The objectives of this research are: 1) To analyze the practices that were carried out in teaching and learning reading by using Google Classroom; 2) To analyze the students perceive the applications and the level of students’ perception towards the Google Classroom in teaching and learning reading; 3) To investigate the students’ behavior level towards the use of Google Classroom in teaching and learning reading. The subjects in this research were eighth-grade learners of State Junior High School 1 (SMP N 1) Colomadu. The students of 8A class, which had 32 students, were the subjects of this study. The research volunteers were chosen using a random sampling approach. The data was gathered by the researcher through observations at the school, interviews with the English teacher, and distribution of questionnaires to participants. The data collection approach is qualitative research, which involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. According to the findings of this research, students at SMP N 1 Colomadu agree to the implementation of Google Classroom as an online platform for English learning. They believe that Google Classroom has helped them with all aspects of their learning. The integration of Google Classroom for SMP N 1 Colomadu was then successfully completed. The purpose of this study was to know whether there is significant correlation between students’ self-confidence and speaking ability at ninth grade students of SMP N 5 Surakarta. In this research there are two variables , self-confidence as the independent variable, and speaking ability as the dependent variable. To gather the data, a questionnaire and a speaking ability test were used. The results of this study were determined through a quantitative method, and 252 ninth grade students from SMPN 5 Surakarta were involved in the population. From these students, 31 were selected as samples by the researcher. The researcher used a questionnaire with 30 statements to measure students' level of self-confidence. After analyzing the data, it was determined that their level of confidence was high and their level of speaking ability was good. It based on the result of Pearson's Correlation Method, the correlation value was 0.726. This means that the correlation level is high and there is a positive significant correlation between students’ self-confidence and speaking ability and the standard correlation range is between 0.60 and 0.799. This confirms that null hypothesis was rejected and alternative hypothesis was accepted. The data from ninth grade students at SMP N 5 Surakarta shows a significant correlation between students’ self-confidence and speaking ability. This study aims to analyze the form of correlation between students’ habit of watching English movies and their vocabulary mastery at the eighth-grade students of SMP K Bharata 2 Jumapolo in the 2022-2023 academic year. The researcher used the quantitative method. The research gave a questionnaire consisting of 30 items and a vocabulary test to gather the data. The finding of this study indicated that there is a positive correlation between students’ habits of watching English movies and students’ vocabulary mastery. It is proven by the result of the calculation of rxy 0. 549 > rtable in the significant table 5% (0.396) and1% (0.505). Then it could be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is therefore deemed to be accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. In this research, it could be concluded that there is a positive correlation of the research between students’ habits of watching English movies and students’ vocabulary mastery. This study aims to determine the correlation that occurs between students' emotional intelligence with the English speaking skills of eighth-grade students at SMP K Bharata 2 Jumapolo during the academic year 2022/2023. The researcher used quantitative methods as well as correlational techniques. The result of this study showed that there is a positive correlation between students' emotional intelligence and students' English speaking skills. It is proven by the results after analyzing the two variables using the Person Product Moment formula, rxy= 0.494. From the results of rx : r table = 0.494 > 0.367 and at a degree of significance of 1% rx : r table = 0.494 > 0.470. It can be concluded that the Null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It means that there is a positive correlation between students' emotional intelligence and students' English speaking skills. Thus, the higher the students' emotional intelligence, the better their speaking skills. Key words: Students’ Emotional Intelligence, Speaking Skill, Correlational Study.

This study aims to analyze a ‘google classroom application in teaching writing’ at eleven grade students of SMA Islam 1 Surakarta. This study was carried out in the academic year 2021/2022 at eleven grade students SMA Islam 1 Surakarta. The researcher used qualitative descriptive method. The researcher took 34 students of SMA Islam 1 Surakarta as the sample. The researcher researcher used questionnaires and interview with the teacher and students. To collect the data of questionnaire and interview, the researcher use questionnaire by Google Form. The data from questionnaire were analysed by using Likert scale. After collecting the data the researcher analyzed the data by using data triangulation to analyzed qualitative data. The result of this research showed that the implementation of Google Classroom in Teaching Writing was the student’s responsibility is good enough. The strengths and weakness of Google Classroom in Teaching Writing was the students who feel they can focus on learning lessons using Google Classroom, which according to them, the learning media is very interesting and plentiful. The aimed of this research was to determine (1) Quizizz application in learning English of the eight grade SMP N 11 Surakarta, (2) to find out the students’ reading ability of the eight grade of SMP N 11 Surakarta, and (3) to find out whether or not there is correlation of study between Quizizz and students’ reading ability of students in graden 8 SMP Negeri 11 Surakarta in the Academic year 2022/2023. This researcher was conducted at the eight grade of SMP Negeri 11 Surakarta in the academic year 2022/2023. Researcher used quantitative methods with correlation techniques. The researcher give questionnaire to 30 participants in order to gather the data quizizz in learning reading English in a class. The questionnaire used consisted of 30 items. Then, to measure the ability reading students, this research used a reading test for students. In data analysis, students’ questionnaires were measured using a Likert Scale, and reading tests were measured using Suharsimi Arikunto’s categories reading achievement. The findings of this research indicate that there are positive about correlation of research between quizizz and students’ reading English ability. It is proven by the results of calculation of ((rxy) 0.615) > rtable in the significant table 5% (0.374) and 1% (0.478). Then, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is therefore deemed to be accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Therefore, in this research it can be concluded that there is a positive the correlation of research between quizizz as digital platform and students’ reading English ability. Then it could be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is therefore deemed to be accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. In this research, it could be concluded that there is a positive correlation of the research between students’ motivation in learning English and students’ vocabulary mastery. This research was aimed to determine the improve students’ writing skill by using mindmapping to eighth grade students especially in class VIII B of SMP N 7 Surakarta in the2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this research was a Classroom ActionResearch (CAR). The research was conducted in two cycles. The subject was the studentsof SMP N 7 Surakarta in 2022/2023 academic year. This research used test and non-test tocollecting the data. To analize the data, this research used qualitative data and quantitativedata. The qualitative data is consisted of data collection, data reduction, data display,conclusion, and verifying. The quantitative data is consisted of mean score and t-testformula. The result of the research, it can be seen from the mean score of Pre-Test was61.34, Post-Test 1 was 71.21, and Post-Test 2 was 85.28. The t-test value of Cycle I was4.14, and the t-test value of Cycle II was 10.22. The result of the research showed that mindmapping technique can improve the students’ writing skill. It can be seen from the studentswriting achievement. It can be concluded that mind mapping technique can be improvestudents’ writing skill.Keywords: Mind Mapping, Descriptive Writing Skill, Classroom Action Research.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan inovasi birokrasi dalam peningkatan pelayanan publik pertolongan dan penanganan bencana pada kantor Basarnas Kelas A Biak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data model Sprandley. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya inovasi birokrasi mempu meningkatkan pelayanan pertolongan pertama dan penanganan bencana sesuai dengan keinginan publik. Namun, dalam pelaksanaan inovasi birokrasi diperlukan sinergisme dari berbagai pihak mulai dari pucuk pimpinan hingga masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan. The toddler period (golden period) is a golden period that is very sensitive to the environment and this period lasts very short and cannot be repeated. During this critical period, toddlers' brains are more plastic. Brain plasticity in toddlers has positive and negative sides. On the positive side, toddlers' brains are more open to the learning and enrichment process. On the negative side, toddlers' brains are more sensitive to unsupportive environments such as inadequate nutritional intake. Herbal plants are plants that have medicinal properties in healing and preventing disease. The aim of this research is how mothers know about the use of herbal plants in dealing with the nutritional status of toddlers. This research is non-experimental research with a descriptive research design. The results of this study show that the knowledge of mothers of toddlers regarding the use of herbal plants is that the majority of mothers have good knowledge as many as 102 mothers (92%).
