints, we employed a Brinell-type Hardness Tester FB-3000LC machine. A Brinell steel ball indenter measuring 5 mm on the HBW scale and applying a load of 125 Kgf was utilized. At a protective gas flow rate of 8 L/min, the average tensile stress was 44.72 N/mm², strain was 0.177, modulus of elasticity was 2518 MPa, and hardness was 99.712 HBW. Increasing the gas flow rate to 13 L/min resulted in an average tensile stress of 47.50 N/mm², strain of 0.189, elastic modulus of 2525 MPa, and hardness of 105.522 HBW. Further increasing the gas flow rate to 18 L/min led to an average tensile stress of 49.69 N/mm², strain of 0.192, modulus of elasticity of 2597 MPa, and hardness of 106.704 HBW. Based on the research findings, it was observed that the weld area exhibited an increase in hardness values due to the heat generated during the welding process. The use of protective gas flow during welding is deemed effective in producing well-formed welded joints, as it prevents fractures from occurring within the weld area during the tensile test process. The choice of protective gas is determined by the dimensions of the material plate.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the processing of employee data that has not been neatly arranged in a database, but in processing data it takes more time so it is not effective and efficient. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research using data collection methods, namely interviews, observations and literature studies. This application uses black box testing, PHP and MYSQL programming languages. The result of this research is to design a web-based civil servant data management system. The results of this study are in order to make it easier for employees, leaders to access information and the field of personnel in managing employee data so as to minimize time.

Abstract

Court services are activities or a series of activities in the framework of meeting the needs of services for the community, especially justice seekers, provided by the Supreme Court and the judicial bodies under it based on laws and regulations and the principles of public service. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of service at the Bulukumba Religious Court Office. The method used in this research is a qualitative field research with a normative juridical approach. The results of this study indicate: 1) The services of the Bulukumba Religious Court are trial administration services, legal aid services and complaints and information requests. 2) The quality of public services at the Bulukumba Religious Court has been going quite well with the provision of various adequate facilities, clear trial procedures and other completeness of infrastructure.

Abstract

This paper discusses the determination of the reliability index of the power distribution system. The reliability of the power distribution system is strongly influenced by the duration and frequency of the disturbance, causing customers not to receive electrical energy. This reliability is measured by indices called SAIFI, SAIDI, and CAIDI. The method used to calculate the failure rate required to determine the reliability indexes are the section technique and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results obtained using the FMEA method are better results. Compared to PLN's SAIFI and SAIDI standards, the Malili feeder is still quite reliable, because its value is smaller than the PLN standard. However, when compared to the IEEE standard, this Malili feeder is not categorized as reliable because the SAIFI value obtained is still higher. While for SAIDI the value is still below the IEEE standard. To improve the reliability index of this feeder, it is necessary to add a protection component to localize the fault.

Abstract

Abstrak Tenaga kerja menjadi salah satu bagian terpenting dalam pembangunan dan faktor penunjang keberhasilan proyek yang baik. Kemampuan tenaga kerja lokal dan luar daerah berpengaruh dalam percepatan pembangunan dan efisien pembangunan, dan besar pengaruh tenaga kerja lokal dan tenaga kerja luar daerah terhadap pekerjaan. Metode observasi dan kuesioner dilakukan dengan pengamatan dilapangan untuk menghitung besarnya produktivitas dan rasio pemanfaatan tenaga kerja, hasil  Perhitungan uji realibilitas kostruk didapat nilai 0,847 menunjukan good reability, setelah dilakukan pengujian hubungan krateristik model pada sofware SEM Amos versi 23 menunjukan bahwa CMIN/DF 3,076 maka syarat ‰¤ 2 telah terpenuhi maka dinyatakan goodness of fit, maka rasio pemenfaatan tenaga kerja lokal 0,076 jam atau 25,5% sedangkan tenaga kerja non lokal  0,077 jam atau 25,8% pengaruh produktifitas tenaga kerja lokal dan non lokal pada persentase kemampuan bekerja Pasangan Dinding Bata 34,57%, plesteran dinding bata 7,20%  dan setatus pekerja non lokal lebih cepat dari pekerja lokal pada pemasangan keramik didapatkan 16,48% lebih cepat penyelesaiannya terhadap pekerja lokal maka besarnya pengaruh asal tenaga kerja terhadap produktifitas kerja mempuyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap rasio pemanfaatan tenaga kerja. Kata kunci: Produktifitas, Rasio Pemanfaatan Tenaga Kerja, Pengaruh Asal  Abstract Labor is one of the most important parts in development and a factor that supports the success of a good project. The ability of local and non-regional workers influences the acceleration of development and efficient development, and the large influence of local and non-regional workers on employment. Observation and questionnaire, question sheets and direct observation in order to obtain input data to calculate the amount of productivity and labor utilization ratio, of the construction reliability test calculation, a value of 0.847 is obtained, indicating good reliability, after testing. The model characteristic relationship in SEM Amos software version 23 shows that CMIN/DF is 3.076, then the condition ‰¤ 2 has been fulfilled, then it is declared goodness of fit, then the utilization ratio of local labor is 0.076 hours or 25.5% while non-local labor is 0.077 hours or 25. 8% influence of local and non-local labor productivity on the percentage of work ability of brick wall masonry 34.57%, brick wall plastering 7.20% and one hundred non-local workers faster than local workers and for ceramic installation 16.48% quicker completion for local workers, the magnitude of the influence of the origin of the workforce on work productivity has a very significant influence on the labor utilization ratio. Keywords: Productivity, Labor Utilization Ratio, Effect of Origin

Abstract

Abstract - The covid-19 pandemic during 2020-2021 drove the economic uncertainty and stock retail investment in Indonesia. However, the stock retail transaction increased significantly during pandemic. The paper investigates the determinant factors of stock retail investor behaviour. Pandemic Covid-19 made people work from home and stay at home. Work from home with long hours at the computer made people interested in investing in the stock market. A high number of investors led by phenomenon referred to as herding by certain individuals or groups that are tempting to joint invest came from influencers or public figures. This study combines Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to uncover the decision investment from retail investors. The novelty of the research is herding behavior as an antecedent of the decision. Online survey method is distributed through social media, email, and personal messages. The study is able to collect 116 respondents. The data will be analyzed using PLS – SEM. The research found that planned behavior does not significantly affect the investment behavior, while variables from TAM do significantly affect the investment decision. The study concludes that variables from TAM influenced the investment decision. The limitation is the herding behavior does not influence investor decision in stock market. The implication of the research is that retail investors are still interested in investing in stock. Technology indeed is an enabler for the stock trading process, although it seems investors prefer offline processes. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Market Orientation, Creativity and Product Innovation on Marketing Performance at UMKM Kerupuk Tuiri. In this study using non-probability sampling techniques, a sample of 180 respondents was taken. Data was collected using a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 22 program, the results of this study indicate that market orientation has no effect on marketing performance but creativity and product innovation have a partial effect on marketing performance. The results also show that market orientation, creativity and product innovation simultaneously affect marketing performance.
