Abstract

Conflicts in educational institutions can have a significant positive or negative effect on educational institutions, educators, and education personnel who work there. So conflicts in Islamic basic education institutions must be managed properly to minimize their impact. The purpose of this study is to find the concept of conflict management in Islamic Educational Institutions that is by the values ​​of Islamic teachings. The approach in this study is a descriptive-interpretative qualitative approach. The type of research used is library research. While the data obtained are descriptive narrative data about conflict management in Islamic Elementary Education Institutions, among others; friendship as an effort to prevent conflict, doing bahts al masaail as a form of blocking the occurrence of conflict, tabayyun in the context of conflict regulation, mediator as conflict institutionalization, and finally ishlah as a conflict resolution process.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, teknologi informasi memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung pemerintah untuk menyampaikan informasi publik secara cepat, transparan, dan akurat. Penyebaran informasi melalui internet, termasuk media sosial, memudahkan masyarakat dalam mencari dan mendapatkan informasi. Pemerintah harus beradaptasi dengan memanfaatkan kanal informasi teknologi untuk melayani masyarakat secara daring dan luar jaringan. Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dengan prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Medan memanfaatkan website terintegrasi untuk mengelola informasi publik dan konten media sosial dalam satu platform. Website ini mempermudah masyarakat mengakses berita terbaru, pengumuman, dan layanan publik, serta menyatukan konten media sosial seperti Facebook dan Instagram secara real-time. Penggunaan pendekatan perancangan sistem berbasis objek dengan UML dan implementasi menggunakan PHP, HTML, dan CSS memungkinkan website ini menjadi platform yang efektif dalam mendukung pelayanan publik di Kota Medan.

Abstract

Persis (Persatuan Islam –Islamic Union) is one of the Islamic organizations in Indonesia that has made a significant contribution to the development of education since it was founded in 1923. This article aims to analyze the role of Persis in building an education system based on Islamic values, starting from the colonial era and the independence to the current modern era. Using a historical and qualitative-descriptive approach, this research examines the educational strategies, challenges and innovations carried out by Persis through madrasas, Islamic boarding schools and formal educational institutions. The findings show that Persis is consistent in fighting for education based on pure Islamic beliefs, both through curriculum formation, teacher training and the development of educational institutions. In the reform and digital era, Persis continues to adapt to technology and global needs to ensure the relevance of Islamic education in producing a generation with noble character and high competence. This research confirms that the role of Persis education does not only cover the Islamic realm but also contributes to Indonesia's national development. Contribution: By promoting character education through various community initiatives, including social media outreach, Persis demonstrates its commitment to fostering a generation that embodies noble values while being equipped for modern societal roles.

Abstract

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) merupakan disfungsi endokrin yang sering terjadi pada wanita usia reproduksi. Penyebab tersering terjadinya PCOS adalah penumpukan atau akumulasi lemak visceral yang dapat terjadi pada wanita dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) obesitas maupun kurus. Penumpukan lemak yang terjadi akan mengarah pada proses lain yang lebih kompleks, yang apabila tidak ditangani dapat mengarah pada sindrom metabolik hingga risiko penyakit kardiovaksular. Pengobatan bagi pasien PCOS selama ini hanya berfokus pada pengobatan dengan medikamentosa tanpa diimbangi dengan pengaturan nutrisi, olahraga rutin, akibat rendahnya kedisiplinan dan motivasi serta pengetahuan pasien mengenai pengaruh intervensi diet bagi pasien PCOS. Kurangnya dukungan psikospiritual bagi pasien juga menjadi salah satu faktor rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan pasien untuk menjalankan diet seimbang, dan melakukan olahraga rutin. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran Mitra dalam mendampingi pasien PCOS dalam modifikasi lifestyle dan memberikan dukungan psikis serta spiritual bagi pasien PCOS di Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Sultan Agung Semarang. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pembentukan dan pelatihan tim fasilitator, seminar untuk pasien PCOS yang diisi dengan pemberian edukasi mengenai PCOS, konseling gizi, olahraga bersama, dan konseling psikospiritual. Selain itu dibentuk komunitas pasien PCOS agar mereka dapat saling mensupport secara berkelanjutan. Hasil dari program ini antara lain: media edukasi berupa leaflet, video, dan tayangan digital signage di RSI Sultan Agung, serta pasien lebih memahami mengenai PCOS, mengikuti kegiatan senam bersama, IMT pasien menjadi lebih ke arah normal, dan terbentuknya komunitas PCOS yang kegiatannya dapat berkelanjutan meskipun program ini sudah selesai. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine dysfunction that often occurs in women of reproductive age. The most common cause of PCOS is the accumulation or accumulation of visceral fat, which can occur in women with a body mass index (BMI) who are obese or thin. The accumulation of fat that occurs will lead to other, more complex processes, which if left untreated can lead to metabolic syndrome and the risk of cardiovascular disease. Treatment for PCOS patients so far has only focused on medical treatment without being balanced with nutrition settings, regular exercise, due to low discipline and motivation as well as patient knowledge about the effect of dietary interventions for PCOS patients. Lack of psychospiritual support for patients is also a factor in the low level of patient adherence to a balanced diet and regular exercise. This activity aims to optimize the role of hospital in assisting PCOS patients in lifestyle modification and providing psychological and spiritual support for PCOS patients at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital (RSI) Semarang. Activities carried out in the form of forming and training a facilitators’ team, seminar for PCOS patients filled with providing education about PCOS, nutritional counseling, joint exercise, and psycho-spiritual counseling. In addition, a PCOS patient community was formed so that they could support each other and carry out ongoing activities. The results of this program include: educational media in the form of leaflets, videos, and digital signage shows at RSI Sultan Agung, as well as patients understanding more about PCOS, participating in joint exercise, BMI of patients becoming more normal, and the formation of a PCOS community whose activities can sustainable even after the program has been completed.

Abstract

Harvesting coffee process by farmers generally executed entirety, resulting rainbow harvest. Coffee fermentation with yeast starter cultures Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y612, Candida parapsilosis Y207 and Torulospora delbrueckii Y594 was executed separately to determine the role of starter cultures on caffeine and robusta coffee taste at different maturity levels. The study was conducted at the Indonesian Industrial and Beverage Crops Research Institute in Sukabumi,, from June to November 2022. The experiment used a factorial complete randomized design. The first factor was the maturity level of the coffee and starter culture as the second factor. Fermentation was implemented for 48 hours inoculated with 108 cells/mL starter culture. The results showed that the temperature fluctuated, the pH value always decreased to 4.50 and T. delbrueckii was the starter culture with the highest activity during fermentation. Inoculum-fermented robusta coffee caffeine content was higher than non-inoculum. The lowest caffeine content was found in spontaneously fermented red fruit of 1.39%, while the highest caffeine content was produced by red fruit samples inoculated with C. parapsilosis of 2.7%. Robusta coffee with S. cerevisiae inoculation brought the best taste of robusta coffee with 82.10%, there was no significant difference between the red harvest coffee fruit and the fermented rainbow color with a starter culture. Keywords: Caffeine, Harvest, Inoculation, Maturity level, Starter cultures

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of COVID-19 on the implementation of Industrial Work Practices for Building Engineering students of SMKN 1 West Sumatra. This research includes quantitative research of associative approaches. The population of this study was students of class XI Building Engineering, which numbered 50 students. Data collection is carried out using questionnaires. Questionnaires are used to measure COVID-19 variables and Industrial Work Practices. Instrument testing was carried out at SMKN 1 West Sumatra in class XI students of the Mechatronics Expertise Program, totaling 30 students. The data analysis techniques used are the prerequisite analysis tests, namely the normality test and linearity test, and the hypothesis test used is a simple regression analysis. The results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant influence of COVID-19 on the implementation of Industrial Work Practices for Building Engineering Students of SMKN 1 West Sumatra. This research indicates possible changes in building engineering education methods and emphasizes the importance of flexible skills in response to changing industrial work practices.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One aspect of religious education that is lacking attention is the education of reading the Qur'an. In general, parents are more focused on general education so that many Muslim children who can not read and write the Qur'an. As a first step is to lay a strong religious foundation on children in preparation for wading their lives and future lives. As where the word "pepetah learn as a child like carving on stone, learning as an adult like carving on water". Based on this problem, the teachers of the Qur'an must find a way out or enumeration. One of them is using methods that are interesting and easy to understand so that children and parents are interested in learning and entering their children in the Qur'anic education institution. But as far as the author is aware that there is still a need to improve the quality of the Qur'anic education. Abstract

This reseach aims to analyze the governance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs implemented in Karang Mukti Village in the context of Embung Batu Beureum tourism development. Embung Batu Beureum Tourism is one of the important assets of the village in increasing community income, as well as preserving nature and local culture. CSR has a crucial role in supporting the success of this tourism development program. The methodology of this research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis related to CSR that has been carried out in Karang Mukti Village. The results showed that the governance of CSR programs in Karang Mukti Village has played an important role in supporting the development of Embung Batu Beureum tourism. Karang Mukti Village routinely monitors and evaluates CSR programs that have been implemented. This allows continuous improvement and adjustment of the program according to the needs of the community and tourism developments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a volleyball learning model based on teaching games for understanding (TGFU) for Junior High School Student in SMPN 13 Bekasi City. The research method uses research and development methods adopted from the theory of Borg & Gall. The research subjects in the volleyball passing learning model are upper grade Junior High School students. There are ten steps used in this research, namely needs analysis, initial product creation, expert evaluation, small group trial, product revision, large group trial, product revision, effectiveness test, revision, and final product. The results of the expert validation of Physical Education and Sports learning for the bottom pass of 77.08%, the upper pass of 81.25% so that the is valid. The results of the expert validation of volleyball games were obtained for the lower pass of 79.17% and the upper pass of 83.33% so that it was suitable and easy to use. improve volleyball passing skills worth using. The results of the small group trial obtained 80.73% indicating a good category, the large group trial results were 81.10% with good classification, and the results of the effectiveness test obtained a post-test mean difference test in the control group and the experimental group obtained t0 of 3.386 and t table 1.671 with 60 degrees of freedom and = 0.05. Thus, t0 = 3.386 > ttable = 1.671 or H0 is rejected. The implication of this research is that the volleyball learning model is feasible and effective for use by upper grade Junior High School students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pembelajaran teknik dasar sepak takraw dengan pendekatan bermain pada siswa SMP Negeri 25 Jakarta Model pembelajaran yang dibuat menyajikan pembelajaran yang inofatif dan variatif dapat dilakukan oleh seluruh siswa untuk menciptakan inovasi dalam proses suatu model model pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dan penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Uji coba yang dilakukan dengan memberikan 16 model pembelajaran yang telah dibuat peneliti untuk dianalisa dengan pengisian angket expert judgment. Didapatkanlah 16 model pembelajaran yang dianggap layak dan kemudian dilakukan uji kemenarikan dan kemudahan serta layak digunakan.
