Abstract

In the era of globalization, life skills are a key factor in improving human resource quality, particularly in entrepreneurship. PKBM Tim Suara Masyarakat Dawuan, Karawang Regency, implements entrepreneurship training based on life skills to strengthen learners’ economic independence. This study applied a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, involving four informants: PKBM managers, training tutors, and program alumni. Data analysis was conducted systematically using Nvivo 15. The findings reveal that training management at PKBM Tim Suara Masyarakat Dawuan is carried out through careful planning based on learner needs, participatory learning methods, and continuous evaluation. Supporting factors include financial assistance from external partners, adequate facilities, and the active role of tutors in motivating participants. However, challenges remain, particularly low awareness among school-age learners who struggle to recognize the importance of life skills and economic independence. This study contributes to the limited literature on life skill-based entrepreneurship training in non-formal education in Indonesia. Practically, it provides strategic recommendations for PKBM to maximize training success, enabling the development of independent, creative, and competitive graduates.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of adaptive leadership style on the effectiveness of medical teams in emergency situations within the Emergency Unit. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the findings reveal that adaptive leadership positively contributes to team performance during critical incidents. Key characteristics of adaptive leaders—such as strategic thinking, empathetic engagement, and self-corrective learning—enhance nurse performance and overall team responsiveness. The study offers valuable insights for leadership development strategies in emergency healthcare settings.

Abstract

Starting from the emerging phenomenon showing signs of declining levels of occupational safety, occupational health and motivation and company performance since 2019 where there was an outbreak of disease that caused only 50 people to work and the rest had to be quarantined. So interested in conducting this research. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of safety, health and motivation on employee performance at PT. Kapur Putih Negeri Katon-Pesawaran, Lampung Province. The method used is descriptive verification analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to all employees with the technique of the entire population being the subject of the study. The number of respondents was 80 people who worked at PT. Kapur Negeri Katon Pesawaran, Lampung Province. The results of the analysis show that safety, health, motivation and performance are generally classified as good. The results of the verification analysis both partially show that safety has a positive effect on performance, health shows a positive effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive effect, so the researcher suggests that it needs to be improved again.

Abstract

The implementation of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) in community health centers provides high flexibility, accelerates response time to meet community needs in the field of health services, and becomes an institution that best understands these dynamics. This study aims to analyze the development of community health center management, especially in the aspects of financial governance and human resources. Financial analysis is carried out based on Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability indicators, while the HR aspect is analyzed through productivity and the number of HR at the Mantup Community Health Center, Lamongan Regency, East Java Province, using financial and HR data from 2015 to 2024. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of BLUD Financial Management (PPK) has increased in trend, while from the HR side, Mantup Community Health Center does not require a significant increase in the number of HR for BLUD. Overall, there is a simultaneous influence between the PPK BLUD financial and HR perspectives on technical efficiency at the Mantup Community Health Center, except in terms of productivity.

Abstract

This study focuses on optimizing e-business to reduce carbon footprint and promote environmentally friendly products as part of business sustainability efforts. The purpose of the study is to analyze the strategy of integrating green technology and digital-based marketing approaches in e-business to address global environmental challenges. The method used involves literature studies and empirical data analysis related to the use of renewable energy-based data centers, operational migration to cloud computing, and the effectiveness of promoting environmentally friendly products through digital platforms. The results of the study indicate that the application of green technology, such as renewable energy-based data centers and migration to cloud computing, can significantly reduce energy consumption and reduce carbon emissions. In addition, the promotion of environmentally friendly products increases consumer awareness and business competitiveness in the global market. The conclusion of this study confirms that the synergy between green technology and integrated marketing strategies can support the sustainability of e-business operations while contributing to solutions to global environmental challenges. These findings provide practical guidance for business actors to create added value and competitiveness through the adoption of environmentally friendly technology and marketing strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra destinasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan pada UMKM di kawasan wisata Kereng Bangkirai, Palangkaraya. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya peningkatan daya saing UMKM pariwisata yang tidak hanya bergantung pada produk, tetapi juga pada kualitas layanan dan persepsi pengunjung terhadap destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 128 responden yang merupakan wisatawan yang telah berkunjung dan berinteraksi langsung dengan pelaku UMKM di kawasan wisata Kereng Bangkirai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur tiga variabel utama, yaitu kualitas layanan, citra destinasi, dan kepuasan wisatawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kualitas layanan dan citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Artinya, semakin baik mutu layanan yang diberikan oleh UMKM serta semakin kuat citra destinasi yang terbentuk di benak wisatawan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan mereka terhadap pengalaman berwisata di Kereng Bangkirai. Uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian memenuhi syarat normalitas, tidak terjadi multikolinearitas maupun autokorelasi. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa model regresi yang digunakan layak untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran sinergis antara kualitas layanan dan citra destinasi dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM wisata berbasis komunitas di kawasan wisata alam Kereng Bangkirai Palangkaraya.

Abstract

Manajemen rekam medis adalah komponen esensial dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang dirancang untuk mengelola informasi kesehatan pasien dengan cara yang efektif dan efisien. Di lingkungan puskesmas, rekam medis memainkan peran sentral dalam memberikan gambaran lengkap mengenai kondisi kesehatan pasien, riwayat penyakit, dan tindakan medis yang pernah dilakukan. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara manajemen rekam medis dan kualitas pelayanan medis di puskesmas. manajemen rekam medis yang efektif merupakan komponen kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan medis di puskesmas. Dengan pengelolaan yang terstruktur dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang tepat, rekam medis tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai catatan kesehatan, tetapi juga sebagai alat penting dalam pengambilan keputusan klinis, kolaborasi antar tenaga medis, dan penelitian kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, investasi dalam sistem manajemen rekam medis yang efisien sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, media sosial telah menjadi alat penting dalam pemasaran, termasuk di sektor kesehatan. Klinik Ash-ShiddiQ menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya saing di tengah ketatnya persaingan industri kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas media sosial sebagai strategi pemasaran digital di Klinik Ash-ShiddiQ, dengan fokus pada platform Instagram, TikTok, dan Facebook. Melalui kajian literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis dampak media sosial terhadap peningkatan brand awareness, engagement rate, serta jumlah kunjungan pasien. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial secara konsisten dan informatif mampu meningkatkan kesadaran merek hingga 30%, sementara engagement rate klinik dapat meningkat sebesar 40% melalui interaksi aktif dengan pasien. Selain itu, media sosial mampu mendorong peningkatan kunjungan pasien hingga 20-30% dalam beberapa bulan setelah kampanye promosi kesehatan dijalankan. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran digital meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, perubahan algoritma platform, serta isu privasi dan etika pasien. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi Klinik Ash-ShiddiQ untuk menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang holistik, berbasis data, serta memperhatikan etika dan regulasi privasi dalam penggunaan media sosial guna memaksimalkan dampak positifnya.

Abstract

Komitmen mutu layanan adalah pelaksanaan serta pelayanan publik yang memiliki orientasi pada kualitas dan hasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komitmen mutu layanan, kualitas pelayanan prima, kepuasan pasien dan reputasi Rumah Sakit di Rumah Sakit Swasta Ambon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian analisis deskriptif terhadap komitmen mutu layanan, kualitas pelayanan prima, kepuasan pasien dan reputasi Rumah Sakit dengan penilaian cukup baik menuju baik, masih ditemukan beberapa kekurangan yang harus diperhatikan untuk diperbaiki. Sedangkan hasil penelitian verifikatif, model analisis jalur menunjukkan nilai koefisien jalur komitmen mutu layanan terhadap reputasi Rumah Sakit bernilai positif dan nilai koefisien jalur pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar dari pengaruh langsung (12,0%>4,1%), demikian juga kualitas pelayanan prima terhadap reputasi Rumah Sakit bernilai positif dan nilai koefisien pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar dari pengaruh langsung (22,4%>18,2%) artinya kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel intervening mampu memediasi komitmen mutu layanan maupun kualitas pelayanan prima terhadap reputasi Rumah Sakit. Hasil hipotesis statistik untuk uji-t (parsial), komitmen mutu layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reputasi Rumah Sakit. Untuk uji-F (simultan), komitmen mutu layanan dan kualitas pelayanan prima terhadap kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan adanya implikasi variabel komitmen mutu layanan, kualitas pelayanan prima dan kepuasan pasien terhadap reputasi Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of work quality and competence on the performance of the Quality Control department in construction manufacturing companies, with supervision as an intervening variable. The background of this study stems from the important role of Quality Control in maintaining product quality, where factors such as work quality, employee competence, and the effectiveness of supervision are believed to contribute directly or indirectly to performance. The research method used a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees working in the Quality Control department. The variables measured included job quality (X1), competence (X2), supervision (Y), and performance (Z). The results of the study indicate that work quality and competence have a positive and significant effect on supervision. In addition, both work quality and competence have a direct effect on employee performance. Supervision has the most dominant effect on performance, while also acting as a mediating variable that strengthens the effect of work quality and competence on performance. Thus, improving work quality and employee competence will have a more optimal effect on performance if supported by effective supervision. The implications of this study emphasise the importance of companies developing the technical and professional skills of Quality Control employees, strengthening their monitoring systems, and integrating both to achieve sustainable optimal performance.
