This study investigates the impact of Internet of Things (IoT) adoption on operational efficiency and competitive advantage within the Information Technology (IT) industry in Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a cross-sectional survey design to collect primary data from 170 IT companies operating in Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) algorithm was utilized to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. The findings reveal that IoT adoption positively influences both operational efficiency and competitive advantage within the Indonesian IT industry. These results underscore the transformative potential of IoT technologies in enhancing organizational performance and strategic positioning in the digital era. The study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the benefits of IoT adoption in the context of the Indonesian IT industry, offering insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers seeking to harness the potential of IoT technologies for sustainable growth and innovation.

Abstrak Tenaga kerja menjadi salah satu bagian terpenting dalam pembangunan dan faktor penunjang keberhasilan proyek yang baik. Kemampuan tenaga kerja lokal dan luar daerah berpengaruh dalam percepatan pembangunan dan efisien pembangunan, dan besar pengaruh tenaga kerja lokal dan tenaga kerja luar daerah terhadap pekerjaan. Metode observasi dan kuesioner dilakukan dengan pengamatan dilapangan untuk menghitung besarnya produktivitas dan rasio pemanfaatan tenaga kerja, hasil Perhitungan uji realibilitas kostruk didapat nilai 0,847 menunjukan good reability, setelah dilakukan pengujian hubungan krateristik model pada sofware SEM Amos versi 23 menunjukan bahwa CMIN/DF 3,076 maka syarat ‰¤ 2 telah terpenuhi maka dinyatakan goodness of fit, maka rasio pemenfaatan tenaga kerja lokal 0,076 jam atau 25,5% sedangkan tenaga kerja non lokal 0,077 jam atau 25,8% pengaruh produktifitas tenaga kerja lokal dan non lokal pada persentase kemampuan bekerja Pasangan Dinding Bata 34,57%, plesteran dinding bata 7,20% dan setatus pekerja non lokal lebih cepat dari pekerja lokal pada pemasangan keramik didapatkan 16,48% lebih cepat penyelesaiannya terhadap pekerja lokal maka besarnya pengaruh asal tenaga kerja terhadap produktifitas kerja mempuyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap rasio pemanfaatan tenaga kerja. Kata kunci: Produktifitas, Rasio Pemanfaatan Tenaga Kerja, Pengaruh Asal Abstract Labor is one of the most important parts in development and a factor that supports the success of a good project. The ability of local and non-regional workers influences the acceleration of development and efficient development, and the large influence of local and non-regional workers on employment. Observation and questionnaire, question sheets and direct observation in order to obtain input data to calculate the amount of productivity and labor utilization ratio, of the construction reliability test calculation, a value of 0.847 is obtained, indicating good reliability, after testing. The model characteristic relationship in SEM Amos software version 23 shows that CMIN/DF is 3.076, then the condition ‰¤ 2 has been fulfilled, then it is declared goodness of fit, then the utilization ratio of local labor is 0.076 hours or 25.5% while non-local labor is 0.077 hours or 25. 8% influence of local and non-local labor productivity on the percentage of work ability of brick wall masonry 34.57%, brick wall plastering 7.20% and one hundred non-local workers faster than local workers and for ceramic installation 16.48% quicker completion for local workers, the magnitude of the influence of the origin of the workforce on work productivity has a very significant influence on the labor utilization ratio. Abstract - The covid-19 pandemic during 2020-2021 drove the economic uncertainty and stock retail investment in Indonesia. However, the stock retail transaction increased significantly during pandemic. The paper investigates the determinant factors of stock retail investor behaviour. Pandemic Covid-19 made people work from home and stay at home. Work from home with long hours at the computer made people interested in investing in the stock market. A high number of investors led by phenomenon referred to as herding by certain individuals or groups that are tempting to joint invest came from influencers or public figures. This study combines Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to uncover the decision investment from retail investors. The novelty of the research is herding behavior as an antecedent of the decision. Online survey method is distributed through social media, email, and personal messages. The study is able to collect 116 respondents. The data will be analyzed using PLS – SEM. The research found that planned behavior does not significantly affect the investment behavior, while variables from TAM do significantly affect the investment decision. The study concludes that variables from TAM influenced the investment decision. The limitation is the herding behavior does not influence investor decision in stock market. The implication of the research is that retail investors are still interested in investing in stock. Technology indeed is an enabler for the stock trading process, although it seems investors prefer offline processes. Garbage is one of the problems that we often encounter in the community. One of the factors causing the accumulation of garbage is the lack of public awareness to dispose of garbage in its place. In this problem, it is necessary to have a smart trash can using sound information media which includes Ultrasonic Sensors as distance detectors and trash volume detectors, Servos are used to control the trash can cover, Speakers are used as information media, DFPlayer mini is used as a voice recorder and microcontrollers are used as input data processors from the components used. The trash can cover will open and close automatically by detecting humans at a distance of ≤ 30 cm then detecting the height of the trash from the trash can cover ≤ 10 cm then the trash can is full then the trash can cover will not open and emit information in the form of sound. The method used in this study is the experimental method, namely by designing, assembling, and testing a smart trash can system based on Arduino Uno. Testing was conducted to evaluate the performance of the sensor, and the voice module in responding to the presence of objects in front of the trash can. This research is useful for the community because it can increase awareness in disposing of garbage in its place through an interactive approach in the form of sound, thus supporting the creation of a cleaner and more orderly environment. In addition, scientifically, this research contributes to the development of science and technology, especially in the field of hardware that can be used as a basis for similar innovations in various fields of life.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Market Orientation, Creativity and Product Innovation on Marketing Performance at UMKM Kerupuk Tuiri. In this study using non-probability sampling techniques, a sample of 180 respondents was taken. Data was collected using a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 22 program, the results of this study indicate that market orientation has no effect on marketing performance but creativity and product innovation have a partial effect on marketing performance. The results also show that market orientation, creativity and product innovation simultaneously affect marketing performance.

The problem in this research is access to education for school-age children in coastal areas in Makassar City. The research aims to determine the lack of access to education for school-age children in coastal areas in Makassar City. The type of research used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in the research were school-age children from elementary school, middle school, and high school. The supporting subjects of this research are the children's parents and community leaders. The object of this research is access to education for school-aged children. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results include: (1) education for the community in Tallo Subdistrict has not been a priority, and the school dropout rate in the area is quite high; (2) factors that cause many school-aged children in Tallo Village not to continue their education are limited school facilities, limited funds, lack of parental support, unsupportive social environment, lack of interest in children going to school, and problems with changing domicile; (3) the net enrollment rate at the elementary, middle and high school levels in Makassar City has decreased in recent years; (4) educational program innovation is needed to overcome the problem of access to education for school-age children. One of the policies that needs to be considered is strengthening community-based alternative education programs.

Program guru penggerak dibentuk untuk menggali potensi guru dalam mengajar dan mendidik murid-muridnya, serta meningkatkan kemandirian murid dalam belajar. Guru penggerak merupakan bagian terpenting dalam implementasi merdeka belajar. Guru penggerak juga merupakan agen transformasi pendidikan ke arah yang lebih baik. (Makarim, 2020). Tujuan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan peran guru penggerak dalam program merdeka belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian terdapat 6 peran guru penggerak dalam program merdeka belajar, yaitu: 1) guru penggerak berperan sebagai pelatih bagi rekan guru yang lain, 2) guru penggerak berperan melatih pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik, 3) guru penggerak berperan sebagai agen perubahan, 4) guru penggerak berperan menciptakan ruang belajar sebagai media berdiskusi dan berkolaborasi, 5) guru penggerak berperan sebagai penuntun proses pembelajaran, 6) guru penggerak berperan sebagai motivator.Kata Kunci: Guru Penggerak, Merdeka Belajar.

This study aims to investigate the influence of understanding learning design, optimizing the learning environment, and fostering student acceptance on the creative teaching practices of driver instructors in Tanjung Jabung Barat regency. Specifically, it seeks to explore how driver instructors' comprehension of learning design principles affects their creativity in instructional delivery. Examine the impact of the learning environment, including classroom dynamics, resource availability, and technological integration, on teacher creativity in driver education. Analyze the role of student acceptance and engagement in shaping teacher creativity and innovation within the driver education context. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, this research will employ qualitative interviews, quantitative surveys, and observational studies. Qualitative interviews will be conducted with driver instructors to gain insights into their perspectives on learning design, the learning environment, and student acceptance. Quantitative surveys will be distributed to gather data on teaching creativity and its determinants. Additionally, observational studies will be conducted in actual classroom settings to observe the dynamics between learning design, the learning environment, student acceptance, and teaching creativity. The analysis revealed significant relationships between understanding learning design, optimizing the learning environment, fostering student acceptance, and teaching creativity among driver instructors. Driver instructors' comprehension of learning design principles positively correlated with their creativity in instructional delivery. Furthermore, the learning environment significantly influenced teacher creativity, with conducive classroom dynamics and resource availability enhancing creativity. Student acceptance also played a crucial role, with higher levels of engagement positively associated with teacher creativity and innovation. This research underscores the importance of understanding learning design, optimizing the learning environment, and fostering student acceptance in promoting teaching creativity among driver instructors. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of evidence-based teacher training programs and curriculum frameworks aimed at enhancing creativity and innovation in driver education instruction. Ultimately, addressing these factors can contribute to the improvement of driver education programs, thereby promoting road safety and responsible driving behaviors in Tanjung Jabung Barat regency and beyond.

Information technology continues to innovate and transform and is increasingly sophisticated, with its sophistication can provide many conveniences for people's lives. Society 5.0 describes that every activity carried out by humans is highly dependent on technology. Technology has become a basic necessity in the joints of human life, all integrated with smartphones. However, in addition to helping in increasing performance productivity, the increasingly advanced digital era also brings negative impacts due to the excessive use of technology. Digital stress is described as stress caused by the use of powerful information and communication technologies and initiated by continuous access to diverse social content. This research method uses quantitative research, where this method uses statistical methods. Non-probability sampling is a technique in sampling, where in this technique no opportunity or opportunity is given to all elements or parts of the population as samples. The results of the study showed that the value of sig. the variables of Organizational Innovation (MO) of 0.014 (<0.05), Work Climate (IK) of 0.000 (<0.05), and Performance of Journalists (KJ) of 0.319 (<0.05) so that it was stated to have a significant influence on Digital Stress (SD), while Journalist Ability (KP) was 0.088 (<0.05) so that it did not have a significant influence on Digital Stress (Y).

Perpustakaan Universitas Jambi (UNJA), melalui website yang dimilikinya seharusnya dapat memberikan informasi cara mengakses E-resources yang dimilikinya. Dengan pemenuhan informasi panduan tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan layanan berbasis industri 4.0, salah satu caranya adalah dengan membuat video manual prosedur penggunaan E-resources website perpustkaan UNJA. Hal ini dibuat dengan tujuan agar kegiatan akses informasi pada seluruh pemustaka dapat didistribusikan dengan baik dan berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.Pemustaka banyak yang tidak memahami cara penggunaan e-resource perpustakaan Universitas Jambi. Oleh karena hal tersebut pasti akan mempengaruhi penggunaan e-resource perpustakaan, Peneliti disini mengembangkan Manual Prosedur Penggunaan E-Resources web berbasis video terhadap pemanfaatan digital library pada perpustakaan Universitas Jambi. Subjek dalam pengembangan ini adalah pemustaka Universitas Jambi. Prosedur pengembangan pengembangan ini mengacu pada model Trollip & Alessi. Untuk menilai produk yang dikembangkan maka diterapkan uji validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, angket respon pemustaka serta untuk melihat peningkatan pengetahuan dalam penggunaan e-resource perpustakaan Universitas Jambi.
