Abstract

This research is motivated by the thought that Hemodialysis Unit at ABC hospital which opened in 2005 , is a unit that produces , but in the determination of rates of hemodialysis services have not been done in detail , which includes only the cost component of operating costs of direct material regardless of personnel costs , telephone and general logistics costs . The issue is whether income rates that have not been calculated in detail to cover the costs incurred by the unit or how hemodilisia Cost Recovery Rate ( CRR ) of the Hemodialysis Unit.This study is a qualitative study using secondary data from monthly reports of several ABC RS unit to calculate total revenue and total cost Haemodialysis Unit. The data used is the data of 2006,2007and2008.The results showed CRR Haemodialysis Unit 2006 = 41.69 % , 2007 = 71.36 % and 2008 = 83.11 %.Based on the results obtained during the 3 years that CRR is still below 100 % , it indicates that the income earned Haemodialysis Unit for 3 years has not been able to cover the costs incurred for the operation of the unit.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of passionate students of the Program Studi Perumahsakitan Vokasi in the following study courses Biostatistics, because the teaching method does not make the students become active and participate. Consequently Biostatistics courses often leave some students are forced to repeat the due credit limit does not reach the threshold value eventually pass (C) and of course is very detrimental to the student having to repeat the course credit until they intern (last semester). This study is a class act with the entire student subjects RS1 50 people Academic Year 2012/2013 in the University of Indonesia with the material limits of Biostatistics emphasis on material probability. Results were obtained in cycle 1 achieved an average score of 3770/5000 = 75.4, cycle 2 average scores achieved 4105/5000 = 82.1 and cycle 3 achieved an average score of 4585/5000 = 91.7. Conclusion The method of cooperative learning approach through the media LKM have a positive impact in improving student achievement is marked by an increase in the average scores achieved in each cycle, and through the media worksheet can increase student interest and motivation shown by increased activity in the classroom discussion. Advice is to carry out a cooperative approach through the media LKM method requires the preparation of a fairly mature, so the lecturer must be able to determine the learning scenario can actually be applied in order to obtain optimal results

Abstract

Healthy Jakarta Card ( KJS ) is a Health Insurance program provided by Jakarta Provincial Government through the UP . Jamkesda Jakarta Provincial Health Office to the community in the form of medical assistance to the population of Jakarta , especially for the poor and underprivileged with tiered referral system . KJS use tariff system the price of Indonesia Case Base Groups ( INA - CBG 's ) issued by PT Askes ( Persero ) , This study aims to measure the ability of rates Hemodialysis INA CBG 's to cover the real cost , to take the example of a hospital -type B education in North Jakarta . This study used a descriptive analytical approach . The data used are secondary data from reports in 2013 , which then these data are grouped into groups of direct costs and indirect costs . The data were processed using a computer program spreed sheet . The results of this study showed that the rate of CBG 's INA Hemodialysis Program KJS still able to cover the real costs of action Hemodialysis , Hemodialysis where the real cost of only 89.6 % of the fare . Suggested make clinical pathways for each health service that can be incurred cost efficiency .

Abstract

This study was done to look at the picture of pending claims that were returned by the BPJS Kesehatan and its causes at Hermina Ciputat Hospital, Tangerang Selatan Banten. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data used were the claim files from inpatient and outpatient treatment that was delayed or returned by BPJS Health in June-August 2018. The variables used in this study are the number of pending claim files, reasons for returning and the reasons for cause of the returning. The findings showed there are 142 file claims for inpatient and 82 outpatient files were returned. Reason for returning because it did not pass the administrative verification of service and verification of health service. The cause of not passing verification was mainly due to inaccuracy of the filing officer and the existence of different perceptions of the diagnosis code between Hermina Ciputat Hospital and BPJS Kesehatan. The results of this study can be an evaluation for Hermina Ciputat Hospital to improve the system of filing claims for BPJS Kesehatan patients in order to reduce the number of claim files returned by BPJS Kesehatan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of auditor specialists, auditor reputation, auditor gender, auditor education level, and auditor professional certification on audit report lag by using research objects, namely all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study is the Eviews 9 panel data regression analysis software. The results show that the auditor specialist independent variable has a negative effect on audit report lag. Meanwhile, auditor reputation, auditor gender, and auditor education level do not effect audit report lag. The professional certification of auditors has a positive effect on audit report lag. Meanwhile, the addition of control variables, namely firm size and loss, has a positive effect on audit report lag. However, the control variable ROA has a negative effect on audit report lag.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the knowledge (cognitive) of the Public Service Agency manager in managing university assets. This research was conducted at three State Islamic Religious Universities that have received the mandate of the Public Service Agency, including the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya, Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, and Walisongo Semarang. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews with an unstructured approach. The key informants in the research were the chancellor, vice-rector and head of the general affairs bureau, and the head of the business unit. Data analysis used domain analysis and content analysis methods. The study results indicate that the knowledge of the Public Service Agency manager at the Islamic Religious College is still at the stage of applying the regulations on the Public Service Agency. There have not been many thoughts on the management of the Public Service Agency that analyze and evaluate the mandate of the Public Service Agency from the government. Moreover, creating or developing asset management owned. In general, the cognitive management of the Public Service Agency at Islamic Religious Universities is not total. This condition has an impact that is not optimal in managing assets as a source of non-academic higher education income.

Abstract

Wolio Fortress is a heritage of Buton Sultanate that functioned as its centre of government and capital city. Several researchers who conducted research on Wolio Fortress did not discuss its defense and symbolic aspects, leaving a knowledge gap in them. Therefore, the discussion of Wolio Fortress should be broadened. It is now thought that a fortress may provide information not only on its function as a defense facility, but also on the social, political, economic, and ideological life when it was being built.The research methodology consisted of three stages, i.e. data collection, data processing, and data interpretation. Data were collected by describing Wolio fortress in terms of its materials, shapes, and sizes, including relicts in the fortress. The collected data were processed by identifying and classifying them into data related to the fortress’s defense function and its symbolic function. The data interpretation was conducted by synthesizing archaeological and historical data. Results of the research show that besides its main function as a defense fortress, Wolio Fortress had a symbolic function. The defense function refers to the concept of the defense of Buton Sultanate, the key parts of the fortress, i.e. its bastions and cannons, and its strategic position from the defense point of view. The symbolic function encompasses ideological indoctrination through the fortress’s plan, its function as a city landmark, its function as the border between the nobles and the lower class’ settlements, and its sturdiness and greatness representing the military power and economic prosperity of the sultanate.

Abstract

This research aims to classify the type of politeness maxims and the contextual meaning of the speakers’ utterances in using politeness maxims found in Kick Andy Talkshow. The data source of this research was YouTube “Kick Andy Talkshow” which was aired on 5th November 2019. The theory of politeness maxims by Grice and the theory of contextual meaning by Windi. The research method was descriptive qualitative research with content analysis. The result showed that there were 39 politeness strategies found in Kick Andy Talk Show, they were: 6 types of politeness maxims. There are 5 data of tact maxims, 5 data of genorsity maxims, 6 data of approbation maxims, 10 data of modesty maxims, 11 data of agreement maxims, and 2 data of sympathy maxims. And there were 36 contextual meaning found in Kick Andy Talk Show, they were contex of situation 7 data, contex of purpose 8 data, contex of place 6 data, contex of time 6 data, and contex of ocject 9 data. It can be concluded that there are many types of politeness maxims and contextual meanings found in the Kick Andy Talkshow.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena melihat pentingnya membumikan nilai sosial- humanis dalam pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan merupakan hal tidak bisa dipisahkan dari interaksi manusia baik secara individu maupun kelompok akan tetapi pendidikan humanis atau kemanusiaan harus juga ditanamkan agar kesholehan sosial dalam masyarakat dapat terbumikan secara keberlanjutan. Nilai-nilai sosial baik dalam lembaga pendidikan maupun di luar pendidikan harus terus ditanamkan kepada masyarakat agar tercipta pendidikan sosial-humanis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena melihat begitu pentingnya pendidikan sosial bagi kehidupan saat ini yang benyak dipengaruhi oleh masyarakat digital yang cendrung individualis. Penelitian ini tergolong library research (penelitian kepustakaan) dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data atau bahan-bahan yang berkaitan dengan tema pembahasan dan permasalahan yang dikaji dari sumber-sumber kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, nilai-nilai pendidikan sosial-humasis yang dapat digali dengan melakukan interaksi yang mengacu pada nilai-nilai sosial humanis sepertis sikap tolong menolong, mengajak kepada kebaikan dan mencegah kemungkaran, solidaritas sosial, persaudaraan. Relevansinya dalam pendidikan sosial adalah adanya usaha kemanusiaan untuk memilki sikap empati, saling menjaga, melindungi, sehingga memiliki rasa tenggang rasa dan kepedulian, toleransi dan solidaritas sosial yang tinggi.

Abstract

The Indonesian Robot Dance Contest (KRSTI) is a branch of the Indonesian Robot Contest (KRI) with the theme of dance. The robot used is a humanoid robot that can dance. Every year at the event, the provisions for robots constantly change, both the type of dance being demonstrated and the requirements for the robot's height. The taller the robot, the more difficult it is to control its walking movements because of the load it carries. This study uses a suitable algorithm to make the walking movement more natural and minimize the robot's falling. Human ROM data is used as a parameter for the range of motion of the servos that act as joints in the robot's legs. The algorithm created serves to determine the initial position of the angle on the servo to avoid the wrong initial movement position between one servo and another. The robot used is the Bioloid Robot’s leg Type A and uses OpenCM 9.04-A as the controller. The results showed that ROM on human feet could not be fully implemented on robot legs due to the robot's structure and the need for a robot that only relies on an algorithm to find the correct fulcrum to maintain balance. The comparison results show that the movement when walking on the ankle (ID servo 15) ranges from 749-567, while the ROM range is only between 580-512. When walking (servo ID 16), movement ranges from 460-291, while the ROM range ranges from 580-512.
