Abstract

ABSTRACTUniversities, as institutions of higher education, play an important role in shaping society and producing future leaders. One of the increasingly popular approaches to higher education management is peaceful values-based higher education management. The purpose of this study is to thoroughly analyze various articles, literature, and research reports related to the application of this approach. The results show that however, the research also points out many important opportunities, such as building an inclusive learning environment, building more moral leaders, and improving the public perception of the college. In addition, the research shows how important the integration of peaceful values in the higher education curriculum and cross-sectoral cooperation are. This research provides important information for higher education leaders, educational practitioners, and policy makers to make useful plans to face challenges and capitalize on opportunities to implement peaceful values-based higher education management, which can have a positive impact on society and the nation as a whole. Keyword: Challenges, Opportunities, Higher Education Management, Peaceful Values

Abstract

This study aims to (1) classify errors in the use of Indonesianlanguage which include the use of spelling and punctuation, word selection,sentence composition, paragraph preparation in the scientific work of FTKUIN Mataram students; (2) describe the obstacles and solutions for the useof Indonesian in writing scientific papers among students of UIN Mataram.This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that is supported by verbaldata writing. Data collection in research uses documentation and interviews.The documentation was taken from the fifth semester students’ scientificwork of the Arabic Language Education Department. The results showedthat the errors in the use of Indonesian language of FTK UIN Mataramstudents included 35% letter writing errors, 45% writing punctuation errors,25% word selection errors, and 20% sentence writing mistakes. The obstaclesin the use of Indonesian in the scientific work of students of the Faculty ofEngineering UIN Mataram are language barriers and non-language barriers.Language barriers in the form of not mastering Indonesian languagerules correctly, and non-linguistic barriers include lack of practice andhabituation, control of the results of writing scientific papers for studentsof the Faculty of Engineering UIN Mataram. The solution that can bedone is to get used to the use of Indonesian language based on languagerules, coaching by lecturers through mentoring writing scientific papers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengklasifikasikan kesalahanpenggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang meliputi pengguanaan ejaan dan tandabaca, pemilihan kata, penyusunan kalimat, penyusunan paragraf dalamkarya ilmiah mahasiswa FTK UIN Mataram; (2) mendeskripsikan hambatandan solusi penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalam penulisan karya ilmiah dikalangan Mahasiswa FTK UIN Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang didukung dengan data verbal tulisan.Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan dokumentasi danwawancara. Dokumentasi diambil dari karya ilmiah mahasiswa semesterV Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakesalahan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia mahasiswa FTK UIN Mataram meliputi kesalahan penulisan huruf 35%, kesalahan penulisan tanda baca45%, kesalahan dalam pemilihan kata 25%, dan kesalahan dalam penyusunankalimat 20%. Adapun hambatan dalam penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalamkarya ilmiah mahasiswa FTK UIN Mataram adalah hambatan kebahasaandan hambatan non-kebahasaan. Hambatan kebahasaan berupa kurangmenguasai kaidah bahasa Indonesia dengan benar, dan hambatan nonkebahasaanmeliputi kurangnya latihan dan pembiasaan, pengontrolanterhadap hasil menulis karya ilmiah bagi mahasiswa FTK UIN Mataram.Adapun solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan pembiasaan penggunaanbahasa Indonesia berdasarkan kaidah kebahasaan, pembinaan oleh dosenmelalui pendampingan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah.

Abstract

The basic principle of teaching is to guide students' learning activities so that they are willing to learn. Student activity is very necessary in learning activities so that students should be active a lot, because students as subjects are the ones who plan, and they themselves carry out learning. This paper discusses the application of the PAIKEM learning model at MAS Assolihiyah Lopan. While the benefits are as information input for education practitioners (teachers and madrasah principals) regarding the importance of implementing the PAIKEM learning model, and as study material for stakeholders for decision-making references, especially those directly related to the problem of teaching and learning activities in madrasas, especially regarding the application of the PAIKEM learning model in schools. madrasa. The results of this study provide positive implications and impacts for teachers at MAS As-Sholihiyah Lopan, namely understanding the PAIKEM learning model and being able to apply it in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Although there are still cases of teachers teaching using a conventional approach, namely teaching dominated by the lecture method. Thus, madrasas still need guidance in order to dismantle the teacher-centered teaching paradigm into student-centered learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Kajian tentang Urgensi dan Manfaat Pendidikan Damai di Politeknik Pelayaran Malahayati. Kajian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik pengamatan, kajian literatur, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa poin penting yaitu Urgensi Pendidikan damai dapat  ditinjau dari realitas bahwa adanya potensi terjadinya konflik antar Taruna/I Politeknik Pelayaran Malahayati. Kebermanfaatan dari penerapan Pendidikan damai di Politeknik Pelayaran Malahayati sebagai Lembaga Pendidikan maritim, dapat ditinjau dari sistem Pendidikan yang dibangun berbasis Asrama dan Kampus serta kajian profesi yang menuntut adanya keselarasan dan implementasi nilai kedamaian dalam mendukung capaian professional kepelautan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi Pendidikan Karakter dan Pendidikan Anti Korupsi dalam menghadapi persoalan moral yang muncul pada generasi Z. Generasi Z, yang tumbuh di tengah perubahan sosial dan teknologi, dihadapkan pada beragam tantangan moral yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan mereka. Dalam konteks ini, Pendidikan Karakter diarahkan untuk membentuk nilai-nilai dan sikap positif, sedangkan Pendidikan Anti Korupsi bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran tentang pentingnya integritas dan pencegahan korupsi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model deskriptif-analitis dengan mengkaji literatur dan sumber informasi terkait pendidikan karakter, anti korupsi, serta tantangan moral yang dihadapi oleh generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Karakter memiliki peran dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan empati, yang membantu generasi Z menghadapi tekanan sosial dan teknologi dengan bijak. Di sisi lain, Pendidikan Anti Korupsi memberikan landasan etika yang kuat serta pemahaman tentang dampak negatif dari perilaku korupsi, membekali generasi Z untuk mengambil langkah-langkah preventif. Temuan penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya integrasi Pendidikan Karakter dan Pendidikan Anti Korupsi dalam kurikulum pendidikan. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan generasi Z untuk mengembangkan karakter yang tangguh secara moral serta mampu menghadapi tantangan global yang kompleks. Kerjasama antara institusi pendidikan, keluarga, dan masyarakat juga diperlukan dalam mendukung implementasi nilai-nilai yang diajarkan di Lembaga Pendidikan.

Abstract

Motor induksi merupakan jenis motor yang paling banyak digunakan secara luas baik dalam industri besar maupun kecil dibandingkan motor jenis lain.Namun dalam kenyataannya, motor induksi paling banyak menimbulkan arus awal (starting) yang besar yaitu (5–7 kali dari arus nominal). Salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan metode pengasutan bintang (Y)-segitiga (Δ). Penelitian ini, dibuat suatu sistem pengoprasian pengasutan motor induksi tiga fasa dengan menggunakan metode pegasutan bintang (Y)-segitiga (∆) yang dikontrol dengan Programmable Logic Control (PLC) dan Human Machine Interface (HMI) sebagai pengontrol motornya. Dari penelitian ini bahwa telah berhasil dibuat rangkaian untuk pengasutan motor induksi tiga fasa dengan metode bintang (Y) segitiga (D) yang berbasis kontrol PLC-HMI dan arduino uno dengan pembacaan secara real time tegangan, arus dan kecepatan motor, diperoleh hasil pengukuran semua sensor memiliki kesalahan pengukuran yang relatif kecil, yaitu untuk pengukuran sensor tegangan memiliki error sebesar 0.86%, untuk sensor arus sebesar 2.697%, dan sensor kecepatan memiliki rata-rata error sebesar 0.27%. dan saat pengujian dilakukan pada motor tanpa beban dan berbeban didapatkan saat kondisi terhubung bintang (Y) tegangan mencapai 220 volt, dan saat perpindahan kehubung segitiga (D) teganganya turun menjadi 216 volt, untuk nilai arus pada hubung(Y) dan hubung (D) cukup kecil dari arus nominal motor yaitu sebesar 4,2 ampere, dan kecepatan motor pada saat berbeban dan tanpa beban saat distart sampai dengan distop relatif sama dengan kecepatan nominal motor yang terdapat pada nameplate yaitu 1400 rpm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi awal tentang potensi energi angin yang dimanfaatkan guna memenuhi kebutuhan energi angin jangka panjang. Dilakukan analisis potensi energi angin sebagai pembangkit listrik tenaga bayu skala mikro di Kabupaten Dompu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan melakukan pengukuran langsung kecepatan angin dipesisir pantai dengan menggunakan Anemometer data Logger. Pengukuran dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) bulan yaitu bulan Mei, Juni dan Juli sepanjang 24 jam sehingga didapat variabelitas kecepatan angin. Data yang diperoleh di lapangan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analitik untuk menghitung besar energi kinetik, potensi energi angin dan konversinya menjadi energi listrik. Dari hasil pengukuran dan analisis analitik diperoleh bahwa Desa Soro, Kecamatan Kempo, Kabupaten Dompu memiliki kecepatan angin sebesar 2,96 – 4,58 m/det, dengan kecepatan angin maksimum 4,58 m/det. Dari hasil analitik menunjukkan bahwa potensi energi angin di Kabupaten Dompu berkisar 154,514 – 294,131 Joule, dan konversi energi listrik berkisar 85,720 – 181,077 Watt yang dihasilkan per jam. Sedangkan total energi listrik yang dihasilkan dalam satu hari adalah berkisar 2057.29 Wh sampai 4345.836 Wh dengan menggunakan satu buah kincir angin.

Abstract

Global warming and the environmental impacts of fossil fuels are very important to understand, especially for the younger generation, including students. Geographically, MTs Negeri 1 Mataram is located in the Mataram city area with a distance of approximately 1 kilometer from the Mataram University campus, which is the place of duty for the team carrying out this service. The method for implementing this service is through socialization and education about the basic concepts of solar power plants, how they work, and their environmental and social benefits through various stages including presentations, discussions, practical demonstrations of PLTS modules, and assessing student understanding through post-tests. and pre-test. Practice demonstration of PLTS modules. Evaluation of the 20 students who took part in this activity showed an increase in their awareness regarding the importance of PLTS in sustainable energy and environmental conservation, because the average post-test and pre-test score was above 83. This is expected to encourage active participation of students in supporting renewable energy in the future

Abstract

The allocation of LPG gas subsidies has increased, putting a burden on state finances, while surplus electricity production is not being utilized optimally. Electrical energy can replace LPG gas by replacing the gas stove with an electric stove. This conversion requires adequate installation to ensure the safe and secure operation of the electric stove. The implementation of the conversion program must be supported by community readiness regarding standard electrical installations for electric stoves in the form of training. Training activities were carried out in Nyurlembang Village, Narmada, West Lombok, as a community service activity. This activity aims to educate and train the public about repairing and redesigning electrical installations for electric stoves. Training methods include lecture, discussion and practice methods. Before and after the activity, participants are given a written test to determine the success of the training activity. The test results show an average score before and after training of 38.33 and 66.00 for the range 0-100. These results show that the training was quite effective with an increase in participants' theoretical and practical knowledge of 27.67.

Abstract

The partners in this service program are students who have behavioral problems, such as laziness, delinquency, and bullying, which have an impact on their academic performance and social relationships. A total of 37 students exhibited deviant behavior, with 15 students selected for special attention due to the more serious level of the problem. The program aimed to change the students' negative behaviors into more positive ones through cathartic, writing, fun, and reflective approaches. Students are expected to be able to reflect on their actions and increase awareness of the importance of personal responsibility within the school environment. This program is implemented through five stages: preparation, problem handling intervention, writing assistance with the cathartic method of reflective fun writing, preparation of written works in the form of an ISBN book, and a comprehensive evaluation of student development during the program. Training and mentoring were conducted in 15 in-person and online meetings. The program results showed an increase in students' awareness of the impact of their behavior, indicated by significant changes in the aspects of discipline, positive attitudes, and improved reflective writing skills. Students also published inspiring books as a tangible manifestation of empowerment through this program. This program successfully provides an effective solution to address behavioral problems through the cathartic method of reflective fun writing, which not only helps students' behavior change, but also empowers them through written works that benefit themselves and the school environment.
