Abstract

Tanjung (Mimusops elengi. L) is a type of plant that is prospective for use in urban forest formation programs, because it has multiple functions. This study aims to determine the effect of onion extarak on the growth of cape stumps (Mimusops elengi. L). This research was conducted from January to March 2019, which was housed in the Permanent Nursery BPDAS-HL Palu-Poso Tadulako University, Palu. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatment concentrations of shallot extract, namely: M0 = Without Provision of Shallot Extract, M1 = Concentration of Shallot Extract 25%, M2 = Concentration of Shallot Extract 50%, M3 = Concentration of Shallot Extract 75%, and M4 = Shallot Concentration 100%. Each treatment was repeated by 10 stumps. Observations included: percentage of life, number of shoots, shoot height, and number of cape stump leaves for 2 months. Data were analyzed by analyzing variables (F test) and BNT advanced test. The results showed that the administration of shallot extra concentrations as ZPT had no significant effect on the growth of cape stumps. Provision of 75% onion concentrates gives better results on the percentage of life by 70%, the average number of shoots 2 pieces, the average shoot height of 0.966 cm, and the average number of leaves in cape stumps as much as 2.6 fruit .Keywords: Stump, Growth Regulatory Substances, Extracts, Shallots.

Abstract

Chicken manure compost contains high levels of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium nutrients that are useful for plants, the provision of chicken manure compost can improve soil structure on lands that lack on organicmatter. The research was conducted in may-juli 2019 at the palu – poso bpdas permanent seedbed, tadulako university, central Sulawesi. This research used completely randomized design method with four treatments, namely S0 = soil without chicken manure compost; S1 = 1000g of soil : 50g of compost; S2 = 1000g of soil : 100g of compost; S3 = 1000g of soil : 150g of compost. Each treatment was repeated 10 times so that there are a total of 40 experiment units. Growth parameters observed ware seedling height, stem diameter, number of leavers, wet weight, shoot dry weight and seedling root, and seed quality indeks. The results show that chicken manure compost significantly ofected the growth of glodokan seedling growth. Treatment S1 = 1000g of soil : 50g chicken manure compost significantly increases the growth of glodokan seedling, as follows growth of seedling height (5,68 cm), stem diameter (1,44 mm),  number of leaves (5 leaves), shoot wet weight (2,96 g), root wet weight (0,64g), canopy dry weight (1,19g), root dry weight (0,55g), and seed quality indeks 0,20Kata Kunci: Chicken Manure, Compost, Glodokan, Polyathia longifolia Sonn

Abstract

Abstract: this study aims to determine how the conditions of socio-economic status of parents of students, student interest in entrepreneurship How big, and how much influence the socio-economic status of parents of interest in entrepreneurship students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Economics Education Tanjungpura the University of Pontianak. Method in this research is descriptive method, forms and methods used in this study is considered appropriate that the form of association studies (interrelationship studies), sample in this study was 89 students. From the results of this study indicate that the contribution of the influence of socio-economic status of parents of Interest in entrepreneurship by 0.8% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Socioeconomic status, interest in entrepreneurship Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi status sosial ekonomi orang tua mahasiswa, Seberapa besar minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, dan seberapa besar pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, Bentuk metode yang digunakan dan dianggap sesuai dalam penelitian ini yaitu bentuk studi hubungan (interrelationship studies), Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 89 mahasiswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pengaruh Status Sosial Ekonomi orang tua terhadap Minat Berwirausaha sebesar 0,8% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata kunci: Status sosial ekonomi, Minat berwirausaha

Abstract

The effect of profitability, capital structure, managerial ownership and independent board of commissioners on the company's value both simultaneously and partially. The technique used in sampling uses a purposive sampling method because in sampling it uses certain criteria. The research was conducted in the period 2016-2018. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 22 program. The results of the study show that there is simultaneously an influence between profitability, capital structure, managerial ownership and independent board of commissioners on company value and partial profitability which has no influence on firm value, while capital structure, managerial ownership and independent board of commissioner have a significant effect on the value of the company.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and describe the influence of budgeting participation, clarity of objectives, and organizational commitment to employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach method, with a total sample of 70 employees in 14 OPD City Malang. Measuring tool using a Likert scale with a score of up to 5 items. Using multiple linear regression analysis and to test the level of significance using the f test and hypothesis testing using the t test with the help of the SPSS 22 program. Partially addressed that budgeting participation has a significant effect on the performance of the city government of Malang, the clarity of the target has a positive effect on the performance of the city government of Malang , and organizational commitment does not affect the performance of the city government of Malang, as well as the simultaneous results that the participation of budgeting, clarity of objectives and organizational commitment affect the performance of the city government of Malang.

Abstract

This study is entitled Application of the Qur'an, Fun, and Quality in the formation of Islamiccharacter in early childhood in the PlayQu and Kindergarten Group. It aims to find out how toapply the Qur'an, Fun, And Quality in Playgroup and Kindergarten Children. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are by interviewing, documenting and observing and analyzing data with data reduction flow, data display, and verification / conclusion. The AnakQu Play Group / Kindergarten conducts fun and Quranic early childhood education, which aims to balance aspects of children's general knowledge and character. So that children have Islamic skills and character in accordance with the Qur'an. The results showed that the application of the Qur'an, Fun, And Quality in every learning process in early childhood in the Playgroup and Kindergarten Children could form Islamic characters

Abstract

his study is a descriptive study that aims to describe the process of carrying out daily assessments on learning Tahfidzul Qur’an in AnakQu Kindergarten Sleman Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques are by interviewing, documenting and observing and analyzing data with data reduction flow, data display, and verification / conclusion. The result is that AnakQu Kindergarten Sleman Yogyakarta carry out daily assessments in the form of checklists and anecdotes in accordance with the 2013 curriculum which are then used as a reference point for what treatment should be given to students in the next learning process

Abstract

There are no teaching materials used by teachers that can foster moral values in students, so it is necessary to have learning materials that introduce the culture or local wisdom of each region. The purpose of this study was to determine feasibility of thematic teaching materials for elementary school class VI theme 1 based on local wisdom. This research method referred to the theory of Borg and Gall, using seven steps or research implementation, namely potentials and problems, research planning, developing initial product, field testing, revision, validation, and final improvement. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques. The analysis used in this research is quantitative and qualitative analysis including learning observation and validation of teaching material products. Sources of data in this study were grade VI students and teachers. From the material expert validation process obtained an average result of 3,41 with percentage of 85% and very good category. The validation from linguists obtained 90% result with an average 3,6 and very good category. For the result of teacher responses obtained an average result of 3,85 total score 3466 with very good category. For the result of the response students, the average result was 3,94 and the total score was 568 in the very good category. Based on the result of the validation and reinforced by the result of the responses of student and teachers, the thematic teaching materials based on local wisdom of Rembang were declared suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to test its effect and to analyze the understanding variables and tax sanctions on tax compliance with risk preference as a moderating variable regis-tered at KPP Malang Utara. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to WP with a purposive sampling approach that has reported SPT. The data technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and moderation analysis of the absolute difference value test approach. The results state that understanding and sanctions affect WP com-pliance. Risk preferences are also capable of modifying understanding and sanctions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Keping (chip) porang merupakan produk yang dikomersilkan oleh Kelompok Pengelola Hutan Rakyat Alam Makmur Desa Rejosari. Luas lahan tanaman porang yang mencapai 150 ha yang dikelola oleh 254 petani mampu menghasilkan sebanyak 120 ton porang pertahunnya. Namun chip porang yang dihasilkan kelompok tani hanya sebesar 0,8 ton. Salah satu permasalahan kelompok tani yaitu penggunaan metode pengeringan konvensional yang memakan waktu selama 6 hari. Selain itu, metode pengeringan ini tidak mampu mengontrol suhu, kelembapan dan lamanya waktu pengeringan secara realtime yang berimbas pada turunnya kualitas chip porang yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu, teknologi mesin pintar AMORSON hadir untuk bisa membantu mitra dalam upaya peningkatan produksi chip porang yang berkualitas dan unggul melalui proses pengeringan menggunakan metode ultrasonic chill drying dengan monitoring real time. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diawali dengan studi literatur dilanjutkan dengan desain mesin, lalu animasi mesin, kemudian finalisasi produk, berikutnya sosialisasi kepada mitra, dan yang terakhir adalah monitoring dan evaluasi. Perhitungan hasil dari penerapan teknologi ini yang awalnya omset petani Rp 4.690.000,00 dari pengeringan konvensional menjadi Rp 11.200.000,00 jika menggunakan mesin pintar AMORSON.Abstract: Porang chip (chip) is a product that is commercialized by the Community Forest Management Group Makmur Rejosari Village. The area of porang plantations which reaches 150 ha which is managed by 254 farmers is able to produce as much as 120 tons of porang per year. However, the porang chips produced by the farmer groups were only 0.8 tonnes. One of the problems of farmer groups is the use of conventional drying methods which take 6 days. In addition, this drying method is unable to control temperature, humidity and the length of time of drying in real time which results in a decrease in the quality of the porang chips produced. Therefore, AMORSON's smart machine technology is here to be able to assist partners in efforts to increase the production of high-quality and superior porang chips through the drying process using the ultrasonic chill drying method with real time monitoring. The implementation of this activity begins with a literature study followed by machine design, then machine animation, then product finalization, then socialization to partners, and finally monitoring and evaluation.
