Abstract

Evaluasi adalah sistem pendidikan yang dilaksanakan secara sitematis dan terencana sebagai alatuntuk menganalisis keberhasilan yang akan dicapai dalam proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran.Evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan Pondok Pesantren Darul ‘Ulum (PPDU) sangatsistematis yaitu sesuai dengan prinsip umum dalam evaluasi yaitu: valid, berorientasi padakompetensi, berkelanjutan, menyeluruh, bermakna, adil dan objektif, menyeluruh, iklas, praktis,dicatat dan akurat. Evaluasi pembelajaran dalam bentuk Ujian Akhir PPDU adalah kegiatan yangdilakukan oleh panitia yang telah ditetapkan oleh Majelis Pimpinan PPDU. Jenis penelitian initermasuk penelitian kualitatif, metode yang digunakan studi lapangan langsung di PondokPesantren Darul ‘Ulum Jombang. Sumber penelitian peneliti bersumber dari data primer danskunder. Teknik pengambilan data diambil dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil dari penelitian yaitu Evaluasi pembelajaran kurikulum kepesantrenan terbagi menjadi 2 yaitupertama, ujian praktik yang terdiri dari ujian lokal (diselenggarakan oleh sekolah) dan pusat(diselenggarakan oleh kantor pusat) kedua, ujian tulis. Hasil evaluasi diperoleh santri/muqim dansiswa kampung/siska pada kelas akhir yang sekolah di Darul ‘Ulum berupa syahadah yangditandatangani oleh Majelis Pondok Pesantren Darul ‘Ulum.

Abstract

Madrasah is an alternative educational institution and has the same opportunity to become an educational institution taken into account in social change dynamics. However, as a logical consequence, madrasas must develop each sector to achieve its organizational goals. This study examines the opportunities and challenges of developing madrasas, particularly those based on an Islamic boarding school. This study is a literature study, so that the method of analyzing data is by reviewing and collecting information from various references, both books and scientific articles, which are used as a material in studying and adding conceptual insights related to the opportunities and challenges of developing Islamic boarding school-based madrasas in the modern era. The literature review results show that in developing the education system into a preeminent institution and maintaining its existence, madrasas in Islamic boarding school are required to be open and accommodate the community's aspirations and demands. Madrasah needs to develop themselves to become high quality and superior madrasas and a bridge that connects with the national education system, especially those related to students' moral and personality development. This is understandable because the community hopes that educational institutions in Islamic boarding school are religious experts, have morals, and have future skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the curriculum's implementation is integrated through a unique class program in Madrasah Aliyah Waru Sidoarjo. This research includes qualitative research. The techniques used in data collection use observation methods, interviews and documentation. As for the data analysis techniques, the authors use qualitative descriptive analysis technique, which is the form of written and unwritten (oral) data from people and behaviours observed. In this case, the author seeks to describe Thoroughly the actual state. This research finds that the integrated curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Fadlillah Waru Sidoarjo is a curriculum development that eliminates the boundaries between national subjects and TMI subjects. The development of this curriculum can be interpreted as an effort to stir two different curricula in one educational institution. To achieve the institution's goals, in addition to students mastering abilities in general (national) subjects, they can also master abilities in TMI subjects.

Abstract

Abstrak Situasi pergeseran tenaga kerja manusia ke arah digitalisasi merupakan bentuk tantangan yang perlu direspon oleh para mahasiswa dan almuni Perguruan Tinggi, terutama lulusan PTKIS. Tantangan ini perlu dijawab dengan peningkatan kompetensi alumni terutama penguasaan teknologi komputer, keterampilan berkomunikasi, kemampuan bekerjasama secara kolaboratif, dan kemampuan untuk terus belajar dan adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan. Di samping itu, alumni PTKIS mempunyai keunggulan tersendiri, mereka mempunyai; cultural capital, social capital, dan spiritual capital. Literasi data dibutuhkan oleh alumni Perguruan Tinggi untuk meningkatkan skill dalam mengolah dan menganalisis big data untuk kepentingan peningkatan layanan publik dan bisnis. Literasi teknologi menunjukkan kemampuan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital guna mengolah data dan informasi. Sedangkan literasi manusia wajib dikuasai karena menunjukan elemen softskill atau pengembangan karakter individu untuk bisa berkolaborasi, adaptif dan menjadi arif di era “banjir” informasi. Kata Kunci: PTKIS, Revolusi Industri, Literasi Abstract The situation of shifting human labor towards digitalization is a form of challenge that needs to be responded by students and academics, especially graduates of Islamic Private University (PTKIS). This challenge needs to be answered by increasing alumni competence, especially mastering computer technology, communication skills, the ability to collaborate collaboratively, and the ability to continue to learn and adapt to environmental changes. In addition, PTKIS alumni have their own advantages, they have; cultural capital, social capital, and spiritual capital. Data literacy is needed by university alumni to improve skills in processing and analyzing big data for the benefit of improving public and business services. Technology literacy shows the ability to utilize digital technology to process data and information. Whereas human literacy must be mastered because it shows the soft skill element or individual character development to be able to collaborate, be adaptive and be wise in the flood era of information. Abstract

Pesantren education is one of the educational institutions that are in great demand by the public because learning is considered more effective and produces good quality human resources in Islamic religious education as well as spiritual values, intellectual education, and emotional education. The education obtained by Pondok Pesantren Al Madinah Surabaya is not only religious education, but there are excellent programs that make students have an entrepreneurial spirit which is expected to later become independent human beings, have good morals, have good language skills and have a high social spirit in society.

Abstract

This research focuses on the comparative study of Buya Hamka's thoughts with Abdullah Nashih Ulwan regarding the concept of child education in Islam, with a research focus: (1). What is the concept of child education in Islam according to Buya Hamka and Abdullah Nashih Ulwan? (2). What are the differences and similarities in the concept of child education in Islam according to Buya Hamka and Abdullah Nashih Ulwan? This study uses a qualitative approach, with the type of library research. According to Buya Hamka, the goal of children's education in Islam is to make students become servants of God. Meanwhile, Abdullah Nashih Ulwan focuses on the purpose of children's education not only concerned with aspects of intelligence, but more on the dimensions of human quality as a whole with an approach to the piety of students. In terms of methods, Buya Hamka emphasized 4 methods of child education, namely natural methods, habituation training methods, exemplary methods and methods of giving punishment and praise. Abdullah Nashih Ulwan applies child education methods with exemplary, education with habituation (repetition), education with advice, methods of providing training and supervision, education with punishment. The similarity of thoughts of Buya Hamka and Abdullah Nashih Ulwan can be seen from the point of view of children's educational goals that emphasize aspects of spirituality. Meanwhile, in terms of materials and methods of children's education, there are similarities and differences.

Abstract

Tak dapat dipungkiri virus covid-19 ini merubah semua tatanan pendidikan di berbagai negara tak terkecuali Indonesia yang dengan hal ini memberikan wajah baru bagi Pendidikan Indonesia tujuan dari artikel ini penulis ingin meninjau problematika kebijakan pendidikan dikala pandemi, terbukti dengan berbagai problematika yang muncul seperti sulitnya mencapai tingkat pemahaman siswa, keterbatasan pengetahuan teknologi, keterbatasan sarana prasarana karena perbedaan wilayah dan lain lain. Namun di sisi lain kebijakan tersebut telah memberikan dampak terhadap proses transformasi baik dari peserta didik pendidik maupun orang tua, Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the implementation of excellent service in increasing public trust at SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out through data reduction, data exposure, and concluding. The results showed that excellent service at SMA Nurul Jadid was implemented to increase public trust through; tangible modality, creating good communication, in-service training, the interconnection between employees, and an integrated approach to quality service. This research has implications for the importance of excellent service for every educational institution to ensure the loyalty of madrasa residents both internally and externally.

Abstract

The totality of academic life is the most crucial and effective means for developing interpersonal intelligence, sensitivity, and ability to deal with problems and communicate well in social life. This research was conducted at Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School to explain the formulation of the development of interpersonal intelligence of students (commonly called santri in Indonesian) at Islamic boarding schools. The formulation of students' interpersonal intelligence development is presented as follows: a) the dimensions of interpersonal intelligence developed and b) developing students' interpersonal intelligence. This qualitative research collects data using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and concluding and checking the validity of the data using triangulation; credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The findings of this study reinforce behavioristic theory, namely a learning theory that emphasizes changes in behaviour as a result of the interaction between stimulus and response. Changes in behaviour are a reflex of a push and response. In the development of behavioristic theory, learning and education are also the results of reactions that arise from interactions between the environment and the individual's cognitive schemes, and ultimately social learning theory (reciprocal determinism) as part of a behavioristic theory. This is a practical theory in formulating the development of interpersonal intelligence for students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the heutagogical approach to improving the metacognitive intelligence of students at Ma'had Aly. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological research. The researchers attempted to understand the phenomena of education and learning activities in Ma'had Aly. Researchers conducted participatory observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data display, data reduction, and data conclusion. The results showed that the heutagogical approach implemented at Ma'had Aly improved students' metacognitive intelligence through some activities, including a reading test with the blank matter, meaning understanding, memorizing nadzom, and achieving the learning goal.
