(Title: The Effectiveness of CIRC Learning and Sinectic Models on Description Text Writing Skills Class VII Students of SMPN 12 Magelang). The purpose of this study was to identify comparison of the effectiveness between: (1) the use of CIRC; (2) the use of synectics; and (3) the use of CIRC and synectics methods in the teaching of descriptive text writing skill to junior secondary school students. The experimental design that is used is the pretest-post test control group design with two experimental groups, where treatments of CIRC and synectics methods were applied to each group, and one control group got the conventional learning method. The sample of this study was all of grade 7 students of Junior Secondary School 12 of Magelang Municipality.. The data were collected through assessment rubrics of descriptive text writing skills. The instrument was validated through the content validity with expert judgement. The data were analysed by Anova followed by Scheffe test. The research findings showed that: (1) CIRC method was more effective than conventional teaching method; (2) the synectics method was more effective than conventional learning method; and (3) the CIRC method was more effective than synectics method.Keywords: effectiveness, learning, circ, synectics, descriptive text writing.

The dominant values of colonialism influenced indigenous society in defining the status of women and worsening their treatment. This influence can be seen in the concubinage system experienced by the nyai. The figure of nyai not only received systemic oppression, but was also portrayed badly through colonial-era literature. In contrast to colonial-era literature, Indonesian literature in the postcolonial era tries to represent the figure of nyai with her intersectional identity, as well as reveal their resistance to the patterns of systemic oppression experienced in the concubinage system. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative research design. This research design aims to describe the intersectional identity of nyai and their resistance to forms of oppressiveness in Indonesian short stories. The data and information found from the selected short stories will be interpreted qualitatively using Kimberle Crenshaw's intersectionality perspective. The data sources are selected porpusively, namely Indonesian short stories that represent nyai and concubinage in the Dutch East Indies, including (1) Stambul dua Pedang (2013), (2) Racun untuk Tuan (2011), and (3) Keringat dan Susu (2010), all three by Iksaka Banu, and (4) Kutukan Dapur (2003) by Eka Kurniawan. The data are in the form of story facts that include story sequences, characters, settings, themes, and other literary means from data sources that contain information related to the research problem. The data was obtained using reading and note-taking techniques. Furthermore, it was analyzed qualitatively by using Crenshaw's intersectionality perspective. The results of this study show that the intersectionality identity of the nyai in the four short stories above is a woman with charming physique and skills, colonized indigenous race, poverty and low social class, patriarchal system, and colonial system. The oppressions found are intimidation, expulsion, denial of rights as a woman, and murder. The resistance found is utilizing one's own skills, help from other parties, enjoying the role and surrendering to the situation.Keywords: Intersectional identity, resistance, oppression, subaltern, Crenshaw

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the satisfaction level of patients using the Mobile JKN application in Karawang. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the population consisting of patients who use the Mobile JKN application in Karawang. The sampling technique applied is Snowball sampling, where respondents refer other respondents, gradually increasing the sample size. This sampling method was chosen due to the unknown population of patients using the JKN application. Data analysis was conducted using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method and a 1-5 scale for the survey. The research results showed that the overall satisfaction level of users of the Mobile JKN application reached 94%, with the most satisfying indicator being the ease of accessing the application through various internet service providers (103%), and the lowest indicator being the ease of obtaining information about doctor schedules and inpatient services (83%). Based on the Cartesian diagram analysis, there are four quadrants illustrating the service improvement priorities: (1) Priority for improvement, (2) Maintain performance (meets expectations), (3) Low priority, and (4) Overperformed. The findings show that although most users are satisfied with the application, some aspects, such as information on schedules and inpatient rooms, need improvement.

Signal interference is one of the main challenges in maintaining the quality of 4G network services, particularly in indoor environments with complex propagation characteristics. This study aims to develop a 4G signal interference detection system based on Software Defined Radio (SDR), utilizing a USRP B210 device as the transmitter and two RTL-SDR units as receivers. The system is designed to monitor signals in real time at frequencies of 800 MHz and 1700 MHz, and to analyze Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) parameters from each RTL-SDR to identify potential signal interference. The test results show that RTL1 consistently received signals of higher quality compared to RTL2. At 800 MHz, the SNR difference between the two receivers reached 21.06 dB, while at 1700 MHz it was 15.46 dB. Although no foreign signals were visually detected in the spectrum, the significantly lower SNR values on RTL2 indicate the presence of non-spectral interference, likely caused by differences in propagation conditions such as multipath effects or physical obstructions. These findings demonstrate that the proposed system is capable of detecting hidden interference through a quantitative comparison between two receivers operating simultaneously. This approach proves effective for indoor signal monitoring and can be further developed to support automation using machine learning techniques.

This study aims to determine how Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Nurses at Dewi Sri Karawang Hospital. This study uses Verification, the sample in this study was 102 respondents, a saturated sample type, taking the entire population as a sample. Data was obtained using a liket scale news distributed directly face to face. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS V24. The results of this study showed that Job Satisfaction Variables partially had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment partially had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Nurses at Dewi Sri Karawang Hospital. This study aims to explain the influence of Facilities and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees at the Karawang Fire Department. This study uses Verification, the sample in this study was 42 respondents, a saturated sample type, taking all populations as samples. Data were obtained using a liket-scale questionnaire distributed using Google Form. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS V16 tool. The results of this study indicate that the Facility Variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and the Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Facilities and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Karawang Fire Department. Dalam industri pariwisata, pemesanan paket perjalanan yang sesuai dengan preferensi pelanggan sering kali terkendala oleh keterbatasan sistem manual dan kompleksitas pilihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemesanan wisata berbasis web yang menggunakan algoritma genetika guna mengoptimalkan rekomendasi paket berdasarkan anggaran, durasi perjalanan, dan jumlah peserta. Metode ini meniru mekanisme seleksi alam melalui tahapan inisialisasi populasi, evaluasi fitness, seleksi, crossover, dan mutasi untuk menemukan kombinasi optimal destinasi, akomodasi, dan transportasi. Sistem diuji dengan berbagai skenario input, menunjukkan bahwa algoritma mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi dalam waktu kurang dari 5 detik dengan efisiensi anggaran tinggi dan jadwal perjalanan yang sesuai batas waktu maksimum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi algoritma genetika dalam sistem pemesanan berbasis web secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan personalisasi layanan bagi pelanggan.

Desa Sekaroh memiliki potensi bencana kekeringan dengan kategori tinggi, bahkan sudah menjadi siklus tahunan. Dampak bencana kekeringan sangat dirasakan oleh masyarakat Desa Sekaroh terutama pada sektor ekonomi dan sosial, sehingga dibutuhkan upaya-upaya adaptasi bencana dalam rangka mengurangi risikonya. Aspek pengetahuan masyarakat menjadi sangat penting dalam melakukan upaya adaptasi bencana kekeringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat dalam melakukan adaptasi bencana kekeringan di Desa Sekaroh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang yang terdiri dari 18 orang pada setiap dusun yang telah ditentukan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan adaptasi di setiap dusun Desa Sekaroh memiliki kategori rendah, dengan persentase sebesar 24,42%. Minimnya sosialisasi, pelatihan dan keterbatasan informasi menjadi faktor utama. Strategi yang efektif dan efisien serta berkelanjutan menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam hal adaptasi bencana kekeringan di Desa Sekaroh Kecamatan Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur.

Current source inverter (CSI) transforms DC current into a predetermined AC current. In practice, the DC current are acquired by connecting inductors with the DC power source. Common-emitter current source inverter (CE-CSI) is an inverter where the emitter terminals of the insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) or metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) switches are connected at a common voltage. This inverter requires two non-isolated DC current sources as input power. The two level CE-CSI is the simplest circuit of the CE-CSIs. The circuit was able in simplifying inverter circuits compared to the three-level CE-CSI in case of device number, i.e., diodes, IGBTs/MOSFETs, and gate drive circuits. This paper studied the basic characteristics of the two-level CE-CSI when two reactors with a single magnetic core were used. The inverter circuit was examined and evaluated through computer tests, and experimentally. The two-level CE-CSI was able to generate a low distortion of sinusoidal AC load current with total harmonic distortion (THD) value 1.92%. Test data showed that the magnitudes of low order harmonics were less than 0.3% of the fundamental frequency. Moreover, the inverter efficiency can be increased due to reduction of the power losses caused by power switching devices.

Purpose of the study: The aim of this research is to provide insight and knowledge regarding the effectiveness of school principal leadership in relation to improving the quality of education. Methodology: This research uses a descriptive approach. This research uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation methods. The research subjects were 30 respondents, using population techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument to collect data on the effectiveness of school principal leadership with efforts to improve the quality of education. The collected research data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Testing research hypotheses uses correlation analysis. Main Findings: The results of this research found that there is a relationship between the effectiveness of the principal's leadership and efforts to improve the quality of education at the Sudirman Islamic Vocational School Ungaran, this can be seen from the significance value <0.05. The significance value is Sig. (2-tailed) obtained is 0.000. So the better the effectiveness of the school principal's leadership, the better the efforts to improve the quality of education. The strength of the relationship can be seen from the Pearson correlation value of 0.460 which is categorized as having a moderate relationship. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research has the novelty of exploring the important role of principals in stimulating innovation, driving collaboration, and building supportive learning environments to improve the overall quality of students' educational experiences.
