Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran seorang guru dalam memberikan motivasi belajar bagi siswanya. etode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis. Dalam artikel terdapat landasan teori yang dapat menjadi pedoman agar terfokus pada penelitian yang sesuai dengan fakta yang ada dilapangan. Penulis melaksanakan penelitian di SMPN 7 Kubung dengan menjadikan siswa/siswi kelas VIII dan beberapa guru menjadi subjek penelitian. Masalah yang ditemukan peneliti adalah bagaimana peran seorang guru dalam memberikan pembelajaran ips dan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran ips. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran seorang guru sebagai pemimpin kelas,pengajar dan pembimbing sudah terlaksana dengan baik dalam memberikan ilmu atau pengajaran dengan baik. Motivasi belajar seorang siswa dalam menghadapi tugas, menghadapi kesulitan dan belajar mandiri sudah terlaksana dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using digital-based information systems in Madrasahs on user satisfaction and the effectiveness of administrative data management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Padang Pariaman Regency. The research approach is quantitative with survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical tests with Smart PLS Version 3. The results showed that the use of digital-based information systems significantly increased user satisfaction, with Original Sample 0.727, T Statistics 0.733, and P Values 0.034. However, this system does not have a significant effect on the effectiveness of administrative data management, with Original Sample 0.595, T Statistics 0.600, and P Values 0.062. This finding indicates that digital-based information systems are more effective in increasing user satisfaction than the effectiveness of administrative data management. Therefore, system implementation needs to be improved to optimize its benefits on both aspects.

Abstract

Dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran abad 21 salah satu kompetensi yang wajib dimiliki guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik diantaranya mencakup penguasaan guru dalam menggunakan serta memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada bidang-bidang seperti penerapan kecerdasan buatan atau Artificial Intelligence (AI) dapat mendorong inovasi bagi guru. AI dapat membantu guru merencanakan aktivitas pembelajaran yang kreatif, inovatif, dan kolaboratif yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik maupun guru itu sendiri. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu optimalisasi pengenalan dan pemanfaatan AI sebagai solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru untuk mewujudkan aktivitas pembelajaran dan pendidikan yang berkualitas di Abad 21. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini yaitu kegiatan PKM yang dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan workshop. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan materi terlebih dahulu kepada peserta kegiatan kemudian mempraktekkan pemanfaatan AI yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu dalam aktivitas dan proses pembelajaran. Selain itu dilaksanakan sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab untuk lebih memperdalam pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta mengenai pemanfaatan AI. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket menunjukkan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini terjadinya peningkatan kompetensi dan kemampuan guru baik dari segi pemahaman maupun dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk konten pembelajaran.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is an innovation in Indonesia’s education System that provides flexibility for schools and educators to develop learning according to the needs and potentials of students. The implementation of this curriculum faces various challenges, including the readiness of educators and community support. This article discusses the importance of teacher readiness in applying the Merdeka Curriculum, as well as the role of the community in supporting the learning process. Through collaboration between schools, parents, and society, it is hoped that a more inclusive and adaptive learning environment can be created. This research also highlights strategies that can be implemented to enhance the effectiveness of the Merdeka Curriculum implementation.

Abstract

Manajemen kurikulum merupakan komponen mendasar dalam sistem pendidikan yang berperan besar dalam mengarahkan kualitas pembelajaran. Dalam era globalisasi dan transformasi digital yang berkembang pesat, pengelolaan kurikulum yang adaptif dan responsif menjadi kebutuhan mendesak guna menjawab tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai teori, konsep, dan temuan empiris dari artikel dan jurnal ilmiah yang relevan untuk mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik dalam pengelolaan kurikulum. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas manajemen kurikulum sangat dipengaruhi oleh keterlibatan aktif pemangku kepentingan pendidikan, seperti kepala sekolah, guru, dan masyarakat, serta oleh kesiapan lembaga pendidikan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran. Selain itu, keberhasilan pengelolaan kurikulum juga ditentukan oleh kemampuan dalam menyesuaikan isi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan lokal dan tuntutan global. Diperlukan pembaruan kurikulum secara berkala, penguatan kapasitas guru, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor agar proses pembelajaran dapat berlangsung secara efektif, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, manajemen kurikulum yang efektif bukan hanya menjadi alat administratif, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen strategis dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna dan relevan.

Abstract

Technology integration in the curriculum is one of the important strategies to improve the effectiveness of learning in the digital era. Rapid changes in the field of information technology have encouraged the world of education to adapt so that the teaching and learning process becomes more relevant, efficient, and interesting. The purpose of this study is the need for a curriculum for learning that is more adaptive and responsive to the challenges of the 21st century. A qualitative approach based on a literature review was used in this study. Information was collected from various printed and digital scientific publications. The main goal is to understand the value of integrating technology into the classroom and how to do it effectively. Digital learning applications and interactive media, according to research, can increase student engagement, promote material distribution, and improve teacher-student communication. However, the success of this integration is highly dependent on the readiness of teachers to adopt technology and the availability of adequate technological facilities. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration of technology in the curriculum has a very positive impact, especially on the effectiveness of learning.

Abstract

Curriculum management is a science that studies the planning, implementation and evaluation of a school curriculum including in the digital era. The purpose of this article is to discuss the various challenges and solutions in curriculum management in the digital era. In addition, literature studies and qualitative approaches are used as research methods in writing this article. And then, the results of the study show that there are various challenges in curriculum management in the digital era. More precisely, there are eight challenges faced. These challenges are challenges that come from infrastructure, access, human resources, technological changes to global shifts. Therefore, various solutions are also provided to face the various challenges. The solutions provided do not only involve one party but involve various stakeholders, including parents, educators, technology experts, and of course support from the government and other educational institutions.

Abstract

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Indonesia requires adaptive and innovative curriculum management to respond to the dynamics of educational and technological developments. The Independent Curriculum provides freedom for educational units to design learning that suits the needs and character of students, but its success depends on responsive and flexible management. Without proper management, this curriculum has the potential to face various challenges, such as human resource management and technology utilization. Therefore, it is important to build curriculum management that can adapt and encourage innovation in learning in order to achieve more effective and relevant educational goals.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for developing excellent generations through curriculum management in the digital era. The rapid advancement of technology and the dynamics of global competition necessitate educational institutions to adapt their curriculum management strategies to meet the demands of the digital era while fostering the development of an excellent generation. This qualitative descriptive study employed literature review and field observation methods at several educational institutions. The results indicate that effective curriculum management in the digital era requires integration of digital literacy, critical thinking, adaptive learning approaches, and strengthening character education. Implementation of curriculum management strategies focused on excellence includes: (1) curriculum design that balances academic, technological, and character competencies; (2) integration of digital platforms in learning processes; (3) enhancement of educators' digital competencies; and (4) participatory assessment methods. This research concludes that developing an excellent generation in the digital era requires comprehensive curriculum management strategies that incorporate technological advances while emphasizing character development and critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Education is a pillar of Indonesian national development. Each level of education serves as a process to shape a quality generation, with the roles of educators, students, educational staff, and the curriculum forming the foundation to achieve national education goals. The curriculum plays a key role in building a high-quality system of education. Kursi Merdeka dibuat sebagai pengembangan dari Kurikulum 2013, tetapi masih ada beberapa masalah untuk diterapkan. By giving teachers more freedom to plan lessons and giving students more independence in learning, it is expected to help students become more creative, independent, and critical thinkers.
