Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah di SD Inpres Tasiu II Kecamatan Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju. Dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindak lanjut, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi  kepala sekolah di SD Inpres Tasiu II Kecamatan Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data melaui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, pertama, perencanaan kegiatan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dimulai dengan pembuatan program supervisi, kemudian disosialisasikan kepada semua guru agar mempersiapkan segala hal yang menjadi tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan supervisi tersebut. Perencaan supervisi berpedoman pada hasil supervisi sebelumnya.  Kedua, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah di SD Inpres Tasiu II menggunakan teknik kelompok dan perorangan, tetapi lebih sering menggunakan teknik berkelompok. Dalam melaksanakan supervisi, kepala sekolah melibatkan guru senior seperti wakasek kurikulum. Ketiga, kegiatan program tindak lanjut supervisi akademik di SD Inpres Tasiu II hanya berupa pembinaan yang bersifat umum yang dilakukan dalam rapat dewan guru, selanjutnya guru diharapkan meningkatkan kompetensinya melalui kegiatan KKG atau kegiatan lain yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kompetensi guru. Keempat, faktor pendukung pelaksaan supervisi kepala sekolah di SD Inpres Tasiu II antara lain adalah kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru,respon positif dari guru terhadap pelaksanaan supervisi, keterlibatan pengawas sekolah yang senantiasa memberikan bimbingan baik kepada guru maupun kepala sekolah, dan kerjasama antara warga sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah efektivitas pelaksanaan kegiatan di sekolah yang berhubungan dengan padatnya kegiatan belajar mengajar dan kegiatan sekolah lainnya yang menjadikan jadwal pelaksanaan supervisi tidak dapat terlaksana sesuai waktu yang telah ditentukan, serta kesibukan kepala sekolah dalam urusan kedinasan lainnya.  Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Implementasi supervisi kepala sekolah di SD Inpres Tasiu II telah terlaksana walaupun tidak sesuai dengan jadwal yang  direncanakan. This research aims to determine the implementation of academic supervision of school principals at SD Inpres Tasiu II, Kalukku District, Mamuju Regency. Starting from planning, implementation, follow-up, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of principal supervision at SD Inpres Tasiu II, Kalukku District, Mamuju Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this research conclude that, first, planning the school principal's academic supervision activities begins with creating a supervision program, then socializing it to all teachers to prepare everything that is their responsibility in implementing the supervision. Supervision planning is guided by the results of previous supervision. Second, the implementation of academic supervision by the principal at SD Inpres Tasiu II uses group and individual techniques, but more often uses group techniques. In carrying out supervision, the principal involves senior teachers such as the deputy head of curriculum. Third, the academic supervision follow-up program activities at SD Inpres Tasiu II only take the form of general guidance carried out at teacher council meetings, then teachers are expected to increase their competence through KKG activities or other activities related to increasing teacher competence. Fourth, factors supporting the implementation of principal supervision at SD Inpres Tasiu II include the competence of teachers, positive responses from teachers to the implementation of supervision, the involvement of school supervisors who always provide guidance to both teachers and principals, and cooperation between the school community. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the effectiveness of implementing activities at school which is related to busy teaching and learning activities and other school activities which mean that the supervision implementation schedule cannot be carried out according to the specified time, as well as the principal's busy schedule in other official matters. It can be concluded that, the implementation of principal supervision at SD Inpres Tasiu II has been carried out even though it is not in accordance with the planned schedule.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar membaca siswa SD di Kompleks Bayang Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi korelasional kuantitatif, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 siswa yang berasal dari kelas II-A dan II-B UPT SPF SD Negeri Bayang dan UPT SPF SD Inpres Barombong II. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh guru dan orang tua siswa, serta tes kemampuan membaca untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara kolaborasi guru dan orang tua terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar membaca siswa. Berdasarkan output uji hipotesis, nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi yang baik antara guru dan orang tua dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan menghasilkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca mereka. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan aktif orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran, yang didukung oleh peran guru yang tepat, berkontribusi positif terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar membaca siswa. Kolaborasi ini penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan memotivasi siswa untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of collaboration between teachers and parents on the motivation and reading learning outcomes of elementary school students in the Bayang Complex, Makassar City. The type of research used was a quantitative correlational study, with a research sample of 30 students from classes II-A and II-B UPT SPF SD Negeri Bayang and UPT SPF SD Inpres Barombong II. Data were collected through questionnaires filled out by teachers and parents, as well as reading ability tests to measure student learning outcomes. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between teacher and parent collaboration on students' motivation and reading learning outcomes. Based on the hypothesis testing output, the significance value (2-tailed) of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that good collaboration between teachers and parents can increase students' learning motivation and result in a significant improvement in their reading ability. Thus, this study concludes that the active involvement of parents in the learning process, supported by the appropriate role of teachers, contributes positively to the achievement of students' reading learning outcomes. This collaboration is important to create a supportive learning environment and motivate students to achieve optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the PAUD level driving school in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The subjects in this study were 24 teachers from 4 PAUD schools throughout Majene Regency. questionnaire techniques, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis of 23 teachers from 4 second-generation driving schools in Majene Regency, namely Usman Bin Affan Kindergarten/PAUD with 12 teachers, Asyiyah Barane Kindergarten with 1 teacher, Salabose Kindergarten with 6 teachers, and Muttiamah Kindergarten with 4 teachers, it can be seen that the mean of the implementation of the independent curriculum is 87.75 or is in the interval 75-90 which means that the implementation of the independent curriculum in kindergartens/PAUD driving schools throughout Majene Regency, Batch-2 is included in the "Good" category. Based on the results of the person correlation test, it was found that Rhitung = 0.078 <Rtabel, which is 0.433. So it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the implementation of the independent curriculum (X) and teacher performance (Y). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is no significant influence on the implementation of the independent curriculum on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study applies the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model to the Pancasila subject of class X students at SMK Mega Link Majene. PjBL is an innovative learning that is centered on students and places teachers as motivators and facilitators, where students are given the opportunity to work autonomously to construct what they want to learn. This study aims to produce a collaborative project between students and PKn teachers in making films. This type of research is Research and Development (RnD) by applying the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The research instruments are (1) a test to assess the results of the film project. (2) teacher observation sheets to observe the practice of implementing PjBL in making films. (3) student observation sheets to observe student activities during the film making project process (4) Response questionnaires to the PjBL learning model in the film making project. Based on the research results, the process of determining the film was obtained, namely problem recognition, designing project planning, compiling a project schedule, project implementation and monitoring, project presentation, and evaluation and reflection. The data collected in this study are (1) Expert Validation Result Data; the distribution of the film project design development prototype was carried out complete with an assessment rubric, student reflection sheets, and teacher reflection sheets. (2) Learning outcome data in this case is the value of the film project that has been worked on by students with 5 stages of assessment, namely orientation/problem recognition, film project planning design, film project schedule preparation, film project implementation and monitoring, film project presentation, and evaluation and reflection. (3) Student activity data using observation sheets to observe students working on film projects. (4) Learning implementation data using teacher observation sheets to assess teacher implementation in implementing PjBL. (5) Student response data using questionnaires and given at the end of film project learning.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an effective and efficient Mandar local culture-based role-playing learning tool to improve early childhood social development in Majene Regency. Children at the age of early childhood education, especially in kindergarten, need to interact with their environment to develop their social skills. Through social interaction, children gain experiences that build their knowledge, as stated by Vigotsky. However, the results of observations at Fathinah Kindergarten show that some children have difficulties in working together and socializing. Therefore, this study uses a role-playing method based on the local Mandar culture, namely sirondo-rondoi, in role-playing activities with children aged 5-6 years. The research methods used include observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data collected is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using the ADDIE model which will produce a product of a development model that plays a role in introducing. The results show that the use of local culture-based role-playing methods significantly improves children's social development. The learning tools of the local culture-based sociodrama method have met the validity criteria with the achievement of the average children's activeness in the good category so that children's activities during learning activities meet the ideal criteria, which are in the high category.

Abstract

Pendidik perlu menghubungkan atau mengintegrasikan konsep-konsep yang mereka pelajari. Juga prinsip, keterampilan, dan perspektif peserta didik tumpang tindih dan pembelajaran dalam suasana romantis tidak mungkin terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas model fragmented dan model connected dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif eksperimental dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian di SD Islam Al Azhar 68 Summarecon Mutiara Makassar, pengolahan data, analisis data serta pembahasan menunjukkan model fragmented lebih efektif dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas III SD Islam Al Azhar 68 Summarecon Mutiara Makassar. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari perhitungan uji-t pada posttest yang telah dilakukan dengan thitung (15,49090) > t-tabel (2,10092) yang menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diterima adalah (Ha).

Abstract

Asdar, Analisis Kelayakan Usahatani Padi Sawah Tadah Hujan di Desa Tandung Kecamatan Tinambung di bawah bimbingan Muh. Arman Yamin Pagala dan H. Hasanuddin Kandatong.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Berapa total biaya yang dikeluarkan usahatani padi sawah tadah hujan di Desa Tandung Kecamatan Tinambung, 2) Bagaimana pendapatan usahatani padi sawah tadah hujan di Desa Tandung Kecamatan Tinambung, 3) Bagaimana kelayakan usahatani padi sawah tadah hujan di Desa Tandung Kecamatan Tinambung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tandung Kecamatan Tinambung pada bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2024. Sampel petani diambil dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel 11 responden. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan R/C ratio.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan biaya pada usahatani padi sawah tadah hujan di Desa Tandung Kecamatan Tinambung, dengan rata-rata total biaya (TC) Rp.5.259.815, rata-rata total penerimaan (TR) yaitu Rp.8.000.000 dan rata-rata total pendapatan yaitu Rp.2.740.185. Nilai R/C ratio pada usahatani padi sawah tadah hujan di Desa Tandung Kecamatan Tinambung adalah 1,52 yang berarti usahatani layak untuk diusahakan. Sehingga ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Total biaya yang dikeluarkan pada usahatani padi sawah tadah hujan di Desa Tandung Kecamatan Tinambung sebesar Rp.5.259.815, 2) Total rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh usahatani padi sawah tadah hujan di Desa Tandung Kecamatan Tinambung sebesar Rp.2.740.185, 3) Hasil analisis yang dilakukan pada usahatani padi sawah tadah hujan di Desa Tandung Kecamatan Tinambung layak untuk diusahakan, dengan perolehan R/C = 1,52.

Abstract

Penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SMK Mega Link Majene baru berjalan kurang lebih satu tahun. Olehhnya itu masih terdapat banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru. Salah satunya adalah penyusunan modul Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) sedangkan kemampuan guru dalam memahami kurikulum merdeka secara utuh belum sepenuhnya dimiliki. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka tim PkM dosen melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap Guru SMK Mega Link Majene. Tujuan kegiatan PkM ini yaitu Guru (fasilitator P5) SMK Mega Link Majene mampu menyusun modul P5 yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tahap pelaksanaan PkM meliputi (1) koordinasi dan analisis kebutuhan usulan. (2) Finalisasi kebutuhan mitra yang akan dikerjakan oleh tim PkM Dosen. (3) Penyusunan PPT dan panduan/juknis penyusunan modul P5. (5) Workshop penyusunan modul P5. (6) Pendampingan gelar karya. (7) Evaluasi dan pelaporan kegiatan PkM dosen. Setelah melakukan PkM diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu (1) Tersusunnya modul ajar P5 SMK Mega Link Majene, (2) terjadi peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam pelaksanaan gelar karya P5

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan dalam inovasi teknologi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris melalui eksplorasi kearifan lokal pada siswa SMK Negeri 5 Gowa. Metode PKM ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif, eksplorasi kearifan lokal, penerapan pembelajaran kontekstual, pendekatan project-based learning (PjBL), evaluasi dan refleksi. Lokasi di SMK Negeri 5 Gowa yang berjumlah 24 orang siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan pre-test dan post-test, rata-rata nilai Bahasa Inggris siswa mengalami peningkatan signifikan, dari 60 menjadi 84 setelah mengikuti program ini. Temuan kegiatan PKM ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan teknologi inovatif yang mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih menarik, relevan, dan partisipatif, sehingga mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif terlibat dan mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa selain memberikan manfaat akademik, pendekatan ini juga mendukung pelestarian dan promosi budaya lokal, sehingga menjadikannya sebagai model pembelajaran yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada penguatan identitas budaya lokal siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the characteristics of MOOC-based instructional material for the flipped English speaking class  and the model of MOOC-based instructional materials for flipped English speaking class The researchers implemented the initial phase of qualitative research to achieve their objectives. The study focused on students in the English Language Education (ELE) Department at Indonesian Higher Education, as well as the ELE program's lecturers. The findings revealed that the MOOC-based materials for the flipped-English speaking class were a need analysis to be supportive, accommodating, goal-oriented, and focused on both fluency and accuracy. These materials were diverse, up-to-date, engaging, and motivating. They included both monologues and dialogues suitable for formal and informal contexts, and also incorporated tools relevant to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, such as WhatsApp and Edmodo. The proposed model for MOOC-based materials in the flipped-English speaking class emphasized the integration of key elements: goals, content, activities, venue, and media. The goal was to help learners become proficient in speaking by mastering content that included various topics, language uses, and genres. The model engaged students in nine activities: guessing I, identifying, searching, finding, guessing II, clarifying, evaluating, reflecting, and projecting. The recommended learning venues were both online (using platforms like WhatsApp and Edmodo) and offline (such as classrooms, language labs, and outdoor settings). For media, the model suggested using laptops, LCD projectors, and leaflets during the learning sessions.
