Abstract

This research analyses the application of various approaches in the learning process in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Indonesia, with a focus on improving the quality of Islamic education at the primary level. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study collects, analyses and integrates research results related to the application of effective teaching methods and their impact on the quality of student learning outcomes. The main findings of this study show that activity-based approaches and real-life experiences, as well as the integration of technology in learning, can improve students' motivation and understanding of Islamic subject matter. The use of interactive learning media and e-learning provides a space for students to learn flexibly and in-depth, as well as assisting teachers in delivering materials in a more interesting and understandable way. In addition, this research also highlights the importance of the teacher's role in applying effective methods. Teachers with good pedagogic competence can create a conducive learning atmosphere, which has a positive impact on the quality of education. The involvement of parents and the community was also found to have a major effect on the quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, by supporting students' character development. However, despite the successes, this study found challenges related to limited facilities and infrastructure, especially in rural areas, which hinder the implementation of innovative methods. In conclusion, this study illustrates that student-centred approaches, teachers' professional development and parents' and communities' involvement are crucial to improving the quality of Islamic education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, although challenges such as limited distribution of resources and facilities are still major obstacles that need to be overcome.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen waktu pada Proyek Peningkatan Jalan Ruas Takalala–Pacongkang, Kabupaten Soppeng, Sulawesi Selatan, menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM). Proyek ini merupakan akses vital antar kecamatan yang mengalami kerusakan signifikan, sehingga memerlukan perencanaan dan pengendalian waktu yang efektif. Metode yang umum digunakan, Kurva-S, memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengidentifikasi jalur kritis. Oleh karena itu, CPM digunakan untuk menentukan urutan kegiatan, mengidentifikasi jalur kritis, dan menghitung durasi optimal penyelesaian proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer (observasi lapangan) dan data sekunder (gambar rencana, Kurva-S, RAB). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jalur kritis proyek terdiri dari kegiatan A–C–E–H–G, dengan durasi total 8 minggu, lebih cepat 1 minggu dibanding rencana awal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan CPM mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan membantu pengelolaan sumber daya secara optimal, serta dapat dijadikan referensi bagi perencanaan proyek sejenis di masa mendatang

Abstract

This paper explores the esoteric interpretations of the Qur’an as expounded by ‘Ā‘ishah al-Bā‘ūnīyah, a notable 16th century female Sufi teacher, through her seminal work Al-Muntakhab fī Uṣūl al-Rutab fī ‘Ilm al-Taṣawwuf. Despite her non-mufasir status, ‘Ā‘ishah’s significant influence on Sufism thought is evident, particularly in her adept utilization of Qur’anic verses to fortify various Sufi concepts. This study unveils ‘Ā‘ishah’s thematic methodology in interpreting the Qur’an, demonstrating her reliance on Qur’anic signs and correlation-based approaches. Importantly, her esoteric interpretations align harmoniously with the literal meanings of the verses, adhere to Islamic jurisprudence, and are supported by robust arguments, including hadith and the consensus of classical Muslim scholars. This research underscores the intellectually grounded contributions of ‘Ā‘ishah al-Bā‘ūnīyah to Sufi thought, highlighting the compatibility of esoteric interpretations within the broader Islamic framework.

Abstract

Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berdiri dan didirikan bersama masyarakat untuk masyarakat dan oleh masyarakat. Sehingga keberadaan dan orientasi pesantren sangat erat dengan mashlahah dan manfaat untuk masyarakat pada umumnya. Dalam prespektif ekonomi, pengelolaan harta wakaf di pesantren merupakan salah satu instrument yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah social ekonomi masyarakat. Walau bagaimanapun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih didapati beberapa nadzir yang belum mampu mengembangkan bahkan mengelolanya untuk memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana wakaf produktif dikelola dan dikembangkan oleh Pondok Tidar. Pondok Tidar dipilih sebagai tempat penelitian dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, karena dampak mauquf alaihnya yang telah diwujudkan melalui pemberian beasiswa kepada para santri yang dhuafa’, mengelola dan mengembangkan wakaf produktif yang dianggap berisko tinggi yaitu perikanan yang berbasis aset wakaf. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif yang disajikan secara diskriptif analitik, dianalisa secara “triangulasi” dan sumber data  melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara.Akhirnya penelitian ini mendapati bahwa PondokTidar telah melaksanakan prinsip-prinsip pemberdayaan ekonomi, baik dari segi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia, kepemimpinan dan pengawasan, maka Pondok Tidar telah berhasil dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan wakaf secara produktif. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksanannya, Pondok Tidar mendapati beberapa hambatan yaitu personil SDM yang terbatas, pemahaman masyarakat tentang wakaf produktif. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan instisusi wakaf lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan asset wakaf yang ada secara produktif dengan cara mengoptimalkan potensi yang ada baik dari SDM maupun kearifan local.

Abstract

This article tries to examine the concept of welfare state according to capitalism in the view of al-Mawardi. The process of data collection is done by studying books, articles that discuss the concept of welfare, especially the book of al Adab Dunya wa al-Din, the phenomenal work of Imam Al-Mawardi. Finally, this article explains that the concept of al-Mawardi's welfare state with the welfare state according to capitalism is the opposite. One of the most important examples of al-Mawardi's view in the welfare state is that religion is the basis of the state. So that the basic policy is always thinking about the benefit of the people not on the will of a particular group or group. It is different from the concept of capitalism that the existence of this welfare state is to cover up the failure of the economic system that has been applied. This study is very useful to know how the concept of welfare state according to capitalism and according to Al-Mawardi, as well as to be used as reference material in subsequent writings. Abstract

Secara umum sistem perekonomian Islam terbagi menjadi tiga sector yaitu publik, swasta dan keadilan sosial. Pada sektor publik atau biasa disebut fiscal sendiri sumber penerimaannya dibagi lagi menjadi tiga; dari kaum muslimin, non-muslim dan sumber umum. Walau bagaimana pun ada satu instrument pendapatan Negara yang memungkinkan diterapkan di Negara Indonesia pada masa kejayaan Islam yaitu pemungutan pajak tanah (kharaj) kepada seluruh penduduk muslim maupun non-muslim. Abu Yusuf seorang tokoh pemikir ekonom muslim pada masa keemasan khalifah Harun al Rasyid, dengan terbitnya kitab fenomenalnya al Kharaj sebagai buku petunjuk administrasi dalam mengelola baitul mal yang baik dan benar untuk mencapai kesejahteraan umat. Perlu kiranya dikaji ulang melihat sejauhmana relevansinya konsep tersebut saat ini. Akhirnya artikel ini memberikan tawaran dengan lima konsep al-kharaj Abu Yusuf yang memungkin diterapkan di negara Indonesia yaitu tarif pajak muqosamah, sistem self assesment, pemungutan pajak berdasarkan kesuburan tanah, usyur sebagai bea cukai, intensifikasi pengelolaan pajak dan intensifikasi pengawasan pajak.

This paper proves that the doctrine of scientific objectivism which then leads as the final truth in the world of science is only a figment, due to the fact that the main method used in the world of science it self contains a lot of weaknesses. Abstract

This writing presents one of the prominent figures of Western intellectualism, Frithjof Schuon, who vehemently criticizes Western modernism while advocating traditionalism as a solution. There are several reasons that demonstrate the significance of Schuon's discussion in relation to modernity. Firstly, Schuon is an intellectual who was born, raised, and directly engaged with Western civilization. Therefore, his authority in discussing Western civilization is unquestionable. Secondly, Schuon is a recognized expert in Comparative Religion, known for his proficiency in explaining various religions. This is acknowledged by the adherents of the religions he describes. Due to his expertise, Schuon's thoughts, including traditionalism, are widely listened to and even followed not only by the Islamic community—the religion Schuon eventually chose and adhered to—but also by followers of other religions such as Judaism, Christianity, and others.

Abstract

This article discusses Murtadha Muthahhari’s ideas about the perfect or multidimensional human and the methods to develop these dimensions to attain the status of a perfect human. Murtadha Muthahhari argues that humans consist of two main elements, namely the individual and personality (body and soul, or physical and mental). These two elements have very different qualities and characteristics. The soul element is eternal and always drives humans to do good, maintain purity and honor, and always desire closeness to God. Meanwhile, the bodily or physical element, in contrast to the soul element, drives humans to fulfill material needs and tends towards lowliness, degradation, and even distance from God.
