Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of oil palm empty fruit bunches fertilizer and NPK and their interactions on growth and yield of beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L). The study was conducted in the garden of Education and Research Institute for Agriculture KP-2 STIPER Yogyakarta, located in the village Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Sleman regency is located at LU 734.520 - 747.050 and 1070 LS 15'03 "BB - 110028 '30" longitude at an altitude ± 112 masl. The study was conducted during ± 3 months ie from April to July 2018. This study used a factorial experiment consisting of two factors and arranged in a completely randomized design or CRD 2 factorial. The first factor is fertilizer, oil palm empty fruit bunches consisting of T0 (control), T1 (50g / polybag), T2 (75g / polybag), T3 (100g / polybag). The second factor is the NPK fertilizer consisting of N0 (Control), N1 (2.5G / polybag), N2 (5g / polybag), N3 (10g / polybag). Of the two factors obtained 4 x 4 = 16 combination of treatments, each combination is repeated 3 times, so that the total number of plants in the study 4 x 4 x 3 = 48 polybag plants. The result shows that fertilizer and oil palm empty fruit bunches NPK showed no real interaction on all the parameters are parameters plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, number of pods, pod weight and pod length. Treatment fertilizer oil palm empty fruit bunches (75g / polybag) showed good results on the parameters of the number of leaves, pods, pod weight and pod length. NPK fertilizer (2.5G / polybag) showed good results on the parameters plant height, number of leaves, pods, and pods weight, while in the pod length parameter showed good results on NPK fertilizer (5 g / polybag) based DMRT at the 5% significance level. Abstract

Ice cream is one of the most popular foods in the community with a fairly complete nutritional content but does not contain fiber. One alternative to increase the fiber content is to add sorghum flour which has high fiber and protein conten .This research is an experimental study with a completely randomized design (CRD), 4 treatments and 2 repetitions, formulations is F0 (0 grams), F1 (15 grams), F2 (20 grams), and F3 (25 grams).The organoleptic test was conducted by untrained panelists with a total of 30 people.Organoleptic data was collected using research questionnaires, then analyzed with the Kruskal Wallis test of the Statistics Package for the Social Science (SPSS 25). Furthermore, analysis of protein content and fiber content was carried out to then be compared with SNI.The results of the organoleptic tests on color, taste, and preference showed a significant difference (p0.05) while the aroma and texture did not show a significant difference (p0.05). Tests F0, F1, F2, and F3 protein content have results of 2.30%; 2.49%; 2.68%; 3.89%, 8.95% and fiber content; 0.04%; 0.08%; 0.04%. The protein content increased with the addition of sorghum flour, but the fiber content tended to remain unchanged. Es krim merupakan salah satu makanan yang digemari masyarakat dengan kandungan gizi yang cukup lengkap namun tidak mengandung serat. Salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kadar serat adalah dengan menambahkan tepung sorgum yang memiliki kandungan serat dan protein yang tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), 4 perlakuan dan 2 ulangan, formulasi F0 (0 gram), F1 (15 gram), F2 (20 gram), dan F3 (25 gram).Uji organoleptik dilakukan oleh panelis tidak terlatih dengan jumlah 30 orang.Data organoleptik dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner penelitian, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji Kruskal Wallis Paket Statistik Ilmu Sosial (SPSS 25). Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis kadar protein dan kadar serat untuk kemudian dibandingkan dengan SNI. Hasil uji organoleptik terhadap warna, rasa, dan kesukaan menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata (p0,05) sedangkan aroma dan tekstur tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata (p0,05). Pengujian kadar protein F0, F1, F2, dan F3 diperoleh hasil sebesar 2,30%; 2,49%; 2,68%; 3,89%, 8,95% dan kandungan serat; 0,04%; 0,08%; 0,04%. Kandungan protein meningkat dengan penambahan tepung sorgum, namun kandungan seratnya cenderung tidak berubah.

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation for every Muslim because zakat is one of the pillars of Islam. The benefits of tithing include two dimensions, namely the spiritual dimension and the social dimension. A spiritual dimension is a form of obedience in carrying out religious orders, while the social dimension is the implementation of a caring attitude among fellow Muslims. Zakat is very useful to ease the economic burden of the poor. The distribution of zakat is not only to meet the needs of daily life but can also be distributed in the form of working capital assistance so that zakat funds can be productive. Management of zakat funds will be productive if it can be managed professionally. Therefore, to realize this goal, we, from the Department of Sharia banking, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University, Makassar, are moved to carry out community service activities that are packaged in the form of empowerment activities and business management assistance. The method used in community service activities with the theme of Empowerment of Productive Zakat as an effort to strengthen the economy of the community who are members of the Blessings group under the guidance of the Indonesian Zakat Initiative in Makassar. Stages of activity, first conducted observations to obtain initial information related to the condition of the target group. The next stage is to draw up a plan for empowerment and mentoring activities. Next, conduct education through lecture methods, discussions, and consultations related to business management. Speakers describe business management and market-building strategies. The next stage is to assist by conducting regular consultation visits every month. The results of these activities can help provide solutions to various problems in business management, both in terms of financial management and marketing aspects.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the thought that Hemodialysis Unit at ABC hospital which opened in 2005 , is a unit that produces , but in the determination of rates of hemodialysis services have not been done in detail , which includes only the cost component of operating costs of direct material regardless of personnel costs , telephone and general logistics costs . The issue is whether income rates that have not been calculated in detail to cover the costs incurred by the unit or how hemodilisia Cost Recovery Rate ( CRR ) of the Hemodialysis Unit.This study is a qualitative study using secondary data from monthly reports of several ABC RS unit to calculate total revenue and total cost Haemodialysis Unit. The data used is the data of 2006,2007and2008.The results showed CRR Haemodialysis Unit 2006 = 41.69 % , 2007 = 71.36 % and 2008 = 83.11 %.Based on the results obtained during the 3 years that CRR is still below 100 % , it indicates that the income earned Haemodialysis Unit for 3 years has not been able to cover the costs incurred for the operation of the unit.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of passionate students of the Program Studi Perumahsakitan Vokasi in the following study courses Biostatistics, because the teaching method does not make the students become active and participate. Consequently Biostatistics courses often leave some students are forced to repeat the due credit limit does not reach the threshold value eventually pass (C) and of course is very detrimental to the student having to repeat the course credit until they intern (last semester). This study is a class act with the entire student subjects RS1 50 people Academic Year 2012/2013 in the University of Indonesia with the material limits of Biostatistics emphasis on material probability. Results were obtained in cycle 1 achieved an average score of 3770/5000 = 75.4, cycle 2 average scores achieved 4105/5000 = 82.1 and cycle 3 achieved an average score of 4585/5000 = 91.7. Conclusion The method of cooperative learning approach through the media LKM have a positive impact in improving student achievement is marked by an increase in the average scores achieved in each cycle, and through the media worksheet can increase student interest and motivation shown by increased activity in the classroom discussion. Advice is to carry out a cooperative approach through the media LKM method requires the preparation of a fairly mature, so the lecturer must be able to determine the learning scenario can actually be applied in order to obtain optimal results

Abstract

Healthy Jakarta Card ( KJS ) is a Health Insurance program provided by Jakarta Provincial Government through the UP . Jamkesda Jakarta Provincial Health Office to the community in the form of medical assistance to the population of Jakarta , especially for the poor and underprivileged with tiered referral system . KJS use tariff system the price of Indonesia Case Base Groups ( INA - CBG 's ) issued by PT Askes ( Persero ) , This study aims to measure the ability of rates Hemodialysis INA CBG 's to cover the real cost , to take the example of a hospital -type B education in North Jakarta . This study used a descriptive analytical approach . The data used are secondary data from reports in 2013 , which then these data are grouped into groups of direct costs and indirect costs . The data were processed using a computer program spreed sheet . The results of this study showed that the rate of CBG 's INA Hemodialysis Program KJS still able to cover the real costs of action Hemodialysis , Hemodialysis where the real cost of only 89.6 % of the fare . Suggested make clinical pathways for each health service that can be incurred cost efficiency .

Abstract

This study was done to look at the picture of pending claims that were returned by the BPJS Kesehatan and its causes at Hermina Ciputat Hospital, Tangerang Selatan Banten. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data used were the claim files from inpatient and outpatient treatment that was delayed or returned by BPJS Health in June-August 2018. The variables used in this study are the number of pending claim files, reasons for returning and the reasons for cause of the returning. The findings showed there are 142 file claims for inpatient and 82 outpatient files were returned. Reason for returning because it did not pass the administrative verification of service and verification of health service. The cause of not passing verification was mainly due to inaccuracy of the filing officer and the existence of different perceptions of the diagnosis code between Hermina Ciputat Hospital and BPJS Kesehatan. The results of this study can be an evaluation for Hermina Ciputat Hospital to improve the system of filing claims for BPJS Kesehatan patients in order to reduce the number of claim files returned by BPJS Kesehatan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of auditor specialists, auditor reputation, auditor gender, auditor education level, and auditor professional certification on audit report lag by using research objects, namely all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study is the Eviews 9 panel data regression analysis software. The results show that the auditor specialist independent variable has a negative effect on audit report lag. Meanwhile, auditor reputation, auditor gender, and auditor education level do not effect audit report lag. The professional certification of auditors has a positive effect on audit report lag. Meanwhile, the addition of control variables, namely firm size and loss, has a positive effect on audit report lag. However, the control variable ROA has a negative effect on audit report lag.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the knowledge (cognitive) of the Public Service Agency manager in managing university assets. This research was conducted at three State Islamic Religious Universities that have received the mandate of the Public Service Agency, including the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya, Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, and Walisongo Semarang. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews with an unstructured approach.
