Abstract

Lembaga atau Dinas yang menagani tentang Perindustrian dan Perdagangan. Tugas dari Lembaga tersebut salah satunya yaitu mengawasi jalanya barang yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. Dalam hal ini terdapat barang konsumsi seperti makanan dan minuman baik yang cepat saji, berbungkus, berkaleng dan berbotol. Salah satu contoh minuman yang diawasai oleh Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian yaitu minuman beralkohol. Dalam penjualan minuman beralkohol di Kota Medan perlu dilakukan secara tertib bertujuan untuk melindungi masyarakat dari minuman-minuman yang memabukan yang tidak bagus di konsumsi oleh manusia. Guna untuk mengetahui, pengaturan hukum tentang peredaran minuman beralkohol, peran dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan kota medan dalam mengawasi peredaran minuman beralkohol, dan kendala dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan kota medan dalam melaksanakan peran pengawasan minuman beralkohol. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris, sifat penelitian deskriftif yang menggunakan sumber data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari lapangan dan data tersebut dituangkan dalam bentuk analasisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa Pengaturan mengenai pengendalian dan pengawasan minuman beralkohol di Indonesia itu diatur ke dalam Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian (Permenperin) Nomor 17 Tahun 2019 tentang Pengendalian dan Pengawasan Minuman Beralkohol kemudian diatur juga kedalam Peraturan Walikota Medan Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 Tentang Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Kota Medan Nomor 15 Tahun 1998 Tentang Retribusi Izin Tempat Penjualan Minuman Beralkohol. Peran Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Kota Medan Dalam Mengawasi Peredaran Minuman Beralkohol berperan sebagai intansi yang berwenang untuk mengawasi perihal peredaran minuman beralkohol di Kota, Kendala yang dihadapi itu adalah Masih adanya tempat-tempat yang semestinya tidak diberikan izin atau tempat tempat yang tidak mempunyai izin, ternyata masih menjual minuman beralkohol.

Abstract

Background: Bruxism is related to sleep, along with increased anxiety and stress during sleep and poor sleep quality is the main reason. Smartphones have become an integral part of university students' lives, especially in academic and social activities. However, smartphone use at night can inhibit melatonin production due to blue light exposure, potentially increasing the incidence of bruxism. Objective: to determine the relationship between sleep quality and smartphone use on the incidence of bruxism in clerkship students of the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design with a total of 103 clerkship students. Sleep quality was measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Smartphone use using self-reported Questionnaire and Bruxism was measured using self-reported Questionnaire and observation of people around. Data analysis using SPSS ver. 26. Results: there is a significant relationship between sleep quality and the incidence of bruxism (p=0.041) and smartphone use on the incidence of bruxism (p=0.043). Conclusion: sleep quality and smartphone use are associated with bruxism.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of physical evidence on customer satisfaction, (2) knowing the effect of reliability on satisfaction consumers, (3) knowing the effect of guarantees on consumer satisfaction, and (4) determine the effect of responsiveness on consumer satisfaction. (5) Define the effect of empathy on consumer satisfaction, and (6) determine how physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy all together affect consumer satisfaction Al Markaz Mixed Pickled Fruit on the Street Ranggong No. 8 Makassar City. The sample size of this study was 70 people. Research findings on physical evidence variables have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with t-table < t count, namely -314 < 1.669. With t-table > t-count 1.759 > 1.669 then the reliability variable has a positive effect significant to customer satisfaction. With an it-table value of 0.505 <1.669 then the guarantee variable has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. With the value of t-table < t-count 0.540 < 1.669 the responsiveness variable is not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. With the t-table value > t count, namely 1.901 > 1.669, the empathy variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study shows that the variable evidence physicality, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy are simultaneously influential significant effect on consumer satisfaction on Mixed Pickled Fruit Al Markaz Di Jalan Ranggong No. 8 Makassar City, proven by F test count 5.030 with probability value of 0.001 is smaller than the value of 0.005

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Board of Enrekang Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Enrekang Regency as many as 75. The type of research used was quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. The results of data processing research using SPSS.24 show that based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis there is a positive influence between Competency (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) variables on Employee Performance which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 14.390 + 0.302 X1 + 0.087 X2 + e and there is a significant influence between Competency and Employee Performance variables, which can be seen from the Sig value. of 0.017 <0.05 or in other words the significant value is smaller than the error level (0.05). While the Organizational Culture Variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance which can be seen from the Sig. equal to 0.479 > 0.05 or in other words the significant value is greater than the error level (0.05). The R Square value of 0.143 indicates that the Employee Performance variable is influenced by Competence and Organizational Culture by 14.3% while the remaining 85.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of workload on the performance of employees at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Health Center Batu-Batu Soppeng Regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample of 35 people. Data analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method with assistance SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The research results show that the workload variable has a significant level of 0.000, which is more smaller than 0.05. The coefficient value is -0.416 which shows the influence given is negative to the dependent variable. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so it can be said that workload has a negative effect and significant to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the human resource information system, competence and work discipline on the performance of the Parumpanai Villange officals.The type of research used is quantitative research,where this research is used to explain correlations and test the proposed hypotheses.The sample in this study used a saturated sample technique with a total of 16 respondents.Data collection techniques in this study used observation,questionnaires and documentation with multiple lienar regression analysis techniques.The results showed,that there is a positive and significant influence of human resource information systems,competence and work discipline as awhole on the performance o apparatus with apresentation of 44.7%.This implies that the dependent variable (employee performance) can be interpreted by human resource information systems,competence and work discipline of 44.7%, while 55.3% (100% 44.7%) is explained by causes and other factors that are outside the variables studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios in the financial statements for the period 2017-2021. This type of research is qualitative. The population of this study is the financial statements of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk for the 2017-2021 period. And the sample in this study is the balance sheet and income statement of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk for the 2017-2021 period. Data collection techniques were carried out by documentation and literature studies by obtaining archival documents, journals, books, as well as professional insights that had insight into the research topic. In this study, the authors used a quantitative descriptive technique using existing ratios with certain formulas. The results of this study show a decrease in financial ratios such as quick ratios and cash ratios which indicate problems within the company or bank. A stable DER indicates that the bank relies on the use of debt to finance its operations, and there are fluctuations in ROA and ROE indicating the challenges and opportunities faced by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable among the production department employees of PT. Semen Tonasa in Pangkep District. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, with a sample of 75 employees. The results show that organizational culture does not influence employee performance, and work motivation does not mediate this relationship. However, the work environment has a positive impact on employee performance, both the work environment and employee performance positively influence work motivation, and work motivation mediates the relationship between the work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi nilai-nilai Asmaul Husna dalam pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, yang melibatkan analisis sumber-sumber ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Asmaul Husna, seperti keadilan (Al-Adl), kasih sayang (Ar-Rahman), dan kebijaksanaan (Al-Hakim), memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa, khususnya dalam aspek kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, integritas moral, dan religiusitas. Mekanisme internalisasi nilai berlangsung melalui tahapan transformasi, transaksi, dan transinternalisasi yang melibatkan peran aktif guru, kurikulum, dan budaya sekolah. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, seperti aplikasi mobile dan platform daring, juga terbukti efektif dalam mendukung penyampaian nilai secara kontekstual dan menarik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi nilai Asmaul Husna dalam kurikulum PAI merupakan strategi yang relevan dan transformatif dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan karakter di era modern.

Abstract

Character education is a fundamental aspect in the development of one's personality and morals. Surah Yusuf, one of the surahs in the Qur'an, contains educational values ​​that are very relevant to forming noble morals. This study aims to analyze the values ​​of character education contained in Surah Yusuf and explore ways in which these values ​​can be applied in educating a generation with character and high morals. This study uses a qualitative method with an integrative approach that combines the study of interpretation, pedagogy, and character values. The results of the study show that Surah Yusuf contains character values ​​such as honesty, patience, determination, and justice that can be integrated into the educational process to form a generation with strong character and high morals.
