Abstract

Penggunaan Smart Monitoring System mampu menurunkan tingkat risiko luka tekan hingga 70% dibandingkan metode konvensional. Smart Monitoring System terbukti efektif dalam mencegah pressure ulcer pada pasien bed rest melalui pemantauan posisi tubuh dan deteksi dini area berisiko.

Abstract

Telecommunications company PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (INTI) has several main business lines, such as manufacturing and assembly, management services, digital services, and system integrators. The system integrator requires assistance from all business divisions to support its business activities, one of which is to assist the information technology function, which is responsible for information technology services. However, there are several obstacles that arise in the implementation of the information technology function, including data exchange that has not used the system optimally; lack of manpower; business process flow that is still less effective; and one business process that is still less effective and has not been supported by existing applications. The existing applications are not integrated. Thus, the right solution and in accordance with the needs must be generated through an enterprise architecture that can integrate information technology strategy with business strategy. TOGAF ADM is used to design enterprise architecture, which includes preliminary, architecture, and implementation phases.

Abstract

However, business players have not utilized it to its full potential despite the fact that the regional government of the Pesawaran area has provided the raw ingredients and equipment necessary to manufacture filter cloth. As a result of their lack of innovation, the items that they manufacture do not meet the requirements of the market share. The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation and analysis of the empowerment of micro- and small-scale enterprises (MSMEs) that produce filter cloth “TAPIS” in Negeri Katon Village, where there exist factors that impede their growth, as well as the efforts that have been taken to overcome these factors. A method known as inductive analysis is utilized in this qualitative descriptive study. In order to conduct an analysis of the empowerment of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs/ UMKM) in the filter cloth industry, In times of economic turmoil, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises ((MSMEs) play a crucial part in the Indonesian economy. MSMEs were able to survive the financial crisis that occurred in 1998 as well as the pandemic that was caused by the COVID-19 virus. According to the three roles that micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs/ UMKM) play in the Indonesian economy, which include a means of alleviating poverty, a means of equalizing the economic level of small people, and a means of earning foreign exchange for the country, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are a part of the independent Indonesian economy and have a great potential to improve the welfare of the people. Reducing the amount of data, presenting it, and making conclusions are all steps in the process of data analysis. According to research, the Pesawaran Regency Cooperative Industry and Trade Service has provided support to micro-screen cloth “Tapis” industry makers in Negeri Katon Village who are considered to be micro- or small-scale enterprises.

Abstract

The use of blockchain applications in the health sector, in patient data security, promises significant progress in the management and protection of medical information. Database decentralization, which is at the heart of blockchain technology, presents itself as an innovative solution in reducing the risk of cyber attacks and system failures simultaneously, by dividing information into scattered networks. It increases patient information resilience to data loss and identity theft. Another advantage of blockchain is greater transparency and auditability. Any transactions or changes recorded cannot be changed again, ensuring consistent data integrity. This is crucial in a healthcare environment, where errors in patient information can have serious implications for patient care and health outcomes. In addition, the blockchain system allows the use of strong encryption and layered access controls, making patient data much safer from unauthorized access. However, despite the many advantages it offers, there are challenges to overcome in order for this technology to be implemented effectively. Challenges such as system scalability, complex regulatory compliance, and difficulty integrating with existing health information technology systems are major obstacles to blockchain implementation. Concerns about scalability emphasize increased processing time and operating costs as transaction volumes grow. Regulatory compliance often requires extra care and adaptation to strict local regulations relating to personal data and privacy.
