Abstract

Signal interference is one of the main challenges in maintaining the quality of 4G network services, particularly in indoor environments with complex propagation characteristics. This study aims to develop a 4G signal interference detection system based on Software Defined Radio (SDR), utilizing a USRP B210 device as the transmitter and two RTL-SDR units as receivers. The system is designed to monitor signals in real time at frequencies of 800 MHz and 1700 MHz, and to analyze Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) parameters from each RTL-SDR to identify potential signal interference. The test results show that RTL1 consistently received signals of higher quality compared to RTL2. At 800 MHz, the SNR difference between the two receivers reached 21.06 dB, while at 1700 MHz it was 15.46 dB. Although no foreign signals were visually detected in the spectrum, the significantly lower SNR values on RTL2 indicate the presence of non-spectral interference, likely caused by differences in propagation conditions such as multipath effects or physical obstructions. These findings demonstrate that the proposed system is capable of detecting hidden interference through a quantitative comparison between two receivers operating simultaneously. This approach proves effective for indoor signal monitoring and can be further developed to support automation using machine learning techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Nurses at Dewi Sri Karawang Hospital. This study uses Verification, the sample in this study was 102 respondents, a saturated sample type, taking the entire population as a sample. Data was obtained using a liket scale news distributed directly face to face. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS V24. The results of this study showed that Job Satisfaction Variables partially had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment partially had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of Facilities and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees at the Karawang Fire Department. This study uses Verification, the sample in this study was 42 respondents, a saturated sample type, taking all populations as samples. Data were obtained using a liket-scale questionnaire distributed using Google Form. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS V16 tool. The results of this study indicate that the Facility Variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and the Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Facilities and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Karawang Fire Department.   Keywords : Facilities, Environment, Performance, Office

Abstract

Dalam industri pariwisata, pemesanan paket perjalanan yang sesuai dengan preferensi pelanggan sering kali terkendala oleh keterbatasan sistem manual dan kompleksitas pilihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemesanan wisata berbasis web yang menggunakan algoritma genetika guna mengoptimalkan rekomendasi paket berdasarkan anggaran, durasi perjalanan, dan jumlah peserta. Metode ini meniru mekanisme seleksi alam melalui tahapan inisialisasi populasi, evaluasi fitness, seleksi, crossover, dan mutasi untuk menemukan kombinasi optimal destinasi, akomodasi, dan transportasi. Sistem diuji dengan berbagai skenario input, menunjukkan bahwa algoritma mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi dalam waktu kurang dari 5 detik dengan efisiensi anggaran tinggi dan jadwal perjalanan yang sesuai batas waktu maksimum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi algoritma genetika dalam sistem pemesanan berbasis web secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan personalisasi layanan bagi pelanggan.

Abstract

Desa Sekaroh memiliki potensi bencana kekeringan dengan kategori tinggi, bahkan sudah menjadi siklus tahunan. Dampak bencana kekeringan sangat dirasakan oleh masyarakat Desa Sekaroh terutama pada sektor ekonomi dan sosial, sehingga dibutuhkan upaya-upaya adaptasi bencana dalam rangka mengurangi risikonya. Aspek pengetahuan masyarakat menjadi sangat penting dalam melakukan upaya adaptasi bencana kekeringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat dalam melakukan adaptasi bencana kekeringan di Desa Sekaroh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang yang terdiri dari 18 orang pada setiap dusun yang telah ditentukan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan adaptasi di setiap dusun Desa Sekaroh memiliki kategori rendah, dengan persentase sebesar 24,42%. Minimnya sosialisasi, pelatihan dan keterbatasan informasi menjadi faktor utama. Strategi yang efektif dan efisien serta berkelanjutan menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam hal adaptasi bencana kekeringan di Desa Sekaroh Kecamatan Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur.

Abstract

Current source inverter (CSI) transforms DC current into a predetermined AC current. In practice, the DC current are acquired by connecting inductors with the DC power source. Common-emitter current source inverter (CE-CSI) is an inverter where the emitter terminals of the insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) or metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) switches are connected at a common voltage. This inverter requires two non-isolated DC current sources as input power. The two level CE-CSI is the simplest circuit of the CE-CSIs. The circuit was able in simplifying inverter circuits compared to the three-level CE-CSI in case of device number, i.e., diodes, IGBTs/MOSFETs, and gate drive circuits. This paper studied the basic characteristics of the two-level CE-CSI when two reactors with a single magnetic core were used. The inverter circuit was examined and evaluated through computer tests, and experimentally. The two-level CE-CSI was able to generate a low distortion of sinusoidal AC load current with total harmonic distortion (THD) value 1.92%. Test data showed that the magnitudes of low order harmonics were less than 0.3% of the fundamental frequency. Moreover, the inverter efficiency can be increased due to reduction of the power losses caused by power switching devices.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The aim of this research is to provide insight and knowledge regarding the effectiveness of school principal leadership in relation to improving the quality of education. Methodology: This research uses a descriptive approach. This research uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation methods. The research subjects were 30 respondents, using population techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument to collect data on the effectiveness of school principal leadership with efforts to improve the quality of education. The collected research data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Testing research hypotheses uses correlation analysis. Main Findings: The results of this research found that there is a relationship between the effectiveness of the principal's leadership and efforts to improve the quality of education at the Sudirman Islamic Vocational School Ungaran, this can be seen from the significance value <0.05. The significance value is Sig. (2-tailed) obtained is 0.000. So the better the effectiveness of the school principal's leadership, the better the efforts to improve the quality of education. The strength of the relationship can be seen from the Pearson correlation value of 0.460 which is categorized as having a moderate relationship. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research has the novelty of exploring the important role of principals in stimulating innovation, driving collaboration, and building supportive learning environments to improve the overall quality of students' educational experiences.

Abstract

Conventional greenhouse technology replaced by the development of smart greenhouses. In this greenhouse there is an automatic control system. Measured factors of plant growth can be controlled such as temperature, soil moisture and sunlight. Weather which often cannot be predicted causes these factors to interfere with plant growth. In this study a system for controlling temperature, soil moisture and light was made to suit the needs of plants. As a control method using the fuzzy method. This method is suitable to be applied to the control system. In detecting temperature using a DHT11 sensor, detection of soil moisture uses the YL-69 sensor and light detection using an LDR type sensor. Raspberry Pi is the main brain in this control system. The Raspberry used is the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B + which has better than the previous version. The fuzzy method designed is processed into the Raspberry Pi to produce fan output and water pumps. In the lighting system, the light will turn on if sunlight is less than the plant's needs. In the system created this has been going well. This control system is able to measure the degree of temperature, soil moisture level, and light, and control the system according to predetermined parameters

Abstract

Work discipline is an attitude of respecting, obeying, and complying with regulations that are considered as responsibilities. Human resources are a crucial factor for the success of a company in achieving its goals. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of work discipline at PT Vanesa Sukma Mandiri. The method used is qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The population in this study consisted of 18 employees of PT Vanesa Sukma Mandiri, with the need for three informants, namely key, main, and additional informants. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of work discipline in improving the performance of PT Vanesa Sukma Mandiri employees is still lacking, with many employees not paying attention to punctuality of arrival, going home early, and being absent without explanation, which indicates that the level of employee work discipline is not optimal

Abstract

To determine the role of work discipline in improving employee effectiveness at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani, Suka Tani Branch, this study employed descriptive qualitative research, investigating events or incidents that arise in the field, then analyzing them to finally draw conclusions. Primary data was obtained from the responses of respondents, who served as the sample for the study. Indicators of work discipline are the drive and strength within an individual employee to achieve a specific goal. Essentially, employees who lack self-discipline oppose or disobey company regulations. Weakened work discipline will impact employee morale and the company's progress. Observations and interviews conducted at PT PERMODALAN NASIONAL MADANI indicated a significant decline in employee discipline, as evidenced by data on attendance and lateness. However, the study identified issues such as employee non-compliance with work hour regulations.
