Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to test empirically the effects of cross-functional integration, communication quality, completeness, commitment, capability, content strategy and organizational performance adaptability. With purposive sampling, respondents to this study is 120 executives from a total of 526 executives of small banks in the Province of Central Java. The data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the AMOS program. The findings of this study indicate that all hypotheses have been significantly accepted. Thus, the managerial implications of these findings as an effort to improve the quality of organizational performance can be achieved through improving the quality of service content strategy that is built with highly adaptabilityKeywords: organizational performance, communication quality, completeness, commitment, capability, content strategy. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris efek lintas-fungsional integrasi, kualitas komunikasi, kelengkapan, komitmen, kemampuan, strategi konten dan kemampuan beradaptasi kinerja organisasi. Dengan metode purposive sampling, responden untuk penelitian ini adalah 120 eksekutif dari total 526 eksekutif perbankan kecil di Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan program AMOS. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis yang dibangun dapat diterima secara significan. Implikasi manajerial dari temuan ini sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas kinerja organisasi dapat di capai melalui meningkatan kualitas pelayanan strategi konten yang dibangun dengan kemampuan adaptasi yang tinggi.Kata kunci: kinerja organisasi, kualitas komunikasi, kelengkapan, komitmen, kemampuan, strategi konten

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to prepare montmorillonite and of chromium oxide-montmorillonitecomposite by intercalation of oxide of chrom into the silicates interlayer of montmorillonite, and to characterizesome of their physical and chemical properties. The characterization indicated that the basal spacing d001 wasincreased from 14,11 in montmorillonit to 15,55 in chromium oxide-montmorillonite; specific surface area wasincreased from 69,71 m2/g to 240,40 m2/g; total pore volume was also increased from 0,05 mL/g to 0,128 mL/g; andchrom content also increased from 0,007% (w/w) to 17,16 % (w/w).

Abstract

Typhoid fever is a bacterial infectious disease caused by Salmonella typhi, transmitted through food or water contaminated by feces or urine of people whowas infected by Salmonella typhi. In this research, mathematical model of typhoid fever with saturated incidence rate that when infected population increase, people more  aware  and  inhibit  the  spread of  the  disease.  According  to  model  analysis, there was two equilibrium point, free disease and endemic. The basic reproduction number has been computed using next-generation matrix method. We have shown that the disease free equilibrium point of the model is globally asymptotic stable when basic reproduction number is less than unity and endemic equilibrium point is locally asymptotic stable when basic reproduction number is greater than unity. Numerical simulation was shown around equilibrium point. The addition of the saturated incidence rate inhibits the spread of typhoid. When the basic reproduction number is less than 1, typhoid will disappear and if the basic reproduction number is greater than 1, typhoid will remain.

Abstract

The factors and reasons in Divorce Petition that can become the basis of your divorce petition in Religion Court include: “Husband makes sexual intercourse outside of marriage, is a drunker, drug abuser, gambler, and etc; he has left you for 2 (two) successive years without license or clear and right reason; it means that the husband consciously and deliberately leaves you, he is imprisoned for 5 (five) years or more after marriage, he does violence and like to treat you poorly, he cannot undertake his obligation because of his disability or disease, the incidence of ongoing dispute and quarrel without the probability of concord, the husband breaks the taklik-talak he had said during ijab-kabul, he converts leading to discordance within family.            The research method employed was descriptive one. As a prescriptive research, this current research studied legal objective, justice value, rule of law validity, legal concepts and legal norms. This descriptive research aimed to describe systematically a certain population or area. The descriptive research was intended to provide prior data as thorough as possible about human, condition or other phenomenon. The qualitative data analysis was a research method providing descriptive data in which what the respondents say in either written or spoken form and what they do actually were investigated and studied as something intact.            The legal rationales the Judge made still referred to legislation or government decision or enacted rule norms such as Law No.1 of 1974, Islamic Law Compilation (KHI), Civil Code and Herzien Inlandsch Reglement (HIR), and etc. It means that the Judge’s rationales in deciding the divorce (petitioning divorce) case considered firstly the posita and petitum existing in the petition. Then, the facts in the trial and the evidence brought into trial, either written or spoken (witness), were also taken into account. Meanwhile, non-legal rationale was made by the Judge as the attempt of confirming and clarifying the existing legislation in order to be consistent with the expectation; these rationales included usefulness, economic, time or effectiveness, and so on. Secondly, there were two perspectives on the effectiveness of petitioning divorce verdict implementation in Religion Court: society perspective and court perspective. In society perspective, a petitioning divorce verdict was considered as ineffective because it was not realized as due. It means that the wife’s rights as included in the verdict were frequently unfulfilled by the husband (former husband). Meanwhile, in Religion Court perspective, the result of verdict made and imposed to the parties was considered as effective because no report from the parties on the right or obligation denial by one party. Keywords: Petitioning Divorce Factor, Petitioning Divorce Reason, Divorce Petition.

Abstract: Islamic Counseling and Mental Education. This paper analyzes the nature of Islamic counseling and its relation to mental education. It isundeniable that due to problems faced in this life man may be hindered from realizing his goals. In reality, however, not every individual is capable of solving his own problem but he needs assistance of others instead. In this context, this paper discusses an approach of what is the so called Islamic counseling. The writer tries to build a paradigm that, as a discipline of science as well as an approach, the writer argues that Islamic counseling is an endeavor to help solving the problem of individual based on the injunction of Islamic teaching. The writer argues that Islamic counseling provides support and assistance for individual to position himself as the servant of God, who is given capacity to solve his own problems independently and most importantly submit what would be the final outcomes to the Almighty God.Kata Kunci: konseling Islami, konselor, kesehatan mental

Abstract

Abstract : Knowledge, Management, Nursing Care Application Of Cardiac Decompensation. This study is a non-experimental quantitative research using correlation descriptive method. Research subjects are nurses who provide nursing care in patients with cardiac decompensation. There are 22 people as respondents. the form of data collection is using questionnaire. The Data analysis techniques using the Rank Spearman.The results show the value of the bivariate analysis Rank Spearman formula that there is no correlation between nurse’s age with the nurse's knowledge about the management of the nursing care of patients with cardiac decompensation, shown as calculated values of rcount < rtable (0, 082 <.428). there is no correlation between level of a nurse's knowledge education about management of the nursing care of patient with cardiac decompensation shown as calculated values of rcount < rtable (0.290 < 0.428), there is no correlation between the long time of nurse working with the nurse’s knowledge about the management of nursing care of patients with cardiac decompentation, shown as the value of rcount < rtable (0.245 < 0.428), and there is a correlation between training program with the knowledge of nurse on the management of the of the patients nursing care with cardiac decompensation which is counted rcount < rtable (0.542> 0.428). There is a correlation between training factor with the nurses knowledge about nursing care management of patients with cardiac decompensation

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas Pelayanan Perpustakaan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (TI) di Direktorat Perpustakaan Universitas Islam Indonesia (DP UII). Sebagai salah satu Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi DP UII telah menerapkan pelayanan berbasis TI dari berbagai kegiatan pelayanannya, meliputi ; 1. Layanan sirkulasi 2. Layanan ruang baca 3. Layanan refrensi4. Layanan penelusuran informasi 5. Layanan e-Library 6. Layanan akses internet, Tujuan penerapan layanan berbasis informasi ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pemustaka. Metode yang dipakai dalam penyusunan tulisan ini adalah observasi partisipasi dalam kegiatan perpustakaan dan studi literature. Hasil yang didapatkan DP UII sudahmenerapkan pelayanan berbasis TI dengan program otomasi Simpus diberbagai unit pelayanan perpustakaan. Hal tersebut berdampak positif bagi pemustaka dan pustakawan, Karena pelayanan dapat dilaksanakan lebih cepat dan akurat, Sehingga kepuasan pemustaka dapat terwujud. Dengan adanya otomasi perpustakaan juga mempermudah tugas pustakawan dalam melayani pemustaka.

Abstract

 This research is backed by the interest of researchers to research the discipline and motivation of learning students at Al-Ulum High School Medan. This research aims to determine how the efforts of the teachers of BK in improving the motivation to learn the students of XI class in Al-Ulum High School Medan. See what obstacles in improving the motivation of grade XI students in SMA Al-Ulum Medan. The method used in this study is qualitative in a narrative approach, which is a research procedure that generates a detailed data of the written or oral words of the observed behavior.The results of the implementation of Islamic counseling services in improving the motivation to learn students of XI class in Al-Ulum SMA Medan namely: first, the efforts of teachers of BK in increasing the motivation to learn student XI class by applying the principles In the guidance of Islamic counseling, so that the results achieved good learning. This can be seen from the student's success to complete the process of learning at Al-Ulum school in Medan. Secondly, the obstacles in increasing the motivation to learn the students of XI grade in SMA Al-Ulum are: the background of counseling teachers who are not from education counselling tutoring and need to plus one more teacher BK, see there is only one BK teacher in high school Al-Ulum Medan. Parents who are not exposed to the issue of students who need counseling guidance.

Abstract

This research based on interest of researcher about Thought of Nukman Sulaiman and His contribution in Islamic Education. Nukman Sulaiman is a theologian which is not many people did research about his thougt in education field, mean while Nukman Sulaiman is a very productive theologian in deliver paper of research dan active in scientific activity especially in Islamic education in Al Wasliyah in North Sumatera. Based on that reason this research formulate two problem formulation: 1. What is specification Islamic education purpose of Nukman Sulaiman? 2. Describe and analyze Nukman Sulaiman Thought  about Islamic education purpose? As for purpose of this research is: Describe and analyze education purpose of Nukman Sulaiman. As for this research is quantitative in design library research and using character study approach and data analyze technique that used triangulation technique. Result of research analyze study thought of Islamic education Nukman Sulaiman is: Specification education purpose formulated by Nukman Sulaiman is to forming believer and devoted human, knowledgeable, virtous, smart and clever in reaching happiness of the world and the hereafter. Those purpose is suitable with purpose of national education dan meaning content from education purpose in integration education purpose between world science and esthacology.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the program and implementation of group coaching in the city of Madrasah Aliyah Al Washliyah private Tanjungbalai.This research is backed by the interest of researchers to examine the process of implementing the group guidance at private Madrasah Aliyah Alwashliyah Gading Kota Tanjungbalai. The method used in this study is qualitative in the type of research method of phenomenon (phenomenology), because all who want to be researched are sourced from a deep interview to the object or informant in the research, observation directly and documentation.The results of the research from the implementation of group guidance in private Madrasah Aliyah Alwashliyah town Tanjungbalai is: The first implementation of group guidance is one of the Guidance and Counseling programs in the group guidance service. Secondly, Of in the implementation of the group's guidance is implemented in a programmatic or asynchronous basis between theory with the implementation of Group guidance services.
