The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between the variables of leadership style, compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of organizational members. This type of research is carried out using quantitative methods accompanied by descriptive analysis. The technique used in collecting data for this research was obtained online using a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire to 100 respondents with criteria of >15 years and who had worked or participated in a team/organization/company. Data analysis was carried out using external measurement techniques, discriminant validity, reliability value measurement, Cronbach's Alpha and internal measurements by calculating the T test, coefficient of determination, f-square test, and VIF using the SmartPLS application. The purpose of this research is to prove the relationship between 1) leadership style has a positive influence on the performance of organizational members, 2) compensation has a positive influence on the performance of organizational members, 3) job satisfaction has a positive influence on the performance of organizational members.

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of competence, communication and compensation on employee performance in a company. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and involved respondents consisting of employees at various levels of positions who work at companies in the district. Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a total of 22 questions and a total of 100 respondents which could measure the level of competency, communication, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares), which was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis methods used in this research include measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct influence hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis show that employee competency has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Communication also has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Effective and open communication allows clear and timely information to have a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance. And the compensation variable was also found to have a significant positive influence on employee performance. These findings provide important implications for human resource management and organizational practitioners in designing policies and programs related to competency development, improving communication, and providing adequate compensation for employees so that employees can provide reciprocity in the form of maximum performance for the company.

The Influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on PT SOS Indonesia Employee Job Satisfaction. Office Administration Education Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University.The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of PT SOS Indonesia employees. The type of research carried out uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique used was through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale from a value between one to five with a total of 16 questions. The population in the study was 135 employees of PT SOS Indonesia with a sample size of 100 employees at PT SOS Indonesia. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling with the Slovin formula with a difficulty level accuracy of 5%. The analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) which was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Data The analytical methods used in this research include measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct influence hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis show that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

This research aims to determine: 1) The effect of work life balance on organizational citizen behaviour (OCB). 2) The effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizen behaviour (OCB). 3) The effect of work life balance and job satisfaction on organizational citizen behaviour (OCB). This research was conducted at the General Bureau of Ministry “X” with a sample of 105 employees which was a saturated sample. This research method is a survey method using a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that 1) Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizen behavior (OCB), 2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizen behavior (OCB), and 3) Work life balance and job satisfaction simultaneously affect organizational citizen behavior (OCB).

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan yang memiliki work engagement yang proaktif, sehingga perusahaan mampu bertahan dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin kuat. Namun, 76% karyawan di Indonesia tidak merasa terikat dengan pekerjaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa work engagement di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance dan job crafting terhadap work engagement di PT Lindungi Bumi Nusantara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan PT Lindungi Bumi Nusantara yang berjumlah 67 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara work-life balance dan job crafting terhadap work engagement di PT Lindungi Bumi Nusantra. Work-life balance dan job crafting secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap work engagement dengan persentase sebesar 72,9%, sedangkan sisanya 27,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk memperkuat work-life balance, job crafting, dan work engagement, maka PT Lindungi Bumi Nusantara diharapkan membuat kebijakan yang mendukung fleksibilitas jam kerja, program untuk memperkuat job crafting dengan pelatihan, serta inisiatif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan karyawan melalui pelatihan manajerial dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung.

PT. Sucofindo mempunyai masalah kinerja karyawan yang belum produktif dikarenakan minimnya pengelolaan SDM di perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Sucofindo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 142 karyawan PT. Sucofindo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Sucofindo. Hasil ini memberikan bukti nyata bahwa kompetensi, komitmen organisasi, dan OCB berperan dalam konteks produktivitas kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan strategi manajemen SDM di PT. Sucofindo.

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach that focuses on observing phenomena or events in original conditions. The researcher uses primary and secondary data collection. The data collected for this study were collected directly from the source through observation, documentation, and interview data collection techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation, obstacles and recommended solutions for excellent service at the ABC Clinic. This study uses the theory of Miles and Huberman regarding interactive model data analysis. Based on the study's results, it can be seen that the implementation of excellent service at the ABC Clinic is good. However, some patients and service officers still feel that there are obstacles. These obstacles include the lack of human resources, unfriendly officers, and differences in understanding between patients and medical officers. From these obstacles, there are several recommended solutions, namely opening job vacancies, participating in facilitated training, and improving good communication techniques.

This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive methodology that requires identifying and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data are obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data are obtained through books, previous research, and articles directly related to research. The purpose of this study was to determine extrinsic motivation in PT. Digivla Indonesia by analyzing obstacles and solutions to overcome extrinsic motivation in employees and companies. From the results of this study, it can be seen that PT. Digivla Indonesia has provided concrete examples of the implementation of extrinsic motivation regularly and periodically, but not all employees get equal attention. This can be seen from the employee's answer regarding the level of extrinsic motivation provided is very lacking, and some divisions have not been able to carry out tasks in accordance with deadlines, so regular supervision is needed for companies to provide extrinsic motivation.

The main problem discussed is the Evaluation Analysis of the Security System at the Bank Indonesia Museum based on the standards set by the International Council of Museums (ICOM) and the Indonesian Museum Handbook. This research uses a descriptive evaluative method with a qualitative approach, namely analyzing and assessing museum security. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and reviewing literature studies. The theory used is the museum security system and evaluation of the implementation of museum security. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it has been found that there are advantages and disadvantages in the security system of the Bank Indonesia Museum, including the advantage that the Bank Indonesia Museum has minimal threat of theft because there are guards in each collection, and most of the security systems meet standards. security supporting infrastructure, namely that there are still deficiencies in human resources and in terms of technology that can threaten building security.

The purpose of this research is to find out the digital archive management system, examine the obstacles faced, and evaluate the feasibility of the available facilities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the archiving process at PT Java Indoku is still carried out manually and digitally at the same time without an organized central system. The main obstacles found include the absence of digital archive servers, the lack of clear standards in document storage, limited supporting facilities, and the lack of a strategic plan to implement a comprehensive digital archiving system. Therefore, the implementation of integrated digital archive management is expected to be a solution to increase the effectiveness of business processes and overall company information management.
