Abstract

Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP) merupakan instrumen penting dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi SAKIP di Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia (DPD RI) dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk menganalisis efektivitas SAKIP berdasarkan tiga aspek utama: pencapaian tujuan, integrasi, dan adaptasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SAKIP telah berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi kinerja di Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi, antara lain: kurangnya pengawasan yang efektif, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan teknologi, serta budaya organisasi yang belum sepenuhnya mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi SAKIP di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen organisasi NPCI di Sumatera Utara tahun 2024 secara umum maupun per indikator. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk pernyataan tertulis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengurus, anggota, pelatih dan atlet NPC Sumatera Utara. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling yakni perwakilan dari setiap unsur populasi yang terdiri dari 9 pengurus, 5 anggota, 5 pelatih dan 5 atlet. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menghitung frekuensi kemudian di persentasekan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum indeks manajemen Organisasi NPC Sumatera Utara memiliki kategori baik yaitu dengan rata-rata 128,8 atau 69,5%. Adapun analisis lebih rinci berdasarkan indikator manajemen organisasi NPC Sumatera Utara adalah sebagai berikut: a) indikator perencanaan termasuk kategori baik yaitu 78,9%, b) indikator pengorganisasian termasuk kategori baik yaitu 68,75%, c) indikator penggerakan termasuk kategori baik yaitu 69,8%, d) indikator pengoordinasian termasuk kategori baik yaitu 72,55, e) indikator pengawasan termasuk kategori baik yaitu 69,9%.

Abstract

Climate change is a major challenge that affects ecosystem resilience and human life, including in Indonesia, especially in North Morowali Regency which has extensive tropical forests. This study aims to assess the contribution of ecosystem services in climate regulation in the region and analyze how climate change interacts with ecosystem performance. The methodology used involves assessing ecosystem services for climate regulation and changes in forest land cover. The study's results indicated that forest dominance significantly aided climate regulation, with conservation forest areas contributing 21.51%, protected forests 20.68%, and production forests 19.52%, particularly in carbon sequestration and climate change mitigation. In contrast, non-forest areas showed a lower contribution. Regional resilience to climate change, it is recommended that the management of conservation and protected forests be strengthened, by considering the potential of ecosystem services they have in mitigating and adapting to climate change.

Abstract

The existence and position of the Judicial Commission has added to the list of independent state institutions (state auxiliary institutions) in the Indonesian state structure. The existence of the Judicial Commission in monitoring and enforcing the code of ethics for constitutional judges within the structure of the Honorary Council of the Constitutional Court has undergone a long discussion. For this reason, this research is normative research which aims to determine the legal position of the Judicial Commission in enforcing the judge's code of ethics and the ups and downs of the Judicial Commission's authority in the structure of the Honorary Council of the Constitutional Court. The results of the research show that the efficiency of the Judicial Commission's supervisory function actually strives for judges' compliance with the code of ethics and behavioral guidelines for judges in order to create public trust in judicial institutions in Indonesia, while the presence of the Judicial Commission in the supervision dimension of Constitutional Judges experiences a tug-of-war regarding the norms of Law Number 22 of 2004 concerning Judicial Commissions with material review in Decision 005/PUU-IV/2006, Law Law No. 8 of 2011 with a material review in the Constitutional Court decision no. 49/PUU-IX/2011, Law no. 4 of 2014 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law no. 1 of 2013 concerning the Second Amendment to Law No. 24 of 2003 with material review in Decision No. 1-2/PUU-XII/2014 and Law No. 7 of 2020 with a material review in decision No, 56/PUU-XX/2022. Therefore, the institutional structure of the Judicial Commission in the Honorary Council of the Constitutional Court underwent several repositionings until it was finally judged as a form of legal contravention and unconstitutional (contrary to the 1945 Constitution).

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Wasting adalah kondisi ketika berat badan anak rendah dibandingkan dengan tinggi badannya. Tingginya Prevalensi wasting dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti penyakit infeksi, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pengetahuan, status ekonomi, jumlah anggota keluarga, pola asuh, riwayat imunisasi, dan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian wasting pada balita usia 6-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kaliwedi Kabupaten Cirebon 2024.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling. Sampel berjumlah 200 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik.Hasil: Uji chi-square menunjukkan p-value <0,05 untuk variabel jenis kelamin, status penyakit diare, ISPA, imunisasi, riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif, pendidikan ibu, dan pekerjaan ibu. Uji regresi logistik  menunjukkan riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif sebagai faktor dominan dengan nilai Odds Ratio (OR) 71,869.Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut dengan kejadian wasting pada balita. Riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif merupakan faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian wasting.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah plastik merupakan tantangan global yang memerlukan solusi inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Desa Panaikang menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik akibat rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat serta keterbatasan sarana daur ulang. Sebagai respons terhadap permasalahan ini, tim Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) UIN Alauddin Makassar Angkatan 76 Posko 3 mengimplementasikan metode ecobrick sebagai strategi alternatif dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik. Metode ini melibatkan proses pengumpulan, pemotongan, dan pemadatan sampah plastik ke dalam botol hingga membentuk material konstruksi yang ramah lingkungan. Hasil implementasi program ini diwujudkan dalam pembangunan gapura desa berbahan dasar ecobrick, yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai identitas wilayah tetapi juga sebagai bentuk edukasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam praktik pengelolaan limbah berkelanjutan. Sebanyak 480 botol plastik dikumpulkan dan disusun dalam kerangka besi, yang kemudian dicat hijau sebagai identitas UIN Alauddin Makassar sebelum dipasang di lokasi strategis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ecobrick mampu mengurangi volume sampah plastik serta meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah berbasis lingkungan. Keberhasilan program ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan berbasis komunitas dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The digital era presents challenges and opportunities for Islamic boarding schools to empower students in the field of entrepreneurship. Training on the use of digital e-commerce platforms at the Al Jauharen Islamic Boarding School in Jambi aims to improve students' entrepreneurial skills and interests. This activity uses a participatory approach through theory, practice, and mentoring sessions. A total of 30 students took part in the training, with pre-tests and post-tests used to measure understanding. The results showed that 85% of participants experienced an increase in understanding, and 78% were interested in starting an independent business. Several students have succeeded in marketing products through platforms such as Shopee and Instagram. The obstacles faced include time management and limited access to technology. This training is effective in improving digital skills and entrepreneurial motivation, but requires further mentoring and technological support so that students' businesses are sustainable. With these positive results, it is hoped that similar training can be implemented in other Islamic boarding schools as an effort to empower the economy and develop students' competencies in the digital era. Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of death globally. Prevention and management efforts continue to be developed to address this issue. Specialist nurses play a role as direct care providers, applying evidence-based nursing and conducting nursing innovations. Specialized medical-surgical nursing residency programs have been implemented to apply the role of nurses as direct care providers, researchers, and innovators. The role of direct nursing care providers is carried out by providing nursing care to 30 cases managed through resumes and the primary case of Coronary Artery Disease 3VD using Roy's Adaptation Model theory. This study used a descriptive quantitative research design with a quasi-experimental approach. The sampling technique employed non-probability sampling using consecutive sampling, with 22 respondents selected as the sample for EBN implementation. The sampling technique utilized non-probability sampling with consecutive sampling. The number of respondents in the EBN application sample was 22, with univariate and bivariate analysis conducted. Statistical analysis results showed a significant difference in mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure between before and after the intervention (p=0.000). Practice analysis results indicated that the Roy Adaptation Model is effective for patients with cardiovascular system disorders.

Abstract

Improving power quality in electrical distribution systems is increasingly important with the increasing use of nonlinear loads, such as Adjustable Speed Drive (ASD), which can produce harmonies. This harmonic has the potential to damage equipment, reduce system efficiency, and interfere with power quality. Distribution systems such as IEEE 13 Bus are often used for power quality management analysis. Through simulation, researchers can identify the source and impact of harmonics and evaluate solutions, such as the application of passive filters that absorb or divert harmonic currents, to reduce their negative effects in the distribution system. In this study, two power sources, several transformers, static loads, and nonlinear loads in the form of Adjustable Speed Drive (ASD) were used. The simulation was carried out using Simulink R2019b to model the distribution network, generators, transformers, and loads. The simulation results show that the Adjustable Speed Drive (ASD) load can produce a total harmonic current distortion (THDi) of 24.62% in bus 7, while the total harmonic voltage distortion (THDv) is 0.97%. To minimize harmonic values, passive filters with variations of RL, RC, LC, and RLC are used. The results show that the use of RL passive filters is more effective in reducing THDi and THDv values in bus 7 by 24.47% and 0.97%.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain the composition of biochar as a soil enhancer and mycorrhizal dose, which affected the nutrient uptake of cayenne plants. This experimental research was based on a separate plot design (RPT) with a basic randomized block design (RCBD). The main plot experiment was vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhiza or VAM (m) with three levels: mycorrhiza 10 g/plant (m1), mycorrhiza 15 g/plant (m2), and mycorrhiza 20 g/plant (m3). The subplot is biochar composition as soil enhancer (b) with three types: biochar husk 50%+25% soil+25% sand (b1), 50% sand+25% soil+25% biochar wood (b2), and wood charcoal biochar 50%+soil 25%+biochar charcoal husk 25% (b3). Each level of the VAM doses factor is combined with biochar. These nine treatment combinations and the levels were repeated thrice, accounting for 27 experimental units. The results showed that the parameters of phosphorus uptake, potassium uptake, and fresh root weight had a positive and significant relationship to the percentage of mycorrhizal infections. The combination treatment of mycorrhiza 20 g/plant and the composition of 50% husk biochar+25% soil+25% sand, 15 g mycorrhizal dose treatment with 50% wood biochar+25% soil+25% biochar rice husk and 20 g/plant are the best treatment as a planting medium.
