Abstract

This study aims to analyze a movie script from the Netflix series entitled I am Not Okay With This written by Jonathan Entwistle and Christy Hall which was adapted from a comic book by Charles Forsman with the same title. This study focuses on discussing the psychological aspects experienced by Sydney Novak as the main character. This study uses a qualitative approach and is presented with a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used include literature review, observation, and note-taking method. The object of the research used is the I am Not Okay With This movie script through an intrinsic approach in the form of characterization, plot, and setting, then linking it with an extrinsic approach using Sigmund Freud's theory of anxiety, life and death instinct and the theory of psychotic depression. This study is also supported by reviewing books, journals, and other research sources from the internet as secondary data references. The results obtained from this study are that it is known that the supernatural powers experienced by Syd are a manifestation of the anxiety she has suffered from the grief since the death of her father. This anxiety is also related to the appearance of hallucinations that lead to the death instinct in Syd’s actions and behaviors.

Abstract

Kata Kunci: Energi Listrik, ARIMA, MAPE The level of electricity consumption in Makassar City every month from 2018 to 2022 is different. Therefore, forecasting is needed so that the management and planning of electrical energy needs can be carried out properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the best ARIMA model to be used in forecasting electricity demand in Makassar City for the next 12 months. The steps for determining the ARIMA model start with identifying the stationarity of the data, identifying temporary models, estimating ang testing the significance of parameters, testing the residual assumptions, selecting the best model, making forecasts and testing the accuracy of the forecasting model. The results of this study were obtained by the best model, ARIMA(1,0,0) with a MAPE value of 0,4735% which said that the model was very good and feasible to use in forecasting. Abstract

The proliferation of restaurants without halal labels has raised concerns among the public, especially in areas with a majority non-Muslim population, often leading people to be misled. To address this issue, a recommendation system is needed that can provide accurate information about halal restaurants. This study proposes a hybrid filtering method, which combines collaborative filtering and autoencoder, to improve the accuracy of recommendations. The dataset used in this study consists of 19,032 restaurant records obtained from Google Maps through a web scraping process. Additionally, cosine similarity is used to measure the similarity between user preferences, making the recommendations more relevant and personalized. The research steps include data collection, data filtering, cosine similarity application, collaborative filtering, autoencoder, and evaluation. The results show that this hybrid method is capable of providing highly accurate halal restaurant recommendations, as evidenced by the low RMSE value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shadow drill and drilling training on agility and reaction speed. This type of research is quasi experimental with the modified randomized pretest-posttest control group the same subject design. The research subjects used were badminton extracurricular participants of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. The data normality test in this study used the Shapiro-Wilk test with the help of SPSS 16.0 at the significance level (α) 0.05. Based on data analysis, the treatment group obtained (1) agility variable 0.791 with significant level 0.083, (2) reaction speed variable 0.939 with significant level 0.276. The calculated significant value is greater than the α value (Sig> 0.05), thus the research hypothesis "shadow drill and drilling training has an effect on increasing agility and reaction speed in badminton extracurricular participants of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja" is accepted. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it is concluded that: (1) shadow drill training has an effect on increasing agility in badminton extracurricular participants of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja, (2) drilling training has an effect on increasing agility and reaction speed in badminton extracurricular participants of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja, (3) shadow drill and drilling training have an effect on increasing agility and reaction speed in badminton extracurricular participants of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja.

Abstract

Taro is an important agricultural commodity with considerable prospects for international market competition. However, its cultivation faces several challenges, particularly pathogen infections that can lead to substantial yield losses. Conducting a disease inventory in taro plants is essential for effective disease management and serves as a preliminary step in developing resistant taro varieties. This study aimed to document diseases affecting 38 accessions of taro plants. The research was conducted from August to October 2021 at the Ciparanje Jatinangor Experimental Field and the Phytopathology Laboratory within the Department of Plant Pests and Diseases at the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran, located in Sumedang Regency. The methodology employed both qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. Data collection involved observing the incidence and severity of diseases, as well as identifying the pathogens responsible for the diseases. A total of 292 taro plants were examined during this study. The diseases identified included brown leaf spot (Cladosporium colocasiae), shot hole (Phoma sp.), orange leaf spot (Neojohnstonia colocasiae), white leaf spot (putative Pseudocercospora colocasiae), and leaf blight (Phytophthora colocasiae), along with other symptoms suspected to be caused by root pathogens and viruses. The most prevalent disease observed at the experimental site was brown spot disease, while leaf blight was identified as the most damaging. The incidence of leaf spot and leaf blight reached 100% across nearly all accessions of taro planted at the research site, with the highest severity of disease recorded at 49.65%.

Abstract

The relocation of the capital city from Jakarta to East Kalimantan shifts the Centre of Gravity (COG) to various potential threats in northern Indonesia. This relocation introduces a new dimension in the country's defense and security strategy. Consequently, the nation's defense aspects, represented by the Army Aviation (Penerbad), must prepare and restructure their organization to support this defense effort. The Army Aviation unit stationed in the Nusantara Capital, specifically Squadron-13/Serbu, faces challenges in personnel, material, and facility aspects. Therefore, this study aims to determine organizational restructuring strategies for Squadron-13/Serbu through the perspectives of personnel, material, and facilities. This research utilizes a qualitative research design with a descriptive-explorative approach. The findings indicate that, for the personnel aspect, Squadron-13/Serbu can optimize eight existing strategies. In terms of the material aspect, nine organizational restructuring strategies can be optimized. Meanwhile, for the facilities aspect, Squadron-13/Serbu can enhance process flow reorganization, organizational innovation, resource management, as well as flexibility and adaptability. This study is expected to contribute to the academic literature concerning military organization and defense organizational restructuring.
