Abstract

The SDGs, as an effort to save the earth and improve human welfare, is the responsibility of all levels of society. The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of using waqf to solve health problems by establishing waqf-based health facilities and health services, and to examine the concept of its application in Indonesia. And the research method used is qualitative with literature study, in this study examined various secondary data sources in the form of documents, journals and articles related to the topic under study. The conclusion of this study shows that how to use waqf as a solution to the problem of poverty, which was launched in the 3rd SDG as a health solution for the poor. The concept of using waqf in the construction and operational support of health facilities does not violate the applicable PERPU. Therefore, the idea is in line with Article 170 of Law No. 36/2009 on health and Presidential Regulation No. 59/2017 on SDGs or sustainable development. If the concept of waqf and the applicable regulations are harmonised, the government can build sustainable and inclusive waqf-based health facilities.

Abstract

Salah satu kewajiban yang dilakukan oleh Perguruan Tinggi adalah melaksanakan pelayanan akademik, baik pelayanan administrasi akademik, pelaksanaan seminar dan ujian akhir mahasiswa maupun pelaksanaan perkuliahan. Dengan adanya wabah Pendemi Covid-19 menjadi suatu tantangan untuk melakukan inovasi pelayanan akademik secara online bagi mahasiswa. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif yang pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi serta dengan analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian dalam pelayanan akademik yang dilakukan secara online adalah Layanan Registrasi dan proses KRS dilakukan melalui SIAKAD, layanan Perkuliahan dilakukan melalui aplikasi zoom meeting, Google Meet dan Google Classroom, Skripsi, Tesis dan Disertasi melalui aplikasi zoom meeting dan Google Meet sedangkan untuk Yudisium serta Wisuda dilakukan secara online melalui aplikasi zoom meeting. Kemudian kendala dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan akademik secara online adalah terbatasnya Jaringan Internet, terbatasnya Biaya yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa dan adanya tenaga pendidik yang lambat beradaptasi dengan teknologi. kata kunci : Inovasi, Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

The education sector needs to adapt to the changing times, one of which is through learning technology. There are many types of learning technology, two of which are Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). The purpose of this study is to describe the application of virtual and augmented reality in mathematics learning as viewed from the level of education and its influence. A Systematic Literature Review was used in this research method to examine the application of AR and VR in mathematics learning. The results show that AR and VR are used at almost all levels of education, including elementary school, junior high school (SMP), senior high school (SMA), and university. However, they are more commonly used at the junior high school and senior high school levels. The effects of AR and VR include improving learning outcomes, interest, experience, and motivation, critical thinking skills, mathematical spatial skills, visual thinking skills, problem-solving skills, creative thinking skills, and geometric skills.

Abstract

      Fenomena permintaan dispensasi perkawinan yang diajukan di Pengadilan Agama Kudus cenderung meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Hal ini tentu saja tidak sejalan dengan masalah dimana pernikahan dini harus dicegah karena perkawinan dini untuk wanita berdampak banyak hal, terutama masalah keselamatan ibu dan anak saat hamil dan melahirkan. Untuk anak dari pemohon atau calon pengantin yang sedang hamil di luar nikah, sedangkan usianya masih di bawah usia yang ditentukan oleh Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan pasal 7 ayat 1 menegaskan "... perkawinan hanya diizinkan jika pria telah mencapai usia 19 (sembilan belas) tahun dan perempuan telah mencapai usia 16 (enam belas) tahun”. Hasil penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah bahwa dengan dispartias keputusan / penilaian tentang penentuan dispensasi pernikahan dapat membantu mencegah pernikahan pada usia dini dengan pendekatan hukum tanpa melanggar aturan dan norma lainnya, terutama untuk menjamin dan melindungi kehidupan pasangan di masa depan. Kesenjangan dalam pertimbangan hakim dalam menetapkan dispensasi nikah adalah solusi bagi suatu peristiwa dimana calon pengantin baik laki-laki dan perempuan di bawah umur sebagaimana ditentukan oleh hukum dan termasuk calon pengantin yang hamil di luar nikah untuk mendapatkan keadilan, kepastian dan kemanfaatan hukum.

Abstract

Purpose – This study examines the impact of job autonomy, innovation culture, and emotional intelligence on the sales performance of MSMEs, with creativity as a mediating variable. Given the intense competition in the business environment, MSMEs must foster innovation and creativity to enhance their sales performance. Job autonomy enables MSME owners and managers to make independent decisions, fostering creativity in problem-solving. At the same time, an innovation culture promotes boldness in generating new ideas, and emotional intelligence strengthens customer and team relationships. Method – This research adopts a quantitative approach using the SEM-PLS methodology, with a sample of 100 MSMEs in Bandung city, Indonesia, selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected via an online questionnaire. Findings – The findings reveal that job autonomy, innovation culture, and emotional intelligence significantly and positively affect sales performance, with creativity playing a crucial mediating role. Implications – Theoretically, this study extends the self-determination theory (SDT), organizational innovation theory, and resource-based view (RBV) theory by demonstrating the interplay between autonomy, innovation, and emotional intelligence in enhancing creativity and sales performance. Practically, the findings highlight the need for MSME owners to foster workplace autonomy, encourage an innovative work culture, and enhance employees' emotional intelligence to improve business success through creative approaches.

Abstract

The phenomenon of boarding school has evolved since the 1990s. In addition to having advantages, the school also has barriers in the learning process. Therefore, the need to explore some information directly related to the reasons why boarding school is developed, students’ life in school together and the learning process that occurred. The research method is used  a qualitative approach. Schools in this study are limited to Islamic boarding schools at junior high school level in grade VII. The research procedure is undertaken to find the phenomenon of research subjects that occurred at boarding schools. The validity of data in this research uses source and method triangulation techniques, namely by checking phenomena obtained from observations, interviews with parents, interviews with students, interviews with teachers, and interviews with teachers dormitories. The general conclusion regarding Islamic-based boarding schools is that the school has become the choice of parents in educating their children to gain abilities in the religious and academic fields. In mathematics learning, the teachers prefer direct approach learning rather than indirect learning, and also most of them do not use a lesson plan as teaching guides. Therefore, the school must be able to choose and apply a learning approach oriented to the conditions of diversity that occur in boarding schools so that students have no difficulty in receiving the subject matter.

Abstract

Currently, various products are offered to attract consumer interest, especially in the food industry with fast and practical serving offers. Frozen food is a food choice that is currently growing rapidly in Indonesia, including in Ponorogo Regency. Along with the increasing interest in consuming frozen food, awareness of the halal aspects of products is needed and must be considered by food producers. However, the limitations and understanding of Islamic Sharia standards have not become a principle in running a business. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is in the form of assistance starting from the preparation of training modules, socialization, and introduction of halal concepts, theoretical and practical training, assistance and consultation, and implementation of halal certification. Assistance to UM Savira Frozen Food is focused on understanding how to choose halal raw materials according to halal value chain standards. Through this training, business actors will be given practical knowledge regarding the criteria for halal raw materials, halal verification methods, and the application of halal standards in the entire production process. The results of this activity have a positive impact in terms of knowledge and understanding of partners who are aware of halal standards to ensure that products produced by micro businesses have guaranteed quality and meet halal criteria, providing a sense of security and trust to consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe the character values ​​contained in the bepegelak tradition of the Kantuk Dayak Tribe in Nanga Danau Hamlet, Bika Village, Bika District, Kapuas Hulu Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data sources in this research are Traditional Leaders, Community Leaders, and the Community. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The first result of this research is the process of implementing the bepegelak tradition through three stages, namely preparation, implementation and closing. The preparation stage consists of four activities, namely determining the implementation time, looking for tools and bepegelak materials, making bepegelak materials, and site preparation. The implementation stage consists of three activities, namely nipan pegelak, mapang and bedarak. The closing stage here is more of a free event where they eat and drink provided by the host, here they also chat and joke around to build friendship between local residents. There are 8 character values ​​contained in the Bepegelak Tradition of the Kantuk Dayak Tribe in Nanga Danau Hamlet, Bika Village, Bika District, Kapuas Hulu Regency, namely religious values, tolerance values, discipline values, hard work values, democratic values, friendly/communicative values, responsibility values, and honesty values. The factors that can preserve the Bepegelak Tradition of the Kantuk Dayak Tribe are the role of traditional leaders and community leaders as well as hereditary factors.

Abstract

This research examines the management of manuscript collections at the Central Sulawesi Provincial State Museum as an effort to preserve Indonesia's cultural heritage. The aim of this study is to understand the process of managing manuscript collections at the Central Sulawesi Provincial State Museum. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentary studies. The data analysis techniques employed encompass data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the manuscript collections at the Central Sulawesi Provincial State Museum serve a dual role as references and sources of knowledge for visitors. Despite the collection comprising over 45 items, only 25 have been inventoried. The management involves crucial stages such as registration, inventorying, classification, cataloging, and physical preservation, including conservation through fumigation and digitization. A survey and research team was formed to identify collections from the community, originating from various regions within Central Sulawesi. Meticulous management is essential to ensure that the information within the manuscripts remains accessible to the public and researchers. Both internal and external supporting factors, including the value of the collection and legal regulations, provide robust backing. However, challenges such as a lack of trained human resources, limited facilities, conservation obstacles, and budget constraints also impact collection management. This research underscores the necessity of collaboration in overcoming these challenges and maximizing the management of manuscript collections to preserve this valuable cultural heritage. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengelolaan koleksi manuskrip di Museum Negeri Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah sebagai upaya melestarikan warisan budaya Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses pengelolaan koleksi manuskrip di Museum Negeri Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa koleksi manuskrip di Museum Negeri Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah memiliki peran ganda sebagai referensi dan sumber ilmu pengetahuan bagi pengunjung. Meskipun koleksi manuskrip mencapai lebih dari 45, hanya 25 yang diinventarisasi. Pengelolaannya melibatkan tahapan penting seperti registrasi, inventarisasi, klasifikasi, katalogisasi, dan perawatan fisik, termasuk konservasi melalui fumigasi dan digitalisasi. Tim survei dan penelitian dibentuk untuk mengidentifikasi koleksi dari masyarakat, yang berasal dari berbagai wilayah Sulawesi Tengah. Pengelolaan yang teliti sangat penting agar informasi dalam manuskrip tetap dapat diakses oleh masyarakat dan peneliti. Faktor pendukung internal dan eksternal, termasuk nilai koleksi dan regulasi hukum, memberikan dukungan yang kuat. Namun, kendala seperti kurangnya SDM terlatih, keterbatasan sarana, hambatan dalam konservasi, dan terbatasnya anggaran juga mempengaruhi pengelolaan koleksi. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya kolaborasi dalam mengatasi hambatan dan memaksimalkan pengelolaan koleksi manuskrip untuk melestarikan warisan budaya yang berharga.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the village government in developing the potential of young people in Ogobayas Village, Mepanga Subdistrict, Parigi Moutong Regency. Young people are an important asset in village development, so developing their potential is one of the main focuses of the village government. This study is a field study using a descriptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the village government has implemented various programs and activities aimed at enhancing the role of the village government in developing the potential of young people in Ogobayas Village, Mepanga Sub-district, Parigi Moutong Regency, with a primary focus on sports and religious activities. These efforts are realized through the provision of adequate sports facilities, the organization of tournaments and training, and support for religious activities such as regular religious study sessions and celebrations of Islamic holidays. As a result, it is hoped that the youth of Ogobayas Village can develop holistically, both physically and spiritually, and contribute positively to the progress of the village.
