Abstract

Abstrak ASI eksklusif adalah pemberian ASI saja tanpa makanan tambahan cairan lain baik susu formula, air putih, air jeruk atau makanan tambahan lain nya pada bayi berumur 0-6 bulan yang akan mempunyai manfaat yang luar biasa bagi perkembangan dan pertumbuhan bayi di samping meningkatkan ikatan kasih sayang ibu dan bayi. Cakupan pemberian ASI Eksklusif secara nasional pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan tahun 2020 sebesar 66,3% dan terjadi kenaikan di tahun 2021 yaitu sebesar 69,7%. Masih banyaknya ibu-ibu yang tidak memahami tentang pentingnya ASI Eksklusif untuk bayi di Desa Tanjung Kepayang Kecamatan Banyuasin III Kabupaten Banyuasin. Memberikan edukasi dan pengetahuan tentang Pentingnya ASI Eksklusif terhadap bayinya agar terpenuhi nutrisinya. Penyuluhan tentang ASI Eksklusif ini telah dilakukan kepada 21 ibu-ibu yang memiliki bayi 0-6 bulan sebagai peserta kegiatan. Setelah diberikan informasi didapatkan hasil melalui proses tanya jawab, peserta kegiatan aktif dan banyak merespon pertayaan yang diberikan serta antusias dan memahaminya. Pemberian leafleat yang digunakan sebagai media dalam penyuluhan tentang ASI Eksklusif, sudah diberikan dan menambah informasi bagi ibu-ibu. Ibu-ibu merasa senang dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan mahasiswa karena menambah ilmu dan pengetahuan mereka. Kesimpulan : Peserta kegiatan mampu mengulangi kembali pengertian, Manfaat, dan tujuan ASI eksklusif. Kata Kunci : ASI Eksklusif, Manfaat, Tujuan Abstract Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding only without additional liquid food either formula milk, water, orange juice or other additional food for babies aged 0-6 months which will have tremendous benefits for the development and growth of babies in addition to increasing bonds of affection mother and baby. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding nationally for infants aged 0-6 months in 2020 is 66.3% and there will be an increase in 2021, namely 69.7%. There are still many mothers who do not understand the importance of exclusive breastfeeding for babies in Tanjung Kepayang Village, Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency. Provide education and knowledge about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding for their babies so that their nutrition is fulfilled. Counseling about exclusive breastfeeding has been carried out to 21 mothers who have babies 0-6 months as activity participants. After being given the information, the results were obtained through a question and answer process, the participants were active and responded a lot to the questions given and enthusiastic and understood them. The provision of leaflets which are used as media in counseling about exclusive breastfeeding, has been given and adds information to mothers. Mothers feel happy with the activities carried out by students because it adds to their knowledge and knowledge. Conclusion: Activity participants are able to repeat the meaning, benefits, and goals of exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Lansia merupakan masa degenerasi biologis yang disertai dengan kemunduran fisik salah satunya adalah penurunan masa otot. Masalah yang timbul akibat penurunan masa otot adalah kelambanan bergerak langkah pendek, kaki tidak menapak dengan kuat, gampang goyah, lambat mengantisipasi bila terjadi gangguan, seperti terpeleset, tersandung, kejadian tiba-tiba sehingga mudah jatuh.Jatuh bukan bagian normal dari proses menua, tetapi setiap tahun sekitar 30% lansia mengalami jatuh.Risiko jatuh pada lansia dapat diantisipasi dengan memperbaiki kualitas intrinsik salah satunya melalui latihan fisik berupa senam lansia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menganalisa pengaruh senam bugar lansia terhadap resiko penurunan jatuh pada     lansia . Hasil Penelitian Nilai  p-value = 0,001 (α < 0,05), sehingga terdapat berbedaan rerata waktu risiko jatuh antarasebelumdan sesudah risiko jatuh pada kelompok intervensi sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,000 (α < 0,05), sehingga terdapat berbedaan rerata waktu antara pengukuran pertama dan kedua risiko jatuh.Senam bugar lasia dapat menurunkan resiko jatuh pada lansia Kata Kunci : Senam bugar lansia, resiko jatuh, lansia   Abstract Elderly is a period of biological degeneration accompanied by physical degeneration one of them is a decrease in muscle mass. Problems arising from the decline in the muscle mass are short-steped movements, the feet do not tread strongly, are easily wobbly, slow to anticipate in the event of interruption, such as slipping, tripping, sudden events so easily falling. Falling is not a normal part of the aging process, but every year about 30% of elderly have fallen. The risk of falling in the elderly can be anticipated by improving the intrinsic quality of one through physical exercise in the form of elderly gymnastics.Analyze the influence of elderly fitness gymnastics against the risk of decreased fall in the elderly. The value of p-value = 0,001 (α<0,05), so that there is difference of average of risk time falls between before and after risk fall in intervention group whereas in control group obtained p-value = 0,000 (α<0,05) there is a time difference between the first and second measurements of the risk of falling.Gymnastic fever lasia can reduce the risk of falling in the elderlyKeywords : Fit gymnastics elderly, risk of falling, elderly

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the profit levels and value-added in coffee skins processing (Cascara) into tea at the Micro, Small, and Medium enterprises assisted by KBQ Baburrayyan, Berawang Dewal Village, Aceh Tengah. The data sources used were primary data obtained by observation and direct interviews with business owners through a list of questions prepared, and the secondary data attained from reports, literature studies, written sources, and the institutions at the research place. The method used in this research was a case study method with a quantitative descriptive analysis over the analysis of total costs, revenues, income, and R/C ratios. The results indicated the total cost of producing Cascara products was IDR 4,450,734/month, with a total return of IDR 33,000,000/month, while the received income was IDR 28,549,266/month. The analysis result of the R/C ratio for Cascara products showed a value of 7.41. It defined that this business is feasible since the R/C value attained is greater than 1. The higher the R/C ratio of an enterprise, the higher the profit level obtained. This product processing business provided a value-added of IDR 83,000/kg with a ratio of 55 percent from the margin achieved of IDR 81,000/kg which 31 percent is distributed from the workers, while from the other input was 80 percent, and from the coffee skin tea workers' profit as much as 98 percent.INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keuntungan, nilai tambah pada usaha pengolahan kulit kopi (Cascara) menjadi teh di UMKM binaan KBQ Baburrayyan di Desa Berawang Dewal, Aceh Tengah. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik usaha melalui daftar pertanyaan yang sudah disusun, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan, studi literatur, sumber tertulis dan instansi ditempat penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan , melalui analisis total biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total biaya produksi pada produk Cascara adalah sebesar Rp 4.450.734/bulan, dengan total penerimaan sebesar Rp 33.000.000/bulan, sedangkan pendapatan yang diterima adalah sebesar Rp 28.549.266/bulan. Hasil analisis R/C ratio pada produk Cascara menunjukkan nilai sebesar 7.41 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha tersebut layak untuk dijalankan karena nilai R/C yang didapat lebih besar daripada 1. Semakin tinggi nilai R/C dari sebuah usaha maka tingkat keuntungan yang akan didapatkan suatu usaha juga akan semakin tinggi. Pada usaha pengolahan produk ini memberikan nilai tambah sebesar Rp 83.000,- /kg dengan rasio 55 persen dari marjin yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 81.000/kg yang terdistribusi dari tenaga kerja sebesar 31 persen sedangkan dari input lain sebesar 80 persen dan dari keuntungan pekerja teh kulit kopi sebesar 98 persen.

Abstract

The World Health Organizatin states that the prevalence of stunting in the world is 22.9% and the nutritional status of stunted toddlers is the cause of 2.2 million of all causes of under-five mortality worldwide. The results of Riskesdas in Indonesia in 2013 the presentation of the nutritional status of stunting toddlers was 37.2%. The prevalence of stunting did not show a decrease or improvement compared to 2010 (35%) and 2007 (36.8%).Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five years old (infants under five years old) due to chronic malnutrition so that the child is too short for his age. Malnutrition occurs since the baby is in the womb and in the early days after the baby is born, however, the stunting condition only appears after the baby is 2 years old. One of the factors in the occurrence of this stunting is exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of exclusive breastfeeding on the incidence of stunting. The method in this research is literature review, which is trying to explore how the factors of exclusive breastfeeding on the incidence of stunting. The results in this study indicate that from 6 articles that have been reviewed, there is an influence of exclusive breastfeeding factors on the incidence of stunting. This is because breast milk is the best food for babies aged 0-6 months, where breast milk contains fat, carbohydrates, protein, salt and minerals and vitamins.

Abstract

This research examines the disclosure level of local government’s financial report based on Government Accounting Standard (SAP), as dependent variable, and its relation to management incentives and audit finding and classification of localgovernment, as independent variable. Total samples for this research are 100 financial reports of municipality/regency (LKPD) for budgeting year of 2006. The criteria of samples are: (1) audited LKPDs for fiscal year 2006, (2) four components of financial report such as Budget Realization Report, Ballance Sheet, Cash Flow Reports and Budget Realization Notes. The checklist of notes to the financial statement based on SAP is used for scoring the level of disclosure. Multiple regression is used for testing the model. Statistically, the result shows that the intergovermental revenue and classification of local government does notsiginificantly influence the disclosure level based on SAP. However, wealth, government complexity, number of audit finding and level of departure does significantly influence the disclosure level based on SAP.

Abstract

Fiduciary Collateral gives priority to fiduciary recipient creditors. If the debtor defaults, then, complying with the provisions of Article 29 paragraph 1, sub-paragraph c, Law Number 42/1999 concerning Fiduciary Collateral, creditor may directly executes fiduciary objects with underhand  selling based on the agreement of the parties. This selling is implemented after the debtor is declared default in 1 (one) month after the written statement of the creditor to the debtor announced in at least 2 (two) newspapers in the relevant area. Execution of objects with underhand  selling based on  an agreement between the creditor and the debtor has not been clearly regulated in this law. Therefore, the model of agreement must be included at time on which the fiduciary agreement is made. Based on this background, it is necessary to conduct research with objective to obtain a agreement model of debtor and creditor in underhand selling of fiduciary collateral object if the debtor defaults. This study is normative research prioritizing secondary legal materials analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Creditor receiving Fiduciary Collateral is preferred and prioritized creditor because the creditor has rights to sell fiduciary objects with personal power. It is regulated in Article 15 paragraph (3) of Law Number 42/1999 suggesting that that creditor has power to sell fiduciary collateral object on his/her own personal power.

Abstract

Abstract Le but de cette recherche est de décrire les difficultés des volontaires non francophones et les facteurs causaux dans l'expression orale. Toutes les données ont été obtenues par questionnaire puis analysées de manière descriptive après avoir été classées en aspect apparenté et la population de cette recherche était de 17 volontaires. Pour collecter les données, l'auteur a utilisé un questionnaire ouvert pour mesurer les difficultés des volontaires et les facteurs qu'elles entraînent dans la performance orale. Le résultat de cette étude a montré que les volontaires avaient des difficultés dans leurs capacités d'élocution, en particulier (1) Timide ; (2) Difficulté à traiter la parole; (3) Barrières linguistiques ; (4) Emploi de l'accent régional; (5) Prononciation du français qui est difficile ; et (5) Peur de faire des erreurs. Tandis que pour les facteurs qu'il provoque, à savoir, (1) Inhibition ; (2) Rien à dire; (3) Moins de participation ; (4) Ils ont tendance à penser dans leur langue maternelle. En raison des difficultés et des facteurs de causalité ci-dessus, de nombreux étudiants n'étaient pas vraiment bons à parler. En conclusion, les étudiants ont rencontré des difficultés dans la performance orale, de sorte qu'ils ont du mal à maîtriser les compétences orales. Abstract The aim of this research is to describe the difficulties of non-francophone volunteers and factors its cause in speaking performance. All the data were obtained through questionnaires and then analysed descriptively after being classified into related aspect and the population of this research was 17 volunteers. To collect the data, the writer used an open questionnaire to measure the volunteers' difficulties and the factors it causes in speaking performance. The result of this study showed that the volunteers had difficulties in their speaking abilities, particularly (1) Shyness; (2) Difficulty in processing speech; (3) Linguistic barriers; (4) Use of regional accent; (5) Pronunciation of French which is difficult; and (5) Fear of making mistakes..

Abstract

Abstract Dans l'apprentissage du français, l'utilisation des supports d'apprentissage est très nécessaire. Les chansons peuvent être un moyen alternatif d'accroître l'intérêt pour l'apprentissage. Les médias poétiques peuvent éveiller l'imagination. Le but de cette étude était de décrire les réponses des élèves aux médias de la chanson, de la poésie et des deux médias comme apprentissage de la langue française à l'école. Cette méthode de recherche est une méthode quantitative avec une approche de conception pré-expérimentale utilisant une méthode d'étude de cas unique, avec une collecte de données à l'aide d'une technique de questionnaire. Sur la base des résultats de l'analyse, on peut conclure : (1) La valeur moyenne de la chanson médiatique comme apprentissage du français à l'école est de 4, ce qui est inclus dans la catégorie très bonne. (2) La réponse des élèves à la poésie comme moyen d'apprentissage du français à l'école est que la poésie peut fournir des connaissances sur la langue française. (3) Les résultats des réponses globales des répondants aux médias basés sur le score total obtenu, la majorité des répondants pensaient que grâce aux chansons, les élèves pouvaient mieux affiner leurs compétences en français. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether there is an effect of service quality (X) on patient satisfaction (Y) at Hasanuddin Damrah Regional General Hospital Manna, South Bengkulu Regency, always tries to provide the best for all patients. This is to provide satisfaction for all patients at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna General Hospital, South Bengkulu Regency. This type of research used quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 80 patients from Hasanuddin Damrah Regional General Hospital Manna, South Bengkulu Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used is validity, reliability, simple linear regression, normality, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research on the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Hasanuddin Damrah Regional General Hospital Manna. So the following conclusions can be drawn: Simple linear regression analysis shows Y = 4,666 + 0,770 (X) this illustrates the positive regression direction. This means that there is a positive influence between Service Quality (X) on Patient Satisfaction (Y). This means that every variable of Service Quality increases, Patient Satisfaction will also increase. The results of the t test at a significant level of 0.05. on the table 4.10 it can be seen that t count (12,133) > T table (1,990), then the hypothesis is accepted explaining that the service quality variable shows a significant effect on service quality on patient satisfaction at Hasanuddin Damrah Regional General Hospital Manna. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.645. this shows that the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction is 65.4% while the remaining 34.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Creating civil servants that can be innovative, creative and adaptive in technology and science, needs improvement from various aspects, as example, networking and screening of prospective village officials which can be done using several representative methods. The goals is filtrating to obtain prospective village officer who supporting village’s basic needs. As one of the villages in Kepanjen District, Malang Regency, Mangunrejo Village has committed to starting digitalization era. All information which relating to public services, village activity agendas, news, etc. has been disseminated on Mangunrejo Village official website which can be accessed by all people. This commitment needs supported from village officer who competent technological tools, adaptive, creative and innovative. Now, village officer cant only having a humanist approach and actions towards their community members, but also knowing how to quickly respond to user needs without taking a long time and long-winded. The output targets in this activity are collaborating with Mangunrejo Village, especially with their Village Leader and its staff, to finding an innovative, adaptive and creative village’s civil servants through several multistages tests which held within transparently, fairly and effectives principles.
