Abstract

Due to the post-pandemic, madrasahs need effective literacy strategies to cope with the challenges posed by the situation. While some madrasahs may have implemented these strategies, they may be constrained by common issues. This study aims to analyze blended literacy activities to improve the literacy program at Integrated Madrasah Tsanawiyah after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed by organizing, reducing, and interpreting data. Based on the study results, it is evident that the blended literacy strategy used at Integrated Madrasah Tsanawiyah combines offline activities (print-based and face-to-face) and online activities (technology and internet-based) in student literacy activities, both within and outside the madrasah to improve the quality of madrasah literacy. This study can provide a framework for other madrasahs or educational institutions to develop their blended activities literacy programs, particularly during times of crisis when traditional teaching methods may not be feasible.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonstruk modernisme pendidikan Islam dalam pemikiran Mahmud Yunus dan relevansinya dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam Indonesia Era Society 5.0. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konsep. Sumber data berupa karya asli Mahmud Yunus yang berjudul Pokok-Pokok Pendidikan dan Pengajaran dan jurnal atau buku-buku yang relevan dan dianalisis dengan content analysis. Pemikiran modernis Mahmud Yunus bahwa tujuan pendidikan Islam mempersiapkan peserta didik mengerjakan amalan dunia dan akhirat sehingga tercipta kebahagiaan. Kurikulum harus terpadu mencakup agama dan pengetahuan umum serta mengintegrasikan dengan bahasa Arab. Metode pembelajaran harus efektif dan efisien memperhatikan psikologi anak berbasis penanaman moral. Guru mengembangkan ilmu, memperbaiki kehidupan masyarakat, teladan, dan orangtua terhadap siswa. Kelembagaan pendidikan Islam berpengaruh dalam membentuk karakter anak, yaitu: rumah, sekolah, dan lingkungan. Implikasi pemikiran Mahmud Yunus dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Era Society 5.0 pada kolektifitas sistem pendidikan untuk menjamin kualitas input, proses, output, dan outcome sekolah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penerapan pemikiran Mahmud Yunus dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam masa depan

Abstract

Madzhab teori belajar merujuk pada beberapa pandangan dan pendekatan dalam menjelaskan proses pembelajaran. Terdapat beberapa madzhab teori belajar yang terkenal dan banyak digunakan dalam konteks pendidikan, seperti behavioristik, kognitifistik, konstruktivisme, generatif, dan humanistik. Setiap madzhab teori belajar memiliki prinsip dan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam menjelaskan proses pembelajaran. Dalam pengajaran di kelas, teori belajar digunakan untuk merancang strategi pengajaran yang efektif, memilih metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa, dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Teori belajar juga digunakan sebagai landasan dalam penelitian empiris untuk menguji efektivitas dari masing-masing teori belajar dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Tulisan ini membahas tentang pembetukan madzhab – madzhab tersebut. madzhab teori belajar dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan membantu guru dalam merancang strategi pengajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Tulisan ini juga membahas tentang beberapa kritik terhadap madzhab teori belajar, seperti ketidakmampuan untuk menjelaskan perbedaan individual dalam pembelajaran dan kurangnya perhatian terhadap konteks sosial dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This paper  is aimed at discussing the influence of liberalism dan neo-liberalism in Islamic Education  in  Indonesia.   The existence of  Islamic education  is always dealing with   and grappling with  the  reality  surrounding  them. The struggle between  Islamic education to meet socio-cultural reality are two possibilities: a. Islamic education gives impact on socio-cultural environment; b. Islamic education is influenced by the reality of social change, by socio-cultural environment. The  ideology of   liberalism and neo-liberalism, rationalism,  freedom,  responsibility,  fairness,  and  tolerance  are  ideals struggled  by liberalism, despite the fact that some ideal values  fail to realize. While neoliberalism is actually understood the existence of   liberal capitalism is the ideology of  liberalism that has  led to  the economic sector. The  influence of  not only  the political, social, and economic, but  in education as well which is a view that emphasizes the development of capabilities, to protect the rights and freedoms as well as identify problems and social change efforts in order to maintain stability for a long time. Central ideas of education revolves around the application  of   the  concept of   rationality,  freedom,  and equality. Education  is a democratic distribution of rationality with a balanced treatment, between freedom and equality of  rights and obligations, students. Teachers function as facilitators and change the  learning process. Philosophycally  running constructivism  learning  including  the development of  capitalization of   education in the form of  education commercialization. The fact also has affected in the world of Islamic education.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Canva-based audiovisual learning media application for the subject of Fiqh in the fifth grade of SDI Matsaratul Huda Panempan Pamekasan. The method used in this research is a development research approach consisting of initial analysis, material identification, product development, and testing stages. After the product is developed, experts evaluate its suitability by assessing the media design, content alignment, design completeness, and attractiveness. The expert assessment results show that the Canva-based audiovisual learning media design obtains a score of 83 percent, categorizing it as good. Limited student feedback also indicates a score of 77,13 percent, categorizing it as good. Based on the assessments from both experts and students, it can be concluded that this Canva-based audiovisual learning media is suitable for use in the experimental school. The field trial results indicate a score of 66,25 percent in the first cycle and 81 percent in the second cycle. The percentage increase in student learning outcomes shows that they have a better understanding of Fiqh subjects when using audiovisual learning media based on the Canva application which has good criteria. Therefore, this developed media can be used for both online and offline learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of leadership in modern cottages, especially about the concept of Modern Pesantren according to KH. Imam Zarkasyi, the dynamics of leadership, and the internalization of pancajiwa in the framework of the regeneration carried out in the modern cottage of Darussalam Gontor. With literature studies using literary sources both primary and secondary, this study describes that according to KH. Imam Zarkasyi, the concept of Modern Pesantren has 3 aspects, namely first modern in the field of curriculum as the core of the educational process in pesantren, second modern in the field of pesantren management as a system that regulates the entire series of educational processes, and third modern in the tradition of pesantren where all components in pesantren must have the same goal. Then the leadership at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontch was run by KH. Imam Zarkasyi is visionary and progressive because he is oriented towards the objectives of Pesantren education by prioritizing discipline and uswah Hashanah, this is one of which is realized by internalizing pancajiwa as a philosophy of Modern Pondok Darussalam Gontor Education through various activities both academic and non-academic. Finally, this research shows that the ideal pesantren leader is the one who is able to realize the goals of pesantren through the process and system of education in pesante, so that pesantren still exist and are able to prove themselves capable of becoming a reference institution in the future.

Abstract

The concept of education that is relevant today uses an applicative contextual approach. Fazlur Rahman in understanding the Qur'an sees it in a historical context and tries to project it in a contemporary context. The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of fazlur Rahman education and its relevance in modern times. The research method used by library research uses historical and philosophical analysis of the concept of Fazlur Rahman Islamic Education. Fazlur Rahman, a Hanafi-born Muslim intellectual, was born in the traditional community. However, his thinking is not stuck in the tradition that he studied a lot of Western sciences.  Rahman is an Islamic modernist and reformer of Muslim education who contributes by offering more emphasized development strategies in areas that are part of the education system itself, as well as integrating the two sciences, so that there is no disintegration in education and there is no gap between sciences due to the dichotomy of education.  Monitoring Fazlur Rahman's concept of education can be concluded his school of thought is stuck on the religious rational.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the heutagogical approach to improving the metacognitive intelligence of students at Ma'had Aly. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological research. The researchers attempted to understand the phenomena of education and learning activities in Ma'had Aly. Researchers conducted participatory observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data display, data reduction, and data conclusion. The results showed that the heutagogical approach implemented at Ma'had Aly improved students' metacognitive intelligence through some activities, including a reading test with the blank matter, meaning understanding, memorizing nadzom, and achieving the learning goal.

Abstract

Learning Arabic in Indonesia has been starting from the entry of Islam into the country. Learning starts from Arabic as the language of worship, where Muslims worship with readings in Arabic, the Arabic language learning begins with learning to read the Qur'an. From then thrive on learning Arabic to understand religious texts and then the language as a medium of communication that are taught at various educational institutions from the classic to the modern. Two boarding schools, namely: Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor and Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo, is an example of the boarding school in different models of Arabic learning, in terms of learning materials, methods and learning strategies which would also affect the formation of the character of graduates that is constructed by each boarding schools, and different in the level of use of the Arabic language in the context of life. In general, learning Arabic Pondok Modern Gontor located on the cluster model of integrative and shape that are learning Arabic as a whole, and spawned four language skills (competencies), namely: Al-Qira 'ah, As-Sima'ah, Al-Muhadathah and Al-Kitabah. While learning Arabic in Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo located on the cluster model of instrumental and shape are learning a language for understanding the content of the books turath, and creates two skills, namely: Al-Qira'ah, and As-Sima'ah.
