Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi sudah memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat. Sistem jual beli dinilai semakin canggih. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya metode Pay Later. Dalam penggunaan Pay Later terdapat rukun jual beli yang harus di perhatikan. Islam menganggap jika pinjaman ini terdapat bunga, maka dapat di katakan haram karena termasuk riba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei deskriptif yang di mana mengambil data atau sampel menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data dari hasil penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat 36 responden di mana sebanyak 48.5% menyatakan bahwa hukum peggunaan Pay Later dalam Islam yaitu mubah, 18,5% menyatakan hukumnya haram, 18% menyatakan tidak tahu, 3% menyatakan kurang mengetahui, 6% menyatakan dapat dikatakan haram dan halal, 3% menyatakan yaitu ragu, dan 3% menyatakan tidak paham. Penelitian ini di buat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai jual beli sesuai dengan syariat islam dan untuk menjelaskan hukum penggunaan Pay Later dalam syariat Islam.

Abstract

The 21st-century skills are skills that students must master to survive and compete in this 4.0 industrial revolution era. Teachers need to have good professional competence in order to facilitate students to develop 21st-century skills. This also applies to elementary school teachers. Therefore, the teacher needs training that can provide knowledge and skills for teachers to present such learning. The training program participant is an elementary school teacher at the Indonesian School of Johor Bahru Malaysia. The problem identified is that not all SIJB's primary school teachers have diverse educational backgrounds, and the learning presented is not based on 21st-century skills. The participants of this training are 19 teachers. The program is web-based training using the ADDIE model. This training is conducted in three stages, namely the pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation stages. At the implementation stage, there are eight meetings containing materials on 21st Century Skills-based learning in Indonesian Language, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and Civics, English, Arts, ICT, innovative learning models and learning life skills. Participants were given a pretest and posttest understanding of 21st Century learning. The pretest results showed an average value of 60.8, which means that participants' understanding of 21st Century learning is still quite good and the posttest average score of 84.5, which means that understanding participants is good. The result shows that the participants' understanding increased after attending the training. Based on the questionnaire results, the participant's response was quite good, and hoped that the training activities could be carried out on an ongoing basis. Abstract

Abstract: The pandemic period has resulted in changes in habits in all sectors of life, including in education. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education in the formation of national values during the pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at SDN 002 Cicadas Bandung. The data was obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with the specified informants: principals, homeroom teachers, teachers, and students. The consideration of being specified is source triangulation and it is part of the data validity stage. Research data is analyzed using several data analysis steps, namely data reduction, data classification and data verification. The study results indicated that the implementation of character education in the formation of national values during the pandemic can be done through; a) national character habituation activities, b) integration of character materials related to national values and c) forming online national discussion groups.

Talking about the world of education was certainly not be separated from the facilities and infrastructure that available in schools. So, it can be achieve an optimal and maximum learning process. Educational facilities and infrastructure in a school are very supportive of the development and construction of a superior and quality educational institution. In today's modern era, all educational institutions are competing to complement existing educational facilities and infrastructure in order to support a good and optimal learning process, especially during pandemic Covid-19. Educational institutions or schools as much as possible provide good and quality learning supported by educational facilities or facilities and infrastructure to support learning during the Covid-19 pandemic without reducing the quality of the learning process itself.. Abstract

Social skills abilities in society are very necessary to prepare good and educated citizens. Social skills need to be developed in learning through models, methods, approaches or learning techniques, especially in social studies learning. To determine the influence of the Community Component Contextual Teaching and Learning model in efforts to improve social skills abilities, as well as determine the increase in the final score of students' social skills abilities, the researchers used a quasi experiment (quasi experiment). The subjects in this study consisted of 48 fifth grade elementary school students. The results of data analysis show that the influence of the CTL model on students' social skills is 49.6%. The results of the n-gain t test obtained a sig value of 0.000, so H0 rejected so it can be concluded that the increase in social skills abilities of students who receive CTL model learning is better than students who receive conventional learning. Abstract

Prospective elementary school teachers should not only master knowledge of content material, techniques for creating a work, and proficiency in practical skills. But also how to communicate them effectively and be able to have excellent scientific presentation skills. This is because they will become teachers who must have good scientific presentation skills. There are several aims to conduct this research such as analyzing prospective elementary school teachers’ scientific presentation skills through STEM instructional environment, determining the current levels of scientific presentation skills among prospective elementary school teachers per each indicator, and how STEM approach as an instructional environment is applied in the classroom. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, and the result for scientific presentation skills in total mostly prospective elementary school teachers in a high-level category. The current level is mostly high for how STEM practicums are created and how to use teaching media, the rest of the indicators (content mastery, language style, physical, verbal, vocal expression, timeliness, and confidence) in the medium-level category for scientific presentation skills. STEM can be one of the instructional environments to train the scientific presentation skills of prospective elementary schools. The summary of this research, the scientific presentation skills of prospective elementary school teachers are at a high level for the category through STEM instructional environment. Abstract

Local Wisdom is a valuable unit of human achievement that reflects high historical, artistic and cultural values ??towards the identity of a society. This is a great capital for the formation of noble character. The strengthening local wisdom is considered important so that existing local wisdom does not simply erode. This research aims to analyze the local wisdom that exists in the Baduy tribe community, Kenekes Village, Banten as strengthening character education and exploring the key role of education in the socio-cultural realm in maintaining local wisdom. A qualitative approach was deemed suitable for use in this research. The result shows that Baduy tribe is a unique group of Indonesian people and has characteristics that are different from other tribes. The Baduy people are a society that is obedient and obedient in carrying out the mandate of their ancestors, their daily life is very strong with various applications of customary law which instructs them to always maintain and protect nature by not changing or destroying it. Instilling local wisdom inherently through education is a movement back to the basis of regional cultural values as part of efforts to build national identity and as a kind of filter in selecting other cultural influences. Abstract

Kebijakan dalam pemikiran politik mengenai hubungan agama dan negara telah menjadi persoalan yang menjadi sorotan oleh masyarakat umum. Politik merupakan sebuah hakikat yang dimana keberadaan manusia dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Ketika dalam menjalankan kehidupan bermasyarakat, semua kalangan masyarakat tentu memerlukan pemahaman mengenai politik sebagai acuan atau tolak ukur dalam menjalankan kehidupannya sebagai warga Negara yang baik. Pendidikan politik ini dapat menjadi sarana dalam pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan terutama pada peserta didik. Urgensi pendidikan politik ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman agar peseta didik memiliki rasa tanggung jawab dan memahami bagaimana proses penggunaan kekuasaan dalam implementasi menegakan aturan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dalam mengekplorasi informasi. Pada penelitian ini yang dijadikan subjeknya yaitu remaja berusia 17 tahun ke atas yang mempunyai kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) dan pernah mengikuti pemilihan ketua atau pemimpin. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa studi literatur dan penyebaran angket. Hasil kajian dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa urgensi politik islam dalam pandangan islam terhadap pendidikan politik ini saling memiliki keterkaitan. Karena melalui pendidikan politik disampaikan bagaimana sifat dan sikap seorang pemimpin dalam menjalankan tugasnya sesuai aturan islam.

Abstract

Sains dan agama selalu berkaitan dan tidak dapat dipisahkan. Bagi sebagian populasi manusia, banyak yang tidak percaya bahwa segala sesuatu yang terjadi dimuka bumi telah diatur bahkan telah dipaparkan dalam Al-Qur’an. Begitu juga dengan Sains dan kejadian alam lainnya. Pada artikel ini, penulis memilih judul ‘Integrasi Sains dan Agama serta Implikasinya terhadap Pendidikan Islam.” Integrasi berarti memadukan antara ilmu sains dan agama. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu cara yang efektif untuk memadukan keduanya. Pembuatan mini riset ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data sebanyak 24 peserta melalui google formulir dan 1 narasumber wawancara dengan menanyakan 5 pertanyaan sebagai berikut; 1.Apakah anda mengetahui adanya hubungan antara sains dengan agama islam? dan dari mana mengetahui hal tersebut? 2.Apa hubungan antara sains dan pendidikan islam? 3.Apa yang akan terjadi apabila mempelajari ilmu sains tidak dibarengi oleh ilmu pendidikan agama islam? 4.Apa contoh materi sains yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan agama islam? 5.Apa yang akan dilakukan oleh guru apabila terdapat siswa yang menolak keterkaitan antara sains dan agama? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya keterkaitan antara sains dan agama. Mempelajari ilmu sains harus dibarengi dengan ilmu agama, karena sains tanpa agama hanyalah suatu ilmu yang kosong.

Abstract

Pacaran adalah hal-hal yang lumrah terjadi pada remaja-remaja zaman sekarang.Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengetahuan remaja-remaja islam mengenai hukum berpacaran dalam perspektif islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dimana hasil data dibuat paragraf berikut dengan gambar. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei dan kuesioner, dimana penyusun mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan dengan option jawaban yang telah ditentukan dan sesuaikan dengan jenis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pacaran sudah menjadi bagian dari remaja. Terdapat 43 responden yang mayoritas remaja-remaja islam yang tetap memilih untuk berpacaran dengan alasan sebagai support system, tempat bercerita dan sebagainya.Meskipun mereka juga mengetahui bahwa hal-hal tersebut sangat di larang dalam agama islam.
