Abstract

The rapid expansion of the crypto asset market presents significant challenges related to market transparency, this study examines the influence of intergenerational training, information technology adoption, and generational conflict management on employee engagement in a consulting services company in Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 250 employees via a structured questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS version 25. The results reveal that all three factors significantly contribute to employee engagement, with intergenerational training being the strongest predictor, followed by information technology adoption and generational conflict management. The study highlights the importance of fostering collaboration across generations, leveraging technology for efficient workflows, and addressing generational conflicts to enhance workplace engagement. These findings offer actionable insights for organizations managing diverse workforces in similar contexts.

Abstract

Digital innovation has become a critical driver of organizational transformation in the modern business landscape, and employee experience (EX) plays a pivotal role in facilitating this process. This study employs bibliometric analysis to explore the evolving research landscape on the relationship between EX and digital innovation. Using data from leading academic databases, the analysis identifies key themes, trends, and influential works in the field. Findings highlight the centrality of transformation, performance, and human-centric factors, such as leadership, knowledge sharing, and collaboration, in driving digital innovation. Emerging themes, including sustainability, green innovation, and digital literacy, underscore the shifting priorities in the literature. The study also reveals significant research gaps, including the need for more longitudinal studies, individual-level analyses, and insights from diverse cultural contexts. Practical implications suggest that organizations should adopt a holistic, employee-centric approach to digital strategies, integrating technological advancements with initiatives that enhance engagement, skill development, and sustainability. This study provides a foundation for future research and actionable insights for practitioners aiming to leverage EX for sustainable innovation.

Abstract

The utilization of solar energy has emerged as a critical solution for improving energy efficiency and achieving sustainability in urban households. This study conducts a bibliometric review to explore the research landscape on solar energy adoption, focusing on technological advancements, socio-economic implications, environmental benefits, and policy frameworks. The analysis identifies key themes such as photovoltaic innovations, smart grid integration, and energy storage technologies, as well as the influence of government incentives and community-based projects on adoption rates. While solar energy offers significant environmental and economic benefits, challenges such as high installation costs, energy variability, and aesthetic concerns remain. The findings highlight the need for interdisciplinary approaches and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and decentralized systems, to overcome these barriers. This review provides valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders to advance solar energy utilization and contribute to sustainable urban development.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of AI-based technology implementation, green energy sustainability, and product innovation on the economic growth of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 120 manufacturing firms and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results show that AI-based technology has the strongest positive impact on economic growth, followed by green energy sustainability and product innovation. AI-driven technologies optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making, contributing significantly to the economic performance of firms. Green energy sustainability promotes long-term growth by reducing operational costs and improving environmental performance. While product innovation positively influences growth, its impact is relatively weaker, indicating the need for complementary factors. These findings provide insights for policymakers and industry leaders to focus on technological advancement, sustainability, and innovation as drivers of economic growth in Indonesia’s manufacturing sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of clean energy technology infrastructure development on regional economic growth in Indonesia. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 70 respondents across different regions using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26 to examine the relationship between clean energy infrastructure and regional economic performance. The results show a strong positive correlation between clean energy technology infrastructure and regional economic growth, with a statistically significant relationship. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis indicates that clean energy infrastructure development significantly predicts economic growth, while geographic location and government policy also play important roles. These findings suggest that investments in clean energy infrastructure are crucial drivers of regional economic development and highlight the need for supportive policies to maximize the benefits of renewable energy projects. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders in advancing sustainable development through clean energy initiatives.

Abstract

This paper presents a systematic literature review (SLR) of 120 academic documents sourced from the Scopus database, which analyses the efficiency of crop watering systems utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology controlled via Google Assistant. The review explores key advances in IoT-based irrigation systems, highlighting how real-time data from sensors and voice-controlled automation improve water efficiency and user experience. The findings reveal that IoT systems can reduce water wastage by 25-30%, optimise plant health, and offer convenience through voice commands. However, challenges such as connectivity issues, high implementation costs, and system maintenance complexity also need to be addressed. This paper discusses potential future research directions, including scalability, AI integration, and cost-effective solutions to expand the adoption of these technologies in agriculture and horticulture.

Abstract

Inovasi fintech berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, menawarkan solusi keuangan yang lebih mudah diakses dan terjangkau bagi masyarakat luas. Hal ini membuka peluang untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan, terutama bagi mereka yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki akses ke layanan keuangan tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi fintech dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan publikasi resmi dari lembaga terkait. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bahwa fintech telah memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam memperluas akses terhadap layanan keuangan di seluruh dunia. Melalui penerapan teknologi terkini, fintech telah berhasil mengatasi beberapa hambatan tradisional dalam akses keuangan, seperti biaya tinggi dan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Meskipun demikian, tantangan yang signifikan masih ada, termasuk masalah regulasi yang bervariasi di berbagai negara, keamanan dan privasi data, serta kesenjangan akses teknologi di wilayah-wilayah terpencil.

Abstract

This study employs a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to explore the evolution, trends, and research networks within the field of Agile Project Management (APM). Utilizing data from prominent academic databases and visualized through VOSviewer, this paper identifies thematic clusters that highlight foundational Agile principles, strategic implementations, team dynamics, and technical aspects of APM. The research trends over the past decade demonstrate a significant shift from basic Agile methodologies towards advanced topics like risk and cost management, reflecting the field's maturation and adaptation to diverse and complex environments. The analysis also uncovers substantial research opportunities in integrating Agile practices with cost management, applying Agile in non-traditional fields, and developing sophisticated risk management strategies. Moreover, an examination of author collaboration networks reveals distinct clusters of scholarly activity and highlights influential researchers and their interrelationships. This study provides valuable insights into the dynamic landscape of Agile Project Management research, underscoring both established areas and emerging frontiers for future exploration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan dan dinamika inovasi teknologi dalam literatur ilmiah melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Studi ini mengidentifikasi tema utama, tren penelitian, peluang riset yang kurang dieksplorasi, dan pola kolaborasi penulis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa inovasi teknologi adalah topik dominan dengan fokus signifikan pada kebijakan inovasi, pembangunan berkelanjutan, dan inovasi hijau. Tren penelitian telah bergeser dari sistem nasional dan inovasi terbuka ke arah inovasi hijau dan keberlanjutan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Peluang penelitian terlihat pada area dengan kepadatan rendah seperti teknologi digital dan sistem inovasi teknologi, yang masih kurang dieksplorasi. Analisis kolaborasi penulis mengungkapkan beberapa klaster kolaborasi penting di antara penulis terkemuka dalam inovasi terbuka, sistem teknologi energi, dan ekonomi inovasi, menunjukkan adanya kolaborasi yang kuat dalam beberapa kelompok serta kontribusi signifikan dari penulis individu atau kelompok kecil. Temuan ini memberikan panduan strategis untuk penelitian masa depan yang dapat mengisi kesenjangan yang ada dan memperkuat kolaborasi antar peneliti di bidang inovasi teknologi.

Abstract

The principle of child development refers to the basic guidelines and rules that guide the understanding and optimal care of children, with a focus on their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth and development. The purpose of Community Service is for Early Detection of the Quality of Child Growth and Development Through Improving the Skills of Health Cadres Towards the Transformation of Primary Services Focusing on the Approach of Health Services to the Community. The method used in Community Service activities is by providing materials, Q&A through discussion and training on Early Detection of the Quality of Child Growth and Development Through Improving the Skills of Health Cadres. by conducting tests before training (Pre Test) and after training (Post Test). The results of community service were obtained at the beginning of the observation of the skills of health cadres in carrying out child growth and development measurements, most were still lacking (65.31%) before being given training (Pre Test) and after training in measuring child growth and development, the skills of health cadres increased (Post Test), as many as 83.61% of health cadres were good at measuring child growth and development independently. The conclusion is that this health cadre training activity can provide benefits in developing community resources to support the health sector in efforts to improve public health.
