Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online store attributes and e-service quality on corporate image and its impact on the business performance of Muslim fashion companies Zoya and Rabbani. Respondents in this study are zoya and rabbani online consumers as many as 138 people. Analysis Techniques in this study use Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square analysis. The results showed that the Online Store Attribute had a positive effect on Corporate Image, meaning that the better the Online Store Attribute, the higher the value of Corporate Image, E-Service Quality has a positive effect on Corporate Image, meaning the better E-Service Quality, the higher the value of Corporate Image, Online Store Attribute has a positive effect on Business Performance, meaning that the better the Online Store Attribute, the higher the value of Business Performance, E-Service Quality has no significant effect on Business Performance. it can be concluded that the better E-Service quality cannot have a significant influence on high business performance, Corporate Image has a positive effect on Business Performance, meaning the better the Corporate Image, the higher the value of Business Performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the strategies applied by educators or teachers in developing speaking skills in grade VI students at SDN Ketapangkuning Jombang. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses a narrative inquiry approach. The data sources came from homeroom teachers and grade VI students of SDN Ketapangkuning. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews with grade VI homeroom teachers and observations of students. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model and the results are presented in descriptive form. The data validity test uses internal validity, namely rechecking data to the same source with different techniques. The results of the study suggest that the teacher's strategy in improving students' speaking skills includes discussions, interviews, role playing and outdoor learning activities. The obstacles encountered during the implementation of the strategy generally come from the students themselves such as lack of confidence or low cognitive abilities. The presence of this research is expected to be useful as a review material for educators in their efforts to develop students' speaking skills.

Abstract

MTs. Al-Fathimiyah is one of the madrasas in the north coast area of Lamongan which since its establishment has focused on the development of tahfīẓ al-Qur’ān. This research aims to describe the implementation concept of madrasah-based pesantren tahfīẓ and analyzing curriculum development management in MTs. Al-Fathimiyah. This research is descriptive-qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The analysis of curriculum development research uses the Hilda Taba concept which consists of 1). Producing experimental units; 2). Testing of experimental units; 3). Revision and consolidation; 4). Development of a curriculum framework; 5). Implementation and dissemination. The results of the study provide conclusions: 1). MTs. Al-Fathimiyah is a madrasah based pesantren that integrates the Ministry of Religion curriculum with the pesantren curriculum. Whereas in the management of students, MTs. Al-Fathimiyah implemented boarding student management; 2). The concept of curriculum development in MTs. Al-Fathimiyah focused on developing tahfīẓ al-quran which is integrated with the pesantren curriculum. The development model uses an inductive model so that it is more open to the process of improvement and improvement every year.

Abstract

Badminton course is one of the compulsory subjects taught in the STKIP Yapis Dompu Physical Health and Recreation Education study program ideally, in the learning process students will not only learn material related to badminton techniques, but also with traditional games that heve regional culture in Bima-Dompu. There are several factors that cause students to find in difficult to undersand material related to badminton courses, namely empahasizing mastery of the material and methods taught using lecture, discusssion, power point and LCD methods taught so far. Less effective for practical courses, due to limited facilities owned by students, used is mpa’a lape The purpose of this research is to produce the traditional game to increase student creativity in the T & P Badminton course using the Borg and Gall model, media validity was obtained from the results of expert validation consisting of two material experts with the stage I validation questionnaire on experts material I 95% and material experts II. 91.66% and the validation is done by media experts. Media experts II 95%. Phase II validation questionnaire material expert I 96% and material expert II 96%. Questionnaire calculationon student responses are given. Media experts I. 95% and media experts II 95% with the criteria “ Veri suitable for use “ the practicality of the media was obtained throught a questionnaire responding to class A students of the Physical Education Health and Recreation Study Program for the 2023-2024 academic year of 2023-2024 by 95 % with the criteria “ Very suitable for use” The conclusion that Mpa’a Lape Traditional games to increase student crativity in T &P Badminton courses is valid and practically used in badminton courses.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between wrist flexibility and badminton forehand smash accuracy, to determine arm length and badminton forehand smash accuracy, to determine body height and badminton forehand smash accuracy, to find out the relationship between wrist flexibility, arm length and body height. Badminton Forehand Smash Accuracy. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with a correlational approach, the population in this research are all athletes who take part in the PB Darek badminton club, the sample in this research is 17 athletes. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The results of this research can be seen that the magnitude of the relationship between wrist flexibility (X1) with Badminton Forehand Smash Accuracy of 68.72%. And the variable arm length (X2) gives a relationship of 57.15%. The variable Body Height (X3) gives a relationship of 55.80%. and the magnitude of the relationship between Wrist Flexibility, Arm Length and Body Height together with Badminton Forehand Smash Accuracy is 63.04%.

Abstract

Abstrak Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas karyawan di dalam suatu perusahaan adalah dengan pemberian progam pelatihan yang diharapkan menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja di dalam perusahaan. Pelatihan tidak hanya dimaksudkan sebagai penyegaraan terhadap cara penanganan atas pekerjaan yang telah menjadi rutinitas dari karyawan yang bersangkutan namun juga mencoba menemukan suatu inovasi baru dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan dehingga dapat menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan sebelum mendapatkan pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Malindo Feedmill Cikaum Subang. Analisis ini menggunakkan variabel dependen yaitu pelatihan dan variabel independent kinerja karyawan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk dimensi pelatihan mengambil teori yang dikemukana oleh Mangkunegara (2017:57) pelatihan dibagi menjadi 5 indikator diantaranya yaitu: tujuan pelatihan, materi pelatihan, metode pelatihan yang digunakan, kualifikasi peserta, kualifikasi pelatih. Sedangkan untuk dimensi kinerja karyawan mengambil teori yang dikemukakan oleh Bangun (2012:233) Suatu pekerjaan dapat diukur melalui 5 dimensi yaitu: kuantitas pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan, ketepatan waktu, kehadiran, dan kemampuan Kerjasama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan non managerial yang berjumlah 63 karyawan. Sedangkan alat mengukur data menggunakan kuesioner dan perhitungan olah data menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis penelitian pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Malindo Feedmill Cikaum Subang menunjukan hubungan sangat kuat dengan nilai 0,759  dan pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 75,9% dan sisanya 24,1% yang dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar penelitian. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan.         Abstract   Efforts to improve the quality of employees in a company are by providing training programs which are expected to be one of the ways to improve performance within the company. The training is not only intended as a refreshment of the way to handle work that has become a routine of the employees concerned but also tries to find a new innovation in completing work so that it can be more effective and efficient than before getting training. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of training on employee performance at PT. Malindo Feedmill Cikaum Subang. This analysis uses dependent variables, namely training and independent variables of employee performance, using a quantitative approach. For the dimension of training, taking the theory put forward by Mangkunegara (2017:57), the training is divided into 5 indicators, namely: training objectives, training materials, training methods used, participant qualifications, coach qualifications. As for the dimension of employee performance, taking the theory put forward by Bangun (2012:233) A job can be measured through 5 dimensions, namely: work quantity, work quality, punctuality, attendance, and the ability to cooperate. The population in this study is all non-managerial employees totaling 63 employees. Meanwhile, the data measurement tool uses a questionnaire and data processing calculations using SPSS version 26. The results of the research analysis on the influence of training on employee performance at PT. Malindo Feedmill Cikaum Subang showed a very strong relationship with a score of 0.759 and the influence of training on employee performance of 75.9% and the remaining 24.1% which was influenced by other factors outside the study.   Keywords: Training, Employee Performance.

Abstract

MSMEs are business activities that are able to expand employment opportunities for the community and encourage economic growth. The aim of this service is to provide digital marketing assistance to pastry business people to develop their business so that their productivity will increase. Each existing MSME, especially those operating in the dry cake home industry, is faced with various problems. One of the MSMEs that already has a sales market share is the right choice for assistance because many have fundamental problems in the marketing sector. These MSMEs have several problems, namely they don't have a product brand, don't have a logo and product label, and don't do digital marketing. Based on this problem, our target is to help pastry MSMEs in the Gresik area through digital marketing assistance to increase sales of pastry products. The results of the service show that these MSMEs have product brands, logos and marketing accounts on social media and the Tokopedia marketplace.

Abstract

Research purposes. This research aims to examine the effect of disclosure of environmental performance, social performance, governance performance (ESG) on company financial performance as proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). Research methods. Data analysis This research uses panel data regression analysis. The research used 13 samples of KBMI 3 and 4 bank financial industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2022 period. The sample was selected using a purpose sampling technique. This research uses the Return on Assets (ROA) proxy as financial performance. Research Results and Findings. The test results show that individually there is no significant effect of disclosure of environmental performance, social performance, governance performance (ESG) on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Sastra Anak Berbasis Antropolinguistik Tradisi Lisan Mbojo; TiPataha Untuk Mengembangkan Kreativitas Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran sastra anak berbasis antropolinguistik tradisi lisan mbojo. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari beberapa langkah, yakni analysis, design, develop, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 validasi ahli, dan 30 mahasiswa pada program studi pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia STKIP Yapis Dompu. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Lembar Validasi Perangkat Pembelajaran, Rencana Pelaksanaan Semester (RPS), Whorksheet, Angket respon, dan Tes Hasil Belajar. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini analisis validasi ahli, analisis data uji coba, dan analisis tes hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil validasi data perangkat pembelajaran (buku ajar) sastra anak berbasis antropolinguistik tradisi lisan mbojo dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan pada mata kuliah sastra anak karena disusun sesuai dengan standar penulisan perangkat pembelajaran, materi yang disajikan dengan baik, bahasa yang digunakan mudah untuk dipahami, soal yang diberikan dapat dikerjakan olehmahasiswa. Buku ajar juga efektif dalam meningkatkan pencapaian hasil belajar mahasiswa karena terlibat secara aktif dalam menemukan materi, menemukan hubungan antara materi, mampu menerapkan pengetahuannya sehingga mahasiswa akan mampu mengkonstruksi pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari pengalamannya. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa buku ajar mata kuliah sastra anak untuk mahasiswa pada Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia.

Abstract

Human rights are fundamentally crucial to every individual, especially the right to education, which has also been stipulated in the Indonesian constitution following the international agreements. This research aims to obtain information about what causes the Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia to have undocumented status, what problems they face in sending their children to a school, and what efforts and solutions can be made to obtain education for them. Through qualitative methods and a systematic approach, the researchers used various methods to gather data, such as interviews, observations, and documentation. This research found that the undocumented Indonesian migrant workers whose children lack proper documentation, let alone as they had entered Malaysia illegally, have no valid work or residence permission (overstaying), and got married in Malaysia to another foreign citizen. There were problems with their right to send their children to school, so the Sanggar Bimbingan Hulu Langat was established to overcome the problems and help the children get an education in Malaysia. The agenda turned out to be a means of resolving the issues that Indonesian migrant workers' children face so that they were able to access educational rights.
