Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep manajemen perencanaan pendidikan dalam perspektif hadits secara komprehensif. Urgensi penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan antara teori manajemen modern dengan nilai-nilai profetik dalam praktik manajemen pendidikan Islam, serta minimnya kajian yang mengintegrasikan kedua aspek tersebut. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research, penelitian ini menganalisis hadits-hadits terkait perencanaan dari kitab-kitab hadits utama serta literatur klasik dan kontemporer tentang manajemen pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima prinsip utama perencanaan dalam perspektif hadits: orientasi tujuan berbasis niat, perencanaan strategis berwawasan masa depan, musyawarah partisipatif, fleksibilitas adaptif, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa prinsip-prinsip tersebut tidak hanya kompatibel dengan teori manajemen modern, tetapi juga menawarkan dimensi spiritual-moral yang dapat menjadi solusi bagi problematika pendidikan kontemporer. Implementasinya membutuhkan pendekatan kontekstual berbasis maqashid syariah untuk beradaptasi dengan tuntutan zaman tanpa kehilangan nilai-nilai esensial Islam

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai aksiologis dalam pendidikan karakter. Pendidikan karakter merupakan upaya membentuk watak, perangai, budi pekerti dan kepribadian seseorang dengan cara menanamkan pada dirinya nilai-nilai luhur sehingga nilai-nilai tersebut mengakar, tertanam dalam hati, pikiran, perkataan dan perbuatan serta menunjukkan pengaruhnya terhadap kehidupan. Dengan kepahaman yang utuh berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai aksiogis akan memperkuat penanaman pendidikan karakter. Dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kualititatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan implementasi nilai nilai aksiologis lebih banyak terfokus pada moral conduct dengan pendekatan penanaman pendidikan karakter baik dalam pembelajaran maupun aktivitas keseharian. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses implementasi adalah sinergitas keluarga yang belum maksimal, faktor diri, lingkungan pertemanan dan perkembangan media sosial.

Abstract

Pendidikan ialah aktivitas terencana untuk membimbing, mengarahkan, dan memfasilitasi seseorang agar mencapai kompetensi, keterampilan, sikap, dan nilai-nilai tertentu yang berguna dalam kehidupan pribadi dan masyarakat. Tujuan dari pembuatan artikel ini yakni supaya mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi google classroom dan google meet dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di masa digital. Metode yang dimanfaatkan di penulisan ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini yang pertama yaitu gambaran umum pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI di masa digital yaitu perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan besar dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Yang kedua implementasi Google Classroom dalam Pembelajaran PAI dalam konteks ini, Google Classroom menjadi salah satu platform yang banyak digunakan oleh guru untuk mengelola proses belajar mengajar secara daring. Yang ketiga implementasi Google Meet dalam pembelajaran PAI yang dapat digunakan oleh guru untuk menyampaikan materi, memberikan tugas, dan melakukan penilaian secara langsung melalui interaksi virtual. Yang keempat optimalisasi google classroom dan Google Meet dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam yaitu optimalisasi penggunaan kedua platform ini memungkinkan guru untuk menyampaikan materi, memberikan tugas, dan melakukan penilaian secara efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti relevansi pemikiran Az-Zarnuji dalam pendidikan modern melalui kajian literatur terhadap kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka (library research). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip seperti penanaman nilai karakter Islami (tauhid, ihsan, syukur, tawakal, kesabaran, keadilan, dan kerendahan hati), hubungan harmonis antara guru dan murid, serta metode pembelajaran aktif seperti diskusi dan penalaran tetap relevan. Prinsip pendidikan yang berorientasi pada nilai dan etika moral ini dapat memperkuat pendekatan holistik dan pendidikan berbasis karakter di era kontemporer. Kritikan terhadap larangan mempelajari ilmu tertentu sebaiknya dikontekstualisasi ulang sesuai perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan zaman. Pemikiran Az-Zarnuji mampu menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan sistem pendidikan yang menggabungkan nilai spiritual dan intelektual secara seimbang.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kembali pentingnya filosofi esensialisme dalam pendidikan Islam di tengah tantangan era modern yang ditandai oleh globalisasi, kemajuan teknologi, serta perubahan sosial yang cepat. Dengan memanfaatkan metode penelitian literatur, studi ini menyelidiki prinsip-prinsip dasar esensialisme seperti penekanan pada nilai inti, pengetahuan dasar, dan pengembangan karakter serta menilai relevansinya dalam merancang kurikulum dan sistem pendidikan Islam yang responsif namun tetap berlandaskan ajaran fundamental Islam. Temuan dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa esensialisme bisa menjadi dasar filosofis yang kokoh dalam menghadirkan pendidikan Islam yang tidak hanya memprioritaskan prestasi akademik, tetapi juga pada pengembangan moralitas dan akhlak yang baik. Namun, penerapannya harus disesuaikan dengan tuntutan abad ke-21 agar tetap relevan dan tidak tertinggal oleh perkembangan zaman. Artikel ini merekomendasikan penggabungan antara prinsip-prinsip esensialisme dengan pendekatan pendidikan Islam yang sesuai konteks dan berfokus pada pengembangan karakter serta kompetensi spiritual dan intelektual.

Abstract

As a Muslim, you should use the Quran and Hadith as an example in your life. Every leader stands on the idea of leadership in accordance with Islam. The leadership of the Prophet (propetik) is the best example of leadership. This study aims to find a prophetic leadership model in the world of Islamic education. This research is a Qualitative Research with a literature study approach. The data collected from this study came from relevant literature sources. This study shows that the essence of prophetic leadership is that a leader must reflect the values, principles of life, and character of the Prophet namely shiddik (right), trustworthy (trustworthy).

Abstract

Education follows the changes of an era, if not adjusted, education will fail to educate the nation's generation. Therefore, in education, innovation is needed which can provide updates that can add knowledge and insight to students and also update about other sciences so as not to be left behind. Also with innovation in the field or educational institutions, it is hoped that it will be able to achieve a better and more directed quality of education. The purpose of this research is to find out how the problems and innovations of the Educational Institutions. The method used in writing this article is the library research method or literature review study. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that there are several problems of Islamic religious education institutions that all need to be overcome if Islamic religious education is to be improved in the future. Therefore, learning reform needs to be implemented.

Abstract

In the process of Islamic education management, the role of the principal becomes a benchmark in the success of an educational institution. This form is realized by the head of the Ruhama Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Elementary School in carrying out school management evaluation activities based on the values of the Prophet's hadith. These activities are able to improve teacher professionalism. However, this has not been realized by all three centers of education, so it becomes an important thing to research. Therefore, the objectives of this study are (1) to describe the form of evaluation management activities at Ruhama Islamic Elementary School Thfidzul Qur'an Bogor City (2) to analyze the actualization of hadith values in school evaluation management in improving teacher professionalism at Ruhama Islamic Elementary School Bogor City. This type of research is a case study field research at the institution of Ruhama Islamic Elementary School Tahfidzul Qur'an Bogor City. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely analyzing the values of the prophet's hadith actualized by the principal in management evaluation activities at Ruhama Islamic Elementary School in Bogor City. Data sources were obtained through observations and interviews with several research subjects including principals, teachers and all related stakeholders. The research used the hadith perspective to analyze the values of the Prophet's hadith actualized by the principal in school management evaluation activities in improving teacher professionalism at Ruhama Tahfiddzul Qur'an Islamic Elementary School in Bogor City. The results of the study show that the values of the Prophet's hadith in the evaluation management carried out by the principal have been actualized properly, these activities include: Academic evaluation, administrative evaluation, evaluation of student achievement and supervision of the school committee.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of transformational leadership among principals in Islamic Senior High Schools in Indonesia within the context of the digital era. The study aims to analyze how transformational leadership influences teacher motivation and performance, to identify the leadership roles of principals, and to examine the challenges and strategies applied in digital educational transformation. Employing a qualitative descriptive multi-case study design, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from two Islamic Senior High Schools located in Serang Regency and Serang City. The findings reveal that principals successfully applied the four dimensions of transformational leadership (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration) in guiding teachers through digital adaptation. They acted as motivators, facilitators, and innovators, fostering collaboration and professional growth through digital initiatives. The integration of Islamic moral values such as amanah (trustworthiness), adl (justice), and ihsan (excellence) enriched the leadership’s ethical and spiritual foundation. Despite facing challenges such as digital inequality, limited infrastructure, and resistance to change, the principals implemented adaptive strategies, including continuous professional development, mentoring, and spiritual reinforcement. The study concludes that transformational leadership grounded in Islamic ethics and digital competence significantly enhances teacher motivation and performance, offering a sustainable framework for educational transformation in the 21st century.

Abstract

Imam Al-Ghazali's educational leadership model is a leadership approach based on the teachings and thoughts of the famous Islamic philosopher, Imam Al-Ghazali. Imam Al-Ghazali was an 11th century Islamic scholar known for his contributions to the fields of philosophy, theology, and education. This educational leadership model combines the principles of Islamic education with the leadership concept developed by Imam Al-Ghazali. In this model, educational leadership is seen as a very important role in guiding and motivating students and educational staff members to achieve their educational goals. Imam Al-Ghazali emphasized the importance of fair, wise and moral leadership in the context of education. This model outlines several main principles underlying Imam Al-Ghazali's educational leadership; Leadership Based on Islamic Values, Deep Understanding of Students, Personality Development, Exemplary Leadership, Teamwork and Consultation, Continuous Education Improvement, Imam Al-Ghazali's educational leadership model encourages a holistic approach in education that includes Islamic moral and ethical aspects . This creates an educational environment that supports the development of students' character and personality and helps them become better individuals in society. By following these principles, educational leaders can become agents of positive change in the world of Islamic education.
