Abstract

The purpose of this research was Descreasing Students' Language Anxiety In Speaking English Through Songs on Grade 8 Students of MTs Nurul Qodiri. This study used a class action research. This study was carried out in East Metro City's Metro District. Ten teenagers, ages 14 to 17, participated in this study. Additionally, the primary source of data for this study was interviews. The data findings in this study were analyzed using thematic analysis. The study's findings suggest that using Songs can reduce languange anxiety in speaking English at the eight grade of MTs Nurul Qodiri Lempuyang Bandar. It can be seen in the progress from pre-test to cycle 1 and cycle 2. The average score from pre-test 63 to post test 1 is 73, post test 2 is 81. In cycle I, 9 students passed the test. Moreover, in cycle 2 15 students got a score >75. It means that the result of cycle 2 had already achieved the indicator of success that was 83% of the students achieve the Minimum Mastery Criteria (MMC). Using Songs can improve the student’s learning activity in the eight grade of MTs Nurul Qodiri Lempuyang Bandar. It can be seen from the result of reflecting that the student’s activities on cycle pre-test were passive. Then, in cycle to cycle 2 the students become active, confident, and much better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari sales growth, profitabilitas, dan current ratio terhadap struktur modal secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian tergolong penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisisnya, yaitu uji asumsi klasik dan uji koefisien determinasi, serta model penelitian yang digunakan ialah model regresi linier berganda. Seluruh uji tersebut diproses menggunakan SPSS 26. Periode dimulai dari 2019-2023 dengan sampel penelitian di 18 perusahaan subsektor ritel yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pada sales growth dan pengaruh negatif pada current ratio terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan pada profitabilitas tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

Research that compiles interactive textbooks based on digital literacy for high school is still limited, especially based on Islamic literacy for Madrasah Aliyah Students.  This research is the initial stage of a research development with 4D Models (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) which aims to discover and analyze the needs of interactive teaching materials based on digital literacy of millennial Muslims in English subjects at Madrasah Aliyah. The subjects of this study were students of Islamic senior high schools (MAN) in Lampung Province, Islamic senior high school (MAN) 1 Kota Metro, Islamic senior high school (MAN) 1 Bandar Lampung, and Islamic senior high school (MAN) 1 Pringsewu. The number of respondents was 97 students.  The research data were obtained through a questionnaire consisting of 16 questions which is the development of four indicators., namely: students' needs for content/topics based on digital literacy of millennial Muslims, student needs related to four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) that are Islamic and digitally taught, students' needs for Islamic learning activities/processes, and students' needs for learning evaluation. The results  obtained an average of 80.9%. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Nusantara Islamic curriculum in fostering religious moderation at Tulang Bawang Islamic Boarding School. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the Nusantara Islamic curriculum effectively integrates Islamic values with national principles, thereby promoting inclusive attitudes, tolerance, and respect for diversity among students. Furthermore, the curriculum contributes to the strengthening of social harmony through learning practices grounded in local wisdom. This study contributes theoretically by enriching the discourse on religious moderation education within Islamic boarding schools and practically by providing an empirical model for curriculum development that aligns Islamic values with national identity and multicultural realities in Indonesia. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of Islamic boarding school curricula that are responsive to the challenges of the Indonesian context and globalization.

Abstract

The financial performance of coal companies in Indonesia in recent years has shown interesting dynamics to analyze, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. Fluctuations in commodity prices and sales volume have an important influence on the company's net profit, but in this study there is a phenomenon that does not work linearly and uniformly in all companies. This study examines the effect of Reference Coal Price (HBA) and sales volume on the financial performance of coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021-2023. Using secondary data from the IDX and the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal, the research was conducted with quantitative analysis through multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. The results revealed that simultaneously, HBA and sales volume had a significant effect on the company's net profit. Partially, HBA and sales volume show a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan terkait Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Subsektor Konstruksi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2019- 2023). Penelitian sampel dilakukan dengan metode Purposive Sampling, sehingga menghasilkan 8 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikati. Pengujian data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial, dan uji simultan yang dibantu dengan alat analisis SPSS versi 25. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa struktur modal yang diukur menggunakan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sehingga hipotesis pertama (H1) diterima. Selain itu, rasio likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, yang menjadikan hipotesis kedua (H2) diterima. Namun, rasio likuiditas yang dihitung dengan Return on Equity (ROE) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sehingga hipotesis ketiga (H3) ditolak. Berdasarkan uji simultan, ditemukan bahwa DER, CR, dan ROE secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, yang mendukung diterimanya hipotesis keempat (H4). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada subsektor konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019-2023.

Abstract

Abstrak: UMKM Bebek Fitria memiliki penambahan ternak menyebabkan masalah kebutuhan pakan ternak yang besar serta kecepatan dalam proses pembersihan telur bebek. Area pemasaran masih sekitar kecamatan sehingga diperlukan ekspansi pasar. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan produktivitas serta memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui penerapan inovasi teknologi mesin pencacah tanaman dan pembersih telur, serta Digital Marketing bagi mitra. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi dan evaluasi. Hasil PKM menunjukkan dari 5 pekerja mitra termasuk pemilik, berdasarkan hasil angket kuesioner pre-test dan post-test adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam menerapkan Digital Marketing sebesar 80%, fintech 50%, penggunaan mesin pembersih telur dan pencacah tanaman sebesar 75%. Selain itu, pkm ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dengan mesin pembersih telur yang sebelumnya diperlukan waktu 6 jam untuk membersihkan telur 200 butir menjadi 1440 butir, Adanya pencacah tanaman untuk pakan ternak mampu mengurangi biaya pakan sebesar Rp500.000,- per bulan serta potensi dampak keuntungan akibat adanya Digital Marketing akan meningkatkan keuntungan sebesar 6,94% dari proyeksi keuntungan perluasan pasar.Abstract: The Fitria Duck MSME has an increase in livestock, causing the problem of large animal feed needs and speed in the process of cleaning duck eggs. The marketing area is still around the sub-district so market expansion is needed. The purpose of this activity is to increase productivity and expand market reach through the application of technological innovations in plant choppers and egg cleaners, as well as Digital Marketing for partners. The implementation method in this activity is through socialization, training, application of technology and evaluation. The results of PKM show that from 5 partner workers including owners by questionnaire pre-test and post-test, there is an increase in partner knowledge and skills in implementing Digital Marketing by 80%, fintech by 50%, and the impact of using egg cleaning machines and plant chopping machines by 75%. In addition, this pkm has succeeded in increasing production capacity with an egg cleaning machine which previously took 6 hours to clean 200 eggs to 1440 eggs. The existence of a crop enumerator for animal feed is able to reduce feed costs by Rp500.000 per month and the potential profit impact due to Digital Marketing will increase profits by 6.94% from the projected profit of market expansion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables profitability, leverage, company size, and independent board of commissioners on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies in the metal and similar subsector listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. The method used is quantitative, with data analysis employing classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing. The population in this study consists of companies in the metal subsector and similar sectors listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, so the sample used in this study consists of 14 companies in the metal subsector and similar industries. Based on the research results, it was found that profitability partially has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance, while leverage, company size, and independent board of commissioners partially do not have an effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

Peranan Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) dalam memperkuat kinerja keuangan korporasi di kawasan ASEAN dengan mengintegrasikan temuan empiris terbaru dan data arus FDI periode 2020–2024. Arus FDI yang pulih pascapandemi menunjukkan dominasi Singapura, Indonesia, dan Vietnam sebagai penerima terbesar, yang mencerminkan stabilitas kebijakan dan daya tarik sektor industri di negara-negara tersebut. Melalui mekanisme transfer teknologi, peningkatan keterampilan tenaga kerja, dan modernisasi manajemen, FDI terbukti mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi operasional, serta profitabilitas perusahaan domestik. Perusahaan yang beroperasi dalam ekosistem industri yang terpapar investasi asing cenderung memperoleh manfaat spillover yang signifikan, terutama pada sektor manufaktur dan jasa berteknologi menengah-tinggi. Namun, kapasitas institusional yang tidak merata, ketidakkonsistenan regulasi, serta keterbatasan infrastruktur dan teknologi menyebabkan pemanfaatan FDI berbeda secara signifikan antarnegara ASEAN. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas FDI sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan masing-masing negara dalam menyediakan lingkungan investasi yang kondusif dan kemampuan perusahaan lokal dalam menyerap teknologi serta praktik manajerial modern. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa FDI berperan strategis tidak hanya dalam memperkuat kinerja keuangan korporasi, tetapi juga dalam mempercepat transformasi industri dan memperdalam integrasi ekonomi kawasan ASEAN secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teaching and learning, teachers frequently design their own tests to measure students’ skills, monitor progress, and evaluate instructional effectiveness. However, most previous research on teacher-made tests in EFL writing has centered on essay types such as descriptive, argumentative, narrative, expository, and comparison-contrast, leaving opinion paragraphs relatively underexplored. Addressing this gap, the present study describes the systematic development and validation of a teacher-made test specifically designed to assess opinion paragraphs. Conducted in a paragraph writing course at a private university in East Java, the study adopts a genre-based approach and draws on the design-based research (DBR) framework proposed by Cavallaro and  Sembiante (2021). The instrument consists of two components: a writing prompt and an analytic scoring rubric. Its quality was ensured through a comprehensive validation process, including content and face validity (involving two writing instructors and eight students) and inter-rater reliability testing by two trained raters. The resulting test provides a cohesive, valid, and reliable formative assessment tool for evaluating EFL learners’ opinion paragraph writing. The inter-rater reliability coefficient (r = 0.85) indicates a strong positive correlation, supporting the consistency and reliability of the scoring rubric. This study not only contributes to the enhancement of teachers’ assessment literacy but also offers a practical model for developing and validating classroom-based writing assessments in EFL contexts.
