Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui intensitas Minat Mahasiswa Berwirausaha Online (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Ilmu Administrasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar). Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 mahasiswa jurusan Ilmu Administrasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data condensation (kondensasi data), data display (penyajian data), conclusion drawing / verification (pengambilan kesimpulan). Dalam mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian digunakan indikator-indikator yang dapat mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa terhadap wirausaha online dengan adanya akan ekspektasi pendapatan lebih besar yang diperoleh dari bisnis, akan minat mahasiswa yang dapat diperoleh dalam lingkungan keluarga atau masyarakat demikian pula dengan anggota keluarga yang lain agar timbul rasa tanggung jawab, faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa akan pendidikan yang diperoleh selama perkuliahan, dan faktor lain pengaruh minat mahasiswa adalah motivasi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

Perum BULOG Bulukumba Branch has a big responsibility in achieving marketing targets and distributing commodities, especially in the Bulukumba area. This study aims to find out how work stress is on employees and what are the determinants of work stress on employees of Perum BULOG Bulukumba Branch. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques, namely observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The informants in this study were SCPP assistant manager, 2 SCPP staff, 1 accounting staff, 1 administrative and financial staff, and 1 business staff. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction techniques, data presentation, conclusions, and verification. The results showed that work stress on employees of Perum BULOG Bulukumba Branch arises because of the lack of employees so that the workload of employees becomes greater, besides that slow internet connections and inadequate office facilities hinder employee work processes, causing work stress on employees. This research can be used as a source of information and knowledge about work stress in employees in more depth because it is different from previous studies which mostly use quantitative methods that focus on numbers and statistics, this study uses qualitative methods that produce hypotheses and more detailed descriptions of work stress on employees. In addition, a slow internet connection and inadequate office facilities hinder employee work processes, causing work stress for employees. This research can be used as a source of information and knowledge about work stress in employees in more depth because it is different from previous studies which mostly use quantitative methods that focus on numbers and statistics, this study uses qualitative methods that produce hypotheses and more detailed descriptions of work stress on employees. Abstract

Gaya belajar adalah cara dominan yang konsisten dilakukan peserta didik dalam menyerap dan mengelola informasi atau ilmu pengetahuan. Adapun tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya belajar didik berprestasi pada jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. Selanjutnya populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Peserta Didik Berprestasi Pada Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar peringkat 1-10. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang disajikan melalui tabel frekuensi dan olah data melalui teknik perhitungan skor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar peserta didik berprestasi pada Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar kelas XI dan XII memperoleh gaya belajar visual sebesar 81,5%. Siswa dengan gaya belajar auditorial sebesar 79,17%. Sedangkan siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestesis sebesar 69,8 %. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya belajar peserta didik berprestasi pada Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar dominan menggunakan gaya belajar visual, adapun hal yang dapat membedakan penelitian ini dan penelitian terdahulu terletak pada jenis penelitian yang digunakan dan lokus penelitian.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work and work behavior that has been achieved in completing the assigned tasks and responsibilities within a certain period. The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out the description of office layout at the Barombong District Office, 2) To find out how the performance of employees at the Barombong District Office, 3) To find out whether there is an influence of office layout on employee performance at the Barombong District Office. Data collection used primary data obtained from employees of the Barombong sub-district office who were then used as respondents using a saturated sample where all members of the population were used as samples from the results of primary data collected through distributing questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that partially good office layout had a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that the proposed hypothesis was accepted. This study has a strong influence between the two variables compared to previous studies which only had a moderate effect.

Abstract

The implementation of online learning during covid-19 is a learning model that is now applied throughout Indonesia, as a form of government policy in an effort to reduce the chain of transmission of covid-19 in the country. This research was carried out with the aim of determining the level of effectiveness of the implementation of online learning during covid-19 (Study in the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State Universitas Negeri Makassar). This research uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive type of research. The population in this study was students of the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Makassar, class of 2018 – 2020 with a total of 1,050 people.  The total sample was 15%, which was 157 people. Data collection is carried out with various techniques including observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is percentage analysis. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of the implementation of online learning during Covid-19 (Study in the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Makassar) is classified as effective in terms of indicators of the presence of content or learning materials relevant to learning objectives, using appropriate learning methods, using learning media in various formats such as texts,  visual, video, multimedia, etc., and can occur synchronously or asynchronously.

Abstract

Community participation is the main asset in achieving the government's program goals. This study aims to determine community participation in development at Baringeng Village, Soppeng regency. Therefore, to find out the objectives of this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were (7 peoples) using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community participation in development at Baringeng village, Soppeng regency was in the high category. This can be viewed from several indicators, including thought participation, energy participation, property participation, skills participation, and social participation.

Abstract

The culture of employee work discipline is used as a habit of self-actualization in realizing attitudes and behaviors that can reflect obedience and compliance with the regulations that have been set by the organization to create quality employees. Research objectives to determine an overview of the effectiveness level of employee discipline culture in the Office of the Environment and Forestry Office of Sinjai Regency and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the employee work discipline culture. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data presented through the frequency table and processed through the technique of calculating scores. The data analysis technique in this study uses the percentage formula. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of the employee discipline culture was in the very effective category in terms of punctuality, using office equipment properly. This research can be used as a reference to determine the level of work discipline and awareness of employees at the Office of the Environment and Forestry Office of Sinjai Regency. Because there are still employees who still do not comply with the regulations that have been set.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the optimization of the application of the online system in the management of correspondence at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Makassar. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis presented in this study is: data condensation, presenting data and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the optimization of the application of the online system in the management of correspondence at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Makassar is classified as less than optimal based on the following aspects: security which is considered poor has not been proven to be 100% secure; Speed and accuracy are said to be poor looking depending on the internet connection; The accountability of the Gmail spreadsheet letter numbering is said to be poor, seen by employees who are less able to maintain the confidentiality of the letter numbering; the linkage of the letter numbering is said to be good seen from the employees in the two sub-sections who can use it well; the standardization of letter numbering is said to be poor seen from employees who are not careful enough to pay attention to the filling column; Effective and efficient is said to be not good, judging from its use it has not run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Comparison of the realm of learning between offline and online learning in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Makassar. This study aims to compare the realm of learning between offline and online learning in the Office Administration Education Study Program FIS-H UNM. To determine the purpose of the study, an ex post facto quantitative research approach was used with a comparative level of explanation. Respondents in this study amounted to 93 people using data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were then processed using data analysis techniques consisting of descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that offline learning was in the very good category while online learning was in a good category. For the results of student academic achievement during offline learning, academic achievement or semester achievement index (IPS) is higher than academic achievement or semester achievement index (IPS) during online learning at the Office Administration Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Makassar. Based on the analysis of variance (ANAVA) and t-test conducted, it was stated that there was no significant difference in student academic achievement between offline and online learning in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of internships on the development of soft skills of Office Administration Education Students, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. The population in this study was 95 people and the sample was 95 people. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics using percentages and for inferential statistical analysis techniques using data normality tests, moment product correlation analysis, simple line ar regression analysis andpartial t tests.  From the test results show that the indicators of the internship variable are in the very good category while the learning motivation variable is in the very high category. Based on the results of the product moment correlation analysis, there is a relationship between the two variables. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between internships on the development of soft skilss Office Administration Education Students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University
