Abstract

Strengthening social bonding within forest farmer group institutions is essential for the sustainability of community-based forest management. This study aims to formulate strategies for strengthening social bonding by identifying its driving and restraining factors. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and expert assessments. The analysis integrated Force Field Analysis (FFA) to map drivers and barriers, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), based one expert Assessments, to prioritize these factors. The results show that leadership legitimacy, a culture of mutual cooperation, conservation awareness, active participation, and strong social networks are the main driving factors. Prominent constraints include leadership centralization, unequal member contributions, undocumented norms, technical capacity gaps, and limited external networks. Strengthening strategies include leadership distribution, reinforcement of collective activities, documentation of norms and values, enhancement of technical capacity, and expansion of external networks. These findings provide an evidence-based framework for strengthening social capital and supporting the institutional sustainability of forest farmer groups.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the rationale and consequences of the strategy of reducing executive authority, particularly that of the president, that was incorporated into the Republic of Indonesia Constitution of 1945 (UUD 1945) via a series of modifications. To comprehend the modifications to the constitution, this study employs a normative or doctrinal approach, concentrating on the analysis of pertinent papers, reports, and literature. According to the findings, these amendments were implemented in reaction to calls for reform and democratization. They sought to build a more balanced system of government with strong principles of checks and balances among the executive, legislative, and judiciary, and they eliminated the sacred and static views of the 1945 Constitution during the New Order era. This embodies the shift in Indonesian governance from a top-down, autocratic system to a bottom-up, democratic one, where checks and balances on the presidency are put in place to forestall any return to autocracy and guarantee greater citizen input into policymaking

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of differences in salinity on the density of phytoplankton (Skeletonema costatum). The method in this study used a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The parameters tested included the density rate of Skeletonema costatum. Data analysis uses One Way Anova to see the significance of the influence of treatment on the density of Skeletonema costatum and the density results of Skeletonema Costatum was analyzed descriptively. The highest average density of Skeletonema costatum was obtained at a salinity of 30 ppt (90,000 cells/ml), followed by a salinity of 25 ppt (Control) at (42,500 cells/ml), then a salinity of 20 ppt at (37,500 cells/ml) and the lowest at salinity 15 ppt of (32,500 cells/ml). Based on the ANOVA test, salinity had a significant effect on the density of Skeletonema costatum (P<0.05) with the best treatment being 30 ppt salinity. Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat, menjadi suatu konsep untuk melakukan penyuluhan seberapa besar para pegawai rutan barru mnegetahui bagaimana budaya anti korupsi. Untuk mengetahui lebih banyak dan paham apa saja bagian yang termasuk dari korupsi.Sehingga menyalurkan ilmu melalui pengabdian ini mereka lebih paham bahwa pemberian pelatihan itu banyak membantu seberapa bentuk serta Upaya dalam menanamkan suatu budaya anti korupsi di lingkungan ASN.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of business location on the income of the pulse kiosk business in Lhokseumawe City and to identify the effect of business capital on the pulse kiosk business income in Lhokseumawe City. The number of samples in this study were 68 respondents who were determined using saturated sampling (census). The type of data used is primary data collected using research questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression equations with SPSS 20 tools. The results showed simultaneously Fcount > Ftable or 33,649 > 3,138, the conclusion was that business location and business capital had a significant effect on the income of pulse kiosks in Lhokseumawe City. Based on the results of the partial test, it is known that for the business location variable the value of tcount > ttable or 3.945 > 1.997, and the operating capital variable tcount > ttable or 2.484 > 1.997, it can be concluded that partially the business location and business capital have a significant effect on the income of pulse kiosks in Lhokseumawe City. The business location variable is the dominant factor affecting the income of the pulse kiosk in Lhokseumawe City. The author's suggestion for pulse kiosk business owners is that indicators of business location and business capital must be increased in order to be able to increase their pulse kiosk income. The author's suggestion to further researchers is to develop other independent variables that are considered capable of influencing business income. it can be concluded that partially the business location and business capital have a significant effect on the income of the pulse kiosk in Lhokseumawe City. Abstract

The study, set against the backdrop of increasingly competitive business environments, aims to understand how these factors—price and product quality—affect consumer buying interest, particularly at the HRVD Division Store in Makassar City, South Sulawesi.Utilizing a quantitative research approach, the study involved consumers of the HRVD Division Store as its population, with a total sample size of 30, reflecting the entire population of interest due to its size being less than 50. Through semi-structured interviews and statistical analysis using SPSS v.26, the research delved into the influences of price and product quality on buying interest, concluding that both factors significantly impact consumer purchase decisions. The findings reveal that price significantly affects purchase interest, suggesting that consumers are sensitive to pricing strategies that match their economic conditions. Similarly, product quality was found to have a significant impact, indicating that superior quality products are more likely to attract consumer interest and potentially command premium prices. The study further concludes that both price and product quality together significantly influence consumer buying interest, highlighting the importance of balancing these factors to enhance market competitiveness and consumer satisfaction. This research contributes to the broader understanding of consumer behavior, suggesting that effective marketing strategies must consider both the price and quality of products to meet consumer expectations and foster loyalty. However, the study acknowledges limitations in its geographical scope and sample representation, recommending further research to explore these dynamics across different contexts for more generalizable insightsKeywords: Consumer Buying Interest; Price Impact Product

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the global economy as a major contributor to economic growth and job creation. However, MSMEs often face challenges in improving operational performance and facing rapid changes in the business environment, especially in today's digital era. The quantitative research approach was used using a questionnaire distributed to owners and business actors in the Makassar City area. The population in this study is all business actors in the city of Makassar, both those who have participated in empowerment and mentoring programs and those who have never participated in these programs. The sample in this study is 70 business actors who were selected by purposive sampling. This study aims to investigate the influence of empowerment and mentoring on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the sustainability of digital-based businesses in Makassar City, so the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Furthermore, to find out and prove the influence of the significance of each independent variable on the dependent variable partially, the t-test is used, while to find out the influence of the significance of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously, the F-test is used. The results of the analysis show that the empowerment and mentoring of MSMEs has a significant positive impact on the performance of MSMEs. In addition, the performance of MSMEs has also proven to have a strong influence on the sustainability of digital-based businesses. Mediation analysis shows that the empowerment and assistance of MSMEs not only directly affects the performance of MSMEs, but also has an impact on the sustainability of digital-based businesses through MSME performance mediation. These findings have important implications for practitioners and policies in designing effective empowerment and mentoring strategies to improve the performance and sustainability of MSME businesses in the ever-changing digital era.Keywords: MSMEs, empowerment, mentoring, performance, business sustainability, digital era

Abstract

Pembangunan masyarakat merupakan tanggung jawab bersama. Setiap individu, kelompok, institusi pemerintah maupun swasta dapat saling  bersinergi untuk melaksanakan tanggung jawab pembangunan tersebut.  Oleh karena itu, pembangunan masyarakat harus dilakukan secara  berkelanjutan dengan perencanaan program yang terstruktur dan  melibatkan banyak pihak sesuai dengan wewenang dan kompetensinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu metode kualitatif sebagai langkah untuk menggali informasi lebih mendalam, salah satu alasan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif adalah metode ini dapat digunakan untuk menemukan dan memahami apa yang tersembunyi dibalik fenomena yang kadang kala merupakan sesuatu yang sulit untuk dipahami secara memuaskan. Guna mewujudkan tangggung jawab pembangunan dan semangat ingin mengabdi kepada masyarakat, maka dilakukanlah kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan mengusung tema “Pendayagunaan dan Pengembangan Potensi UMKM Desa Batuphat Timur Kecamatan Muara Satu Kota Lhokseumawe”. Pendayagunaan potensi desa Batuphat Timur kecamatan Muara Satu ini dituangkan dalam program, yaitu; mengadakan sosialiasasi agar desa memberikan bantuan modal, mengembangkan jejaring pemasaran melalui ide dan implementasi manajemen bauran pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, masyarakat warga desa Batuphat Timur kecamatan Muara Satu kota Lhokseumawe merasakan sangat terbantu dengan adanya program pengabdian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT BMS (Bumi Mineral Sulawesi) KOTA PALOPO. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif karena teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dan sebanyak 50 sampel diambil dari seluruh populasi PT BMS (Bumi Mineral Sulawesi) KOTA PALOPO. Informasi penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji analisis data, analisis linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan) dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Beberapa persamaan linear diturunkan dari hasil penelitian yaitu power.) , variabel t-test (X3) ) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,427 <; 0,050d. H. tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <; 0,05 yang berarti disiplin kerja (X1) dan pengalaman kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (X3) di PT BMS (Bumi Mineral Sulawesi) KOTA PALOPO.

Abstract

Prestasi bisa dijadikan dasar penilaian karyawan agar tetap produktif dan mendorong mereka untuk melakukan yang terbaik serta menghindari frustasi kerja yang berujung pada penurunan produktivitas kerja. Tujuan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan, memerlukan semangat kerja dalam kehidupan perusahaan. Untuk mencapai semangat kerja membutuhkan perhatian karena semangat kerja yg tinggi akan menciptakan pekerjaan yg ditugaskan bisa diselesaikan lebih singkat, dan bisa menciptakan karyawan merasa betah bekerja. PT. Prima Jaya Karya Makassar yang beralamat di Jl. Yos Sudarso No. 304 Tabaringan Ujung Tanah, Kota Makassar adalah salah satu distributor semen tonasa yang mengalami kemajuan dan pertumbuhan, sumber daya manusia sangat berperan dalam pertumbuhan perusahaan, oleh karena itu PT. Prima Jaya Karya berupaya terus meningkatkan kualitas karyawannya sehingga produktvitas dapat terjaga dan terus meningkat. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui karyawan yang produktif adalah setiap tahun dilakukan penilain karyawan yang terbaik. Metode PSI (Preference Selection Index) merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk memecahkan multi-kriteria pengambilan keputusan (MCDM) dan hasil yang diproleh berdasarkan perhitungan minimal dan sederhana sesuai konsep statistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 kriteria sebagai paramaeter penilain antara lain Kedisiplinan, Insiatif, Prestasi, Kerjasama, Keyterttiban, Kenrja dan Sosial. Hasil dari proses analisa dan tahapan pada metode PSI diperoleh nilai matriks yang menjadi pedoman keputusan terhadap karyawan terbaik dan berkualitas sehingga dapat diperoleh keputusan tentang status tenaga kerja terbaik yaitu Nurhidayat. S.E, dengan score 0,9129. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan metode SPI dan pengujian data yang diolah maka didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa PT. Prima Jaya Karya dalam menetukan karyawan terbaik sangat realistis.
