Abstract

AbstractThe Preamble of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (URI NRI 1945) explains everything related to the basic, purpose, goals and ideals of the Indonesian nation in detail. The opening of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia occupies an important place in the state administration of the Republic of Indonesia. The substantive sovereignty of God in the constitutional system of the Republic of Indonesia is a very fundamental norm in the life of the nation and state. This is because that the substance of the sovereignty of God which originates in the Godhead is the life belief of the Indonesian people. Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is descriptive in qualitative form. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of sociology learning in class X students in terms of the quality of learning, of suitability of learning level, of incentives, and of time. Data collection techniques in this study are through interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data collection tools in this study are through documents and archives. Data sources in this study are primary data sources, namely through informants in the study, namely teachers, students and madrasah and secondary supervisors through data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions and verification. Learning effectiveness is said to be effective if students are able to master sociology subjects.. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of sociology learning by teachers in class X is still less effective and needs improvement. The effectiveness of sociology learning in class X is still ineffective, this is due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure provided by madrasas in the learning process as well as the lack of continuous interaction between students and teachers in the sociology learning process which causes less effective sociology learning for class X students at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Anwar Pontianak. Keywords:  Effectiveness, Sociology Learning.

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is entitled "The Effect of Educational Background and Teaching Experience on the Professional Competence of High School Sociology Teachers in Pontianak." Sub problem research: 1) What is the effect of educational background on the professional competence of high school sociology teachers in Pontianak? 2) What is the effect of the teaching experience of teachers on the professional competence of high school sociology teachers in Pontianak? teaching experience of teachers towards the professional competence of high school Sociology teachers in Pontianak City ?.The method used is a quantitative approach. The form of this research is exposed to facto. The research subjects numbered 19 people who were high school sociology teachers in Pontianak City. The results of the analysis obtained a significant value of 0.067> 0.05 so it can be concluded that the three variables are normally distributed, the homogeneity test with a significant result of 0.264> 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the three variables are homogeneous. Hypothesis testing using the two way ANOVA (Analysis of variance) test obtained significant results of educational background and teaching experience of professional teachers by 0.038 <0.05 so it can be concluded that educational background and teaching experience have a significant effect on teacher professional competence. Keywords: Educational Background, Teaching Experience, Professional Teacher Competence

Abstract

AbstractThe title of this thesis is "Social Adaptation of New Students of Sociology Education 2018 in FKIP Tanjungpura University Pontianak". The general problem of this research was how the social adaptation of new students in 2018 sociology education in FKIP Tanjungpura University Pontianak. with sub-problems how the social adaptation of new Sociology Education students toward social values, social norms and social control in the environment of FKIP Tanjungpura University Pontianak. This research used descriptive methods in qualitative form. The tools of collecting data were observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation studies. . The results of the study showed that (1) the social values seen from the ethical values and spiritual values of new students in the campus environment have been applied by students. This is proven by rules, discipline and spiritual activities which carried out by new students. (2) social norms were seen from the aspect of the role of academic norms, the role of lectures and the role of the daily interactions of new students that have never been separated from the three aspects of the norm and have been running well and implemented well. 3) social control through preventive and repressive actions has been committed by the management of the compilation and lecturers in the form of direction and reprimand. This were directly evidenced by the compilation manager and lecturers who gave oral reprimand and gave punishment to the new students who were not obey the rule. Keywords:  Social Adaptation, New Students

Abstract

AbstractThe title of thid research is “the role of sociology teacher in fostering the harmony of religious  for student grade X in SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang”.The purpose of this study is to describe how the role of teacher sociology as an educator in fostering attitudes of religious harmony of students, the role of teacher sociology as a teacher in fostering attitudes of religious harmony among students, and the role of teacher sociology as a mentor in fostering attitudes harmony of students of class X SMAN 1 Ambawang. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interview guides, and documentation studies, while data collection tools are guidelines for observation, interview guidance, and documentation. The results showed that the role of teachers in fostering of religious harmony has been going well enough it is proven through messages about unity and unity, tolerance framed in bhineka single ika and pancasila, the absence of discriminatory and exemplary. But not yet implemented maximally in because during the learning process there are still students who choose to be solitary by choosing friends from their own ethnic and religious, the lack of knowledge about the student's religion, the negative influence of social media, and the wrong parenting pattern of the parents Keywords: Role of Sociology Teacher, Standing Attitudes, Religious Harmony.

AbstractThe title of this thesis is "Social Interaction in the Form of Cooperation and Competition of Madurese and Malay Ethnic Islamic students at Darul Khairat Islamic Boarding School in Pontianak". The general problem in this research is "how social interaction in the form of cooperation and competition between Madurese and Malay ethnic Islamic students at Darul Khairat Islamic Boarding School Pontianak" with sub-problems as follow; How is the social interaction in the form of Madurese and Malay ethnic Islamic students’ cooperation at Darul Khairat Islamic Boarding School in Pontianak; How is the social interaction in the form of competition between Madurese and Malay Islamic students at Darul Khairat Islamic Boarding School in Pontianak. The method of this research is qualitative research in descriptive form. The data collection tools were observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation studies. The results of the study showed; social interaction in the form of cooperation between Madurese and Malay ethnic Islamic students has not gone well and properly yet; Social interaction in the form of competition between Madurese and Malay Islamic students in Darul Khairat Islamic Boarding School has been well established and fierce. Abstract

 AbstractThis research is entitled "Handling of Sexual Abuse of Minors in Pontianak City (Case Study at Nanda Dian Nusantara Foundation)". The purpose of this study is to determine the causes of child sexual abuse and the role of the Nanda Dian Nusantara Foundation in handling cases of sexual abuse against children. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used were interview and documentation techniques. Based on the results of research conducted prove that in West Kalimantan, especially in Pontianak, the majority of cases of sexual abuse that occur in children are sexual violence Familial Abuse (Incest), Extra Familial Abuse, and Human Trafficking. The causes of child sexual abuse are incomplete family, low morality and mentality, deviant behavior of the offender, lack of parental supervision, physical and economic mastery, low education and innocent factors and helpless. Nanda Dian Nusantara Foundation, West Kalimantan is a non-profit organization in the form of a social organization that aims to provide protection for all children through advocacy, legal advocacy, social advocacy, family-based recovery and rehabilitation with the principles of open service, non-discrimination, and free for the best interests of children. Keywords: Children, Sexual Harassment, Nanda Dian Nusantara Foundation

The purpose of this study was to determine the pedagogical competence of teachers in improving learning outcomes in sociology subjects in class X MAS AL-Jihad Pontianak. The method that will be used in this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques that will be used are observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. Abstract

AbstractThis research entitled "The Effect of Multicultural Education and Character Education on Student Tolerance at SMA Pancasila Sungai Kakap". The method used is quantitative, data collection techniques with questionnaires, the number of 86 samples using random sampling. Testing data analysis using validity test, reliability, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The statistical results show that the value of t arithmetic <t table (0.289 <1.671), then Ha rejected. So concluded multicultural education (X1) in partial no significant effect on the attitude of tolerance. On the character education variable (X2) Because the value of t arithmetic> t table (7,882> 1,671), then Ha received. So concluded Character education (X2) partially significant effect on the attitude of tolerance. The result of Fcount in column F that is 30,763 look for F value table according to statistical calculation with df2 (n-k-1) or 86-2-1 = 83, with significance 0,05 hence known value F table is 3,29. Because the value of F arithmetic is 30.763 and 62.121, F table is 3.29 then the value of F arithmetic> F table. Thus Ho is rejected, which means that multicultural education and character education simultaneously have a significant effect on tolerance. Keywords: Multicultural Education, Character Education and Tolerance

AbstrakObesitas dapat terjadi pada polisi dan disebabkan multifaktor. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di Polres Kota Banjarmasin, sebanyak 10,32% polisi mengalami obesitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara pola makan, asupan energi, aktivitas fisik, dan durasi tidur dengan kejadian obesitas pada polisi di Kepolisian Resort Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan case control dengan sampel 84 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 23 responden pola makan sering, 61 responden pola makan tidak sering, 1 responden asupan energi lebih, 83 responden asupan energi cukup, 43 responden aktivitas fisik sedang, 41 responden aktivitas fisik tinggi, 33 responden durasi tidur kurang, dan 51 responden durasi tidur cukup. Analisis chi square pada tingkat kemaknaan 95% menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pola makan, aktivitas fisik, dan durasi tidur dengan kejadian obesitas (p-value=0,047; p-value=0,0001; p-value=0,009) dan tidak ada hubungan antara asupan energi dengan kejadian obesitas (p-value=0,333). Based on preliminary studies in the Banjarmasin Police Resort, the police as much as 10.32% are obese. This research aims to explain correlation between dietary habit, energy intake, physic activity, and sleep duration with obesity of police in the Banjarmasin Police Resort. This study uses a case control approach with a sample of 84 respondents. The results showed 23 respondents diet often, 61 respondents diet is not often, one respondent energy intake more, 83 respondents energy intake enough, 43 respondents moderate physical activity, 41 respondents physical activity high, 33 respondents sleep duration less, and 51 respondents duration sleep enough.
