Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji konsep, tujuan, kriteria, strategi, dan pengaruh pengelompokan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menelaah buku, artikel ilmiah, dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengelompokan membantu penyesuaian layanan belajar dengan karakteristik peserta didik, sehingga mampu meningkatkan partisipasi, motivasi, serta capaian akademik. Berbagai bentuk pengelompokan, seperti berdasarkan kemampuan, minat, bakat, dan kebutuhan khusus, memberi peluang bagi guru untuk menerapkan pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif. Namun, pengelompokan juga berpotensi menimbulkan stigma, ketimpangan layanan, dan penurunan kepercayaan diri apabila diterapkan tanpa perencanaan yang tepat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelompokan perlu dirancang dan dievaluasi secara berkelanjutan agar efektif meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

The success of extracurricular activity management is largely determined by the principal's leadership. The principal not only serves as a policy administrator but also as a key actor in mobilizing all school resources to ensure the effective and sustainable running of extracurricular activities. One of the principal's strategic roles is as a facilitator, ensuring the availability of facilities, infrastructure, policy support, and access to internal and external school resources. The development of students’ interests and talents through extracurricular activities is an integral part of education oriented toward character building and non-academic skills, in which the success of implementation is strongly influenced by the school principal’s leadership as a facilitator. This qualitative case study describes the principal’s role, challenges, and solutions in developing students’ interests and talents through extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat using interviews, observations, and documentation analyzed with the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings indicate that the principal actively facilitates extracurricular activities through the provision of facilities, policy support, and coordination with teachers, while addressing limitations in facilities, budget, and teachers’ workload through adaptive and contextual leadership strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan hasil pengamatan peneliti di lapangan yang menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK ABA IV Kota Jambi yang masih belum berkembang. Hal ini terlihat dari sebagian besar anak masih belum belum bisa membuat hasil karya yang baru tanpa diberi contoh oleh guru, dan kurangnya keingintahuan pada anak dalam kegiatan serta anak belum bisa menunjukkan inisiatif saat melakukan hal-hal baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas bermain bombik terhadap kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK ABA IV Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Desain yang dipakai adalah Pre-Eksperimental Design dengan bentuk One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini di TK ABA IV Kota Jambi 136 anak. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Sampling Purposive, yang berjumlah 17 anak. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil perhitungan rata-rata skor pre-test sebesar 13,941 dengan jumlah skor 237 dan rata-rata skor post-test sebesar 23,824 dengan jumlah skor 405. Diperoleh nilai rata-rata tes akhir lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata tes awal selisih 9,883 dengan perbedaan nilai tes awal dan tes akhir adalah relevan. Kemudian didapat uji hipotesis bahwa t hitung > t tabel yaitu 38.601 > 2.131 pada taraf signifikan = 0,05 hal ini berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari Aktivitas Bermain Bombik Terhadap Kreativitas Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK ABA IV Kota Jambi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas bermain bombik dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini di sekolah dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of the work environment on the job satisfaction of honorary teachers at Senior High School Tanjung Jabung Barat. This research method is included in survey research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The research data sources are primary data, namely questionnaires, and secondary data, namely Basic Education Data and related articles. The study's results revealed a significant and simultaneous influence between the work environment and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of honorary teachers at Senior High School Tanjung Jabung Barat. So that work environment and organizational culture factors are given more attention to improving the job satisfaction of honorary teachers at Senior High School Tanjung Jabung Barat. The novelty of this study lies in the in-depth analysis of the role of the work environment and organizational culture in improving the job satisfaction of honorary teachers, with the implication that strategies to strengthen both factors can significantly improve their welfare and performance at Senior High School Tanjung Jabung Barat.

Abstract

This research aims at knowing the influence of discipline in learning and educational interactions partially and simultaneously on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research used descriptive quantitative method. In terms of data collection, this research used instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to students and student grades. The population used in this study were 122 students in class XI and 67 students were selected as samples. The sample calculation was done by interpolation, simple random sampling was used in the distribution. This research used simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis as the data analysis techniques. The result shows that: (1) There is a partially significant influence between discipline in learning on the results of 0.444, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted; (2) There is a partially significant influence between educational interactions on student learning outcomes of 0.320, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted; and (3) There is a significant simultaneous influence between discipline in learning and educational interaction on student learning outcomes of 0.602. Hence, it can be concluded that discipline in learning and educational interactions both have an influence on student learning outcomes. Researchers suggest that teachers should be able to emerge student discipline in learning, make better interactions, encourage students to actively interact during the learning process.

Abstract

The ability of library staff in building visitors’ trust and assurance determines customer satisfaction and service quality. The purpose of this research is to find out the improvement of customer satisfaction through the application of smiling and greeting in circulation service at the library of Jambi University. This research is a service action research. The subjects were 30 students of Jambi University. This research was conducted in two cycles, using steps in action research which included planning, action, evaluation and reflection. This research was conducted collaboratively between researchers as observers and library staff as service providers. Data collection techniques used in this study include questionnaires, observations, interviews, and check lists. The result of this study obtained the percentage of customer satisfaction before the implementation of service is 48% with a moderate level, then increased by 17% to 67% with a high level in the first cycle and in the second cycle increased by 14% to 81% which is the highest level achieved due to morning greetings with hands folded in front of the chest, smiling teeth and small talks that ask questions related to customers’ personal.

Abstract

This research and development (R&D) study aims to develop and evaluate the validity and practicality of integrated teaching materials based on the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach with deep learning principles to enhance the mathematical understanding of fourth-grade elementary school students. The study was conducted in response to the challenge of teachers' limited competence in designing teaching tools that are responsive to students' diverse needs and characteristics, a key requirement of Indonesia's Independent Curriculum. The ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) was employed as the systematic development framework. The subjects were students from SDN 131/IV, SDN 42/IV, and SDN 64/IV in Jambi City. Data were collected through validation sheets by experts and practicality questionnaires administered to teachers and students. The results demonstrated that the developed teaching materials achieved a very high validity level, with an average score of 97.36% across media, content, and language aspects. Furthermore, practicality tests showed consistently high scores from both teachers and students across all three schools, with averages above 89%, categorized as "Good Practicality." The findings indicate that the deep learning-based TaRL integrated teaching material is a valid, practical, and effective tool for facilitating personalized, engaging, and collaborative mathematics learning, ultimately supporting the goals of differentiated instruction within the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dengan populasi seluruh guru SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, serta pengaruh antar variabel melalui uji parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru. Namun, secara simultan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pengujian simultan kedua variabel tersebut menggunakan analisis SmartPLS pada konteks sekolah menengah atas negeri di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, sehingga memberikan kontribusi empiris dalam pengembangan manajemen pendidikan berbasis data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, kendala yang dihadapi dan upaya dalam implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SMA Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi yang dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi selama dua bulan dengan cara observasi,wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Setelah data dikumpulkan , data dianalisis secara pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis fenomenologi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum terbagi menjadi 4 Tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Pada tahap perencanaan, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum mengarahkan seluruh guru untuk menyusun rancangan pembelajaran terlebih dahulu, kemudian menyesuaikannya dengan hasil pemetaan kebutuhan belajar peserta didik. Pada tahap pengorganisasian, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum melaksanakansosialisasi terkait konsep dan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, serta mengadakan berbagai kegiatan penguatan kompetensi guru seperti workshop, in house training dan seminar. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, strategi yng diterapkan melalui penguatan komunitas belajar mata pelajaran dan lintas mata pelajaran sebagai wadah berbagi pengalaman, diskusi kendala dan refleksi praktik pembelajaran upaya mengatasi kendala tersebut, wakakur melakukan penguatan komunitas belajaar guru, peningkatann pendampinggan teknis melalui monitoring dan observasi kelas, penguatan pelatihan berbasis praktik, serta evaluasi dan pendampingan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven transformation in academic supervision practices; however, its implementation in schools remains largely conventional, administrative, and not yet optimal in supporting teachers’ professional development. This study aims to analyze the transformation of academic supervision through the integration of digital technology based on empirical research findings over the past ten years. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, consisting of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages based on PRISMA guidelines. The findings indicate that the integration of digital technology in academic supervision contributes to four main aspects: improving the efficiency of supervision implementation, strengthening documentation and learning monitoring, enhancing teachers’ professional competence and digital literacy, and transforming supervision models into more flexible, collaborative, and adaptive approaches. Therefore, the integration of digital technology in academic supervision not only functions as a technical support tool but also serves as a strategic approach to improving the quality of learning and teachers’ professionalism in the digital era.
