Abstract

Many MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District area are currently still using manual/traditional bookkeeping management and administration and many errors are still found in bookkeeping so that it is difficult for the supervisory board to carry out its supervisory function. The purpose of this community service is to provide comprehensive guidance and counseling to MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District, Bekasi Regency, with the hope that MSMEs in the future will be able to compete both in terms of product quality produced and in service quality. The method used in implementing guidance with counseling and at the same time conducting training by applying entrepreneurial management training, financial management and marketing management to MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District, Bekasi Regency. The results obtained after carrying out this training activity are that the MSMEs have been able to manage their businesses (entrepreneurial management), and know financial governance (financial management) by using applications to achieve zero errors.

Abstract

Business competition has now entered a free market without boundaries, so every company must make every effort to survive and avoid bankruptcy. To face this competition, organizations need to have competent human resources so that the quality of the company can improve. PT Amartha Boga Lestari Bintaro has also experienced this. This study aims to determine the effect of communication and discipline on employee performance at PT Amartha Boga Lestari Bintaro. A quantitative method was used with all 60 employees as the sample. The results show that partially, communication (Y = 5.285 + 0.865 X1, r = 0.748, t = 3.947 > 2.00172, p < 0.05) and discipline (Y = 5.667 + 0.866 X2, r = 0.832, t = 6.857 > 2.00172, p < 0.05) have a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, communication and discipline also have a significant effect (Y = 1.153 + 0.400 X1 + 0.626 X2, r = 0.871, R² = 75.8%, F = 89.393 > 3.16, p < 0.05), confirming that these two variables are important in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) is a horticultural commodity with high economic and nutritional value. This quantitative study analyzes the influence of price and product quality on the sales volume of organic green lettuce in the Bangkit Merbabu Farmers Group, Batur Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency. The research was conducted from May to June 2025 using a case study method with purposive sampling. A total of 33 respondents, consisting of group members and administrators, were selected. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, while secondary data came from literature and statistical reports. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with F-test, T-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that price and product quality simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on sales volume. The determination coefficient (R²) value of 82.3% indicates that variations in price and product quality explain most of the changes in sales volume, while 17.7% is influenced by other factors not examined. The findings highlight that competitive pricing strategies and consistent product quality are essential to strengthen market competitiveness and increase sales of organic green lettuce.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru inklusi di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dalam menerapkan deteksi dini serta modifikasi perilaku anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di sekolah masing-masing. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan meliputi psikoedukasi, diskusi, dan praktik deteksi dini dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Mitra pengabdian adalah guru-guru sekolah inklusi yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Pembimbing Khusus (MGPK) Kabupaten Lombok Tengah (sebagai kelompok mitra awal) serta guru dari sekolah inklusi Smart Kids. Kegiatan utama yang dilaksanakan adalah Psikoedukasi deteksi dini karakteristik ABK dan pelatihan modifikasi perilaku, yaitu reinforcement dan token economy. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap karakteristik siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan kemampuan dalam penerapan modifikasi perilaku.

Abstract

Interjection is a fundamental aspect of everyday communication and can also be observed in literary works, such as drama. This article examined the Korean interjection 아 [a] and its functions as discourse markers in the Korean drama ‘Twenty-Five Twenty-One’. This study employed the theoretical frameworks of interjections as outlined by Nam et al. (2019) and discourse markers as delineated by Jeon (2002). The findings of this study indicated that the interjection ‘아’ [a] could be classified into three distinct categories: (1) emotive interjections, (2) volitive interjections, and (3) speech habit and stuttering interjections. Among these categories, the speech habit and stuttering interjections, which convey meanings to speech habit, were found to be the most prevalent. In its function as a discourse marker, the interjection 아 [a] was found to have three categories: (1) topic and topic cohesion, (2) topic and speaker cohesion, and (3) speaker and listener cohesion. Of these categories, the topic and speaker cohesion type, which functions to express negative attitudes, were found to be the most prevalent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada Kabupaten Mura Tara, Sumatera Selatan, karena daerah ini memiliki angka stunting yang signifikan di wilayah tersebut dan Kabupaten Mura Tara termasuk pada pelaksanaan kebijakan percepatan penurunan stunting yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kebijakan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 72 Tahun 2021. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder yang terkait dengan kebijakan penanggulangan stunting pada balita di Kabupaten Mura Tara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran evaluasi kebijakan yang lebih jelas tentang upaya penanggulangan stunting di Kabupaten Mura Tara dan implikasinya bagi kebijakan kesehatan masyarakat Penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi berdasarkan lima aspek utama: efektivitas, kecukupan, pemerataan, responsivitas, dan ketepatan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada upaya serius dalam implementasi kebijakan, target penurunan stunting belum tercapai sepenuhnya. Komunikasi antara petugas dan masyarakat masih perlu ditingkatkan, dan terdapat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan anggaran. Akses layanan kesehatan juga belum merata. Meskipun kebijakan telah membentuk kerangka kerja yang jelas, masyarakat masih kurang mendapatkan informasi tentang program yang ada. Asumsi dasar kebijakan cukup kuat dan dampak positif mulai terlihat, namun masih ada tantangan seperti kurangnya pelatihan bagi petugas. Secara keseluruhan, meskipun ada kemajuan, masih banyak hal yang perlu diperbaiki untuk mencapai tujuan penurunan stunting secara efektif.

Abstract

Organic rice is cultivated without synthetic materials, offering high economic value and health benefits. Supportive biophysical components are essential for optimal growth and improving organic rice productivity. This research aims to identify the biophysical components that contribute to the land's carrying capacity for organic rice growth. The research was conducted in Rowosari Village, Jember Regency, East Java. The study analyzed on-farm activities, including producing organic fertilizers and pesticides, land mapping, agroclimate, and assessing biological components. The results show that biophysical factors significantly influence organic rice growth. Indicators of the success of organic fertilizer produced are N of 0.15%, P of 0.04%, K of 0.22%, and fertilizer pH of 4.98. The qualitative analysis of organic pesticides revealed the presence of secondary metabolites like tannin, saponin, flavonoid, alkaloid, and terpenoid with the code (+++). A high biological diversity was observed, with a Shannon-H index exceeding 1. Additionally, the concentration of organic fertilizers and pesticides significantly increased the number of rice plant saplings during the vegetative phase. The study concludes that the biophysical components of the land provide strong support for the growth of organic rice, demonstrating their vital role in the sustainability and productivity of organic farming systems.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) play an important role in the company, with employee performance influenced by fair compensation and a supportive work environment. A mismatch in these two aspects can trigger turnover intention. Compensation, motivation and job satisfaction are interrelated in improving performance, while good HR policies can reduce turnover and retain quality employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT. XY Plant Cibitung. Data was collected through a questionnaire with quantitative methods and a sample of 40 people. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. The research results show that compensation (sig 0.004), motivation (sig 0.038), and job satisfaction (sig 0.001) have a significant effect on employee turnover intention. To reduce turnover intention, companies are advised to increase compensation, provide good motivation, and manage employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Megarimas Sentosa di Jakarta Utara. Reward merupakan penghargaan yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan atas kontribusi dan pencapaian kerja yang dilakukan, sedangkan punishment adalah bentuk sanksi atas pelanggaran atau kegagalan dalam memenuhi standar kerja yang ditetapkan. Kinerja karyawan diukur melalui empat indikator utama, yaitu kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, dan kemampuan bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan PT Megarimas Sentosa, yang berjumlah 40 orang, menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pemberian gaji, bonus, tunjangan, dan penghargaan mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas karyawan. Punishment juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja, terutama dalam menjaga disiplin dan mendorong kepatuhan terhadap aturan perusahaan. Secara simultan, reward dan punishment memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, perusahaan disarankan untuk terus mengembangkan sistem penghargaan dan sanksi yang adil, transparan, dan proporsional guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen PT Megarimas Sentosa dalam merumuskan kebijakan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif dan berorientasi pada kinerja. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian adalah agar perusahaan terus mengembangkan sistem penghargaan yang transparan dan berbasis prestasi, serta menerapkan sistem sanksi yang mendidik dan tidak merugikan karyawan secara tidak proporsional. Keseimbangan antara pemberian reward dan punishment yang diterapkan secara adil dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif, harmonis, dan berkelanjutan dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the educational challenges in disadvantaged, frontier, and outermost (3T) regions, particularly Mappi Regency, South Papua, where limited infrastructure, low teacher discipline, and weak supervision demand transformational leadership from school principals to enhance teacher performance. The study aims to analyze the transformational leadership style of the school principal and its influence on teacher performance at SD Inpres Dagimon. A qualitative approach with a single case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, with validation conducted via source triangulation. The findings reveal that teachers’ perceptions of transformational leadership encompass four key dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. Such leadership positively impacts work motivation, discipline, instructional innovation, and teacher collaboration. The implication is that the application of transformational leadership constitutes a key strategy in addressing educational challenges in 3T regions and in enhancing sustainable learning quality.
