Abstract

Forecasting is a method for estimating a value in the future using past data. This research was conducted on the scale of Mrs. Tata's household business. Mrs. Tata produces green bapau every day which will be distributed to three places, namely stores A, B and C. Sales at these three places fluctuate every day, as a result it is not uncommon for many products to be unsold, resulting in losses. In addition, it also resulted in the procurement of production raw materials that were not in accordance with the sales results. So far, Mrs. Tata, in procuring raw materials, is not dynamic every day or is not adjusted to the next day's sales forecast because she has not used a prediction system. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that can predict sales every day. The prediction system is made using the least squares method. The data used is sales data from November 1 2022 to December 31 2022. The predicted period is the next fifty nine days. From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the green bapau sales prediction system can predict sales in the next period. The least square method can be used to predict green bapuu sales by forecasting sales at stores A, B and C for the next 59 days, namely 1,253 pcs, 1,217 pcs and 1,276 pcs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate and describe the perceptions of teenagers about using English songs in learning English vocabulary. This study used a qualitative approach as a research design. This research was conducted in Metro District, East Metro City. The participants of this study were ten teenagers aged 14 to 17 years. Furthermore, the data was collected from interviews as the main source in this study. This study used thematic analysis to analyze the data findings. The results of this study indicate that teenagers have a positive perspective regarding the advantages of using English songs in learning English vocabulary such as English songs can increase teenagers motivation in learning and increase knowledge about English vocabulary. The researcher also found several challenges faced by teenagers when learning English vocabulary using English songs such as several vocabularies that have different spelling and pronunciation. Abstract

The article aimed to determine the use of the muroja'ah method in improving the students to read the Al Qur’an at Junior High School IT Hidayatu Muslimin and Eureka English Course. This study used a qualitative method. The sample was 30 students and collecting data used observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis technique used triangulation. The results of showed that the use of muroja'ah which was applied to class VII students of SMP IT Hidayatu Muslimin and studentas of Eureka English Course used the muroja'ah method overcome children's difficulties in reading the Qur'an. Many changes have occurred, Al-Qur'an reading activities were also more effective and have been carried out properly. In the Al-Qur'an reading activity using the muroja'ah method there are still some children who still experience difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an but the teacher continues to guide the child until he is fluent in reading the Al-Qur'an. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the Improving Speaking Skills of Santri through Drilling Technique and Group Counseling, that was Cinema Therapy technique of Bakmin Program at Boarding School Wali Songo Sukajadi. The researchers used a classroom action research. The data collection technique used observation, test, and documentation study. The research findings showed that Students speaking ability improved by using repetition drill from the cycle to cycle. At the first cycle, the writer did not get the students to score. The second cycle was 68,75, and the last cycle was 80,08. In the first cycle, the writer did not get the students to score because there were some problems that happened in this cycle. Through the second cycle, students competences step by step were increased. In the last cycle, students showed significant progress to the result. It gave the writer a substantial that the speaking ability improved.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan sektor penggerak ekonomi yang dapat berkontribusi besar bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Salah satu dari banyaknya kelemahan UMKM adalah masih lemahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai manajemen keuangan. Dilaksanakannya pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam mengartikan dan membuat laporan keuangan yang dirasa masih sulit. Bersama Habitat for Humanity Indonesia dalam rangka mewujudkan program pemerintah "UMKM Naik Kelas", pelatihan ini dihadiri oleh para pelaku UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang kuliner dan katering. Abstract

This research needs to be conducted to find out how much influence taxpayer awareness has on compliance with MSME tax payments on platform usersecommercein West java. The existence of this study aims to see how much the level of awareness of taxpayers, especially MSME actors in West Java, uses the platformecommerce in carrying out its business activities in compliance with paying taxes. The data source in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire that has collected 106 respondents as measured using a Likert scale. As for the research conducted using a data analysis model in the form of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS tools. The results show that of the four dimensions of taxpayer awareness that can affect taxpayer compliance, one of which is the perception of the taxpayer partially does not have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. However, the other three variables, namely tax knowledge, taxpayer characteristics, and tax socialization have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Many children who have not been able to master basic English vocabulary such as various colors, animals, fruits, and the alphabet Learning English must be done from an early age, one of the media that can be used to learn English is YouTube. YouTube is an interesting medium to use in the teaching and learning process of English. YouTube users are spread all over the world from various age groups, from early childhood to adults. One of the popular YouTube Channels among children is ChuChu TV. This study aims to analyze the use of ChuChu TV as a vocabulary-learning medium for early childhood. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study method. Researchers used observation and interviews as data collection techniques. Participants in this study were children aged 5 to 6 years in Purwosari, North Metro District, Metro City. The research results show that the use of the ChuChu TV YouTube Channel can improve English vocabulary in some early childhood students. Abstract

The paper is to explain linguistical image of Rudyard Kipling in the poetry “The Ballad of East and West” and to relate with family of language over the world. It is found, the words “west” and “east” refer to the different location but it is from the similar pronunciation. It like “atala” in Sanskrit, “od” in Greek, and has relation with the word “Atlantic” in English. The data will be approached by the philosophy of language, particularly in the perspective of the fixed thing (Greek: esse) and the changed thing (percipi). The result, the word has the same essence. The trace of family of the word “east” and “west” could be proved in the language of Austronesian, particularly in Javanese poem. There is hybridity of reality in the area of language in the world. It could be recommended that an evidence in language is a medium of learning related with education, culture, and reality of Austronesian. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan mudharabah, pembiayaan musyarakah dan sewa ijarah terhadap Return on Assets. Populasi penelitian adalah PT Bank BCA Syariah. Sampel dari penelitian adalah laporan keuangan bulanan dari periode 2019-2021 yang telah dipublikasikan di website perusahaan. Total sampel adalah 36 data. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu Pembiayaan Mudharabah tidak memiIiki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Returnon Assets; Pembiayaan Musyarakah memiIiki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Return on Assets; Sewa Ijarah memiliki pengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap Returnon Assets; Pembiayaan Mudharabah,Pembiayaan Musyarakahdan Sewa Ijarah secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Return on Assets sejumIah 76,9%. Sisanya sebesar 23,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak tercakup dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The aim of this article is the assistance of education training in digital media to increase skills in the management of traditional snack promotions through Instagram, fan pages, and graphic design to impact financial markets' income or profitability for the community at Payungi (Pasar Yosomulyo Payungi). The researchers used ABCD (Asset Based Community) Method to maximize the potential assets, which includes individual assets, communities, infrastructure, and community. The result showed that the economy of the residents around Payungi was assisted and impacted new jobs and good relationships among stakeholders. The economy of the people around Payungi is helped, new jobs appear, and the relationships built within them support each other. They no longer need each other but are mutually beneficial. Other results show that the community can access information from competent sources, the audience gets interesting material, the resource persons get an instant and massive audience, and traders have greater opportunities because buyers gather in one location.
