Abstract

The development of digital technology has led to very significant changes in various fields, including in the world of office administration. The application of digitalization in office administration has a major impact on work effectiveness and productivity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the application of digitalization in office administration, identify the challenges faced and solutions, and find the benefits arising from its application. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The results showed that the implementation of digitalization at PT Saka Farma Laboratories Depok Branch has increased the effectiveness of work and productivity of the company even though there are several challenges such as network disruptions, technical problems in applications, and the need for training in adapting new technology for senior employees, but from these challenges the solutions provided can be in the form of special training, implementing a data backup system, strengthening internal networks, and increasing coordination between the center and branches. The benefits of digitalization have provided convenience and a positive work spirit to continue to develop following the changing times that are increasingly complex.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of employee individualism on team dynamics at PT X. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The findings show that the high level of individualism among PT X employees leads to limited collaboration and communication between team members, with most employees preferring to work independently. This reduces face-to-face interactions and hampers team synergy. However, the company is making efforts to address this issue by providing communication training, team-building activities, and collaborative work schemes across divisions. These efforts are expected to improve team effectiveness and foster a more collaborative work culture. The conclusion of this study is that high individualism negatively impacts team dynamics at PT X. To improve team dynamics, it is essential for PT X to continue promoting collaboration and communication among employees through a more open and integrative approach.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai pengembangan individual skill pada event organizer PT. Citra Sarana ini bertujuan sebagai bentuk analisis terkait dengan pengembangan individual skill dalam perusahaan event organizer PT Citra Sarana. Fokus penelitian meliputi pengaruh sertifikasi MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) terhadap pengembangan individual skill, peran sumber daya manusia, dan cara perusahaan mendukung pengembangan individual skill masing-masing karyawannya. Dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan 5 narasumber karyawan PT. Citra Sarana, dan analisis dokumentasi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi MICE memiliki pengaruh besar dan memegang peran krusial terhadap pengembangan individual skill, baik dalam aspek hard skill maupun soft skill. PT. Citra Sarana mendukung dan memiliki peran besar dalam pengembangan individual skill karyawan PT. Citra Sarana. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya hubungan keterkaitan dan integrasi antara sertifikasi, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan strategi perusahaan untuk mencapai pengembangan individual skill karyawan yang komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi sistem E-Office di Biro SDM dan Biro Umum PT X. E-Office merupakan suatu sistem teknologi informasi di kantor yang diciptakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam mengelola dokumen dan berbagai aktivitas administrasi secara digital. Peneliti menggunakan sumber data primer dan menggunakan purposive sampling dalam mengumpulkan data dari beberapa sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Sebelum melakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data ini, peneliti melakukan pra penelitian dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada staf Biro SDM dan Umum PT X. Dalam proses wawancara, peneliti melakukan wawancara terhadap 4 orang di Biro SDM dan Umum yang terdiri dari Kepala Biro dan tiga orang staf. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat beberapa teori mengenai implementasi dan E-Office. Selain teori, penelitian ini juga membahas beberapa penelitian terdahulu khususnya mengenai implementasi E-Office, dan membahas mengenai kebaruan penelitian ini dibandingkan dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Instrumen atau indikator pertanyaan dari penelitian ini mengikuti indikator keberhasilan dalam implementasi yaitu: staf yang memadai dalam proses implementasi, informasi mengenai implementasi E-Office, kewenangan dalam mengatur proses implementasi E-Office, dan fasilitas dalam implementasi E-Office.  Hasil penelitian ini yakni Implementasi E-Office sudah berjalan dengan baik dan berdasarkan indikator sebagian besar hasilnya juga positif. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan dan kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki agar kedepannya implementasi E-Office di biro SDM dan Umum ini berjalan lebih baik.

Abstract

Arsip berperan penting dalam mendukung operasional organisasi. Namun, peningkatan volume arsip yang tidak terkelola dengan baik dapat menimbulkan kendala. Penelitian ini menganalisis pemusnahan arsip di Bapperida Kota Bogor dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan staf terkait dan observasi pelaksanaan prosedur di lapangan. Hasil menunjukkan proses pemusnahan arsip terdiri atas tiga tahap: pemindahan arsip inaktif, evaluasi berdasarkan Jadwal Retensi Arsip (JRA), dan pemusnahan arsip yang tidak memiliki nilai guna. Hambatan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang terlatih, minimnya pemahaman tentang pengelolaan arsip, serta kendala administratif dalam memperoleh persetujuan pemusnahan. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya prosedur pemusnahan arsip yang terstruktur dan efisien serta merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan pengembangan sistem yang fleksibel untuk memperlancar proses tersebut.

Abstract

This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive methodology that requires identifying and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data are obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data are obtained through books, previous research, and articles directly related to research. The purpose of this study was to determine extrinsic motivation in PT. Digivla Indonesia by analyzing obstacles and solutions to overcome extrinsic motivation in employees and companies. From the results of this study, it can be seen that PT. Digivla Indonesia has provided concrete examples of the implementation of extrinsic motivation regularly and periodically, but not all employees get equal attention. This can be seen from the employee's answer regarding the level of extrinsic motivation provided is very lacking, and some divisions have not been able to carry out tasks in accordance with deadlines, so regular supervision is needed for companies to provide extrinsic motivation.

Abstract

Public relations is a communication activity between a company, agency or organization and the public. Therefore, public relations plays an important role for an organization to establish good relations with the public. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by analyzing behavior or actions that occur narratively. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary sources. Primary data is data obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data is data obtained from research journals, books and research articles. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique that takes information from an informant who has the potential to know the data needed in the research. The aim of this research is to understand the role of public relations in depth at PT. Prima Mitra Elektrindo. The results of this research indicate that the role of public relations at PT. Prima Mitra Elektrindo has done this optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero), by highlighting the activities undertaken, the impact on society, and the challenges faced. A qualitative-descriptive approach was used through a case study, involving interviews with CSR employees, observation, documentation, and data analysis. The results show that PT BKI's CSR programs include community development, education, health, and environmental preservation, which significantly improve the company's image and provide positive benefits to the community. However, implementation faces obstacles such as budget limitations and changes in regulations. The findings provide guidance for other companies to design effective and sustainable CSR programs by involving stakeholders at all stages of implementation. Keywords: corporate social responsibility (CSR); implementation; impact; challenges   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero), dengan menyoroti kegiatan yang dilakukan, dampaknya terhadap masyarakat, dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif digunakan melalui studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara dengan karyawan TJSL, observasi, dokumentasi, dan analisis data. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa program CSR PT BKI meliputi pengembangan masyarakat, pendidikan, kesehatan, serta pelestarian lingkungan, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan citra perusahaan dan memberikan manfaat positif bagi komunitas. Meski demikian, implementasi menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan perubahan regulasi. Temuan ini memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan lain untuk merancang program CSR yang efektif dan berkelanjutan dengan melibatkan pemangku kepentingan di semua tahap implementasi.

Abstract

Previous research shows that measuring the quality of student career centers in higher education is not yet fully standardized and is often limited to qualitative approaches. The lack of valid and reliable measuring tools regarding the student career center can hamper efforts to improve and develop this service. The aim of the research is to develop and test a scale for measuring the quality of student career centers in the context of higher education. A quantitative approach with exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used in this study, with respondents as many as 562 students from three different universities. Analysis and interpretation of the measurement scale evaluation was carried out in two stages, namely exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and continued with CFA. The research results identified that the dimensions of the role of career centers, utilization of career centers, management of workforce information, and fostering entrepreneurship are key elements that influence the effectiveness and impact of career centers in higher education. This scale can practically be used by each institution to evaluate the quality of the career centers they run, and can also be used by other researchers for further research.

Abstract

Abstract. Records containing critical information for a company must be managed properly to preserve their utility and role as an authoritative source of information in supporting accountable and transparent administrative. This study aims to provide insights into the causes, solutions, and prevention of issues related to inactive record storage. The storage condition of inactive records in the Human Capital Database at PT X has not been properly implemented. In this research, the author employed a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques used included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the inactive record storage in the Human Capital Database unit faces challenges due to the increasing volume of records and limited storage space. To address these issues, the proposed solution involves transferring inactive records to archival partners to be converted into static records. This effort is undertaken to prevent the accumulation of inactive records in storage.
