Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to describe students' reading comprehension abilities using fairy tale material in class V students at SDN 4 Dersalam and the factors that influence reading comprehension abilities.  The method used is qualitative with an exploratory study approach.  Data from interviews and observations related to reading comprehension skills, there were 26 students in total and 2 students were used for research. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews related to problems that occur in reading comprehension skills.  The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, explaining or presenting data, drawing conclusions and using real or valid evidence.  Based on the research results, it shows that: (1) The students' reading comprehension ability is competent, although there are 2 students who still experience difficulties, related to environmental factors and the influence of the teacher's environment. Their reading ability is good, reading is a top priority, along with the aim of producing competent and skilled readers. It is necessary to have good mastery of reading skills, because it is very relevant to the learning process which involves reading comprehension skills. (2) There are 2 factors that influence reading comprehension skills, namely external factors and internal factors. External factors are an environment that is less conducive so that students have difficulty reading comprehension and lack of support from parents, while internal factors are the emergence of a feeling of laziness in students and according to students reading is boring

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi serta memahami bentuk dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemerolehan bahasa pada anakekolah dasar di Desa Payaman. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode naratif, penelitian ini mendalami pengalaman anak dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa yang dilakukan seorang anak di Desa Paryaman. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi, pencatatan, dan perekaman, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode padan pragmatis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat faktor yang memengaruhi yaitu faktor internal mencakup keterbatasan kemampuan artikulasi anak pada tahap perkembangan tertentu, dan faktor eksternal meliputi kurangnya perhatian dan stimulasi verbal dari lingkungan keluarga serta ditemukan fenomena substitusi bunyi (sepuluh, keluar, kerbau, keluarga , suara, rumah, memang, sendok), penghilangan bunyi (kerbau), dan penggantian bunyi (bus, kucing, mobil, duit, dan ramai) pada pada huruf konsonan maupun vokal. Tetapi terdapat kata yang dapat diucapkan dengan benar yaitu gendong, awan, cinta, dan senyum. Interaksi verbal yang intensif, penggunaan metode bermain, dan pemberian contoh pengucapan yang benar dapat membantu memperbaiki kemampuan berbahasa anak.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the role of teachers in motivating learning of class IV students at SDN 1 Wergu Wetan. The instruments of this research are observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation tools in the form of cellphones and cameras. The method used in this research is qualitative using a qualitative descriptive type, the research subject is a class IV teacher at SDN 1 Wergu Wetan. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data sources in this research, the author collected various reference sources which are the subject of discussion, come from books, journal articles, proceedings, and so on. The results of this research show that the role of teachers is very important in increasing students' learning motivation. To motivate students, teachers have several ways, such as giving appreciation to students, managing the class well, delivering material using teaching aids, and learning objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

This research aims to determine teachers' strategies in dealing with the learning styles of class IV students at SD Negeri Kadilangu 1. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type with an exploratory approach. The object of this research is the teacher's strategy in dealing with student learning styles. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model which consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The data validity technique uses triangulation techniques, namely by comparing the results of interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of this research, it was concluded that there were 12 students with a visual learning style, 12 students with an auditory learning style and 2 students with a kinesthetic learning style. The teacher's strategy in dealing with students' differences in learning styles is to use teaching methods that are easy for students to understand so that with students' different learning styles, students can easily understand these methods. The methods used are demonstration, discussion, question and answer teaching methods and others accompanied by the use of varied media, for example teaching aids according to the context being taught and using IT.

Abstract

This research was motivated by several students in class II of SD 3 Gulang who were still experiencing difficulties in their reading skills. So an in-depth analysis is needed to be able to find out the factors causing students who still have difficulty in their reading skills. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, documentation and interviews conducted with the homeroom teacher for class II at SD 3 Gulang. The results of the research show that there are still several class II students at SD 3 Gulang who still have difficulty in their reading skills because they are influenced by several internal and external factors. Internal factors originating from the students themselves include lack of motivation to learn, low memory, and difficulty in distinguishing letters that look the same. Meanwhile, external factors include a student learning environment that is less supportive, parents who lack attention to their children's learning development, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure which cause students to experience limitations in learning. The strategy used by teachers to overcome this problem is by (1) providing guidance to students, (2) providing attention and motivation to students, (3) applying learning media in the form of letter cards, (4) applying the dictation method, and (5) increase class hours to practice reading.

Abstract

The use of pictorial dice media is an innovative approach in learning to write descriptive text essays. This research aims to provide a description of the benefits of pictorial dice media in learning to write descriptive text essays for class IV students at SDN Mlatiharjo 2. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type with research subjects namely class IV teachers and class IV students at SDN Mlatiharjo 2, while the object is dice. pictorial. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques use source triangulation to obtain different evidence through interviews, observations and documentation. Based on this research, the results show that using picture dice has benefits in writing descriptions, namely that it can develop new ideas, increase student creativity, help enrich student vocabulary, and help students understand the structure of writing descriptive text. Therefore, the use of pictorial dice media can be used as an effective strategy in students' learning to write descriptive text essays.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kemampuan fonologi siswa kelas III SD 2 Panjang, Kudus, dalam pembacaan dongeng, dengan fokus pada artikulasi, intonasi, kefasihan, kecepatan membaca, dan kesalahan fonologis. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan observasi terhadap tujuh siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa menghadapi kesulitan dalam intonasi yang monoton, artikulasi yang tidak tepat, serta kesalahan fonologis seperti substitusi, elisi, dan adisi fonem. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi pembelajaran yang terfokus pada latihan membaca intensif dan pelatihan artikulasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kreativitas anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi kreativitas anak dalam menyusun cerita dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran papan pintar interaktif di SD Negeri Tambakromo kelas III. Jenis penelitian ini kulaitatif deskriftif. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif milles dan huberman, yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif eksplorasi. Lokasi penelitian ini di SD Negeri 1 Tambakromo kelas III dengan 6 siswa sebagai subyek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif di SD N Tambakromo 01 di kelas III dengan 6 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian diperoleh hasil 4 siswa sangat baik dalam menyusun cerita naratif dan 2 siswa cukup baik dalam menyusun cerita naratif.  Penelitian menemukan hasil jika penggunaan media pembelajaran papan pintar interaktif dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak dalam menyusun cerita naratif. Media ini membantu siswa untuk lebih terlibat dan termotivasi dalam proses belajar, yang memperkuat keterampilan berpikir kreatif mereka. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini ingin memahami sejauh mana implementasi pelajar Pancasila melalui budaya gotong royong dapat mempengaruhi karakter peserta didik yang sesuai dengan profil pelajar pancasila. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini di lakukan di SDN 3 Buaran dengan mengambil subjek kelas 2 yang berjumlah 20 perserta yang terdiri dari 10 laki laki dan 10 perempuan. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian yang telah dipaparkan di atas, diketahui bahwa guru di SDN 3 Buaran ini sudah terlaksana dengan baik walaupun masih ada kendala atau tantangan yang di alami guru. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di lapangan dengan guru kelas. Kegiatan gotong royong yang sering di laksanakan di SD N 3 Buaran yaitu Gotong royong membersihkan lingkungan sekolah. Guru menerapkan satu minggu sekali biasaya di hari sabtu menjelang penilaian akhir sumatif, biasanya seluruh warga sekolah termasuk guru, siswa dan pegawai yang ada di lingkungan sekolah melakukan kegiatan gotong royong Bersama-sama membersihkan lingkungan sekolah semuanya mendapatkan bagian-bagiannya sendiri.

Abstract

In this era of digitalization, national politicians are increasingly embracing social media as a means of effective communication with the people they govern. Social media platforms like Facebook have become customary for the ruling class to ensure efficient communication with the public. In their comments on social media, netizens frequently resort to metaphors to express their opinions on topics of general interest. This research examines the usage of metaphorical euphemisms in online comments on Joko Widodo's Facebook posts. This research aims to describe metaphorical euphemisms in President Joko Widodo's Facebook comments. A qualitative approach combined with content analysis has been used in this study. The results reveal that netizens' use of metaphorical euphemisms is influenced by their beliefs, experiences, and socio-cultural perceptions of politics. This study bridges a gap in the literature by investigating how national leaders, particularly in Indonesia, utilize rhetorical strategies on their social media accounts.
