Abstract

Pada masa Pandemi Covid-19, pihak MTs Alkhairaat Parigi tetap mengadakan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dengan menggunakan beberapa aplikasi online yang mudah diaplikasikan guru dan peserta didik. Hal ini merupakan solusi bagi terbatasnya ruang gerak pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Inilah yang menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan aplikasi Zoom Meeting dalam pembelajaran Public Buildings menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIIA MTs Alkhairaat Parigi Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif mengambil data dari 31 peserta didik untuk menyelidiki bagaimana penggunaan Zoom Meeting dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Public Buildings. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan jurnal refleksi dan tes. Data dari jurnal refleksi dianalisis secara deskriptif sedangkan data dari tes materi Public Buildings dianalisis secara statistik. Setelah menganalisis data, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase peserta didik yang memiliki nilai tinggi adalah 79%, sedangkan siswa dengan nilai rendah adalah 21%. Temuan ini didukung oleh data refleksi peserta didik bahwa PjBL mendorong mereka untuk bekerja sama sebelum mempresentasikan proyek pada Public Buildings melalui Zoom Meeting. Belajar melalui Zoom Meeting membuat peserta didik lebih fokus karena dilakukan dari rumah sendiri dan dipantau orang tua wali peserta didik. Selain itu, Zoom Meeting memberikan pengalaman baru dalam belajar bagi peserta didik khususnya Kelas VIIA MTs Alkhairaat Parigi Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 dan memiliki kesempatan untuk menonton kembali hasil rekaman guru kapanpun diperlukan.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan utamanya adalah meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur melalui penggunaan media video pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris untuk peserta didik kelas XI di MA Ma’arif Sarampu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MA Ma’arif Sarampu dengan melibatkan dua siklus. Pada siklus I ini diperoleh hasil kemampuan menulis teks prosedur pada peserta didik masih rendah dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 51,90. Sebanyak 80,95% atau 17 dari 21 peserta didik tidak mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal, yaitu 73 dan hanya 19,05% atau 4 dari 21 peserta didik yang mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Jumlah peserta didik yang tidak tuntas jauh lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan jumlah peserta didik yang mencapai nilai tuntas yaitu 73. 3. Sedangkan pada siklus II ini diperoleh hasil dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 75. Terdapat sebanyak 76,20% atau 16 dari 21 peserta didik sudah mencapai nilai KKM dan hanya 23,80% atau 5 dari 21 peserta didik yang masih berada di bawah standar KKM. Artinya, jumlah peserta didik yang mencapai nilai tuntas pada kemampuan menulis teks prosedur menggunakan media video lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan jumlah peserta didik yang tidak tuntas. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media video pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur pada peserta didik Kelas XI di MA Ma’arif Sarampu.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar bahasa inggris siswa kelas XI IPS 2. Hal ini berdasarkan data hasil ulangan harian dengan ketuntasan minimal hanya sebesar 48,15%. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran daring masih monoton. Sehingga peneliti menggunakan strategi Mind Mapping untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran berbasis E-Learning Madrasah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa inggris Materi Hortatory Exposition Text pada siswa kelas XI IPS 2 MAN Buleleng. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penilaian berupa tes, observasi, dan wawancara. Indikator kinerja yang digunakan adalah persentase ketuntasan klasikal 75%. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Pada siklus I didapat persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 62,96% dengan nilai rata- rata 76,30. Persentase yang diperoleh tersebut masih di bawah indikator kinerja yang ditetapkan sehingga, penelitian dilanjutkan ke siklus II. Pada siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 88,89% dengan nilai rata – rata 82,96 sehingga ada peningkatan sebesar 25,93%. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa inggris materi Hortatory Exposition pada siswa kelas XII IPS 2 MAN Buleleng semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2020/2021.

Abstract

The actualization ​​of religious tolerance is a standard of consideration consistent concept of humans towards mutual respect of other religions by living together without mixing beliefs. This research uses a qualitative case study approach through observation, interview and documentation. The supporting factor for the actualization of the value of tolerance is the goal orientation of each school member, including the principles of wholeness, unity, humanism, and socialism. While the inhibiting factors are based on experience and basic understanding related to religious differences which are influenced by: (1) character and personality, (2) psychological development, (3) parenting pattern, (4) lack of religious teaching, (5) the surrounding environment and culture, and (6) previously established social relations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and service quality with the use of technology on the performance of educational institutions at the National University, with stakeholder satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach with data collection through surveys to various stakeholders of the National University, including leaders, lecturers, education personnel, students, and parents, with a total sample of 200 people. The results showed that Business Process Reengineering (BPR) significantly improves educational institutions' performance, reflecting increased operational efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality of educational services. In addition, the utilization of appropriate and integrated information technology in educational services also shows a significant influence on the performance of educational institutions, as seen in increased student and staff satisfaction and reduced operational time and costs. Implementing BPR also increases stakeholder satisfaction as more efficient processes and better services meet their expectations and needs. Similarly, service quality with effective utilization of information technology increases stakeholder satisfaction through faster service, easy access to information, and simpler administrative processes. This stakeholder satisfaction, in turn, affects the performance of educational institutions as satisfied stakeholders tend to provide more significant support, thus improving the institution's overall performance. Finally, stakeholder satisfaction mediates the relationship between BPR and service quality and technology utilization in educational institutions' performance, indicating that combining BPR and information technology significantly improves institutional performance through increased stakeholder satisfaction.

Abstract

The role of Transformational Leadership in hospital organizations is very important, where hospitals are organizations that have a complex environment, there is a lot of unclear information. With the increase in health services to the community along with changes in demographics, changes in health service technology, and the adoption of new information technology. So performance measurement is important in order to improve the quality of health services. The aim of this research is to find out how transformational leadership influences the success of hospitals management information systems (HMIS). The method used was a quantitative descriptive and verification survey with 181 respondents from 15 hospital in the city of Bandung. The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS). The findings of the proposed hypothesis are that the quality of technology, transformational leadership, and users have a significant effect on service performance. Users can mediate technology quality, transformational leadership and service performance. Conclusion of the study is the novelty of the development of the information system success model by adding the context of transformational leadership in evaluating the success of the information system, where transformational leadership has a positive effect on improving the performance of hospital management information system services through users. Implications of the results of this study contribute to the development of an information system success model that can be used to evaluate the success of information systems in general.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the success of managing the teacher mobilization program in remote areas in improving the quality of education in Mappi District. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were collected using interviews, documentation studies, and observation. Data validation was carried out using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The data analysis technique used refers to the Miles and Hurben model, which includes four stages, namely: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (4) conclusion. The results of this study are that the implementation of the teacher mobilization program in remote areas based on research has gone quite well; in this case, the GPDT qualification target is still not by the initial plan based on the report on recruitment activities made by the UGM Papua Task Force; there are still many teachers who are placed not by the qualifications of the majors of teacher expertise. It was concluded that the program's success in improving the quality of education was effective in producing quality graduates in quantity, which increased every year, and the HDI and GPA/IPM scores increased every year from 2016 to 2021.

Abstract

This research aimed to understand the characteristics of the pesantren’s culture, which is based on transnational culture. This study utilized a mixed-methods approach, including interviews with pesantren leaders and students and participant observations within the pesantren community. The findings revealed that transnational culture within pesantren is influenced by global Islamic discourses and practices while maintaining traditional Indonesian cultural elements. Understanding these characteristics is crucial for policymakers and educators to address the evolving landscape of Islamic education in Indonesia. Further research is needed to explore the impact of transnational culture on the development of pesantren in the future. The Salafi’s Islamic Boarding School, Zād al-Maʿād, was chosen as the research site for that purpose. The approach employed in this research is cultural anthropology with data collection tools in documentation studies, observations, and interviews. The findings emphasize the adaptability of Salafi pesantren to local customs and traditions, showcasing a unique blend of global ideology and local practices that contribute to the movement's continued success in Indonesia. Based on qualitative analysis, the boarding school is also an agent of Islamic preaching in spreading Salafi’s understanding and a center for the cadre of Salafi’s preachers from a young age. The Salafi’s network can use its program to organize various international programs.

Abstract

This research examines the Qodiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah Tariqat's teachings in Palembang, focusing on the individuals responsible for preserving these teachings, their roles, and the impact of these teachings on education, social life, and religious culture within the Palembang Muslim community. The study employs a case study research model conducted at Subulussalam Islamic Boarding School and Aulia Cendekia Palembang. Data were gathered through observations, interviews, and document analysis, with qualitative analysis performed using Miles and Huberman's techniques. The research utilizes a sociological perspective, applying continuity and change theory to explore the development of the Qodiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah order from a social standpoint, including influential figures, teachings, and networks. Key findings indicate that the Qodiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah teachings in Palembang encompass tanbih, tawassul, talqin, zikir, manaqiban, and khalwat. These teachings are a continuation of those from the Suryalaya Tasikmalaya Islamic Boarding School and the An-Nawawi Berjan Purworejo Islamic Boarding School, propagated by figures such as Kiyai As'ad Balkhi, Kiyai Imam Syarkowi, Kiyai Yuda Mulya Angga Sasmita, Kiyai Zaki Mubarak, and Kiyai Hendra Zainuddin. The significance of the Qodiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah Order lies in its role in religious education, aiming to produce spiritually adept students and enhance community spirituality and morality. Moreover, the article highlights specific TQN practices—tanbih, tawassul, talqin, zikir, manaqiban, and khalwat—which showcase the ongoing preservation of traditional elements within the Palembang Muslim community. At the same time, the research acknowledges changes in the Order’s role, particularly in how it adapts to contemporary religious education by emphasizing spirituality, moral development, religious moderation, and the revitalization of ascetic practices. The incorporation of TQN into institutional religious education and its influence on the NU-an tradition in Palembang reflect its evolving function in the local context. By applying continuity and change theory from a sociological perspective, the study successfully portrays the persistence of TQN's core teachings and the adaptations made to address contemporary spiritual and social needs, ensuring its relevance in the modern era.

Abstract

This article aims to examine and compare two forms of contemporary Islamic education development, namely international Islamic education and global Islamic education. This research uses a literature study method using a descriptive qualitative approach, the discussion focuses on the characteristics, scope, curriculum, and use of technology of the two educational models. The results of the study show that international Islamic education emphasises a formal academic system with a global standard curriculum such as Cambridge and IB, while global Islamic education is more flexible and emphasises the spread of Islamic values through non-formal and digital approaches across countries. This comparison is important in facing the challenges of globalisation and the needs of Muslims for quality education rooted in Islamic values.
