Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan publik di Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta uji regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan perangkat SPSS V.26 dengan mengambil sample publik yang pernah merasakan pelayanan di Bakesbangpol sebanyak 70 orang. Survei yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner menggunakan Googleform untuk pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) bentuk fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan publik;2) realibilitas berpengaruh sigifikan pada kepuasan publik, 3) daya tanggap berpengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan publik;4) jaminan tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan publik; dan 5) empati tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan publik. Hasil uji simultan diperoleh Fhitung 239,291> Ftabel 3,98 terhadap kepuasan publik dan hasil uji koefisien memperoleh hasil R square 0,779 yang berarti kepuasan publik dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan sebesar 77,9%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on work stress on employees. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The total population at the Class I Penitentiary Bandung is 96 employees. The method of collecting data is through the distribution of questionnaires as a research instrument. The results showed that the work environment can affect employee work stress, based on the value of R2 (R Square) in this study was 0.883 or 88.3%, meaning that the influence of the independent variable was 88.3% while 11.7% was influenced by factors -other factors. In conclusion, at the Class I Penitentiary Bandung, the work environment (X) has a significant effect on work stress (Y) partially. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Stress

Media sosial sat ini perannya cukup penting untuk menghubungkan secara efektif antar individu yang satu dengan individu lainnya, atau dengan kelompok dan perusahaan. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 yang membatasi banyak aktivitas masyarakat, pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram sangatlah membantu. UKM Kolakulaku menggunakan platform media sosial Instagram untuk berkomunikasi dengan konsumen, melakukan promosi dan menjalankan digital marketing karena saat ini memiliki hambatan untuk menjalankan bisnis nya secara konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan platform media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi industri kuliner saat pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif yang menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa akun @kolakcampurkolaku telah memanfaatkan Strategi Digital Marketing dengan memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram sebagai media promosi dengan cukup baik dan efektif. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan relation building sehingga followers bertambah banyak, menggunakan jasa influencer untuk endorsement dan paid promote juga memaksimalkan penggunaan InstagramAds.

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Indonesia, memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan eknomi dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Selain itu, UKM juga memiliki keunggulan lain yaitu memiliki kecepatan inovasi, memiliki fleksibilitas dan biaya operasional yang rendah. Namun dalam perkembangannya, UKM di Indonesia juga mengalami berbagai permasalahan, antara lain hambatan dalam pemasaran yaitu kesulitan memperkenalkan produk-produknya dan memperluas area pemasaran, khususnya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet Marketing. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, telah diselenggarakan Pelatihan Internet Marketing bagi UKM di Kecamatan Lengkong Kota Bandung, yang memperkenalkan peserta pada pengertian, manfaat, metode, strategi, teknik dan lingkungan Internet marketing dengan memanfaatkan Medsos, Blog, Mesin Pencari, Market Place dan Video marketing. Setelah Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan, diharapkan UKM meningkat pengetahuan dan kesadarannya tentang pentingnya Internet Marketing, dan memanfaatkannya dalam pengembangan pemasaran produknya.

The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of work discipline and work ethic on employee performance at the Bandung City Political and National Unity Agency. The National Unity and Political Body of Bandung City has the main task of carrying out supporting functions related to government affairs in the field of national unity and politics. The approach in this study uses quantitative methods in the form of associative (causal). The sample used is all employees, totaling 47 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample, where the entire population is sampled. The data obtained by the researcher used a questionnaire which was distributed to all employees. The data analysis used by the researcher is inferential statistics (parametric) with data feasibility tests including validity and reliability tests, prerequisite tests or basic assumptions of regression, namely residual normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. Meanwhile, for the hypothesis test, F test, t test, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and multiple regression equations were carried out. In this study, it was shown that the work discipline variable had a positive effect on performance with a value of 5.766 and a significant value less than 0.05. The work ethic variable shows a positive effect on performance as indicated by a value of 7.166 and a significant value less than 0.05. The variables of work ethic and work discipline both have a positive influence on employee performance with a value of 25.212 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

This research aims to analyze the influence of creativity and product innovation on competitive excellence Tory Catering in Bandung. The research uses quantitative research methods with observation data collection techniques, interviews, questionnaires, library studies, and library reviews. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 16 use are data Normalization Test Analysis, Pearson Product Moment Correlation, Determination Coefficient, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the results of the study conducted by the authors on CV Tory Catering to find out the influence between creativity and product innovation on competitive excellence, the authors conducted a survey of questionnaires distributed to consumers as many as 120 respondents with decent results use as many as 92 respondents. The results showed that multiple linear regression analyses showed a positive coefficient value of 0.655, indicating a positive influence between Creativity and Innovation on Competitive Excellence. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of entrepreneurship development on the development of micro and small enterprises. This research is quantitative research with explanatory research, with data collecting technique through questioner and interview and sample using saturated sample technique, with Quantitative analysis uses validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test). The results of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurship (X) have an effect on business development (Y) of 77.7%. Entrepreneurship development has a positive and significant influence on business development. Entrepreneurship development conducted by Lengkong Sub-district is to provide institutional guidance, human resource development, financing facility, introduction and development of technology application, production development, marketing and promotion facility and business protection, in the form of socialization, giving facility in the form of capital and non capital as well as various training and mentoring and product development.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at RSUD Sumedang. The author uses a case study method with a quantitative descriptive approach through a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents. The results showed that the services at RSUD Sumedang were good and according to the expectations of the patients, namely by simultaneously providing good services in various sectors. Patient satisfaction reaches 80% of the expectations they want, this shows that patients are satisfied with the quality of service at RSUD Sumedang. The spearman rank correlation calculation shows a strong correlation, namely 0.629 between indicators of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy with patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is influenced by the quality of service by 39.5% and the rest is influenced by other factors that the authors did not examine.

As contemporary organizations go through computerized change, the job of a practical methodology turns out to be vital for any organization. There are different significant perspectives to zero in on while fostering a computerized business system: specifically, expanding the extent of business tasks as well as carrying out the most recent IT answers for make this procedure a long haul "improvement" plan expected to keep up with the feasibility of the organization, execution and add to the accomplishment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Saffa Tjahya Lestari as an SME that produces snacks made from mushrooms has been affected by the pandemic, and is currently struggling to increase consumer buying interest again. Saffa Tjahya Lestari together with other MSMEs must rise and compete, among others, by carrying out halal labeling on products, improving product quality and determining competitive prices. Knowing the effect of halal labeling, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for SMEs Saffa Tjahya Lestari products is the goal of this study. Descriptive quantitative methods were used in this study, the overall results showed that the three labeling variables, namely halal, product quality and price, had an effect on the purchasing decision process for Saffa Tjahya Lestari products. This shows that for consumers of confectionary products made from mushrooms, UKM Saffa Tjahya Lestari, halal, quality and price of food products are very important for the convenience of consuming.
