Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek fundamental dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, khususnya pada sekolah berasrama yang menempatkan pembinaan sikap dan perilaku sebagai bagian integral dari proses pembelajaran. Seribu Bulan Boarding School Tenjo, Bogor menerapkan Program Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK) sebagai strategi untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Program Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di lingkungan sekolah berasrama. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi pimpinan sekolah, pembina LDK, serta siswa peserta program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi LDK dilakukan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang terstruktur. Program ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan karakter siswa, terutama pada aspek kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, kemandirian, dan keberanian memimpin melalui pembagian peran, latihan lapangan, serta refleksi kegiatan. Namun, pelaksanaan program masih menghadapi kendala berupa perbedaan kesiapan siswa dan keterbatasan pelatihan fasilitator. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Program LDK memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di sekolah rumah yatim berasrama.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the use of SE-TG (Sport Education Model-Traditional Games) used in physical education learning at SMK 45 Lembang on Self-Eficacy. The research methodology used is Experimental Designs with Random Assignment sampling. The population in this study were 10 grade XI students of SMK 45 Lembang, totaling 300 people. The sampling technique used was Simple Random Sampling technique, so that 60 students were randomly taken and divided into two groups, where 30 students studied with SE-TG and 30 students studied with the conventional model. The results showed that in the Experimental group, the t-value -4.271, P Value 0.000 and in the control group, the t-value -0.410, P Value 0.681. This means that there was an increase in Self-Eficacy in the experimental group and there was no increase in Self-Eficacy in the control group. The results of the difference test show that for the Self-Eficacy variable, the Z value is -3.190 with P Value 0.001. This means that SE-TG learning has a better influence on Self-Eficacy than the Conventional Model of students at SMK 45 Lembang. For further research, it is very interesting if the concept of the Sport Education Model in collaboration with Traditional Games (SE-TG) can be applied to other physical education materials such as athletics, small ball games, gymnastics and games in the concept of movement (locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative) so that the research results from this concept become more complete.

Abstract

Halal retail is not only required to sell certified products, but also ensure that pricing and promotion strategies are carried out fairly and transparently so that they are in line with sharia maq??id. This study aims to analyze the practices of discounts, bundling, and loyalty programs in halal retail and assess their suitability with the principles of gharar prevention, property protection, and consumer benefit. The research method used was a qualitative case study through semi-structured interviews with managers and frontline officers, observation of the promotion process at the shelves and cashiers, as well as a review of promotional documents and loyalty program provisions. The results show that discounts are effective in attracting visits, bundling contributes to increased transaction value, and loyalty programs strengthen customer retention. However, a number of risks were found, including inconsistency between labels and systems, unclear conditions, and limited information about unit prices and point validity. As an implementive recommendation, this study offers indicators of promotion governance based on transparency, equity of access, and correction mechanisms. The analytical framework used combines Islamic marketing ethics with Islamic pricing principles to interpret findings and formulate operational improvements that can be audited periodically.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the pattern of agricultural land rental that occurs in the community and examine its suitability with the principles of the ijarah contract from an Islamic perspective. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a field study approach (Field Research). Data were obtained through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with farmers or land tenants. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the system used by land tenants is to use an annual rental pattern system, a seasonal intercropping system with the main commodity being rice. In practice, it generally uses verbal agreements based on trust. Among the villages studied, there are differences in price due to factors such as soil fertility quality and irrigation access. There are several factors that influence land rental, namely land conditions and water availability, social relations between owners and tenants and religious factors. Viewed from an Islamic perspective, this agricultural land rental pattern can generally be justified as long as it meets the pillars and requirements of the ijarah contract, such as clarity of the lease object, the contract is carried out with the consent of both parties, and the practice takes place in the context of mutual assistance and mutual respect for each other. However, there needs to be an increase in public understanding about the importance of transparency and clarity of rental contracts in order to avoid practices that lead to gharar (unclarity) and potential disputes in the future.

Abstract

Physical activity during adolescence plays a vital role in supporting optimal physical and mental development. This study aimed to assess physical activity levels and sedentary behavior among junior high school students in Thousand Islands regency of Jakarta, Indonesia. The research involved 215 students from grades VII and VIII, consisting of 104 males and 109 females. Physical activity levels were assessed using a modified version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) tailored for adolescents. The results indicated that the majority of students on both islands demonstrated moderate to high levels of physical activity, with a relatively low prevalence of sedentary behavior. These findings suggest that the students’ engagement in active routines is influenced by the geographic and socio-cultural characteristics of their island environment, which promote outdoor and communal activities. However, a small portion of students reported low activity levels, emphasizing the need for context-sensitive interventions to sustain and enhance active behaviors. This study highlights the importance of integrating localized health promotion strategies to prevent the long- term risks of obesity, metabolic disorders, and mental health challenges. The results serve as a valuable reference for health policymakers and educators in designing effective physical activity programs for youth in remote and coastal communities. Abstract

Abstract: Yayasan Orangutan Sumatera Lestari – Orangutan Information Centre (YOSL- OIC) is a non-governmental organization tasked with preserving and protecting orangutans (Pongo Abelii) and their forest habitat in Sumatra. Along with the development of a company, the number of assets will also continue to increase from year to year. Currently, asset data management at YOSL-OIC has not been carried out optimally only with the help of Microsoft office excel. A common problem in asset data management is the difficulty for administrators in searching for inventory data and creating inventory reports, which takes a long time, resulting in inaccurate data and an inefficient process. Therefore, YOSL-OIC requires a web-based asset management information system (SIMASET) to facilitate the monitoring and tracking of all assets. Conventional asset data management can be addressed by building a web-based inventory information system. In this system, asset depreciation is calculated using the straight-line method, which is widely used by various companies due to its simplest application in accounting. This system is considered more efficient and practical because it is easy to operate and can be accessed anytime and anywhere via a browser, allowing for quick, precise, and accurate searches for asset data. Abstrak: Yayasan Orangutan Sumatera Lestari – Orangutan Information Centre (YOSL- OIC) adalah salah satu Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat yang bertugas melestarikan dan melindungi orangutan (Pongo Abelii) dan habitat hutan mereka di Sumatera. Seiring dengan berkembangnya suatu perusahaan maka jumlah aset juga akan terus bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Pengelolaan data aset pada YOSL-OIC saat ini masih belum dilakukan dengan maksimal hanya dengan bantuan Microsoft office excel. Permasalahan yang kerap muncul dalam pengelolaan data aset adalah kesulitan admin dalam mencari data barang serta membuat laporan inventaris, yang membutuhkan waktu lama sehingga menghasilkan data yang kurang akurat dan prosesnya pun menjadi tidak efisien. Oleh sebab itu, YOSL-OIC memerlukan sistem informasi manajemen aset (SIMASET) berbasis web untuk membantu pemantauan dan pelacakan seluruh aset agar lebih mudah dilakukan. Pengelolaan data aset yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional dapat diatasi dengan membangun sistem informasi inventaris barang berbasis web. Dalam sistem ini, perhitungan penyusutan nilai aset menggunakan metode garis lurus (Straight Line Method), yang banyak digunakan oleh berbagai perusahaan karena penerapannya paling sederhana dalam akuntansi. Sistem ini dinilai lebih efisien dan praktis karena mudah dioperasikan serta dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja melalui browser, sehingga pencarian data barang dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Abstract

Mathematical literacy is an essential 21st-century competency; however, PISA reports indicate that Indonesian middle school students’ performance remains low. This gap highlights the urgency of implementing instructional strategies that promote meaningful contextual problem-solving. This study aims to examine the effect of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on students’ improvement in mathematical literacy in statistics, while accounting for their early mathematical abilities (EMA). This study used a quasi-experimental, non-equivalent control group design involving 64 seventh-grade students from a junior high school in Bandung. Data were collected through pretest and posttest and analyzed using N-gain scores, a one-tailed independent t-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The results revealed that the mean N-gain of the PBL group was 0.4752 (moderate), higher than that of the direct instruction group at 0.2157 (low). The difference was statistically significant (Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05). Based on EMA levels, the mean N-gain scores were 0.7989 (high) for high EMA, 0.4077 (moderate) for medium EMA, and 0.4486 (moderate) for low EMA students. ANOVA results indicated significant differences among EMA categories (Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05). This finding suggests that PBL influences improvements in mathematical literacy and accounts for students' initial abilities.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan guru pendidikan jasmani pada tingkat sekolah menengah pertama di Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat mengenai penggunaan permainan tradisional dalam materi lompat jauh dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan One Sample Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi adalah guru pendidikan jasmani sekolah menengah pertama di Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat sebanyak 50 orang dan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Instrumen tes yaitu angket kesesuaian materi lompat jauh menggunakan permainan tradisional. Hasil menunjukan pada tahap awal t -2.428, sig. 0.022, tahap tolakan t -3.616, sig 0.001, tahap melayang t -4.093, sig 0.000 dan tahap mendarat t -3.213, sig. 0.003. Hal ini berarti pelatihan permainan tradisional pada materi lompat jauh dapat memberikan manfaat yang positif bagi guru pendidikan jasmani MGMP PJOK SMP Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Timbang Lawan, Dusun IX, dengan tujuan memanfaatkan limbah pelepah kelapa sawit melalui proses fermentasi sebagai pakan alternatif bagi sapi. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasarkan pada ketersediaan pelepah sawit yang melimpah namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan fermentasi limbah sawit dengan penambahan mikroorganisme, serta pendampingan kepada peternak dalam penerapan teknologi tersebut. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 1 peternak dengan uji coba pada 4 ekor sapi potong. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknik fermentasi dengan larutan EM4 dan molase, serta pendampingan penerapan teknologi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peternak sebesar 80% (berdasarkan kuesioner) dan keterampilan peternak dalam mengolah limbah pelepah sawit, konsumsi pakan sapi meningkat 15%, dan biaya pakan turun hingga 25% dibandingkan pakan hijauan konvensional. Selain memberikan manfaat ekonomi, kegiatan ini juga berkontribusi pada pengurangan limbah pertanian dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap teknologi pakan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan pelepah sawit fermentasi berpotensi menjadi solusi nyata dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan ternak di pedesaan.

Abstract

Cassava (Manihot esculenta) is a strategic agricultural commodity whose productivity is frequently threatened by leaf diseases such as bacterial blight, brown streak, green mottle, and mosaic disease. Manual identification by humans tends to be subjective, time-consuming, and prone to error. This study aims to develop an automatic and intelligent Cassava leaf disease classification system based on Deep Learning that is both accurate and efficient. To overcome the computational burden of conventional models and address real-world data challenges, such as class imbalance and lighting variations, this research proposes the use of the EfficientNet architecture combined with the Transfer Learning method. The model utilizes pre-trained weights from ImageNet to accelerate convergence and optimize visual feature extraction. Experimental results on the Cassava leaf image dataset show that the proposed model successfully achieved an accuracy rate of 81%. These findings demonstrate that the EfficientNet approach provides objective predictions with high computational efficiency. This research has significant potential for implementation in portable devices as an early detection tool for farmers, supporting rapid mitigation actions and maintaining global food security stability
