Abstract

Community service lecture in assisting the habit of Duha prayer at Sukorejo State Elementary School 2. The purpose of this article is whether Duha prayer is able to form students' good character towards fellow friends, teachers and parents and how Duha prayer plays a role in increasing discipline to make their quality better good. The service method used is in the form of Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The implementation of assistance in getting used to Duha prayers is carried out by providing material in class, reviewing the material and asking questions and answers, then practicing together at the school mosque and practicing Duha prayers in congregation every day. It is hoped that with this assistance in getting used to Duha prayer, students can improve their morals.

Abstract

Indonesia is a state of law, and one of the characteristics of a state of the law is upholding human rights, a free judiciary, and legality. Therefore, every applicable rule must be a reference for behavior in society. One of the matters relating to a review in a case must be in accordance with the legal provisions that govern it. However, at this time the review by the public prosecutor invites debate from legal experts. The method used in this research is normative legal research. Data in the form of primary legal materials and secondary materials with qualitative analysis. The results show that the Supreme Court has the authority to make breakthroughs to fill the legal void and update the law according to community developments. This breakthrough must be followed by the belief that there has been an error in the application of the law. This is different from the review of the convict Muchtar Pakpahan which was not a mistake in the application of the law. Therefore, the Supreme Court must be responsible for the reasons for accepting and deciding the case for review. The provisions in the elucidation of Article 21 are quite clear in stating that the review is only intended for the convict and his heirs. The explanation does not explain at all what the parties concerned mean. Therefore, the public prosecutor in the case of review interprets the article according to its interests to apply for a review (PK). Indonesia adalah negara hukum, salah satu ciri dari negara hukum dengan menjunjung tinggi terhadap hak asasi manusia, peradilan yang bebas dan legalitas. Oleh karena itu setiap aturan yang berlaku harus menjadi acuan untuk berperilaku dalam masyarakat. Salah satunya hal yang berkaitan dengan peninjauan kembali dalam suatu perkara harus sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang mengaturnya. Namun saat ini Peninjauan kembali oleh jaksa penuntut umum mengundang perdebatan dari para ahli hukum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Data berupa bahan hukum primer dan bahan sekunder dengan analisa kualitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa Mahkamah Agung berwenang melakukan terobosan untuk mengisi kokosongan hukum dan memperbarui hukum sesuai perkembangan masyarakat. Terobosan tersebut harus diikuti keyakinan adanya kesalahan dalam penerapan hukum. Hal tersebut berbeda dengan peninjauan kembali dengan terpidana Muchtar Pakpahan yang bukan merupakan kesalahan dalam penerapan hukum. Oleh karena itu, Mahkamah Agung harus mempertanggungjawabkan alasan menerima dan memutus perkara peninjauan kembali itu. Ketentuan dalam penjelasan Pasal 21 itu telah cukup tegas menyatakan peninjauan kembali hanya diperuntukan bagi terpidana dan ahli warisnya. Pada penjelasan sama sekali tidak diterangkan apa yang dimaksud pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan. Oleh karena itu, jaksa penuntut umum pada perkara peninjauan kembali menafsirkan pasal tersebut sesuai kepentingannya untuk mengajukan peninjauan kembali (PK).

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam and is one of the main elements for the upholding of Islamic law, whose obligations for Muslims have been stipulated in the Al-Qur'an, the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the consensus of the ulama. However, in reality, there are still many Muslims who are reluctant or refuse to pay zakat. This certainly requires efforts by imposing criminal sanctions so that the Muslim community becomes more aware of paying zakat. This research is normative legal research whose data is sourced from secondary data by collecting primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Meanwhile, the analysis in this research uses qualitative analysis. Conclusions are drawn deductively. The urgency of criminal sanctions for muzakki who refuse to pay zakat in the framework of developing zakat law in Indonesia can be carried out in the following ways: 1. Internally within the Islamic community: First, building religious awareness that zakat is an instrument for alleviating poverty; Second, Unifying the opinion that based on sociological, philosophical, juridical, theological-normative, historical considerations or reasons, and the purpose of punishment, the application of criminal sanctions for muzakki is absolutely necessary; Third, fighting politically because political channels are one of the entry points for the application of Islamic law. 2. Government: First, build awareness that Indonesia's zakat potential is very large, while awareness of zakat is still small. So, the government should be proactive with the pick-up system by changing the zakat system from voluntary to mandatory (compulsory system); Second, the issue of zakat is an issue that applies specifically to the Muslim community. Thus, it would be better for the government to listen more to the aspirations of Muslims. Zakat merupakan salah satu rukun Islam, dan menjadi salah satu unsur pokok bagi tegaknya syariat Islam yang kewajibannya bagi umat Islam telah ditetapkan dalam Al-Qur’an, Sunnah Nabi, dan ijma’ para ulama. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak umat Islam yang enggan atau ingkar dalam membayar zakat. Hal ini tentu perlu upaya dengan memberlakukan sanksi pidana agar ummat islam lebih sadar lagi dalam membayar zakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum Normatif yang data-datanya bersumber data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Sedangkan analisa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa kualitatif. Penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan cara deduktif. Urgensi sanksi pidana bagi muzakki yang ingkar membayar zakat dalam rangka pengembangan undang-undang zakat di indonesia dapat dilakukan dengan cara 1. Internal Umat Islam: Pertama, Membangun kesadaran beragama bahwa zakat adalah salah satu instrument untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan; Kedua, Menyatukan pendapat bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan atau alasan sosiologis, filosofis, yuridis, teologis-normatif, historis, dan tujuan pemidanaan penerapan sanksi pidana bagi muzakki mutlak dilakukan; Ketiga, Berjuang secara politik dikarenaka jalur politik merupakan salah satu pintu masuknya penerapan hukum Islam. 2.Pemerintah: Pertama, Membangun kesadaran bahwa potensi zakat Indonesia sangatlah besar, sedangkan kesadaran berzakat masih kecil. Sehingga, pemerintah seharusnya proaktif dengan sistem jemput bola dengan mengganti sistem zakat dari sukarela (voluntary system) menjadi wajib (compulsory system); Kedua, Persoalan zakat adalah persoalan yang berlaku khusus bagi ummat Islam. Dengan demikian, ada baiknya pemerintah lebih mendengarkan aspirasi umat Islam.

Abstract

One of the Government Affairs which falls under the authority of the Regional Government is to carry out Mandatory Government Affairs which are not related to Basic Services, namely Investment as regulated in Article 12 paragraph (2) point I of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. To encourage community and private sector participation, Regional Government administrators can provide incentives and/or facilities to the community and/or investors as regulated in Regional Regulations (PERDA). Drafting regional regulations must begin with conducting academic studies from philosophical, sociological, and juridical aspects. This research is normative legal research by collecting secondary data which is analyzed using the concept of deductive logic. Academic studies from the philosophical basis of the formation of this Regional Regulation are in order to create a prosperous society as the state's goal in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia through investment instruments. From a sociological point of view, the formation of this Draft Regional Regulation means that there is a lot of regional potential that can be offered to investors or the public if they want to invest their capital or carry out business activities. However, attracting the interest of investors or the public requires extra efforts, such as through providing incentives or providing various business conveniences. From a juridical point of view, the formation of this Draft Regional Regulation is to carry out the mandate as well as freedom from higher regulations such as Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government and its amendments, and Government Regulation Number 24 of 2019 concerning Providing Incentives and Facilitation of Investment in the Regions. which gives authority to regions to be creative and provide solutions in attracting investment to their regions to support development and improve community welfare. Salah satu Urusan Pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan Pemerintah Daerah adalah menyelenggarakan Urusan Pemerintahan Wajib yang tidak berkaitan dengan Pelayanan Dasar, yakni Penanaman Modal sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 12 ayat (2) butir I UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Untuk mendorong peran sertamasyarakat dan sektor swasta tersebut penyelenggara Pemerintahan Daerah dapat memberikan insentif dan/atau kemudahan kepada masyarakat dan/atau investor yang diatur dalam Peraturan Daerah (PERDA). Dalam penyusunan rancangan peraturan daerah haruslah dimulai dengan melakukan kajian akademik dari aspek Filosifis, sosiologis dan yuridis. Penelitian ini merupkan penelitian hukum normatif dengan mengumpulkan data-data secara sekunder yang dianlisis dengan konsep logika deduktif. Kajian akademik dari sudut landasan Filosofis pembentukan Peraturan Daerah ini adalah dalam rangka mewujudkan masyarakat yang sejahtera sebagaimana tujuan negara dalam Pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 melalui instrumen investasi. Dari sudut sosiologis pembentukan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah ini adalah bahwa banyak potensi daerah yang dapat ditawarkan kepada Investor atau Masyarakat apabila ingin menanamkan modalnya atau melakukan kegiatan usaha. Namun untuk menggiring minat Investor atau Masyarakat memerlukan upaya ekstra seperti melalui pemberian Insentif atau memberikan berbagai kemudahan berusaha. Dari sudut yuridis dalam pembentukan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah ini adalah menjalankan amanat sekaligus keleluasaan dari peraturan-peraturan yang lebih tinggi seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah berikut perubahannya, dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 2019 tentang Pemberian Insentif dan Kemudahan Investasi Di Daerah yang memberikan kewenangan bagi daerah untuk berkreasi dan solutif dalam menarik investasi ke daerahnya guna mendukung pembangunan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency behavior is an action that is contrary to social norms and can cause discomfort in society. Nevertheless, this is considered a general phenomenon that must be accepted as part of social reality. Adolescents, because of their physical, mental, and social limitations, are in a more vulnerable position compared to adults, so their treatment must be different. However, efforts to protect children still do not fully reflect agreed international principles. Violations of children's rights still often occur in court, especially in handling cases of children in conflict with the law. The laws governing the juvenile criminal justice system do not fully accommodate the principle of the best interests of the child, so normative efforts to protect children are still not optimal. Perilaku kenakalan remaja merupakan tindakan yang bertentangan dengan norma sosial dan dapat menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan di masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, hal ini dianggap sebagai fenomena umum yang harus diterima sebagai bagian dari realitas sosial. Remaja, karena keterbatasan fisik, mental, dan sosial mereka, berada dalam posisi yang lebih rentan dibandingkan dengan orang dewasa, sehingga perlakuan terhadap mereka haruslah berbeda. Namun, upaya perlindungan terhadap anak masih belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan prinsip-prinsip internasional yang telah disepakati. Pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak anak masih sering terjadi di pengadilan, terutama dalam penanganan kasus anak yang berurusan dengan hukum. Undang-undang yang mengatur sistem peradilan pidana anak belum sepenuhnya mengakomodasi prinsip the best interest of the child, sehingga upaya perlindungan terhadap anak secara normatif masih belum optimal.

Abstract

One of the cosmetics that is widely used topically is lotion, which consists of two phases that do not mix, and can be stabilized using an emulsifying agent. Cetyl alcohol and cera alba have properties as softeners, emulsifiers and absorb water which were chosen as emulsifying agents because they can improve the texture of the preparation. The aim of this research was to see the effect of varying concentrations of cetyl alcohol and cera alba as emulsifying agents in VCO lotion preparations. The research design in this study was pre-experimental with the lotion formula divided into 4 sample groups with different concentrations of cetyl alcohol and cera alba. Physical property tests carried out include organoleptic tests, pH tests, homogeneity tests, spreadability tests and lotion type. The results showed that variations in the concentration of cetyl alcohol and cera alba did not show differences in organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, spreadability and type of lotion for all formulas. It can be concluded that in making VCO lotion with varying concentrations of cetyl alcohol and cera alba it does not affect the physical properties of the lotion

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has profoundly impacted education in Indonesia, necessitating the adoption of distance learning strategies. This shift, initially prompted by the pandemic's spread, introduced challenges such as decreased student motivation, technical hurdles, and digital disparities. Drawing upon Behavioristic Learning Theory, which emphasizes stimulus-response dynamics and reinforcement, it becomes evident that student motivation is pivotal in the learning process. During the pandemic, online learning witnessed fluctuations in student motivation, initially marked by heightened interest but later dampened by challenges like poor internet connectivity. Moreover, the transition from face-to-face to online learning underscored the significance of external factors, including the learning environment and support systems, in shaping student motivation. Government initiatives to address these challenges included providing online platforms, internet quotas, and adjusting learning policies. While online learning proved effective during the pandemic, it also highlighted the need for innovative approaches to sustain student engagement and motivation. Factors like parental involvement, teacher creativity, and student interest emerged as crucial determinants of motivation. As education continues to evolve, there is a pressing need to adapt learning strategies to meet diverse student needs, whether through online, offline, or hybrid approaches. Fostering intrinsic motivation and creating supportive learning environments remain paramount for ensuring optimal learning outcomes amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic and beyond.

Abstract

Airfoils that experience erosion with varying Reynolds numbers were studied using numerical methods to determine the effect on the performance of the NACA 0015 airfoil. A Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) approach has been used to this research. Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) was used as the governing equation used in this research. The turbulence model used in this research was k-epsilon model. The Reynolds numbers used are 1.6 × 10⁶, 2 × 10⁶, and 2.5 × 10⁶. This research proves that erosion can reduce the Cl value and increase the Cd value on the NACA 0015 airfoil. Increasing the Reynolds number can also reduce the average Cl value and increase the average Cd value. The decrease in the average value of Cl is 6.561%, 9.392%, and 9.803%, respectively, at Reynolds numbers 1.6 × 10⁶, 2 × 10⁶, and 2.5 × 10⁶. Then, the average Cd value increase is 1.120%, 1.301%, and 1.396%, respectively, at Reynolds numbers 1.6 × 10⁶, 2 × 10⁶, and 2.5 × 10⁶. The contour visualization shows that the airfoil erosion has a pressure contour that increases in the upper chamber and decreases in the lower chamber. This phenomenon also occurs as the Reynolds number increases so that it can reduce the lifting force of the NACA 0015 airfoil. The flow velocity and streamlined contours also show greater circulating flow on the erosion airfoil, which can accelerate the 1 ° AoA stall on the erosion airfoil. The circulating flow also becomes larger as the Reynolds number of the airfoil increases.

Abstract

Penggunaan plastik yang tinggi dan minimnya pengolahan sampah plastik menyebabkan timbulan sampah plastik di Indonesia yang tinggi. Salah satu solusi untuk mengendalikan timbulan sampah plastik yaitu dengan mengurangi pembuangan serta memaksimalkan penggunaan. upaya untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan plastik yaitu dengan mendaur ulang sampah plastik menjadi genteng komposit polimer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh variasi komposisi High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) dan rumput teki (Cyperus Rotundus L) dengan perlakuan alkali terhadap nilai perpindahan panas radiasi pada genteng komposit. Sebelum dikeringkan dan dipotong menjadi serat-serat pendek, rumput teki direndam dalam larutan NaOH 5% selama empat jam. Serat-serat tersebut kemudian dilapisi dengan matriks HDPE untuk membuat empat jenis komposit yang berbeda dengan komposisi berat serat rumput teki masing-masing 0%, 10%, 15%, dan 20%. Pengujian termal dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian paparan radiasi matahari langsung. Hasil pengujian paparan radiasi matahari menunjukan temperatur permukaan atas dan bawah genteng komposit tertinggi terdapat pada komposisi serat 0% sebesar 47,4oC, 42,8oC dan yang terendah pada komposisi serat 20% sebesar 46,6oC, 41,6oC dari pengamatan paparan radiasi matahari terdapat temperatur paling tinggi pada jam 11:00 WIB. Penelitian menunjukan semakin bertambahnya komposisi serat rumput teki maka panas yang dihasilkan pada genteng komposit semakin rendah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Durkheim's social solidarity theory in the development of Islamic religious education in the context of social integration of Muslim society. This study uses a library method to analyze the role of Émile Durkheim's social theory in the development of Islamic religious education, focusing on the theory of social solidarity and its application. The literature used includes Durkheim's works as well as recent articles and research related to the relationship between Islamic religious education and social solidarity. By reviewing various references, this study aims to deepen understanding of the application of Durkheim's theory in the context of Islamic religious education in society. Islamic religious education has an important role in forming social solidarity through values ​​such as ukhuwah, ta'awun, and social justice. Durkheim's principle of social solidarity which emphasizes shared values ​​is very relevant to be applied in Islamic religious education. By teaching these values, Islamic religious education can strengthen social integration and create a more harmonious and just society.
